People immigrate to have better lives. When they come to Canada and realize it will take years for them to find the same job they had back in their own countries (if they are lucky enough to find one), they decide to return. People immigrate to build lives that they would not have been able to build in their countries. They don't come here to start from scratch and live in conditions that are worse than what they have left behind. They don't want to have to wait months for a simple medical procedure. They don't want to pay such insane rents. People immigrate to live more comfortable lives. If they work and pay taxes, they want to see the effect of their tax money on improvements. If the medical system is free but people have to stay with illness for a long time because wait times are too high, then what is the benefit of it? We bring in doctors and don't let them work. We bring in nurses and don't let them work. The same goes for teachers and many other professionals. If a country needs immigrants, it also needs their expertise and knowledge. You either need people or you don't. Stop this double standard.

We need more immigrants to build more homes, that neither immigrants or non immigrants can afford lol okay

It’s been 5 years for me here and I honestly can say I have achieved nothing in my life yet. It scares me when I think I can’t return whatever my parents had invested in me. The fact is you’ll never have a good paying job in Canada being an immigrant. When I say this trust me I mean it. Most you’ll get is a minimum wage job which can make you survive the life here. Taxes are high definitely and what I feel is you’re working to make someone else’s life easier. \n(P.S: people who’ve stayed in Canada will understand who I’m implying to)\nNo one wants to be your freind, scope of socializing is zero coz mostly it’s cold round the year so everyone hardly come out, especially in Northern provinces like Yukon, Saskatchewan, Manitoba.\nHealthcare is a joke. If you feel sick and not well and you wanna see a doctor be prepared to wait for hours and hours. I once had stomach infection and I had to wait 5 hours till someone could see me. I asked for painkiller at-least so I could bear the pain but they refused that as well. You might well see someone you love dearly and with whole heart die in-front of you and you could do nothing. (I’ve experienced it myself hence saying)\nYou’re a lone survivor who’ll always keep fighting. \nThe only person who can make money here is businesses and high paid jobs which are reserved to Canadians. That’s how Canada’s job market is. Canadians’ first and if there’s something left they’ll look at you. By the amount of money people invest here they can establish a nice business back in their country itself and earn accordingly on own terms. \nMost importantly you’ll cut yourself from all emotional supports like family, freinds etc.\nI was social person back in India who liked making new freinds and memories but it’s nothing like that here. \nAnd it’s the same life, no different.\nYou wake up, dress, eat, go to work, come back, eat, sleep. No different.\nNo fun and nothing. You actually don’t live in present, you live in an expectation of a better tommorow.\nYou’ll always have a smile when you greet someone but I guarantee you no one’s gonna check on you to if you don’t start a conversation even with a simple “Hi”. Mostly Canadians are nice but again some will systematically judge you and say nothing but you’ll see in their actions, the way they’ll talk in a twisted way etc.\nYes I’m not saying that Canada’s bad or it’s no good but trust me it will take forever to build a life here especially with the number of people moving here from round the world. \nIf you’re well off financially from back home Canada’s a paradise for you. Indeed it’s a beautiful country with lots of beauty and lots to explore but remember everything comes with a cost here. Everything comes with a cost. People need to stop believing in this fake illusion and come only if they got a purpose here. The only reason why they’ll let you in the country is for money and once you’re in you’ll have to keep spending, doesn’t matter if you’re broke or whatever you have to.\nOnce I earn I’ll happily give up my PR status and go back to India as i very well know what the situation is how it’s gonna be in future.\nSo just one piece of advise to every middle class person like me, guys please invest and spend your money wisely coz we know how hard it is to earn and it’s high time Canadians start appreciating what immigrants like us do for them by burning ourselves day and night and start realizing that their past generation once came from some other part of the world as well and settled here. Being white doesn’t make you a nice Canadian, you’re actions defines you more than your words. \n90% of this country is built by immigrants and that’s how it’s gonna develop in future, so if they keep treating us the same way good luck to them ?.\nAlso a plus note to anyone thinking that Asians are stealing your jobs, go get outside and have the balls to face them and take it away from them. Staying home and ranting and abusing us that we’re taking your opportunities and blah blah isn’t gonna work. We are so successful round the world because we are hardworking, honest and respectful to everyone. Even if we’re earning minimum and barely surviving here we always make sure we’re not burden on the government or anyone else and won’t keep crying.\n\nA big shoutout to all you guys who came here in the hope of a better future but are still struggling.\nKeep hustling and you’ll reach there, if not step down and go back and start your life again on your home soil. There’s no shame in experimenting continuously rather than sitting ideally and crying about future. \n\nAll the very best my people and lots of love to you ❣️

And yet they are planning to bring 500 000 more every year. That needs to stop ASAP. \nAnd we need to start kicking out immigrants contributing to crime in this country.

