It's this kind of media manipulation that creates an inaccurate impression.\nNow, for the indigenous, yes, there is systemic racism. They want people of color to feel as if they're not good enough. You will expereince this everywhere you go in Canada. Somedays it will be subtle looks of disdain. I think your video is well done. I used to love visiting the US especially the west and have fond memories of our travels .Now we don't travel to the US because of the gun violence and so many guns. Most Canadians don't want guns and think gun control should be very strict. I am very content with the way things are in Canada. We have high taxes but we have so many benefits, like maternity leave of 12 months or more. We have free healthcare with no premiums to pay. We have at least 2 government pensions , one we help contribute to and one is totally government funded plus a guarantee supplement if needed . Most people also have a company or union \npension . Most people retire between 60 to 65 years , but its certainly not compulsory. Canada is hoping to have a 4 day work week soon. Our federal government is generous helping with supplements for food etc. We welcome newcomers and we have a very diverse population. I have traveled to different parts of the world and I am very content here.

It’s horrific how these ppl are forced to live, that is NOT life..reading the comments, it’s disheartening to see. Put yourselves in their shoes! Ask yourself many questions. We need stronger borders. This is an outrage and the lack of respect these illegals have for the citizens is angering. In any other country if an American tribes that we would instantly get slapped spat on attacked ignored or worse. These people just think because it's America that they have every right. Solution: elders teach their grandchildren languages that weren’t erased by genocide and environmental /spiritual cultural practices and lifestyles before they’re gone by paying first people elders and streaming it into all Canadian classrooms so the children can see a future where they’re valued and all Canadian kids can get a full education and learn accurate history. This is happening all over the world… I’m also African American . I’ve be going through the worst disrespect dealing with these white peoples in the predominantly white neighborhoods. I’m 47 years old, black (Caribbean descent) and have lived in Canada my whole life. I’ve lived in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary and visited all over the country. Have never experienced any racism of any kind. Toronto and Montreal in particular are incredibly diverse. Not sure how you would see any overt racism in those places. The average American is better off as far as salary goes but the median American is very much worse off. You touched on it with the GINI - in America there are a large number of very wealthy people skewing all economic indicators. The rich get richer while the poor get poorer. I do not want Canada to follow this route, it is OK if we don't maximize output because we take care of our people better.

I am at a loss. These people look fit and healthy, and they are dressed in decent clothing. I live in small town rural area of Missouri, and several of this town's members are dressed shabbily compared to these oppressed people. If we have enough accumulated goods, clothing, food, medical resources, etc. to save healthy immigrants who are well clothed, why can't we raise our fixed income citizens' health coverage and clothing allotment? They have paid into the system for years and now it allows their survival, nothing more. No dental. No eating out. No vacations. There's a Home Depot across the street from where I work. Migrants go there hoping to get chosen by people who need a few men for work. In a month, it went from about 20 men to about a good 150 men just loitering in the parking lot. The police were called. Three SUV'S pulled in, and over the loud speaker telling them to leave the premises. As they were exiting, I told them, welcome to America. This is totally insane and must be stopped. If we don't get Trump back in office, it's gonna only get worse, exponentially. Republicans must keep hold on to the House of representatives, get the senate back and Trump back in office. When his term in office is over, vote for the Republican front runner and keep grasp on both chambers. Right now we have WW3 starring us right in the face. If Democrats and their left leaning liberals aren't stopped, then the beginning of the end of America will be in full swing. Everybody please wake the fuck up!

These people will bring their third world way of life and turn America into the same country the came from. We the people of the United States of America need to stop this invasion. If you think we have a gang problem, you haven't seen nothing like what is coming.

Why are we seeing this? It’s because of our corrupt government. Now if we had the military shooting the people that comes across a certain line and leaving them there to die I bet people will stop crossing. I feel bad that it’s terrible in their country but it’s getting worse here bring them here is not going to make it better. It’ll make it worse for all of us.

If you understood the s*** that was going down in Venezuela, you would be fighting for these people to have Asylum here. Do you know how much of Texas is unoccupied? Like SO much of it. It's not a very densely populated state. It can take years for Asylum Seekers to go through the process legally. Don't they deserve some level of safety while the process is sorted out? And instead we keep instituting policies that make things even more difficult and create even more tension. Nobody is fully in the right here necessarily, but people really need to start approaching this with much more empathy and Humanity. If you guys really have such a problem with all the migrants being in Texas, there's always Wyoming. Nobody lives in Wyoming. There's plenty of space in Texas, of course, since most people live around the Metropolitan areas.... But Texas isn't always known for its warm fuzzies. Wyoming is just Cheyenne and a bunch of wind. I certainly don't see the harm.

