I love Quebec also but like any province it has its flaws, we are governed by 2 gouvernements who hate each other so both fight about everything,we pay taxes to both these governments, the only way you can attend or send your children to English school is if you were born here(canada) and someone in your family went to english school, so if you are french or an immigrant you have no choice in the matter you are going to french school, we were voted the most corrupt province a few years back, you can do anything you want though….as long as you paid for your permit to do it, wanna ride the trails on your atv 300$, wanna ride a motorcycle anywhere between 600$(for a cruiser) to 1700$(sportbike), growing cannabis is illegal unless you buy a 600$ permit then its ok. But even with all its flaws its still an amazing place AND we have maple syrup ? oh but if you make some don’t forget permission from the Federation to sell it cause they can impose massive fines all the way up to seizing you farm. But really its not all that bad…. Crap gotta go it’s curfew time don’t wanna get a 1600$ fine for being out past 8. \n\np.s our Poutine isn’t the one starting a war

hahahahahahahahaha Quebec as number 1. Literally the last place in Canada I would ever move and I've lived in Canada my entire life and lived in 4 different provinces
2022-03-20 0
I would think about your wallet, types of activities you enjoy, political climate, year-long weather, diversity/inclusion, life stage, etc. and keep in mind that even within each province, there are different parts (cities/towns) that vary greatly e.g., rural versus urban. This is the same as ranking the US states - we will all have our opinions.
2022-03-20 1
No way Quebec is number 1 even Canadians don’t wanna live there haha and even though they are one of the 3 richest provinces with Alberta and Ontario they take massive equalization payments from Alberta that should be going to help the Maritime provinces and not to help the rich
2022-03-20 0
I would invite people to not believe the part about quebec. The rent in montreal is becoming more and more expensive and the populations is very unhappy to live in this shitty province

I'm from Québec, but I love all the provinces of Canada, they are just different from each other, and keep in mind even the worst in Canada is way better than a lot of countries. For me, I see the rest of Canada like family, like cousins. So I love them all. Even the native in the north, I don't see them a lot but hey, they are family too.

As someone who has lived in Quebec, there is no way it is the #1 best province to live in…
2022-03-18 0
Quebec was the best province to live in for 2021? Did he miss the lockdown and curfew from January to May?? You couldn't do anything, it should have been ranked last.
2022-03-18 0
Quebec should not be the best province ?
2022-03-17 0
There are large temperamental differences between the USA and Canada. \n\nCanadians are generally much more liberal, minus the western provinces \n\nAlso, they recently have lost much of their liberty due to the parliamentary system and Trudeau.
2022-03-16 0
YOOOOOOOOOOOOO My Province was ranked Second!!!
2022-03-14 1
I did not watch this video. However, it has come to my attention that you placed Québec as #1 on your list of best provinces; this I can not stand for. I demand you revise this list and put Québec at MOST in the number 8 spot, just above Saskatchewan. I would appreciate a hasteful mending of this HEINOUS sin. Although a complete deletion of this video essay would be adequate.\n\nSincerely, J.

Hello from Nova Scotia. Thanks for saying good stuff about my home province!

Quebec! Again another welfare Province! Sweet Jesus...who came up with this?
2022-03-11 0
40% of the GPD! Then were was Ont's contribution to transfer tax? It's a welfare province!!!
2022-03-10 0
every province is awesome lets be honest
2022-03-10 0
Are you kidding? I live in Montreal, quebec and oh boy you are wrong about the rent. Its not affordable at all .. montreal is really expensive and many people are getting out of montreal , especially quebecor and they go in regions where its less expensive. But i don't really like montreal , but quebec in general is really amazing to live in. Great jobs opportunities, great school system, great food, healthcare however should improve more, but its fine for the most part. Quebec is an amazing province. Come and live here!!
2022-03-07 0
I’ve lived in northern Alberta my entire life, and I think it’s my favourite province, I’ve been to other provinces, but I just love the 7 month -40 degree winters?
2022-03-03 0
I live in the province of Quebec. The weather is terrible and humid. Its way too cold during winter and way too hot during summer.
2022-03-01 0
This is bullshit, it's not that bad, all the immigrants I know love it here, taxes are better in other provinces and pay is better in the higher tax provinces. It's the same stuff in the US. Like British Columbia has a tax of 15% but better pay, Saskatchewan has a provincial tax of 11% but lower pay and it works like that, we let people keep their country and culture here and alot of this is more untrue than true. We want people to teach us their culture and we teach them ours, Canada is a country built off of other cultures and original cultures into 1
2022-02-26 0
The worst Canadian province would probably be *waaaaaaaaaay* better than the best US state.
2022-02-26 0
*the best province to live in for 2021* Yeah I live there and I can tell you NOT FOR 2022 MAH GAHD
2022-02-21 0
Canada does not have states. Provinces.
2022-02-21 1
Is it difficult to get a job related to your studies or does it depend on province to province