We are in a very broken state, we have a labor shortage so we need immigrants, but we also have a housing shortage so we don't have enough housing for the people already living here so we definitely don't enough for the immigrants that we need to fill the labor shortages either. I work in construction and I know quite a few contractors in my town, I know one guy who has been sitting on a piece of property for 3 years waiting for the go ahead to start building, but our local government is dragging their feet. The 2 4plexs he is building could of been done already giving 8 more families a home, but instead its just an empty lot waiting to be developed.

Why do we keep bringing more immigrants in when we can’t even feed and house our own people properly? \nClean up our own backyard first and it’s absolutely awful on the lower end of society. We help everyone else except for the Canadians that truly need it. Like me.

Hmmm not surprising Trudeau took over at the end of 2015 and Canada's Immigration Retention index placing dropped from 9th in 2016 to 15th in 2021! But of course it's the best talented ones that have something to offer that will leave and we're being overrun with less skilled ones from 3rd world countries that Trudeau lets in by the hundreds of thousands helping him turn this country into a disaster. We need to get back to less immigration and more selective with high skilled immigrants more compatible with our society like Europe, US, Commonwealth countries.

Canada is a vast country, but all immigrants want to live in the big cities, where housing is the most expensive and the climate is most termperate. I think the rising cost of city housing is in part due to immigration. We have many, many, many smaller towns and cities that need the medical, technical and manufacturing experience of immigrants, but no one wants to go there. I think the government needs to make these places more attractive to immigrants to help build these communities.

The problem is not immigration. During the pandemic there was no immigration for a few years, yet the price of the houses increased by about 20% a year or more. The problem is demand and demand is hugely increased by investors. Investors don't live in the place and in many cases they don't even rent the place. At lease half of those seeking to buy houses are investors. Therefore investors double the demand.\n\nHouses are limited supply whereas investors are numerous and have access to unlimited money either cash or loan from banks. We have created a housing market. It means we made it something like share market where everyone can put their money in it and buy as many as they want. During the pandemic demand for toilet paper became very high and there were limited supply. Supermarkets limited one or 2 packs per customer because it would be unfair for some to stack most of the papers and others have none. Some customers wanted to buy tons and fill their homes with toilet paper and they did. House and land is limited too. Why can't we do the same for homes? Demand is important and always going to be there from those who want to move there and live in it. Investors buy many homes and bid higher in value than normal people because they have more money and they know the price will rise. They raise the demand sky high. Specially if they're foreign investors. They can buy hundreds of apartments or houses and leave it empty.\n\nAs I mentioned, we do need certain amount of demand for housing and that demand is going to be always there by people who want to buy and live in it whether they're local or immigrants. However, when many investors come in and they have greed, the demand becomes sky high and the price will become so high that only investors can afford them. Rent also depends on the value of the property. The higher the price, the higher the rent. So the issue is investors. Too many of them with too much greed.

As the child of immigrants, i think this is a perspective a lot of Canadians are facing. I could never bring myself to leave, most people my age are the same. All your friends are here, the neighbourhood you grew up in is here and you're simply not cut out to go to where your parents originally came from (half of us come from parents/grand parents who immigrated) because the climate is probably 1000x different lol (I just know I couldnt survive South Asian/Middle eastern weather).\n\nI just turned 18 though so I haven't experienced the insane rent and stuff (as it's literally impossible for me to move out). Things will be better I know it, but the question is how long will that take? Id personally give it 5 or 6 years. We need to put a cap on immigration and just completely cut off the GTA from receiving any for a set amount of time (think 2 or 3 years?). We also need to amplify our construction industry (incentives/rezone some areas for development) and the government should start subsidizing urban development projects with an agreement that prices will be lowered, or offer money to people who are purchasing condos/houses (think iZev but for urban housing and not electric vehicles). \n\nAlso stop taxing us and simply start slowing down/cutting non-essential social services; a specific government program should be created that closes all of these at once for a set amount of time (think 2 or 3 years as well) and they'll be able to redirect the money to more important causes.

