Hi ,good day,i would like to know if it is possible for me not to include my husband and children while filling my application for work permit and permanent resident in Canada because i would like to invite them after i have settled down there. Thank you for the insightful video

I've been experiencing so much discrimination here, both in in-person situations and systemic. Beyond what's said in the video, there is also an issue that it's so alienating. You can't really make friends with the locals, and then, after work, there is no cultural offer either. For example, I just can't go to the cinema in German, because everything is with German dubbing. So, you feel lonely and bored. The only thing that keeps me here is the good quality of life and good healthcare compared to some other EU countries where I lived. But now, that Germany closed its nuclear power plants and can't benefit from the cheap gas from Russia, I guess the economy will go gradually down, and so will the quality of life. And that will mean I will have no reason at all to stay.

I really appreciate this video. It's objective and fair. I agree with almost everything you said.\nIf you're going to live in Canada, you HAVE to be a true team player. Don't scam, steal, or try screw over your fellow man. Canada has always been good. \nPLEEEEAAASE, keep it that way!!!!

Thank you sir! I believe that you gave constructive criticism that is true. I agree with your views. I think that our Canadian culture of showing respect and service with a smile is being lost with such an influx of migrants. It saddens me that I don’t see our own teens and workers in food service and other services now. Where did they go? Before you saw a mixture of all races in the workplace. Now it seems we are the minority who paid taxes for years, and cannot reap the rewards of home ownership or good healthcare or savings because we are taxed to the extreme with everyone else reaping the benefits. Our veterans deserve prime care and health benefits and they go homeless! Our indigenous people live in third world housing with no clean drinking water! This ought not to be in our beautiful and beloved country! Thank you again for this wonderful video. So appreciated by me!

I agree and appreciate your constructive approach to this issue. It would of been easy to play the race card the whole video. I can tell you that it goes both ways here with this issue. It is not right to put good and bad apples in one basket, the bad stands out here more than the good.\nI came from an area of very few Indians and been living in an area of high immigration for many years, so I came from a place of no prejudices. Unfortunately, much of what Canadians complain about are true as I experienced it first hand. I won't list this because others have. I absolutely agree that you are ambassadors when outside the home country, as I think the same in my travels. Overall I believe it is a blatant disregard for Canadian culture and laws, and lack of assimilation with Canadians, especially white, that has caused this to be the big part of this divide. I see, hear it, experienced it. I admit it leaves a bitter taste.\nImmigration only works when both parties can blend together and respect one another. Not separate yourselves, segregating others based on predjudices, and sticking to what you are familiar with back home. You came for a better life, but live the same as the past. It is like a marriage where one has to always take into account your partner's point of view, making compromises along the way for both partners, not exploiting the other's weakness, or disrespecting their views.\nThe government caused this issue to come more to the forefront in recent years by ramping up immigration numbers and putting pressure on the system. Canadians have now had enough. We have lost our culture, and feel like the minority in a country where we paid into the social systems all our lives, only to get little benefits, just more taxes, and see those systems being abused. There is no easy answer here.

I have been living in canada for 3 years now and I Agree and Disagree on this video. Yeah, Canada has one of the largest natural resource but utilities bill is more than that of India. Yes, canada's population is half of Gujarat's population, but just check the rent in canada once. Many people here prefer living in an EV to avoid rent. Canada may be exporting fertilizers, but Canada has to import food and veggies from other countries and its damm expensive. Ab koi log bolenge, then go back to India.. I am not saying canada is bad. The only reason i am still here in canada is because of its work culture. Work culture in canada is wayyyyy more stress free than that of India's. And just dont get me started with the amount of crime and gun shots. Coz I have seen many news related to gun shots in metro and buses and people gets killed without any reason. And one of the worst things in canada is Drugs. Just last week, I took a walk down two blocks alone at 2 am. It literally scared a shit out of me bcuz of the druggies and homeless people. Even my canadian colleagues are fed-up of this drug abuse and crime. \n\nSo, canada may look all goodie good from outside, but reality is way diff than that.

