Is zero way is it a tragedy that Canada cant take every citizen in the world who wants to move here. Honestly the opinions of the main stream media are ridiculous, why dont we just pave a golden road for them all and make sure they all have 5 bedroom, 6 washroom houses with 4 car garages and Olympic size swimming pools, now that fact we dont have 7 billion houses like that in Canada with the same amount of farm land and natural land is the real tragedy, wake up and get your head out of your ass

Why are these white people so scared of becoming a minority in that city? Are minorities treated bad or something? Is that why they are scared? By the way, the 60-year-old man with the cap on backwards saying they pay no taxes, do you pay taxes? It looks like you can't even take care of yourself and pay no taxes yourself. Hypocrite.

Unless they are the majority like in Guyana or Mauritius, they always complain about discrimination. Take Fiji, Uganda, among others for example, and the audacity to ask why they were treated that way.

As an Indian American, I believe that living amongst themselves is wrong. They should integrate to Canadian society and converse with all others. Keep your culture, but do not be closed to Canadian culture. Take on the best of both, and invite non-Indian friends to celebrate functions.

Brampledesh…I knew it! I was there a few years ago and I didn’t see any other race.. I stayed at a friend’s small cottage ground. Which they are or we’re trying to take over the land. It was so bizarre all these new houses and people then a street away a small entrance surrounded by trees and cottages. It’s good old Canadians hanging on to the sliver of their community that’s left. But seriously it was really strange and bizarre like I said. 🇨🇦

As an Indian who's living in india never went to Canada even once this should be the responsibility of the government don't promote mass immigration govt should take a stand against these people if they are not paying taxes not working properly not following rules etc it's your govt and Canadian people's responsibility but in the recent Times I've never seen the worst canadian govt till date its really bad you guys should do something about your govt they are not in good trade relations with anyone around the world recent example usa

One thing to highlight with not seeing any homeless Indians in that first seen is not that Indians are causing others to be homeless - rather, they are willing to help family out to prevent homelessness! When we first came here (20+ years ago from Ethiopia), we couldn’t find work and faced homelessness. Our extended family came thru and let the 4 of us stay in a small 1 bedroom in the basement until we could get on our feet. By having a room to be safe in, we avoided a lot of the consequences of homelessness that would have made getting back on our feet exponentially difficult. What I have found shocking now to see as a Canadian of 20+ years is my non-immigrant Canadian friends who will watch quietly as their family members fall under the poverty line and towards homelessness, avoiding inviting them in to not “disrupt their peace” at home. I’ve had random family of friends stay with me in hard times to avoid them being on the street while my generally kind friends (at least to others!) did not take them in. This individualistic mindset of the West really means if you have a low point in life, you will plummet to rock bottom…. Ofc homelessness and poverty is multifaceted but a more collective approach to community would also reduce the burden!

Almost 50 years in Canada , I was forced to assimilate, hide my culture, religion, language , Canada is more racist . Italians in Little Italy, Greeks in Little Greece , Europeans that cannot speak " Canadian" why are they not a threat ? All those " poor Canadians " in the basement of legion halls crying about no jobs ? So , "the Pakis"also steal jobs from hard working white ppl ? I am from India came to Canada legally (gone through 7 months of processing and waiting , submitted countless documents , photos , chat history to prove relation status and professional experience, literally submitted all my life story) to obtain PR and come to Canada just to realize that people without any of these come from different parts of the world especially India bypassing the system and living better life working cash jobs and doing random stuff. When i went to take driving license first time, An Indian origin guy rejected my application saying that my Indian License wasn't looking original enough , where I have seen people who couldn't even speak basic English were applying to get license to drive trucks. It is sad to see how many of our people are bringing a lot of 'Indianness' to this country and live like it is their own turf. I have met many young and middle aged individuals who call themselves students who doesn't even have a clue of what they are studying. It is unbelievable how people of certain status live their life partying and enjoying breaking all sort of rules , dropping out of college etc. when people who are here legally and many Canadians struggling to pay rent / mortgages / insurances etc. Don't even want to talk about job security , its a joke. Finally happy to see someone raising voice.

I think the government really need to start looking into Indians, Filipinos and even Nigerians with all the fake that they enter in the country with the government really need to take this seriously.. NCLEX also need to do better than everyone keeps talking about Indians national.. when we have other nationals scamming the system

Charge the colleges and universities that allow them to take courses and pass them like Conestoga College . They turned a blind eye ask students who were there. It's all about the money.