Honestly the only thing i see needing to change is the weird country divide thing. We dont want to overflow our nation with immigrants as that would directly relate to higher housing costs (more people dividing the same number of houses makes costs go up) and it may not be 100% directly related but Canada's unemployment rate is about 150% higher than that of the US which could be due to the immigration, more research would need to be done. Lastly we have a big issue of illegal immigration and we need to get that under tighter control before we become top focused on fixing the other end. If you have a boat with a leak in it you should be more concerned with fixing the leak than if you have enough supplies for your trip.

We need more of these kinds of immigrants in Canada . Top guy, open and socially aware. Shame on those that are butthurt that a black man is their supervisor .

Canada has about 40 million people. United States has in excess of 330 million people.\n\nCanada has a Demographics problem we are by their native born. Canadians are not reproducing and in many cases they need immigrants in or just keep the population of that somebody to support the retirees in aging Canadians\nYet they do not have the infrastructure in order to produce the high-quality high, paying jobs in comparison to the United States\n\nThere healthcare system is overburdened and not able to deliver and their housing is over priced and they have a high problem of the unhoused Canadians\n\nFor this reason, they have to letting people in order to survive\n\nThey do not have the number of large cities that the US have saw cities like Toronto and Vancouver will necessarily have more forewarn Canadians than that of similar cities in the United States\n\nUnited States going back couple generations back in the 1960s and 1970s and 1980s was a lot more welcoming of people wanting permanent residency and work permits that changed in the 1990s due to poor policies of the US and the xenophobia of the American born population feeling over competed by the brightest in the best coming from south Asia in China

We need to remember our history. The United States played a huge part in the instability of the countries that are seeing a mass migration. Dont forget the Death Squads through Latin America. The U.S. government consistently backs corporate whores that steal the people's resources. The immigrants flee to the nearest neighbor with a more stable economy and a greater protection of ALL PEOPLE who make it to U.S. soil.

Trudeau has ruined Canada….he cannot stop bringing in immigrants and refugees that are costing tax payers billions of dollars. How early it is to spend …blow the tax payers money . Where are we now ? Canadians are sleeping in tents, Canadians are taxed into poverty to pay for all the freebies and hand outs and easy money. The demand on housing has made buying a home impossible in Canada and rents are skyrocketing along with the cost of food! Millions of Canadians no longer have a family Doctor….waiting lists are tremendous…people are not getting the healthcare like in the past. What is the solution to the problem?…the Trudeau government say we need to bring in millions more people to build homes……WHAT? Really? Would you buy 1000 horses or cows without a barn ? NO! Why not put the millions of people you already brought into this country to work building houses instead of working at Walmart or fast food joints or delivering trucks. Low income jobs to keep the companies here happy with cheap labour so they can made big profits instead of paying Canadians a living wage! It is all about moneymaking, greed, and votes, to hell with the taxpayers of Canada!

I think this was a great video. I’m glad you mentioned the difference in wages because what that really indicates is that Canada doesn’t suffer from a shortage of skilled labour if anything we have the opposite: a glut. What we need is more business investment in our economy but the federal government seems completely uninterested in that topic. Well at least for the immigrants that do come here once they get their citizenship it becomes much easier to work in the states under NAFTA so I guess we’re kinda a back door.

We dont need more immigrants yes make it easier to stay but not change how many enter. If we do that then we'll flood the job market with cheap labor. Which shrinks the middle class as wages crash.