I am an Indian and I am disgusted to see what fellow Indians have done to Canada! They come here with their total lack of civic sense! I was born and raised in Calcutta as we navigated daily through filth and dirt on the streets - not only because of the poor on the street - but bec of everyone else who walks around and thinks nothing of throwing their garbage on the streets, spitting and blowing their noses on the streets and even in buildings - stairway landings, or peeing in the open - in public spaces or against building walls, etc.. Narcissistic, selfish drivers who cut people off, break the traffic rules, grab parking spots, etc.. They come here and make every effort to Indianize Canada - to make this into India instead of respecting this country that has generously and (ignorantly!!) allowed them in!! If they want to live their Indian culture in an 'Indian environment' - then for goodness sake - GO BACK TO INDIA and clean up that country your call your 'matri bhoomi' - your Mother!! The presenter is right - Indians (and Sri Lankans, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis too included here - all with the same mentality!) have dragged down the customer service experience in stores and restaurants. Indians are usually polite but they are not good at maintaining a high standard of customer service! Employees in Walmart, Costco, Tim Hortons (especially!), etc., are seen standing around, chatting with each other in their Indian languages instead of being professionally attentive to customers. The shopping experience is not pleasant like it was 25 years ago!! Your remarks are not harsh and Indians NEED to take it personally and be embarrassed into doing the necessary to make the changes they need to. We immigrated to Canada not to come to 'another India' - we came to Canada and would like to live in this country to appreciate it's uniqueness and contribute to maintaining it the way it has been! The presenter has done a good job with this video. Very fair. The highly ignoramus Liberal Government leader with his Indian goons in tow - esp that sell-out NDP leader whose support of Trudope has gotten us in such a mess in this country - are totally to blame!! Indians need to have some self respect and like you said - see themselves as ambassadors of India abroad and present themselves with dignity worthy of respect!! Look at the state of India - with all the money and tech and education for urban dwellers and the elite, the country still wallows in filth and the poor continue to suffer great poverty while the rich get richer and call it karma when the poor suffer - while not lifting a finger to alleviate their poverty..... izzath ka saval hai (matter of respect! - greatly valued!!) - is only personal and selfish and related to one's own family and status - to hell with the rest of the country and people!! They brag about the lavish living of the Ambanis and Goenkas, etc - while the world sees the social injustice and gross disparity born of self-indulgence, selfishness and greed that is at the heart of Indian life in India!

Good video but we have to be proud on India anyhow , no matter it is weak in financial modeling .

Next video should be on China ??, their good stuffs, smart stuffs, brave stuffs, dangerous stuffs and brutal stuffs all... India has a lot to learn from them

Very informative and good accuracy of facts in the video(I am living in Canada) After watching this video If anything I am convinced now to convert my Canadian PR to Canadian citizenship. Because governments and policies will come and go but the fact that this country is so rich in natural resources and has hardly tapped into it makes it a no brainer that it will do well if led by a responsible leader.

Other problem with Canada is pro-khalistanism. It would be good if you would have covered that. I think everyone should say this video before thinking of migration.
2024-08-30 6
A video on India's problems would be much better to bring awareness. Like Judiciary, Education(which u have already covered), Hygiene, Infrastructure, Roads,Govt, Mentality, Population.................... Also keep up the good work

This is called slave mentality . Is Canadian citizen dont do crime in canada . They do but they dont show their crime video . They target indian bcuz they hate Indian . It doesn't matter how good you are or how properly you behave with them . They always hate you . This simple truth you should accept . Racism against indian is not new its old culture of western civilization .

Stop hiring only Indians and telling Canadians that Canadians are not allowed to get jobs in their own country and telling Canadians that Canadians are not a good fit for the Indian Culture. That is creating hatred towards Indians. Stop firing the white people that brought you to Canada and gave you a job. This is racism. Any Indian that fires all races and hires only Indian has no place in Canada. Canada is a multi cultural country. Any one that is not multicultural has no place in Canada and needs to go back to their racist countries and has no place in Canada. Thank you for speaking English in this video and respecting all Canadians in your videos you deserve respect from all Canadians. All Canadians can understand you now. Thank You.

Alina, as long as we see life only as a material side, we most certainly do not know anything about life. Fortunately, life always opens doors and new avenues for us where we learn much more and get to know the other side of life, the side of misery, suffering and homelessness. \nWhen we look at the full circle of life, for the first time we see life in a certain whole. Then we don't see one or another country as our own or someone else's, but as rooms where we get the opportunity to learn some parts of a whole life. \nThis story of yours is only a segment of life to come. Then you won't be able to recognize yourself at this moment and you will wonder at your inability at this moment to see and understand something more than life. \nFortunately, this is the case with all of us and every human being on this planet today looks, sees and understands life only from one position of that full circle. \nThose who already have a full circle of experiences can give us a better and more complete understanding. On this planet, everything is in cycles at every point of it and in every single country. \nWhat did I see in your video story? \nA lot, but nothing special. This is a girl in Canada who is infatuated with the material side, who is now in the phase of a little deeper understanding of cyclical change, so her life is losing that excitement little by little. \nMy greetings with the note that I am not glad that you are feeling and touching the somewhat greater uncertainty of life, but at the same time, I am very glad that, for your own greatest good, you are beginning to feel the slightly harder side of life.

Thank you for making this video. I have heard these exact words from so many people lately you are not alone. The Canada we once knew and grew up in has changed significantly, not for the better I fear. Were I your age I would consider leaving but I am aging and picking up and leaving is a little more daunting than it may have been 30 years ago. Follow your heart and I look forward to your commentary and wish you luck and good fortune wherever you land. I follow your travels on Instagram and I admire your tenacity and sense of adventure.

