tyler i don't think u realize how bad the usa education system really is. i'm canadian but have lost count of the number of usa teachers who have complained about how bad they are held back from teaching kids properly, how kids can't be failed or held back, how kids graduating gr 12 can't read or write past gr 6 level. in fact recently there was a statistic put out that something like 60% of ALL americans cant read or write past gr 6. considering all your universities that is terrifying. not to mention with gun violence, straight up violence among kids and at teachers, the disrespect and the severe lack of good parenting, kids are not being educated at all. u yourself have done videos on where someone interviews americans and asked them questions about canada and they haven't got a clue. not one clue. yet canadian kids are regularly taught all about their american neighbours. are kids know more about america then american kids do and thats shameful. u need to do some research on this because unless u live in a rich gated elite community and go to private school the public education system in the usa is very dismal and woefully inadequate. \nalso he's right about politics. here we can discuss it rationally and then move on to other topics. in the states ppl are shooting ppl over differences in politics. beating ppl up trashing their cars and property etc. and many police are definitely not presenting themselves with professionalism tons of racism going on. and so many police because everyone is armed. here in canada we are not allowed handguns and pretty much ppl only have hunting rifles. it takes a lot of work and clearance not to mention time and money to take the necessary classes and get the necessary permits to even own a hunting rifle. in the usa show a drivers license and wait 10 days u have a handgun no matter how mental u are. therefore u need way more police than here in canada. i think u have a well to do upbringing so u have not and do not see the true picture of the america u live in. \nalso i have talked to many american friends who had insurance and still cost them about $5000 per birth of a child. with good insurance and working full time. so thats about average. here in canada u pay nothing except maybe parking for hubby while he visits.

When I go to the hospital in Canada I don't have to wait if people think that then they're wrong and then I get treated and don't pay a thing so I hope Americans understand that they pay thousands of dollars for healthcare that most Canadians can walk in and get for free,, yes it comes off our taxes but everybody in the country taste those taxes even if they don't use Healthcare so it helps people that are really in need

Basically, for the past four years, Biden, Harris and the Democrat Party have spent hundreds of billions of US tax dollars flying illegal immigrants in and basically leaving America’s borders in Mexico and Canada wide open to mass illegal immigration. Then they lied to the American people about the real numbers and how bad the problem really was. In the past few years, the Democrats have spent billions throughout all of our federal agencies via misappropriated US taxpayer funds that were earmarked for American citizens or American infrastructure and development, then used these misappropriated, taxpayer funds to provide housing, food, education, medical care, and in most cases, luxury hotels. Just within the past two weeks FEMA spent over $500 million to provide luxury hotels for illegal immigrants yet a few weeks ago they were still claiming that they didn’t have enough money to help American citizens who suffered catastrophic loss during recent hurricanes and wildfires. The simple fact that Democrats got more upset that Elon Musk bought Twitter than they are, that their own political party in government for the past four years, has literally been holding them at gunpoint and forcing them to pay taxes so that they could steal it or launder it into their own campaigns and pockets is literally disturbing! WTF!!!! If any of those other federal agencies are ran or funded the way U.S. AID were, with the massive corruption, misappropriation, fraud and theft of taxpayer funds, then I hope DODGE goes through an completely audits, every single federal agency in the United States. No wonder the Democrats are freaking out the way they are, if the Republicans got caught this bad with their hand in the taxpayer cookie jar, then you know the Democrats would be screaming a different tune. The Democrats are trying to manipulate taxpayers into believing utter nonsense like their phrase “ no one voted for Elon Musk. “ but in reality no citizen ever votes for the hundreds of the civilian presidential appointed positions to run these federal agencies, every new president pics/appoints to these positions every term. It definitely explains why hard-working tax paying men and women are getting completely ripped off and robbed every time they look at their paycheck and see how extremely and unnecessarily high taxes are now. The Democratic Party has completely destroyed its reputation with the American taxpayer, they got completely exposed for their corrupt, anti-American, extremist, radical,and woke liberal agenda. They were absolutely using tens of millions of US taxpayer funds to finance terrorist organizations like the Taliban and Isis, billions of US taxpayer funds, pushing their racist and sexist woke liberal DEI agenda across the globe, they were absolutely bribing corporate news media to control the narrative and manipulate the American people to influence elections via corporate news media subscription payments to very left, leaning news organizations, such as politico and others, that were clearly and obviously bribes to the media, just one of the NGO of many organizations under U.S. AID paid $75,000 of taxpayer money a year for a Digital subscription to politico’s corporate news outlet , that any one could sign up for $10 a year like any other news outlets digital subscription. What do they think Donald Trump‘s gonna put a 25% terra tax on Canada if they don’t quit letting illegals cross the border and go into New York. Trump will most definitely send ice to New York and get rid of everyone of them. He also said that anybody that harbors Illegal immigrants. I have spent quite a bit of time in USA and I always find my experience split. For the most part the people and places are great. As a filmmaker I have shot in NYC, California, Mississippi to name a few. The people were always accommodating and friendly. One time a gentlemen and his wife that allowed us to film in his property would bring us hot chocolate at night, then offered to shoot anyone who got in our way. I was also filming in the desert in 2009 and I almost got shot in the face by a group of police officers that charged in guns out and tempers raging, before realizing that we had film permits and were scheduled to be on site. Only to have the crew say that if I was black they would have shot first and asked questions later. As tensions rise between Canada and USA with Trump's trade war and attempt to ANNEX Canada I think I will do my filming in other parts of the world, if not in Canada. I have plenty of American friends and know a lot of Canadians that live in the US. I just hope things settle between our two nations soon. Where do you live? I don't think the average viewer knows why the US is doing this. They're trying to combat illegal immigration and fentanyl as well as Mexican compliance with the drug cartels.\n\nThe reason tariffs are being used is because America is in a very powerful position when it comes to trade. The american economy doesn't rely on trade like Canada (67%), Mexico (73%) and China (37%). American trade accounts for only 24% of its massive GDP. if you removed all trade from america, it would still have larger economical output than china, mexico and canada COMBINED. yes. Combined. \n\nFurthermore, Canadian trade with america account for almost 80% of all trade in canada. A 25% increase would be absolutely devastating to canada. In america its about 13% so a 25% increase would cost more but it wont have any significant impact.\n\nNo doubt this tarrif war will cause far more problems for canada mexico and china than america. Both Mexico and Canada have fallen into Trumps trap, if you do not see it, let me explain. Trump has been pushing for more manufacturing at home, for more oil drilling and for more rare minerals mining. He can impose those tariffs and either Canada and Mexico agree, or the do exactly what they just did, think they can win a economic war with the United States. See, Trump gets what he wants either way, they don't cooperate, Trump gives huge tax incentives to companies to start producing here in the U.S. which will in turn reduce the price of everything for Americans, see, if you produce it here instead of overseas, Canada or Mexico, we can pish for a huge increase in overall production reducing the costs to consumers, since the products no longer have to be imported. Like i said, sometimes i don't think the left has any brains left.

