They keep talking about losing a huge part of the workforce with mass deportations. So Americans aren’t looking for work? I’ve worked for Amazon for 3 and a half years now. I transferred from Va back home to ny last October. In va Americans are being hired. In ny Amazon is literally hiring nothing but Haitians. We hire a hundred and twenty people every year between July and January for prime and peek. I promise you without any iota of exaggeration, every last new hire is Haitian. I know of plenty of ppl who have applied to no avail. They really need to say if you’re American don’t apply. They get tax credits for hiring them. And because of this they do little to no work because they know nothing will happen to them. So all of the work falls on us . Out of the 120 new hires this year and last year 115 are under 27. They try to alienate us , intimidate us,and are extremely rude to anyone who isn’t Haitian. These are young people who are on straight gang time. I’m a black man telling you this and I’m from the street. It took me 6 years to finally make 20 dollars an hr, they come right over making the same as me while I’m working harder to accommodate their lack of productivity and at the same time hope I don’t lose my job for standing up to their rudeness and intimidation tactics. But the media will have ppl convinced that these are hard working meek and humble ppl just trying to make a better life for them and their families. I’m 45 years old and every year of my life we have always had a block party every summers end . For the last three years none. Because my neighborhood has been inundated with migrants who don’t care to assimilate.

Are we talking about a mass deportation of people who came into this country illegally? The funding and the resources are the problems. Trump is not going to be able to deport as many as he proposes. If some of them have been here and started an American-born family, then they should get special consideration, but if it's decided they get deported it's really not the fault of the government, it solely rests on the shoulders of those who come in our country and break our laws. If the idea is to become an American Citizen breaking the law is not the first thing to do to swear allegiance. It's confusing. My hope is that we get this issue behind us with fairness and compassion, without sending the message that you can just come here without due process.

I think the people of the United States should have lawsuit against Biden and Garland . They knew trump broke the law by organizing a coup on Jan 6th . Why did Biden not make garland prosecute trump. I made a concentrated effort to assimilate into the American culture as quickly as possible and become a productive part of the American culture and it's traditions. I embraced my new home but still valued my heritage and what I could contribute to this society - tolerance and patience. Sadly, what you stated regarding this kind of negative behavior started to creep in, even here, during the Barack Hussein Obama administration (very backward man and backward values) and has steadily become worse over the past 10-12 years here in the U.S. People of Indian heritage truly have a lot to offer countries like the U.S. and Canada when these people conduct themselves in a civilized and cultured manner.