Canadian here. I will just say, after our pop increased by 1mil last year due to immigration (including foreign students that still drive up housing as they need to be housed), I can tell that the approval of our current immigration rates are a bit too generous. Maybe the survey was taken only in downtown areas of Toronto or Vancouver, so its really only asking other immigrants if immigration is chill, but that isnt the consensus of the nation. We dont make more than Americans, but we are taxed more (aka why we want more immigrants to get more tax $), and everything costs more here: from housing to food to energy. Its driven up by the current unsustainable immigration quotas. I myself an am immigrant, but when my family and I immigrated 23 years ago, we only took in 20 000 people a year. I wouldnt have an issue on this at all if we were building enough. Enough housing and transit for everyone. enough good paying jobs for all these newcomers. But these people (with excellent degrees) are lied to at the border with a false promise of prosperity, and just end up being uber drivers to make ends meet. Its a truly broken system. If you arent making 150k/year, you are very much considered lower--middle class.

8:15 there’s a reason for this. It’s a melting pot in America. Bringing all these different cultures together… but if too many from one country show up, they’ll make a community too large that they don’t need to melt with the population. There are Chinatowns and Little Italys and whole Mexican communities, but ultimately everyone has to interact with everyone else. Allowing 300,000 Indians to get green cards every year and only 1,000 Norwegians would lead to the Norwegians merging well with the country, while the Indians would all move to one or two cities and make entire sections of the cities like small versions of their own country. Which is the last thing we want. Once an immigrant community gets enough power to be a voting block, things are scary, but once it has enough power that they start getting their own representatives and passing laws for the rest of us? Laws the look like laws they had back in their own countries… that led them to run from their countries in the first place? It’s a concern. We want people to adapt to the USA and not try to adapt the USA to them. Over time, the US does change due to the growing voting blocs. But that’s after generations of those immigrant populations getting larger, and their children being born and raised in the country they’ve adapted to. When I see a protest of Muslim immigrants burning pride flags, or Chinese and Spanish-speaking Hispanic immigrants who never bothered to learn English, I see problems with our immigration system. But the kids of the Arab immigrants will be more tolerant, and the Hispanic kids will have grown up in American schools. Most Chinese-American kids might speak some Chinese at home with their parents, but they’re worse at it, and their first language is English. It takes second Generation immigrants to really start meshing with America. But if entire school districts are all Indian, and every store, restaurant, and business in a whole town is Indian, then those kids won’t adapt to America. They won’t get bits of their home culture from their time at home and with their neighbors, while also getting bits of American culture from their classmates and other people around them. Nope. They’ll only be exposed to the first Generation who completely took over the area- IF, we allowed for unfettered immigration from the largest countries. It’s a fact that immigrant communities like to stick together. But if not enough people are in that community that you need to reach out to others around you, it helps expose you to the rest of America… Anyway! There are a ton of shows that indirectly show this phenomena. Fresh Off the Boat. The Sopranos. Even Brooklyn 99. We see as traditional and hard-to-adapt parents have to deal with kids in the next generation who are more American, don’t follow the same customs and traditions as their parents, and overall just left more of their old culture behind. No one is asking that immigrants abandon their cultural ties, but if you come to America, there are things that people need to change and accept if they’re going to live here.

canada won't exist in a few deaces as the entitelements to quebec means that either it or alberta need to split off from the country since alberta is tired of subsidizing quebec. america has no need for more immigrants as they lower wages, we could however stop taking in family members and start taking workers