Honestly everyone is to blame. Canada and Mexico have both been riding the American gravy train for decades and never got slapped by any of the former presidents. A lot of Canadians seem to want a trade war. When Americans heard that the truckers had gone to the capital Ottawa they were shocked,...mostly to learn that Ottawa was the capital of Canada. Do Canadians really think that most Americans sit up at night worrying what Castro's son will do?

Trump's rationale of the border security issue to Canada is totally false as less than 1 percent of drugs and illegals come through Canada. Trump is just being a bully to try to get his way on tariffs for what he thinks is an economic decision to improve the USA. Unfortunately he is again wrong as Americans and Canadians will pay a lot more for goods and Trump will cause more inflation, ruin companies and many job losses across both nations.

Trump is such a dumbass. He thinks the tariffs will be paid by exporting countries like Mexico, China, and Canada. The Trump tariffs will be paid by American manufacturers and American consumers. Everything is about to become a lot more expensive in the US, especially with a 25% tariff on the 4.5 million barrels of oil Canada ships to the US every day. At best, inflation becomes a bigger problem, and Americans lose their jobs. At worst, Trump's tariffs cause a made in America recession.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but when you first came back to Canada making these videos, you seemed unhappy that things cost more in Canada than in a developing country, I think it was Vietnam? If a person is lucky enough to be able to work around the world online and maintain the same wages of course developing countries will be cheaper. For people who live in Vietnam, the average monthly wage is $424 Canadian. The average wage in Canada is $5,607 so developing countries are cheaper if you are making North American style wages. Best of luck finding a place with lower crime, lower poverty, and a quality of life you enjoy.