Great video bro. Unbiased, constructive criticism. \n\nI have made a lot of Indian friends over the years in the Canada and I can say for a fact that they belong to the well behaved ones. It’s sad how a few bad eggs can make the good ones look bad.

Good video
2024-08-17 0
love the nostalgic beginning of the video, indeed it is sad how many people are forced to leave Canada simply for a few common factors including cost of living vs quality of living. what is happening to Vancouver is sad too. I've been there for 15 years. Now for a few months in Eastern Europe. quite interesting to compare some things. I forgot how good it feels to not to wait for a check-up with a doctor for many weeks and cancel the appointment in frustration. There are countries where testing your health is much easier apparently. even though I rarely even go to doctors.

The whole incident of wasaga beach is not highlighted because of random lady ranting, but youtubers like you who blamed Indians itself don't do it.m don't do that not knowing the fact. Later mayor clarified. You are doing more harm to indian community by publishing these kind of videos. I have never seen an indian more rude than other communities. Keep your suggestions to yourself. If you really want to do some good about India community.. please take down this video. You are doing more harm. You are generalizing lots of stuff here.

whether you think this is a good thing or not, Vice News has a certain bias when reporting on an issue. As such, providing information about issues like global migration is a worthwhile service.\nKeep in mind, tho, that Vice News announced their closure in Feb of 2024, and its subsequent buy-out by Fortress Investment Group, its former lender.\n\nAs such, content like this video is not up-to-date news. In fact, it is prolly a few number of years old, despite showing a posting date of 8 days ago in mid=Aug 2024. Be aware of that when watching this content, and when you decide to post a comment.
2024-08-16 0
I find there is a huge amount of double-speak in your comments, so much so that you sound very insincere. Example: all the praise of Canada, yet you are planning to leave, and with good reason. I've done extensive research on several countries to move to and it's not very difficult to see why so many Canadians (among those who have options) are leaving Canada. Here's one important data point for anyone who is interested: In the OECD's national growth rate projections to 2060 (not a typo, 2060), Canada has placed dead last! There are 38 OECD members. What this means is that the fundamentals are not in place in Canada. The country is now in free fall, as there is not enough wealth creation happening, and it's just not true, as this video suggests, that Canada still offers endless 'opportunities'. Stop the disingenuousness.

Great video . Thank you. While you were living outside Canada you still had to pay 45% of your income in taxes?. Once you will be in the new country this situation will change?. Good Luck

I saw a movie once where this guy wouldn’t come out of the building he was in. The authorities tried talking with him, negotiating, cajoling him etc etc. finally they sent in a robot with 20 pounds of C4 strapped to it. Guy refused to leave, refused to leave, refused, refused…. Then there wasn’t enough of the guy to argue with. Totally random thought. Nothing to do with this video. I just thought of it. It was a good movie. I wish I remembered what it was called.

Thanks for the video. Us americans are going through the same thing. We have been abroad for a year now. We are afraid to live in America and cannot afford to anymore. Good luck to you. P.s. we just visited gjirokaster, it was amazing, if not for your channel we might have missed it.

It is very hard to point out all the negatives about Canada (at this time) without getting into politics, but I am looking forward to your video.\n\nCanada has changed over the last 10 years that it is unrecognizable. While many countries have changed due to global factors, many changes in Canada can be traced back to the policy issues and politics (all levels of gov but especially federal gov). That includes: 1) mass immigration (at a time when we have a housing crisis and most of ppl living here cannot afford a place (to buy or rent)), 2) crime - this is directly related to changes introduced by the federal liberals, 3) drugs - federal liberals again, 4) housing crisis - all levels of gov - most of people in Canada cannot afford a place to buy or rent - what kind of country are we???, 5) economy (GDP/capita has been decreasing for 2 yrs now, investment per worker has been stagnant or decreasing, productivity) - our economy is real estate, education and public sector, 6) deficit/fiscal irresponsibility - all levels of gov but federal liberals are exceptionally good at this. We are a mess.

Canadians need to call our politicians ruining this beautiful country..until that is done no one should complain about the degradation.\nThank you for this timely video. Good luck to you.

Your leaving Canada, good ! \nYou make this video to tell us that you're leaving. You spend the entire video telling us how great this country is and then you are not even telling us where you're going and why. What a waste of time, glad you're not going to be around if this is all you could manage to do.
2024-08-14 0
Many of the problems you mentioned in the video could be slowly fixed by a better government. Canada certainly needs change, but it has potential very few countries have. We have pretty much every natural resources in abundance. There are many smart and well educated people here. All we need is good leadership i think.

It's good that a white person made this video. If the skin colour would've been anything else, the comments would've been 'get out'.