As a Canadian here are my views on the problems here:\n1.Government waste/spending\n2. Insane taxes, we literally pay taxes on our tax here. When you add it all up the lower tax brackets after their 15% gst pay about 45% of their income in taxes alone. Provinces like Nova Scotia are disgusting when it comes to the tax they pay. \n3. Easy immigration, we should consider immigrants based on what they can do for Canada, we don't need hundreds of thousands who can't work or refuse to work. It's a strain on the system. The immigration also artificially increases housing costs.\n4.Government corruption, it's part of why the taxes are so high. It's also part of the recent hyperinflation Canada has suffered. Just look up Trudeaus WE charity Scandall or SNC Lavalin Scandal, some even say Trudeau was getting kickbacks from the vaccine which I have yet to see evidence of but I personally believe it. \n5. Politically illiterate voters and propaganda, here in Canada the government likes to keep it's people uninformed and how they do it is through propaganda. The Liberals have every major news source in Canada in their pocket and in order for you to get news that isn't influenced by them you have to specifically search for them by name, those include Rebel News, TFI Global, and True North. Almost everything else is incredibly biased, they selectively report the news and in many cases outright lie. This causes extreme political illiteracy in it's population.\n6. Housing rules, here in Canada there are some really stupid bylaws like the main floor of your primary dwelling must be 900sqft in some areas, plus building codes prevent cheap construction of homes. You could have a tiny home on piers and it wouldn't cost much but because of our laws and codes it's impossible. You need a proper foundation, footings, building permits, ad in order to get a permit you need to submit blueprints, etc. You can't just buy a prefab building set it on piers and live in it. That'd be too easy, that'd make housing affordable and the government wouldn't like that. \n7. Woke indoctrination centers, The public education system here is all about putting in regular kids and pumping out future Liberal voters. It's a mess.\n8. You can't defend yourself, In Canada you aren't allowed to carry a weapon for self defense. If a criminal breaks into your home you are supposed to do everything you can to escape rather than defend your property. Criminals have more protection under the law than the law abiding citizens. \n9. Low wages, because of immigration wages are low compared to the USA for most jobs in most locations\n10. Thigs cost more in Canada than the USA after taking into consideration currency conversion rates, even things manufactured in Canada\n11. The cold. Nobody likes the cold for the 4-6 months of the year that the higher populated areas of the country have it. The more densely populated areas also tend to be the warmest. \n12. Fascist leaders. It's no secret Justin Trudeau and the Liberals are fascists\n13. Governmental links to the WEF, you'll own nothing and you'll be happy or so their add said. The truth is Canadians can afford less and less under Liberal leadership which is no surprise since Justin Trudeau and Chrystia are supporters of the WEF.

We were warned that they need to allow this to happen. Because they want to have their votes. African Americans and other votes won't matter, but these immigrants will have more voting power with the more they allow in. They love Biden for allowing this and they will return the favor.

We just had some illegal immigrant from MS13 murder and completely dismember a door dash delivery driver where i live. And now were letting more of the people from the worst places into our county. Americans have become so accepting and open minded that their brains have literally fallen out of their heads... We are self destructing at this point. We've had enough acceptance we've taken in more immigrants than any other country on Earth. Let them go somewhere else anywhere but here.?‍? America is maxed out on poor uneducated people we don't need any more.

big problem with the housing is also trudeau taking in so many immigrants and refugees before having enough available housing for everybody. I think they were taking in 200k people a year. while we need atleast 1million new houses within the next 10 years in order to supply enough to the population. There was also an issue with forieign purchases where people from other countries were buying houses in canada and nobody living in them. Trudeaus votes comes from majority indian people and arabic since thats a lot of the population in canada, and to win those votes and get more hes friendly with them accepting a lot of immigrants from those countries, its not a bad thing since a lot are very well educated and their peaceful people for the most part, but the problem is there isn't enough housing. Even renting has become competitive , owning is near impossible without help. Trudeau really messed up the country, houses are riduclously expensive and they often go into bidding wars if in a good area, banks interest rates keep going up now, loans are harder to take out, sadly we need to limit the amount of immigrants that come into the country until the right number of houses are built in the country, if anything new and major cities need ot be build in other locations with jobs in order to get more people spread out around the provinces. Once there is enough houses and jobs i believe the doors should be open to whomever wishes to come (obviously with a background check) but until then there should be a limit so the houses stop going up.

Some of your points are great - some are regional - housing issues are definitely a problem in some cities - Toronto and Vancouver are ridiculous- Calgary at the moment has tight inventory- landlord issues really depend on where you live. Taxes are due April 30th not the 1st. It can be difficult to get hired in your trained profession as an immigrant for the reasons you’ve shared. Our company consists of about 80 percent new immigrants, but we need people with Canadian work experience on their resume. It is costly training - and firing is something we DON’T want to do. So we need good references to hopefully avoid that issue. You were very fortunate to get a Dr so quickly. Again the specialist referral issue truly is more about your Dr than the system. A lousy Dr won’t refer patients because they don’t have the contacts. It’s more complicated than you’ve shared. I have had no problems with referrals because I’ve had good Drs. New Drs will have a harder time and unfortunately those are the ones taking new patients- hopefully those issues change as they get established.