Something plain and simple has gotten seriously out of hand.... If you cannot enforce the policies and procedures that are on the books, then that means you should modify them...☢️☢️☢️

My family waited ten whole years for paperwork’s and an interview, we did everything possible to save money and lived frugally as possible. I understand where they come from but as a legal immigrant it angers me to see people just shoving their way into the country. What about the ones that did it legally? If you let people come in by just shoving their way in then you might as well put up a welcome sign and have open borders. I know they were stopped but we’re getting to the point of just high fiving as people barge in.

This is sickening to see, i feel bad for those that came here the correct way and got their citizenship. Ive read alot of comments that say well if the usa didnt have such stringent rules to become a citizen, then this wouldnt happen. Thats like applying for a job without giving them any information about yourself, and expecting to get that job with no experience. Is it so bad these people should learn about our history and culture, need to be bi lingual and go through the entire vetting process? The answer is they should because if we went to anyother country, we would be expected to learn about their culture. You cant even live in cananda unless you have a certain amount of money and takes years to become a citizen, why shouldnt our border be any different? The fact of the matter is our government needs to wake up, put politics aside and address the issues. I have no problem with people coming here, it they need to become legel and pay taxes like everyone else. We are sick of paying for people that do nothing to contribute to our economy. Put them back where they came from. As a Hispanic, I don’t approve of this entitled attitude of giving them all the benefits while this country is also failing to provide care for low income families and people who are homeless and don’t have homes! We don’t need more mouths to feed! The need to aid our people first if we want to help others. I think they should at least let in first responders, doctors or health care workers in because they have value but other than that… nope

I understand that we can’t take in everyone into the country. We can’t even take care of ourselves until our government works together to help us. However I understand the reason why these people are fleeing. They’re desperate and wanting a better life, and America is always advertising it’s self as THE #1 country. If my family and livelihood was being threaten on the daily I would do the same thing as them. Even if it was a dangerous and illegal I think the troubles they’ve faced are far worse then anything I can think of.

If too many Mexicans come over construction will be done too fast and there will be more houses made and then house prices will drop and this can't happen because I'm rich and I benefit off of limited housing. If hard working people start making houses at near minum range I won't make enough money. Also if Americans find out how much Mexicans and white people have in common such as; farming guns cousins, they will no longer hate them and it'll be harder to keep a 50/5p split in politics then my friends will lose their power of government officials and we would no longer be able to corrupt America with it's own dollar.its the way we do things we eat, complain and make money till we drop, freedom baby.

Such a slap in the face to homeless people who were born, worked in, and lived in America all their life. Where is their “free ticket” to housing and resources? America makes it hard for their own; especially Blacks, to survive. Always some kind of impossible agreement they want you to agree with to obtain help. As a Black American, homeless and disabled; worked low wage jobs here in America over 30 years; was blocked from receiving my full lump sum disability because they knew it would have been enough to buy myself a home; Have been homeless over a year now and can’t agree to America’s rules for fair housing because their rules aren’t fair for Black Americans altogether. America have set Blacks against Blacks; put them in positions to turn other Blacks away from houses and resources; but all they care about is their job. They know their job requires the impossible for many Blacks to agree to, but they easily and intentionally overlook it. How can I agree to volunteer or work if I’m disabled? I applied for disability because I can no longer work. And…It took forever for me to get that. My long, steady work history will prove that I’m not lazy which is used as their excuse for not helping Blacks. America will bend over backwards to help foreigners while we sleep on the streets. That’s the reason why they went out on a limb to employ people from different countries. They called it diversity when they clearly knew it was racism. They had rather employed foreigners to keep Blacks from progressing. America is reaping its seeds right now. Say good bye to America because it’s about to become a new foreign country to all Americans. You reap the seeds you sow. You must be fair to your own first, but you disclaim your own. ❤ And by the way;…..Reparations to Black Americans may be a good start in the eyesight of God who have watched how you treated us for so very long. Nobody in America should be homeless regardless. When God says enough; wickedness and injustices must stop. Not tomorrow but right now! I am a black south african and live In Edmonton Alberta since 2010 I worked hard and built a life for my self and my family I have never gone through any racism in Edmonton Alberta Canada I have white black and native American friends if anyone should be complaining about racism in Canada it's the native American people let's not talk about how us as black people treat eachother that comes from different African countries we have no love for one another
