The drug trade has destroyed the lives of many people in Central and South America. They have no other choice besides illegal immigration.

I am usually not a supporter of illegal immigration. I am definitely opposed to open borders. But if we are going to let anyone in I say let in Venezuelans and give them citizenship, the right to vote. No way are these people going to support Marxism. They ain't going to vote for the Democrats that are so high on the same shit that destroyed Venezuela.

What if the boarder guard start to shoot , then what ! Can’t try to over run and bombard people in their own country and if they over power the guards they can take their weapons, that definitely is not a good look ! There is a process that people have to follow and if the guard doesn’t stop them , then when would it stop because news travel fast and every other immigrants will head to that part of the boarder and rush in , can’t have all those people who have not been ID running a muck in the country because that would break down every day security because some of those people are criminals and others will turn into criminals just to be able to survive ! That is organized and orchestrated by the Republicans to embarrass , Biden government, that just showed that most republicans are not really patriots, they will break down the fiber of this country just to get their point across , they are using immigration to turn the American people against Biden government ! All that is happening because of Trump indictment ! Hmm ?

But they will still come out at hearings and press conferences and try telling the people of the country that under their admin national security and border protections are far better under their admin than it ever was under trumps. Everyone just resorts to basically saying they should all be kicked out!! Why can’t we find a solution? I just don’t get why this is such a controversial issue! Kicking them out or criminalizing them is just sweeping the issue under the rug. It doesn’t solve the problem, meaning after a while they will come back and we will be right back where we started. \n\nI guess I just feel like there should be a little more compassion and problem solving when talking about immigration!

? I do feel for these people. However, how do you measure the quality of immigrants wanting to live in the US. Thousands of Venezuelans have crossed the border to Colombia. Although most want a better life, there are the many that do atrocities!!! The city where my parents are from there are neighborhoods where Venezuelans hangs have taken over….. there were peaceful places before Venezuelans got there. It can be frustrating when talking about immigration.

My best friend started her immigration process in 2017. She was finally green lit to come to America in 2019 after marrying her long time husband over in Europe and then getting the paperwork done here in the US during that time Covid hit, and when they closed all the borders, they stopped all of the immigration process to America meaning that she was stuck in Europe away from her husband for three years. Finally last year after making her go back through the process getting all of her paperwork re-done, paying another $5000 she was able to come to the US just last month she got the start of her paperwork for her green card to work here in the US and become a full US citizen. It’s been a long process. It infuriates me that people like that who are honest, hard-working people who want to come to the US and start a life after being married, proven to have jobs and want to pay taxes and support a system. That’s willing to take them in get held up because of people like this want to come here illegally Big cause of whatever the reasons are trying to circumvent and skip over the people who are trying their hardest to do it the right way in the first place, dust dragging the system further down.

These people were told, that they were going to get it after the fire at the immigration center in Mexico, where 39 people lost their lives, only to be taken back and this why these happened. It feels like it was done in purpose to feed the right wing narrative that there is a crisis at the border, when the real crisis is the system's lack of personal to processs their Asylum forms.

One of themajor rallying calls: immigration. The way media report on this becomes increasingly demeaning and hateful. During the 1930's much of the European media and even as far as the UK was ramping up the scorn against the ever increasing influx of Jewish immigrants coming from Germany. Even into 1944 there was a vast amount of demonisation of them seeking asylum, despite the knowledge by this point that there were horrific conditions in camps where extermination was becoming ever more apparent. The Nazi German government in 1936 passed laws that enabled them to revoke citizenship and stripped away laws on human rights. It would be great to say that these poor souls who were being demonised in their own country were accepted into nations who could see what was going on and who wanted to help, but that just wasn't the way it went. Media played out as it is now, leading to rejection and a greater number of deaths as a result of this. The way the UK government is currently working, it actually sounds like the maxi government of the mid 30's during the time of the Nürnberg laws. \n \nThe world feels far smaller now with double the amount of people and with things like social media playing a huge role in the lives of many. The ease of access to people around the world has made issues seem to stretch to far more countries now, whereas back then it was a time of empires. I get that there will be many here who support Trump, many who support Biden, there will be Brit's who support Sunak and the rather vicious words of Suella Braverman, whilst others will be more on the side of Starmer (I'm well aware of all the other parties but they don't stand to gain as much). There will be French people backing Macron, whilst others back Le Pen. We could go through each country all the way to the battle between Fujimori and Castillo in Perú, and the stories are much the same, but how will history judge us when people look back to this time? Will it be another occasion where we demonised those trying to escape the horror of the place they had the bad luck to be born in whilst we were luckier? \n\nI know there is hardship everywhere. I'm struggling more than most and I know I can't keep living this way. However, I don't want to be a part of history people look back at and say ‘if only they did something to help prevent this.’. I would rather be a part of history people look back upon and say; ‘that was a boring time period where nothing important happened’. It's already too late for that. Instead I try to remember that, though I was born into a family who never really wanted me, I was lucky enough to be born into a country that could support me during the hardest times. When you look at immigrants, remember that every one of us has immigrants in our family tree somewhere.