As an American who worked in HR for eight years at BMO in Canada, I’ve noticed an important trend: many local professionals often attribute their career struggles to the system, when the real issue is a lack of updated skills. In my previous office of 71 employees, around 60% were Indian and Chinese professionals — many of them exceptionally skilled and hardworking. The fact is, immigrants don’t take jobs; they earn them through their capabilities. I currently work at BlackRock, managing a team of 221 people. Individuals with strong mathematical and analytical abilities often come from Indian or Chinese backgrounds, while only about 20% of our workforce is American. I conduct 4–5 interviews daily, and the pattern remains consistent — candidates from Europe, the U.S., and Canada frequently lag behind in technical skills. It’s a tough truth, but one worth acknowledging: in today’s competitive job market, skill development matters far more than nationality.

First, they should fire right now those goverment officials who don't know data about students. Actually they should take responsability about their jobs. It's simple: send an ultimatum to students and colleges and after start revoking visas and licenses.

My grandparents immigrated here from Jamaica and certain groups have made the word immigration annoying and obnoxious now. It’s not even immigration at this point it’s just a full take over and a blatant disrespect for our country. Don’t follow the rules, aren’t compliant , protesting that Canadians don’t respect them and that they should stay there even if the visa is up, demanding money, buying all businesses and blatantly not hiring Canadians because they aren’t of a certain race. It’s extremely disrespectful and we need to start sticking up for the people of this country and have tighter rules and regulations to get in. Disappointed in our country…we’ve failed. What happened to the old school immigrants that would come in work hard build wealth and have pride in moving to Canada. It’s really the younger generation of immigrants that are entitled and stupid. And this is coming from a young person. Some of the immigrants (if you know you know) aren’t even that good at their job, they careless do it half ass and expect tips and that certain details will go unnoticed because they didn’t earn the job they just showed up and were handed the job.

As a Brampton raised kid, I lived there from 97' till about 2023, I'm caribbean and we have a large indian/muslim/hindu population too on our island. (Trinidad) and the issue with Brampton is: Indian people will gladly intergrade, but Canadian borns won't welcome it. Walk with me- I'll use food for an example. Every other grocery store is middle eastern/asian/african in Brampton and its becomes harder finding more western style food. I love international food, I cook it often but if you're used to burgers and pizza and only know how to make spaghetti it feels like a 'take over' These people want what they want and even though all these places are free for you to also enjoy they don't like it cause it's too 'foreign' to them. It doesn't mean there isnt still a No Frills or a Walmart or Metro, but because the african and halal store are closer and more frequent it seems like more of a convenience to others and not to you. When people say we're multi-cultural, they mean 'yeah he's brown or black but he keeps it to himself' They aren't going to go to that Sikh temple giving free food, and only go to the church at the beginning even though they're welcome to both. It's the same for Diwali and other things, white people dont care to be interested in those things, and just wonder why they get to have it at all. I do agree with that indian lady at the beginning though, with lax immigration you come in feeling like you don't need to do anything to assimilate. They're doing themselves a disservice by only helping themselves. I hate stereotypes being perpetuated onto people but like that Pakistani guy said too, you live in a bubble and you don't pay attention to that. You can go days without speaking english to someone. You can't immigrate somewhere and shut out everyone already there. I get you may not feel welcome by the white people like the ones in the beginning and so you dont mess with them, and its easy not to. But there needs to be openness with helping everyone benefit from multi-culturalism and not just some of us. There are issues with immigrants not wanting to go outside their bubble and for canadians not to want to either, It'll be hard to (with the current issues we're facing as a country) to actually blend together more.

The real problem is not just people, it’s the Canadian immigration system and the loopholes IRCC has left wide open. In Punjab and other parts of India, wealthy families are arranging marriages where a girl with IELTS comes to Canada, then calls her husband here. Many of these are nothing more than contract marriages, where once the boy arrives, they go their separate ways. This is blatant abuse of the system and has created a wave of people entering Canada without even basic English skills. IRCC needs to wake up and fix this. Students on study or work visas must not be allowed to bring their spouses. If someone wants to come, let them take an English test themselves and prove they’re qualified. Study permits should only be issued for genuine university students, not random private colleges being used as back doors into the country. On top of that, no work permits should be given while on a study visa. Employers who hire students illegally on cash as cheap labour should face strict penalties, heavy fines, and blacklisting. Until these loopholes are closed, Canada’s immigration system will continue to be exploited and lose credibility. IRCC, this is not immigration — this is fraud facilitated by weak laws.

Indias work hard in every sector so people see them all the time and they think Indians are going to take over and they are real problem But real problems is Ukraine and refugees from everywhere who get free houses and live on welfare and even they get free dental.They are living on Canadian tax payer money. Immigrants don’t get any government help plus visa and other requirements are still there Internet is just home of negativity and full of misinformation.