lol Quebec oh give it a break. Nobody moves to Quebec willingly only people who move to Quebec are new Canadian refugees they leave soon after. It 's a high tax high corruption province. Ask any Canadian\n Quebec would rank near the bottom . If you are going to live in Canuckistan , Alberta specifically the Calgary area is the best place to live with the brightest future.

Hey my province got 3rd
2022-02-18 2
I’m from Canada and I’ve been to Quebec twice. And I’ll tell you if you don’t speak French in quite a few places they will ignore you. Even in Quebec eight divided there’s a French speaking areas and then there’s English-speaking areas. Canadians rate it has the least friendliest province.
2022-02-16 0
We just drove across Canada in July, and agree with your assessment of Quebec, and most of the other provinces. Manitoba and Ontario were in a shockingly run down state, and Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Quebec were our top three. BC is beautiful, but you cannot ignore all the corruption and the hyper-inflated RE market making a mess of everything. We're from BC, and love the place, but it is too difficult to survive there. PEI is in our top three worst provinces, as it's reputation is completely unfounded.

Whatever, the temperature doesn't count because in literally every province and territory of Canada you enjoy -30 degrees celsius every winter ! I live in Québec and once it got from -10 to about 15 degrees in a single night ! It took 3 hours and them got a nice 25 degrees difference !
2022-02-10 0
All of those home costs sound ridiculously high for a country with virtually limitless land and natural resources. And what about cultural issues? I'd probably like Alberta because it leans conservative, being Jordan Peterson's homeland and everything, but somebody else might like another province for weed and whores, or gay stuff, for example.
2022-02-09 0
I’m from Ontario, but I’ve been working outside of the country for over 4 years now. If I ever move to a different province, my top choices would be Alberta and British Columbia. Other possibilities would be Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, and Quebec.
2022-02-04 0
Quebec the best??? Are you nuts? It's the most corrupt and utterly useless province in Canada! Take away the federal handouts and it would starve to death! Yet many want to separate from the rest of Canada! Saskatchewan is definitely above Quebec. Alberta is number 1

Want a separate video where you will be discussing on each provinces and its pros and cons.

I have one query .. If I have got NOI from province and got ITA after that and I got the PR.. is it mandatory for me to work and reside in the same province for 2 years..please advise

Some things about Nova Scotia I think should be mentioned: \n\nJust Halifax and the south shore has mild weather. Anywhere north of Halifax and it is very snowy due to the Frozen Northumberland Strait, Bay of Fundy and the Cape Breton highlands. We are EXTREMELY HUMID. We might not (usually) hit 40 degrees like other provinces, but our humidex temperature can sometimes go above 38 several times a WEEK.\n\nOur wages need to catch up and our healthcare sucks. Our population is EXPLODING. This video is already outdated. When it was released on the 3rd of October is had 982,000. It already has 1,003,000 as of this comment!!!! This is causing house prices to absolutely explode. Which is ticking off locals on top of a super deadly shooting in 2020 and covid, we are a little worn out and cranky I've noticed lately. But we are usually the nicest people ever! \n\nNova Scotia is so beautiful and wonderful.