Why most Americans want the boarders secure. These people don’t follow immigration rules, you think they’re gonna follow Americas rule of law? This goes to all who try to enter illegally, not just south of the boarder but Asia, Europe, everywhere.

I support legal immigration. I value the hard-working people in my country who immigrated legally. But if you are running in here with armed protection, the border patrol should set their weapons to fully automatic and decimate this crowd. These are not the people we want coming into this country, they are already breaking the law to get in here. Sorry, not sorry, if you were this comfortable with breaking the law, then you might have cartel connections and we do not want you here. My work which is at a hotel just got a bunch of Puerto rican immigrants who are working and living at the hotel for free and they get paid and they treat all the other workers with disrespect and leave everything a mess and break rules constantly and can’t even talk to the managers and we’re all trying to be as understanding as we can be because I honestly can’t imagine going through immigration like that but still there’s no rules for them and meanwhile us other workers who are American and don’t get paid as much and don’t have the amenities that they do it’s just kind of a ridiculous situation in my opinion. There’s no structure or organization with it and it doesn’t make sense that we’re illegally transporting immigrants all over the us and giving them the free pass for most all things without even going through the legalization process. Like I can completely understand immigration and see nothing wrong with it when it’s done legally, but I don’t understand why we’re disregarding the people already in the long process of legally immigrating. I might just be very ignorant in the issue but that’s my personal take on the issue. It doesn’t make sense to me. I will say I have absolutely nothing against any person who’s an immigrant but just the rules and regulations surrounding the situation. I don’t mean to step on anyone’s toes or offend anyone.

As an African who lives in Africa and is very proud of my continent, I consider this an invasion and I suggest the US should do something, send the military. no one should force himself into another country like this.\n America has a lot of enemies and these people should be checked and double checked before they enter your nation. Poor parents who just want to help their families find a better life, I agree illegal immigration does have negative effects on countries, but who can truly understand the struggle some of these people might be going through?

There hundreds of thousands of people applying to come to Canada legally, why others should be allowed to sneak in here. No arrests either. It cost money to keep lawyers for them , and to feed them. Although I've been against illegal immigration (but NOT legal immigration), we have got to realize that it is the politicians of our day who have caused this problem, not the immigrants. If you were given a promise of a better life than you currently have, with no strings attached, wouldn't you take it? Canada has benefitted from the US being next to Mexico forever when it comes to immigration. People should be able to run away from their country but it shouldn't be the sole responsibility of the US to pay and take care of everyone. I agree with bussing.

Send them back. I came to canada in 2017 as an international student, paid shit tons of money for housing, tuition fees. Worked full time after graduation,yet my immigration process is taking long. Evey step I took went through proper screening, and yet it's taking forever. Send them back. At this point theres no gurantee for people like me to get permanent residence over here. With all the back logs etc. So why should they be granted status, while my work permit expires in 6 months and immigration officers wont bother to answer my phone calls for extension. I have paid my taxes, I have obeyed the law. I'm a law abiding citizen. At this point, I'm even thinking of going back. This country wants new talents and more people to add to their workforce. But if they treat people like me like this. Then we might as well go back.