This is deplorable and it’s going to destroy our country in so many ways. First, our social, educational, and criminal systems cannot absorb this many people all at once. We have enough people immigrating here legally. We don’t need all these illegals flooding over.\nThis is all Joe Biden and the Democrats’ fault, for not doing anything for two-plus years, except inviting these people to come here. These people get benefits, free healthcare, welfare probably, phones, and they shouldn’t. They should be told to go home. They should not be given a court date and then released into the United States! That’s ridiculous. They should be loaded on a C-130 transport, retrofitted with seats and shipped home. The majority of them are not going to show up for their court date. They’re going to disappear into the United States, work under the table, take jobs away from Americans, and send billions of more dollars back to their home country where they have family. I think currently, $250 billion gets sucked out of the US economy every year, due to illegal immigrants all sending $50 each, per month, home to their families in their native country. That money should be being spent here.\nLastly, all these illegals and the “anchor babies” they are going to have here, and the descendants of those babies, are all going to vote Democrat in the future, because of this lawlessness. Then we’ll have one-party rule in this country. That will destroy the country. It’ll be a socialist dictatorship, which is not good. The worst part is, many of these women coming across, are going to have a baby within a year. That baby, who by law is automatically a US citizen, becomes their key to citizenship, because once that baby turns 18, he or she can sponsor his parents to become citizens and also sponsor other family members. It’s not right. That amendment to our Constitution, was meant for descendants of slaves to become citizens, NOT to be used the way it’s being used today.\nAnd if we’re not careful we will all be speaking Spanish in the future.\n\nVOTE REPUBLICAN! My parents came illegally but became citizens thru the amnesty from Bill Epstein i mean Clinton, i was born here in California, even though i love my Mexican heritage i still think this is wrong, we need more border control but we also need to be able to make it easier for the good people to come here legally. Donald trump was not racist he was speaking the truth alot of these immigrants are bringing drugs over alot of them are bad people who will cause alot of problems over here for us thats why we need a screening process but a better one than we have now because the one we have now is very expensive and takes way too long, we could use the extra labor from people who want to come and actually work. There’s also more Chinese immigrants than mexican so we need to get a hold of that too , but these Central Americans trying to come in the country alot of them are gang members and most of them are poor and have no resources so when they get here they will become gang members and cause problems because they have no structure and thats all they know. They really need to do something about this. This is disgusting, this is not the right way trying to barge your way into our country is not the way to go

Keep them the hell out of the United States at all cost. Bring the fire trucks in with the pressurized hoses, smoke grenades, pepper cannons wait they might like that, anything to keep them the hell out of here. We have enough problems the next thing we need is more immigrants sponging on this country.