I have family in the USA the people are fantastic, nice places, better earnings in some jobs worse in others. The best reason to move there is opportunities if you are a band or entertainer, actor. Teachers in Canada make $60,000 to $100,000.Because our Prime Minister is leaning towards dictatorship my stance on gun laws are changing to the American view. It's all fine and well that you want to leave Canada but where will you go that's any better? After all it is your choice. The problems we see happening around the world are a global problem. There are at least 2 major wars going on. Inflation is rampant in most countries in the world and we ARE heading for a global economic depression that will dwarf anything that we've seen in the 1930's. Speaking for myself my roots are here in Canada which is not the Canada I grew up in anymore. Sadly. Used to be a really great place to live until Trudeau and his band of thieves ruined it. I may as well make my last stand here. If I was going to move where would I go. The EU? Absolutely not! They're tanking. America? No effing way! The American empire is collapsing. Along with the FED note. South America? Don't think so. Most S. American countries are iffy at best. Australia? No. They're nuts. New Zealand? No. They're struggling badly and people are leaving there in droves. Africa? No way in hell. So that doesn't leave very much. Antarctica? Little on the cold side. If you're serious about moving out of Canada be sure to do your due diligence and research about your target country. Grass always looks greener on the other side but many times isn't once you get there. One place that I AM attracted to is the Azores. Beautiful place. Friendly people. Good climate. One drawback is that I don't speak Portuguese. And I would have to be independently wealthy. After a certain amount of time out of the country I would lose my Canadian pension. It's said that where we are is where we're supposed to be. I may as well take my chances, make the best of a crappy situation and stay here. There really is no better or worse place than Canada. The majority of the countries in the world are struggling with their own problems. I'm not willing to jump from the frying pan into the fire. One of the biggest reasons I want to stay in Canada is that if it does come to a nuclear shooting war it would be very unlikely that Canada would be attacked. So here I'll stay. For better or worse. The LIberals won't be in power forever and if people have the smallest amount of sense, so few will vote for them in the next election that the Liberals will lose party status. I am not A Canadian I’m an American, but I interact with lots of Canadians as they find themselves coming down here for one reason to the other and I’m not near the border either. I’m quite far into the US in a major US city.\n\nThere are two types of Canadians that distinct themselves. The first group is the ones that are themselves immigrants that are naturalized. I make this distinction because many cases they have not assimilated. They still have their own culture from another country and is pointed out by the narrator people from south Asia and Asia strongly have their culture And language \n\n( Canada is good for allowing people to live in communities to cut themselves off from the main screen. You have people who speak the Ukrainian language Going Back 4 generations)\n\nThen I’m gonna have to use a euphemism that might make peoples hair stand on the back of their neck. I’m gonna call them. The white Canadians has a euphemism. These are people who are going so far back from the British Isles for the most part and the French also speak another language who have no connection to Europe. The English-speaking Canadians who are you from white could walk down or come down to the US and fit right in in a matter of weeks if they’re not already assimilated into the US Culture ( I hope I don’t see any fireworks start coming from this comment) Many of these white Canadians are now more economically disadvantage than the newer Asian and south Asian immigrants and find themselves often times competing for resources with these newer immigrants. Many immigrants more effectively when it comes to investment funds and banking as they formed their own little cocoon communities that don’t interact with the white Canadians.\n\nUnderstandably the white Canadians feel like they’re shut out, unappreciated by the government and now disadvantage and if they raise any protest, they’re called racist and white supremacist. \n\nJust so you know, I am not a white American, but I have an immigrant father from East Asia and I have relatives of my fathers who are also from the same Asian country who immigrated the Canada that I’m in contact with\n\nCulturally when I run into white Canadians, what I noticed is that their diction and speech is so clean clear and polished. Canada is a joke now, trying so hard to be a 51st state. We've got all the crime and all the tent cities to compete with the very greatest American cities. Hello Saleh family, I have been following you for over two years now; I am not american or canadian but a physician and mother of two from a third world country in the Caribbean. I started following you because I was curious about the muslim faith and your way of life. I started following different muslim people (and jewish, vegan, homeless and more... basically anybody different than me) and after some time I saw that we were all humans in search of the same things in life. I completely agree with your decision of moving but was very disappointed in your comments towards the drag community. A person in drag reading a children's book is not indoctrination. A person in drag reading to kids is only teaching them acceptance and tolerance (exactly what you want the world to give to your girls who most likely wear a Hijab). A person in drag is an artist who finds joy and self worth in certain clothes, hairstyles and makeup... it is a person a human person with the same value as everyone else. It has nothing to do with sexuallity or sexual orientation... if we truly want freedom for Palestine, if we truly want to change the narrative and to prevent 75+ years of brutal occupation and racism ever happening again; we have to change the way we see our differences... is not enough to ignore and respect people who are different: we have to accept them and recognize their humanity and their worth; to value and foster acceptance and integration in the younger generations... that is the only way forward, that is the only way we will all secure a better future for our kids. Until you experience the horrors they have gone through don’t throw stones in glass houses the immigration system has been broken for years if people waited until it’s their time no one would realistically get through since there is a 20 year backlog and children who were brought here 20 years ago have been thrown out because they themselves were still not approved a decade or more later. Part of the issue is red state lax gun laws allowing cartels easy access to heavy machinery that can be taken back across the border. Do you really think corruption isn’t running all the way to the top and that the American government has not helped worsen the issues when any of these countries want control of their own fossil fuel. Consider how many rich people get to jump in line or border patrol on both sides being able to keep out legal crossings if you can’t pay their fees. If you fight the cartel military or government you will find yourself dead imprisoned and or tortured and if they are fleeing to save their family and willing to leave their whole life behind to go to a country whose language they don’t speak do you really think they can walk all the way to the border wait in a single file line hope they can request asylum and then wait 40 years to maybe get a call back for a hearing these ppl are forced into a rock and a hard place and for the majority of American politics most politicians have no interest on really figuring out a comprehensive and compassionate system to help get immigrants out of dangerous situations America barely cares about it’s homeless citizens veterans mentally or physically Ill every country is having serious issues because often leaders are really only looking out for themselves

