Twice in a week Trump is humiliated by a world leader, Trump thinking he can be a president of a country like the ceo of a corporation. He blackmails people offering them scraps from the table of his last meal as if they should be thankful. How on gods earth did America vote this clown as it's leader. Putin has spent 3 years trying to get into Kiev and in a few weeks has managed to get into the Oval office of the Whitehouse. I sit here in the UK watching what is going on in America like many around the world cringing and at the same time laughing at how such a scumbag could achieve what he has done. Trump and his arse licking lapdog are making a laughing stock of the US and you seem helpless to stop the shitshow that is coming your way. I feel for you and hope his stupidity will lead to a very quick exit for the now most famous clown in the world.

I think finally Canada realized that if they have friend like US then they don't need any enemy. You can't trust US at all and need to start open your market for global trade. I am glad that finally this happened cause sometimes you need a slap on face to wake up from a cozy bogus dream. Yes it will be painful few years for Canada but when time will come for fresh water and Arctic resources, it will be payback time to US. Forget US and start shipping products to Europe, China and India. Then why bother and put your energy into someone who don't care. Let US do whatever they like and forget about them. Just don't go to US and don't deal with US.

Contact your local, state/territorial and federal government officials. You can let your governors, senators and representatives know that you do not agree with the government’s actions and the subsequent hardship it will impose not only on the world but on you, your family and neighbours. Make change happen in a peaceful, non violent manner, while you still can. We didn’t ask for nor want this absurdly unnecessary confrontation but when attacked, we will fight our old friends and historic allies. Elbows up Canada!

Don’t let his BS fool you! Look around in your own communities. Look at the health care system. How many do you know that don’t have a GP so can’t get proper care even though they are sick. The ER tells us we have to have a general practitioner to get anything done! And then there are communities like on Vancouver Island that have closed ER’s in many cities leaving the injured to drive for 2 to 4 hours to the nearest ER. Have any Canadian citizens not heard of fentanyl deaths? Or had someone within 6 people from them have related addiction issues. How many homeless people wander the streets of your communities? This list goes on and on including things like affordable groceries , affordable homes , affordable utilities! \nACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS! Prime Minister Justin Trudeau thank you for your address to Americans, to the american Bully in chief, and to your people. I am among those who started pushing back before trump took office, many are. We’re watching legislation and countering it. Generally, Americans are not great when it comes to hitting the pavement and letting our voices be heard, but we’re getting much better. As an American and a Trump supporter, I agree with these tariffs, but only equal to the tariffs other countries charge the United States on our imports. I do not agree with imposing this on our brothers and sisters to the north. I’m speaking of the good people of Canada. I have traveled to Canada and crossing the border was just like crossing into another state. Yes, there was a border gate which there should be, but I had absolutely no problem whatsoever. I hope our government can work this out very quickly and stop this foolishness. But to countries like China and Europe the United States should charge a reciprocal tariff as to what you charge us on our import. It’s only fair. Why are we paying an exuberant tariff for our goods entering your country and you expect to pay nothing with your goods entering ours. The Cato Institute was initially funded by the Koch brothers a extremely conservative organization that gets together a group of the brightest and the best in trying to determine what is the best solution.the Koch brothers were the group that invented the tea party I would love for anybody who disagrees with this post.