I don't understand why these people feel entitled to live wherever they want. I don't understand why they run from their troubles at home instead of confronting them. It is high time Canada should put up electric fences on its borders, easy entry for criminals, terrorists, ...the government can not even feed, house, educate and provide employment to their own Homeless people, why accept Non Canadians. I have nothing against Immigration. I am immigrant myself, but I sacrificed a lot and gave up a lot just to migrate to Canada for the hope of a better life. And since I am poor and can't afford to migrate as entrepreneur, I have to gave up my profession and worked as a live-in caregiver for years.\nLucky for those people, to just cross the border.

Excessive population growth and density is always the cause of poverty. Justin has skyrocketed immigration. Productive immigrants canadians move on to the US leaving Canada with chronic doctor and housing shortages. The remaining immigrants like the rest of the unproductive majority reduce productivity and standard of living. English was founded by people who thought the American Revolution was too risky. As individualists we are almost as judgemental as Americans towards undisciplined clans- Russians, blacks, amer-indians,... Quebec is as different as two European peoples can be.

Canada is pretty good with French immigration, the Middle East immigration and with people that are going to give something in exchange in their view, then all those people take the best and more they could and go back to their Countries. That kind of Immigration are using Canada to get the best and saying goodbye. But it is Canada's fault, too. Personally, I fed up of the system I am not white and no native French even I talk the both languages never turned to take me serious. So for me was better just went back to my country and never look back.

We have too big of government, too many regulations, too many taxes. Who would do business in Canada? Name a Canadian company other than shopify. Blackberry... Oh wait its dead. I have witnessed 1st hand people crossing our Canadian border on the coast and they just wait until the RCMP bring a Limo to pick them up. I welcome anyone who goes through the process of legally immigrating. Our Ukrainian friends, Afghan's who were left behind or Syrian's. We are countries of immigration, but to just allow them to crash through is wrong.

I have compassion for these people fleeing hardship and brutal conditions in their countries, but Canada is a nation of laws and borders and if you cross the border illegally into Canada, you should and will be prosecuted for violating our immigration laws. Ok Im not even a quarter through and this video is DAMN WOKE. White people in the banking sector are racist according to this video. Maybe its based on qualifications and skill? All you have to do is look back at the track record since Trudeau took office. Every liberal town or province has become a shithole, and this has been pretty consistent even when you look south of the boarder. Want to know what works? Natural diversity, not forced diversity. If you introduce multicultural immigration, it allows those who come in to adjust at a normal and consistent pace. This allows immigrants to get the education they need, the job they need, and the position they are qualified and skilled for. Forced diversity only breaks the system, and immigrants gets lost in it and are not able to get the necessary education and skill they need. Therefore, you have the lack of diversity in any corporation or business that are operating today.

The biggest problem Canada has, is the people have intentionally been dumbed down to the point they are easily convinced to vote for a politically correct moron like Justin Trudeau who has never had a single full-time job in his life and who thought it would be great for his first full-time job to be the leader of a G7 country. The Trudeaus and Liberal Party were/are supported by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation which is the tax payer funded propaganda arm of the Liberal Party and no one knew it. I moved to Canada in 2012. I used to love Canada as even with $11 per hour job was more than enough to survive (during studies, part time job). I used to live happy life. But, since Liberal government was elected in 2015, things are going crap. Just between 2016 when I signed lease of 1+1 apartment for 1140$, in 2019 it was getting rented for $2400. Prices went up for house and lots of things. Liberals had messed up affordability that most people in Toronto region are living paycheque to paycheque. On top of it Carbon tax in hide of saving environment which literally not working out, is killing Canadians. \n\nAfter living in Canada for 11 years, I don’t see this country has any good future overall. Our banking to technology sector everything is outdated. World is moving so fast, Canada is not able to catch up. I am looking for easy was to get green card of USA, the country which I hated, it seems USA is far better. I have many relatives in USA, I asked around and it broke lots of my stereotypes about USA which I had developed living in Canada and from Canadians. Even met few people who lived in Canada for 10-15 years and moved to USA and living there for last 5-10 years. Worst decision of my life was choosing Canada in 2012 for easy immigration. My classmates who chose USA and moved there in 2012 are in much better position career wise as well salary wise and they files are also in progress. Living lavish life with great weather, while Canada is depressive as hell.