As a second generation Nigerian immigrant (parents were born in Nigeria and I was born in the US). I 100% agree w/ his perspective. I’ve spent consider amount of time in Nigeria w/ my side of the family that’s doing well and the other side that aren’t. Aboard should only be for people who have no opportunity back home as in they have tried everything and nothing worked for them. If you are doing well in Nigeria, try and give birth to your kids in the US so they can retrieve citizenship. There is no reason a successful person back home should sell their things and move aboard even for kids as you can send them aboard to receive an education and help them gain citizenship and from their they can file for you. The amount of systemic racism, odd jobs you will have to work (God forbid you don’t have a degree and you move aboard for non degree purposes that’s when aboard will show you pepper), cost of surviving is expense here especially now as inflation is high. It’s just not benefiting especially if you were better off in Nigeria. However, this shouldn’t stop you from coming just know that the road isn’t easy and some places are worse than others. I’ve never been to Canada but have been to the UK and by far would advice anyone from back home to avoid UK at all cost. Not even sure how Nigerians are even making it there lol (it’s a never ending cycle of poverty plus citizenship is very difficult to gain and the discrimination in my opinion is much worse than the US. UK society has a class system and it only really empowers British people. The UK is so bad that they even discriminate against Eastern Europeans that should let you know a lot.) Also why do you think most Brits Nigerians come back to Naija hoping to secure job compared to American Nigerians and let me tell you it’s not because the UK is close to Nigeria, there is a true lack of opportunity. There are more opportunity in the US and possibly Canada compared to the Europe.

The problem here is everybody is blaming these poor people that want to come over for a better life and opportunity to get away from a corrupt government that has them in poverty, with no hope of prospering! But we look at it in this country as troublemakers coming across the border and that’s not the case not to say that there’s not people that won’t make for trouble who are in that crowd but overall just good, hard-working people who are getting ready to probably be treated very poorly once they get here And if that’s not enough, but you can never fault someone for picking up a job. Aside from what was said (making more money), other reasons why many immigrants would fight tooth and nail to get U.S. citizenship are the fact that the U.S. has a bigger and wealthier population, which translates to American companies getting more investment money. And in turn, are alot more willing to invest more of that money into their employers. Other underlying reasons include an overall warmer climate, rich pay less taxes, and the fact that an immigrant finally obtaining U.S. citizenship is considered a status symbol. \n\nAnd there are other reasons why Canada government is far more immigrant friendly. The government wants to increase their country's population to at least 100 million, and that isn't possible with Canada being one of the numerous countries experiencing a decline in baby's being born. And the new immigrants are to hopefully prevent the time in the future when Canada has too many old people, but not enough caretakers and young people to tax.

This is not about race or immigration. This is a result of corporate greed and poor hungry people that want a chance at life. In the US there’s a housing crisis, landlords bankrupting hard working people, grocery stores raising prices, gas prices sky rocketing, all for what? MONEY, corporate greed, no regulations on basic necessities that everyone needs to live. All those people recently stealing in LA, it’s just begun… In school I was taught about the Great Depression.. THIS, right now is the United States greatest economic crisis. We are living in it right now… I hope everyone can find safety and security. My husband and I moved to Iowa for a better shot, we’re Americans and have struggle our who lives as working class citizens.

This video is a joke with an agenda. If America let in people as easily as Canada did and in the same proportion to its population could it not end up having the same housing crisis? People have done studies and found if they threw citizenship at certain people they'd be voting around 70% Democrat. Where the government sets these people up also determines election outcomes. The thing about the job health insurance that a lot of Americans don't really think of as a business case: If a person has their insurance tied to their job, they will almost never be able to move to another one if they develop a life-threatening condition. The USA is a beautiful country, but it's a STRANGE society. One thing I can say is the USA tends to get bright fast once they catch on to how big a problem actually is, so here's to hoping that happens soon because brother, you have a mess of problems on your plate. \n\nThis isn't the only thing, but FWIW, I have had multiple opportunities to move to the US for work, and I work in a field where I can command a very good salary, but I choose to not live there. I'd move to Belize, or a Nordic EU country instead.

To your point about choosing where exactly in the US you live - I grew up for 26 years near Toronto but have lived in the US for the last 20 (husband is American). We live in a bubble of like-minded and similar people, and there are very few places in the US we could tolerate. Also, DO NOT underestimate the effects of school shootings on families. I have kids and I'm a teacher. It's on my mind EVERY SINGLE DAY. I'm kind of hoping my kids decide to go to university in Canada. Finally, don't forget that for good health insurance, you are paying a premium just for the coverage, and then on top of that if anything happens you are paying hundreds/thousands of dollars for the services!

I was hoping that Canada would be a safe haven for Black people. I thought that Canada was genuinely liberal in a way that nowhere in the United States is. There is the image of Canadians as low key, down to Earth, inoffensive, unimposing, friendly, helpful. I guess that was just a myth.
