I didn’t expect because of education I would start in hire level positions? \nWe are nice and kind people and have a beautiful country. \nWant to hear your next article on your successes instead of being a Debbie downer.

I have friend of that same background in this video who told me she got her PR with the help of their lawyer of their same background. She was also an international student.\nThey will work cash jobs while their lawyer who knows someone who owns a business or agency to make up their job title and salary. Their lawyer sends to their chequing acct ,just like a real salary, to make it seem like they are employed in that particular position. But she said they return the money back to lawyer and thats what the lawyers use to put in her bank account every month. \nNow shes PR.. \nso regardless if they change the policy regarding removing low wage temporary workforce or setting the scores high in the job criterion, they will always find a loophole, why because indians owns businesses and indian lawyers here in Canada also help them commit fraud..\nI don’t know if i should be happy for my friend who got her PR or get upset because they did it fraudulently

i'm 75, born and raised in vancouver. the downward spiral in canada, imo started in the early 2000's. personally i'm doing ok, but young people today do not have things that i had access to. in the early 80's my wife and i bought a big beautiful house in a great neighbourhood in maple ridge for 73,000. my wife took a year off from work and we did fine on my wages. today, a working couple struggles to rent an apartment and buying a home is a pipe dream. for housing, the government opened up the border and too many people came here in too short a period of time and the real estate nightmare started.

I lived in Canada when I was 5 years old. I don't remember much from when I was 5 years old but I remember the feeling of home Canada gave me. I was happiest in Canada and my family felt safe and grateful to be there. I left Canada in only a year though cause we went there to study English, and I was very sad because Canada was the best place ever for me. I've been to several countries but Canada always had me in love. I was planning on going back for college and living there, but when I realized the state Canada is now, I was heartbroken because it looked nothing like the amazing place I had lived in years back. I'm still very sad about this and I pray the Canada I used to know will be back one day so that I can return to the place that was the closest thing I've ever felt like home.

Please use deodorant and at least once a day take a shower because in the bus or at work is very hard for us from other countries and I know is not your fault but we all have to adapt in a country we arrive hope no one gets offended by this but remember that we share the air and we cannot avoid smelling other people. What the hell is wrong with these people? They are giving a bad name to all the law abiding Indians both in USA and Canada. Indians are usually the most law abiding people in any country they live in. Moved to Canada for quality of life and in terms of natural beauty it has not disappointed me. However, it is sorely lacking in the necessary infrastructure investment and many of the more Woke political decisions compound this with how the tax dollars get utilised on virtue-signalling for the Politicos, instead of driving steady grass-roots investment into the education and building out the infrastructure and driving the expansion of the economy. Sadly, the Woke government has moved from an almost clear balance sheet to having stacked up an incredibly high national debt mountain which now eats up most tax dollars just to service and will take GENERATIONS to repay.... the grandchildren of Canadians today will not see this repaid and there is NOTHING to show for it except keeping the Woke politicos smug in their beliefs. \nOf course, I am gone..... I moved to the USA and concentrated on economic investment in my family and building an asset portfolio which is globally portable.

I am a Chinese who has lived in Canada for 20 years, and now the streets are full of Indians. I feel New Delhi. When Chinese are no longer the largest immigrant group in Canada, the social environment in Canada is getting worse and worse, especially the public security is worrying. The basic jobs of local whites have been robbed by Indians, and there are too many homeless people with abnormal mental health who take drugs.

Most Indians coming to Canada are uneducated and come from bad environments, and when they get the opportunity, they bring their entire families, which makes the situation worse. They engage in scams, only hire other Indians, and seem to be everywhere in Canada, often forcing their culture onto others. However, I’ve also encountered many educated and respectful Indians. Unfortunately, Canada needs to deport those who are a liability and not contributing positively

So what does it mean when they say Canada doesn’t have enough people?

I would respectfully point out that in my opinion the problem is that too many immigrants from one particular culture (in this case, Indians, but it's also the Chinese,) have been allowed in to settle almost entirely in one particular area of a city. In Ontario it's Brampton. In B.C. (where I live) it's Surrey. This stretches Canada's resources, having classrooms almost full of Indian kids who are learning English as a second language. For years we've had to put up with young Indian males street racing in their expensive cars on our cities late at night... to their mothers they are 'princes,' and they act like it and believe they can do exactly as they like. Then there's the issue of how many of their extended family members are also allowed in - resulting in way too many elderly Indians who don't speak a word of English and probably never will, so we have to provide translation services for them in our hospitals and govt. offices. The other issue I have a problem with is there's a tendency with Indians to 'skirt the rules.' There have been a few significant accidents on our highways caused by young Indian male drivers operating huge rigs which they are ill-equipped to drive, which seems to indicate they got their licences fraudulently. There's also been an increase in so-called 'honour killings' (e.g. MURDER!) as well as young girls being subjected to FGM (Female Genital Mutilation.) As an immigrant myself, born and raised in the UK, I'm used to living among Indians, and in fact have always really liked them (and especially their food, which definitely improved the British restaurant scene!) but it's time to limit the numbers.