How Dirty immigrants can help United State. I don’t care too much about them, but I want to share what we can get from these immigrants and how we can exploit everything and take advantage. \n \n1. Cheaper Tacos. \nI’m seeing some crazy Taco prices in my area. But We can lower the cost of tacos by bringing in more immigrants. More immigrants mean taco shops, taco shops make hot tacos and more tacos in the supply chain is all we need to bring Taco prices down. which means we can eat more tacos. Immigrant = Taco shop = Cheap Tacos = happy tummy \n \n2. Your precious time! \nWhy clean your own Cars, or your pets which take hours and hours. Your time is precious. You can save so much time for so little money and with that time you can work for even more money or go have a great time. Let’s all live like KING! Apply this to everything thing in your life you majestic being. \nCheap Labor + Little Money = More Money and Time \n \n3. Be a Great person without doing anything! \nWe want to be good neighbors, but my room is just too comfy. I know that feeling but you don't get many chances in life to help someone, this is our chance! Also, they are doing all the work. Let us all pretend that we did something and let them in. After this we can go back to playing video games or watching our favorite shows. \n \nYes. In the beginning They will need help since they came here so poor. But don’t you lift a finger. There are Church groups and Organization and if they are lucky, they might have family member. Our government could also pitch in if they really want as they can think of them as a small investment. A seed for the bigger picture, and we think big. We have abandoned neighborhoods and empty buildings and I would rather have hard-working people take over instead of all these crack-up druggies calling themselves homeless. This will build and strengthen our neighborhoods and trickle into a stronger country. \n \n4.Can’t own Slaves anymore, but we got the next best thing. \nCheap labor. We need to have our own Giant Factories and more Labor force and Health care worker relief. Let them in but they must work hard and cheaply and take Jobs most Americans don't want as they are starting from the bottom. I’ve watched the video and I’ve read many comments. My message it’s to immigrants, Canadians & everyone. Just be some patient to read for you to think reasonable after this. I’m sure you’ll start to be reasonable regarding Canada. I had a good life good job & a nice home in Ukraine. Due to the barbarian russian invasion my family & I fled the horrific situation in Kharkiv city. I was driving a mini bus of 4 families! Most are children. We’ve arrived to Europe. Crossing many countries (Poland, Czechia & Austria) we’ve arrived to the country leading the EU. In Poland & Czechia, we’re treat very good by the people. In Austria we got hardly a payed hotel where children could get a rest!!! We still didn’t understand why they don’t want to give us rooms despite we’re paying for our staying!!! In Germany, I believe that the government did its best. But the number of comers is huge! Of course many they got disappointed as happened with me! But I still understand and believe that really the government & people did theirs best. So fast I got a job! The social connection helped to introduce me to the company! But i was not hired, I still to express myself & my qualifications. The manager was understanding, so he accepted to communicate in English and to offer me the job in case if I am successful doing the job during the first week at the site. I had to change the machines menu into English. So the manager was very satisfied with my job and I got that job. The rent! You’ll get it only if you receive the blessing of each member of the county and a very strong social connections! The doctors! To make just a blood work for my son it took 45 days of waiting! To get the doctor appointment, you need that a German guy call and get you the appointment! Because when my wife called, the secretary said: we don’t speak English! But when my wife went for her visit she figured out they’re speaking English better than her!!! My son has an issue of hyperactivity, so they refused to accept him at school more than 3 hours a day! And he was excluded from the birthday parties of his colleagues aswell other events! Other Ukrainian children, they were just attending classes! Just a show! No body cares how help their integration! About, the taxes! The half of my income was going to the government! The money back?! Only 200 euros/ month for my kid. And nothing else. Nothing! To get a neurologist appointment for my son it was necessary to wait 3 months! Prices?! Everything expensive! Technology?! Not better than Canada at all. Bureaucracy, Canada is much less. Banking system, Canada much better. Where in Germany?! The best province in Germany “Munich”. Where people stoped long ago dreaming to purchase a home. Guys, Canada doesn’t through broken people as we were in camps! Where nothing is human there! Canada doesn’t enter you in cercle of hell bureaucracy just to get your kid into school! And if he needs a support he get it right away without any background that he’s not our!!! I got a good job in Canada; so fast. Without any social connections because simply I do not have any. I rent an apartment for my family, without to proof to the landlord that I’m the best guy in the world with a witnessed county about that!!! I want you to be sure, that I am not the lonely case. Just ask Ukrainians stied in Europe for a while before they move recently. Just ask them. I am not saying it’s a paradise or cons don’t exist. Just paradise doesn’t exist! And cons are everywhere. Just I want you to be fair about Canada. Please, be reasonable! The cons in Canada are not catastrophic, and it’s not difficult to fix them. It may take some time, but not difficult. The unfortunate thing is, a lot of people can't talk about simple truths. And if you try to, you will be called a racist, because facts and statistics are racist apparently. But if you look at the crime statistics database, something like 90% of violent crime is committed by black and Hispanic men between the age of 18 to 45. If you removed that demographic from America, America would be like some future Utopian world where all we knew was peace. So those demographics need to be allowed to be talked about if we want to be able to find solutions and solve those problems. And no, giving reparations would never solve stop those crimes. It's a cultural things that's kept around by bad parenting, poor education, and their surroundings. Sweden is a perfect example where they had nearly 0 crime until they started letting in black refugees from all over. Grape, robbery, and assaults all went up by not 20, 30, 40, 50%. Not even 100%. Those crimes went up by like 400% or more. Women who had lived there their whole lives now had to walk the streets in fear. White men had to now be worried about getting assaulted or stabbed by immigrants who were hitting on his girlfriend in clubs. Or watch what he said back to a refugee who mouthed off to him trying to start shit. They are completely disrespectful and unappreciative of being allowed to live there and be given government assistance. This is how people become prejudice. They SEE how other cultures act and treat them, and they don't want anything to do with them because they simply fear for our safety.