Manitoba is one of the least happy provinces, but in Canada that’s really happy.
2022-01-26 0
I am in the province of Quebec and I agree with this despite the covid restrictions being so hard on us

Did some simple maths.\n\nAround 40,000 student turned workers end up not receiving an ITA for PR before the expiration of their PGWP. Assuming most of these studies are 2 year or equivalent programs (which means the PGWP will be 3 years in length), you pay in around CAD 12,000 into the CPP. As a temporary resident, you are not eligible to claim the benefits you have paid into CPP until you have worked in Canada for a minimum of 10 years.(assuming you have not become a PR or citizen) That comes to CAD 480,000,000 in every turnaround.\n\nTo submit a CRS profile, you must have a language proficiency score. This is achieved upon completing an English language test either in the form of IELTS, TOFEL or CELPIP. The average cost of these tests can range from CAD 300-350. And they have a expiry date, usually around 2 years, because as we all know, speaking English is an acquired skill which you can abandon if you so wish, so they need to make sure you still speak English after 2 years or so. Funny enough, if you speak French, it is a completely different story, as a lot of provinces invite specifically people with strong French skill, and Quebéc has the right to make independent decisions of policies on immigration, as Quebéc is not a signatory on the Constitution Act of 1982, so they reserve the right to making their own policies independent from the federal government. (Did I mention the fact Canada is officially a bilingual country, but New Brunswick is the only official bilingual province?) This discrepancy in language preferences of candidates can be elaborated by the TR2PR pathway that was announced in April 2021. (Did I say math? Oops, a little politics won't hurt anyone) Getting back on maths, on this date there are 196,685 profiles in the CRS pool, which equates to around CAD 590,065,500 in ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING FEE alone. 2 years later it's gonna be another, and another, and another........you get the idea right?\n\nCanada welcomes you to spend some money, but there's no guarantees.

There are 13 provinces here, lol.
2022-01-09 0
I mean western provinces
2022-01-09 0
i like saskatchewan the most just because most of the people are really nice and it actually has one of the best economies due to all f its natural resources like gold, diamonds, uranium, oil, natural gas and of course it is the biggest farming province. also i just remembered that the small towns are one of the best in the country where most of them just give you that nice feeling of home ad everyone knows where everyone lives
2022-01-09 0
lol Quebec...recent poll says 80% of Canadians would never live in Quebec. Quebec is a hole that survives on money from other provinces.

Ive lived in Canada for 51 years .there has always been a job for me in all the 4 western provinces when i have asked for work. You must be flexible and possibly travel long distances to work between cities.people are friendly and willing to help .Some friends i know go home every few years and visit their Dr.then. many others have only been to the eye Dr.and dentist .A good healthy life in the North and all the freedom one needs .Eat fish and wild meat and all the berries and mushrooms you can pick.Doctors have been available when needed.Things in Northern Canada are expensive! Everything! Plan everything you do as weather can be a problem unless you are prepared.Ive often thot of moving back home but after a visit each time i have felt that i did not have the freedom of space and the wiggle room to do as you please on your own property.Cheers!

With out 25 billion dollar equalization payment grabed from other provinces quebec wont even survive... This ranking are just a joke...
2022-01-08 0
Ranking is not genuine... Quebec is worst... Just surviving on federal tax trasfer of billions of dollars as a have not province....
2022-01-08 1
i live in quebec and totally disagree with this video .it is also probably the most corrupt province and run by a bunch of incompetent peoples around.
2022-01-07 0
Manitoba would be ranked top 3.... its cold? Probably no different than any other province. Rarely snows and is probably the most fun province to be in the winter. So many festivals and outdoor events. It has a NHL team to enjoy. Spring and fall is #1 in manitoba of all in Canada. Most beautiful summers and has the nicest beaches and lakes in Canada. Not 1 province can compete with summer life. So how would you rank it #10??.... they make more Hollywood films in Winnipeg than Toronto/Vancouver. Jobs? Education? Rivals any city in Canada. Thats nonsense what was said in this video. NHL abd CFL players love living here over other cdn cities so that just says it all
