The misinterpretation of laws are in direct conflict with early emigration laws in America particularly ‘The Emigration’ Act of 1866 and also naturalization act of 1790 if people keep going back in time using past laws to justify this the more it confuses things. All I know is the intent of the laws need to be accurately interpreted so that it’s clear who they were meant for when they were written because from the way I read and interpret them there is nothing that directly allows for the offspring of illegal and undocumented parents to be granted automatic citizenship. Especially since this is happening while our country actually has immigration laws and a process for them to follow. Instead of focusing on the greater good and progress for all Americans, Republicans can't help themselves to use their power to address their xenophobia, blame, hate without concern of who and what suffers, families of the working class suffer, and our economy, not billionaires. Mass change and reckless actions based on negative emotions and Ego based intentions of one man, is bad for everyone. Negative energy + negative actions amounts and results to nothing but negative consequences and repercussions. Trumpism is no bueno for America. His approach to fixing immigration will hurt and break America.

Unbelievable! People are just so ignorant. Trump's new Border czar, Tom Homan said on CBS 60 Minutes, 2 days before the election, that he'd deport illegal immigrants AND legal immigrants AND those born in America who have illegal parents or grandparents. That means mixed-status families would all get deported AND today said the administration would conduct workplace raids!!!! Nothing else to say.

There is nothing with enforcing the law. If 11 million people broke the laws of the land to come into the US, they should be placed on busses, ships, buggies, trains, planes, automobiles, trucks, whatever it takes, to get them out of America. The law is absolute on this. Pull money from the war efforts in Ukraine proxy war and from Netanyahu.

This guy is in fantasyland. Notice how he says we’re going after the criminals 1st. That’s because the 15 million who have come through the caravans ARE NOT ILLEGAL. They have legally asked for asylum and they are awaiting their asylum hearings in immigration court. TRUMP can’t touch those. In Texas, many of these people have their 1st immigration court hearings in 2027 & 2028!! It usually takes at least 2 years to get to “trial,” then if you lose, you have 2 appeals and each appeal can take 2-3 years.\n\nEven the criminal aliens they pick up will be entitled to have their day in immigration court. This is nothing new. Bush and Obama deported millions of criminal aliens!! Criminal aliens have always been deported. This has never stopped, regardless of who’s the president. Look up ICE detention facilities. You have 2 big ones in California, Otay Mesa & Calexico; in Arizona it’s Florence & Eloy; in Texas it’s Harlingen. They’ve been operating before & during the Biden administration.\n\nAnd wait till businesses & employers start complaining. ?.