This is why Canada wants all the immigrants to come work here so they can drain all their income in taxes to pay for all the old people draining the system. They need workers at low paying jobs to work double hrs. paying double taxes to pay for senior's health care etc. They are also consumers who will have to spend what's left of their pay cheques to just feed and clothe themselves. Leaving so little left to actually do anything with. As a 5th generation Canadian I have struggled all my life to just keep food and home to live and raise my kids on very little. Now due to what has happened in Canada and the economy, inflation, skyrocketing housing prices, my kids will never be able to own a home in their own country. It's sickening. Canada is cold. Canada is not fun. Least fun because of all the rules on everything. Taxes and fees on everything. There used to be much more fun and things were much more relaxed in the 70's and 80's but now it has changed so much that I'm starting to hate my own Country, my province and the Canadian leadership at this time is the worst in history. And get this: I'm so poor I couldn't even afford to move around or travel in my own damned country! We don't even have a universal transit bus system to travel anymore. YOu have to have a car or fly but be damned if you can hop the old Greyhound and go from Vancouver to Toronto anymore and save a few bucks. It's sick and dysfunctional here.

Canada doesn't NEED more people. Canada simply needs a government that allows the people it already has (immigrants or Canadian born) to succeed in their life goals and dreams while benefiting society. I’ve been living in Canada for 5 years now and I can surely say that Canada is loosing it’s beauty. Hmmmm, why has the birthrate been lack luster for so many decades. Why has born and bred Canadians living on the streets, no home. Why are kids failing in schools and college students are brain washed. Why does Canada need so many more immigrants, when the government can not take care of our citizens. Right now, we need fewer immigrants, not more. It is irresponsible to be opening the floodgates to immigration when we do not have enough affordable housing for them to live in. Where are they going to live? Under the current system, we have more new Canadians bidding up the prices on a limited supply of housing. To say that increased immigration will build MORE houses is just not true. Since 2000, Canada has brought in 5 956 963 immigrants; (Source Statista). During that same period that we brought in almost 6 million new immigrants, Canada’s housing situation has deteriorated to the point so that people are unable to find affordable housing. Forty-year old’s are living in their parents basements because they cannot afford a house or rent an apartment. If 6 million new Canadians only makes housing worse, what will opening the flood gates do? No, we need to fix our problems at home. Ensure that there is enough housing for people to move into before bringing them into Canada.

Why cant we meet our Paris Agreement numbers?? Because our government is bringing in more immigrants that need housing (cutting down trees), that need to get to places that cars need to be used to get to, that need to build new sewage treatment plants, that breathe in more air.\nYes! Yes the racism is very high here. \nMany people come here for a better life but that is very hard to find now days in Canada. Governments here, on every level have let Canadians down . They stopped investing in affordable housing. They haven’t provide enough placement for education of medical staff over decades and now we don’t have enough nurses and doctors. \nWe need better educated voters but of course they don’t put enough money into education. One of the top issues is being black. Seen as black and identified as black when you leave a predominantly Black Country. \nWhen I watch the various Realestate shows of white people buying property abroad as second home or just packing up and moving. I always say it must be nice! Because the reality is they can see them self almost everywhere unless they choose to go into a remote area then that’s the only exception but even then as long they learn the language and respect the culture they are good they are liked welcomed and even seen as fascinating. You gotta now cater to the rich and famous wealthy people but then it’s back to never being home and not enough time for family. \nThe reality is if we could make the money we make here in North America and Uk back home in in the Caribbean and specific countries in Africa it would be a dream come true and that goes for other communist countries too. You truly have to know what makes you happy. Make money but enjoy life it might mean living below your means even though you can can afford a bit better life style. The answer - families don't have as many kids. Why? Kids are expensive, and when your giving over half your salary to the government, having no kids may be your best option financially. So the government responds by keeping taxes high, and making up for smaller family sizes by recruiting immigrants from the Philippines, Nigeria, Sudan, etc.. The handful from Syria get all the attention, but they are a small fraction of the total. \nSo either start having more babies, or start preparing for the multicultural mosaic where the liberal values that made this country great will need to be protected, and I would say, promoted.