Meaning, to most of us , excepting the most left leaning socially progressive pockets and contexts , which even then wouldn’t be viewed that way to us just acceptable lol ?\n\nOur baseline/political middle in Canada is A LOT more left leaning than the baseline normal/political middle in the states. So while people tend to equate your democrats to our liberals or our NDP , and equate your republicans to our conservatives. It’s just not accurate. If you throw our span of parties and American span of parties on the SAME spectrum /polarity line. You might be surprised to realize how shifted left our systems range politically is from the American one. \n\nThis hugely impacts the average normal expectation , what we clutch our pearls at hearing coming out of the mouths of the general public , and our range of what we expect to not hear or see ranted about unless they’re to our view , extremely right leaning politically /social values. \n\nFor us this means that actually genuinely , a lot of America does get experiences by us as bat shit crazy racist homophobic immigrant intolerant culturally and religiously ignorant , and somewhat backwards in larger or smaller amounts ? I know that’s not fun to hear but. Being the most diverse country based so much on immigration means. What is normal and known /familiar and normal so we aren’t ignorant to , is completely different. \n\nFor us we have our pockets usually in more rural less populated areas further away from larger cities where there is more diversity but that’s the same often in many countries that you will find some of the louder racist homophobic intolerant voices typically in places that truly are unfamiliar and ignorant to the experience of growing up with and around much of any diversity of varying kinds. We distinguish nuances of diff cultures and religions more easily and in larger numbers we’re more familiar with diff ways of life , language , food, dress , holidays , values and used to a much less segregated way of existing even when we are differnt from each other as the NORM. My parents were both born in the states and my older brother was born there but they moved up here when he was a baby. So nearly all my extended family lives down there and I’m a duelly. And my experiences discussing things with my cousins or visiting absolutely could be described as culture shock at times. The insane things that came out of my own cousins mouths when they hear our friends or partners of various cultures , our not understanding how big a deal and incredibly insulting apparently it is to have assumed someone American was lgbt lol the list goes on. Like I don’t think our most intolerant Pockets can hold a flame to even ur closet to middle a bit intolerant places and contexts in America. When my family came here, they all had to have a health certificate and a sponsor that guaranteed they would have employment and housing waiting for them when they got here. As FRENCH, I think it is more an issue with policies set by both governments!!! You know you bring students IN and why don’t you build houses and encourage construction???? In France, many students (mainly Africa, and French departments like Guadeloupe, Tahiti or Martinique) come to study there (for free and we are proud of it!!!) BUT - unlike Canada - we do NOT have the same issues as Canada (our healthcare is NOT under pressure and our housing prices haven’t really increased that much as compared to Canada for example!!!) to me, the students are NOT to blame!!! Same story, also moved to Canada(French Canada!!! :D) when I was 4, I'm 32, been in Canada like 24 years. Easy fit, my Dad was Canadian, so got Naturalized easily. I left Canada at the end of 2020. Mostly because of Covid/Work Opportunities in engineering. Now living in the USA with my Canadian Wife and visiting Canada 2 months every year, also happen to be born American, so again, easy(easier**, still hard) move for me. Currently working in engineering, less travel experience, but I did get to visit or work for long period of time in 5 countries. Anyway, I do have similar opinion, I think the solution is a federal housing initiative. We NEED to build north and have more cities than Toronto,Montreal & Vancouver. It would reduce rent & mortgage by a lot. Essentially solving the ''where are we going to put all those immigrants issue'', then secondly, we need to encourage entrepreneurship and business a lot more. We need more jobs and be less reliant on our USA neighbors or EU neighbors 3. Better transport, surprisingly a lot of Canadian don't visit all other Canadian province and prefer traveling out , hell, I want nothern Canada & Nothern Quebec to be more like Alaska, or make it easier from someone from Quebec to move to Alberta, but still easy enough to visit family and friends in their home state in under 3 hours. ;)

If you're serious about moving out of Canada be sure to do your due diligence and research about your target country. One drawback is that I don't speak Portuguese. And I would have to be independently wealthy. After a certain amount of time out of the country I would lose my Canadian pension. I worked for a Canadian company for 25 years living in the USA, California / Silicon Valley specifically and spent days in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver - great place but probably has been run-down by wrong Government policies just like the USA - first blame is always on immigrants even though majority of them (especially in the USA) do jobs that Americans or Canadians do not want to do - farm work, construction work and services while 50% do get proper education and find good jobs and build up the community\nPolitics in the USA and Canada has gone so bad in recent years almost everyone is thinking of moving back to native country or find other affordable places - easier decision at the age of 33 but not 66\nWherever you go, I am guessing it will be around Bali, good luck and may you have all the success you strive for and deserve!

Yall are coming to canada and we are trying to get out. You are not doing yourself a favour by coming here, this is not the same country it was years back. People here have become more american; rude, disrespectful, overly egotistical, our streets arent safe anymore, car thefts at an all time high and no one talks about the amount of random acts of violence coming from the homeless in my area, housing prices surging YoY by atleast 11%/year.