Indian HRs only hire Indians!!! That is the reality. You do not believe me?, you think I am exaggerating? Just check how many Indian international students are working in the security industry and the majority of them do not last because they take those jobs from Canadians while they find a job in their area of study to get the PR!!!! I was not raised to be racist but at 67 and my family has been in Canada since 1536 , I can now say that I am racist. I do not agree with melding pot beliefs. the people being brought in to my country are NOT TRYING TO MERGE OR ADAPT “OUR” way of life. Better Rules for coming to this Country need to be implemented. like No banking outside of our banking system. no owning property until they have been in Canada for 15 years and have proven that they Support Canada not the country they Left and didn’t bother to try and work on. Dictator or Religious fighting needs to be addressed by THE PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY. Wow, we have no idea where these people are, if these students are even in Canada, we don't know who left the country. What the he'll is happening . Who decided it was India that can send us millions of people and we are going to be ok. Canada has open door policy and keeps taking all sorts of people from all parts of world without verification, checks and balances. Good balanced journalism. It showed the divide not just between those from india and others in Canada but the acceptance and community. I wonder if they discussed how when Indian students who unalive themselves in Canada, the deaths are not treated as such. There are many families who have the remains of their kids (usually young males) repatriated and the death is left unclear. The gov’t of Canada has been obfuscating many such deaths. Was it the Canadian govt fully at fault for the deaths? Not quite… these students are often met with predatory individuals who take advantage of their vulnerable situations: such as predatory landlords who have sometimes 15 or more students renting one house, or unjust working conditions because the employer knows that the immigrants citizenship hopes are tied to the job, etc etc. Ultimately, it’s the Canadian government turning a blind eye to these realities and trying to make the deaths appear due to things other than unalive attempts. This shouldn’t be surprising considering the way the Canadian government has been pushing dystopian legislation around their medically assisted dying program (MAiD). Canada’s medically assisted dying program has the least guardrails of any program of that type in other countries. Not just this, but the legislation for MAiD comes at a time when Canada’s healthcare and mental healthcare systems are collapsing. Trudeau said he would address this with one his re-election promises in 2021: he promised 5 billion for mental health programs. I’ve worked in the field for almost 20 years with youth and that money never arrived, nor has any serious attempt to fund programs occurred since the brutal Canadian pandemic policies massively exacerbated the youth mental health crisis. Perhaps one day someone will be able to trace how the 5 Billion promised was send off in provincial transfers that did not benefit any programs and likely only helped pay for all the upper management, because Canada’s healthcare, education and mental health care systems are absurdly top-heavy. Canada becomes moral dystopian by the day, with regular folks (working class, blue collar, low-income) bearing the burden. Everyday more people join the rank of the oppressed regular people while a few who work in the government or favored industries are overpaid and the stats around all of this corruption are further obfuscated and buried. And as all this occurs, you see bureaucrats like the on in this video smug in their knowledge that most Canadians will never learn how dark the truth is.

They “the government “ does this on purpose to create a crisis. Rather than spend the money on border agents which would help control this issue as well as the flow of illegal firearms, they let in unvetted, undocumented migrants to cause backlash from you and I, basically opening the door for them to correct it by implementing a digital ID. This is nothing new, all the WEF puppets world wide are pulling the same strings. Enough is enough! It’s time to take our countries back with mass deportations. Get the military involved and do whatever it takes to get these low quality migrants out of our country

This is terrible and I don't understand why the government would only take Indian students about 90% of the international students were from India and uneducated and non-verified credentials. I don't understand was the government too much worried about the money they will be bringing I don't understand like this has the real Cause of the trouble for everyone why you only would take so much of the Indian students why not the rest of the world if you really want to help your new your universities to pay off their salaries and run and those new Indian breed that is coming they are really not ready to come to the Canada illiterate people.

canadians and her multicultural ways simply can not compete against india, africa, south asia and various latin american countries because of 1 thing - birth rates. and when i say the canadian way and what 'used' to be a balanced multicultural way of life - is now being completely replaced by, majority led, india and a select handful of a few other nations - philippines, nigeria, bangladesh and some middle eastern nations. most of these nations - minus the philippines - have very different values and laws from the west. gender inequality, caste systems and not to mention religious / secular conflicts. racism is also incredible in those nations - again, minus the philippines. the only reason i include the philippines on this list as well is because their numbers are also very high in terms of the recent immigration scams but still not as high as india - who by large is the biggest scammer by a mile. these nations export canadian capital to their home nations and recycle the cash and bring in more of their own people. it is blatant soft power take over of canada without firing a single shot. canadians need to wake up and bring back balanced immigration. i will never accept sharia law, caste systems of gender inequality in canada but it is already here and their population is hundreds to thousands of times more than canada and they are already establishing incredibly strong roots here.
