easy to forget that there are more parts of Canada other than just your province because each province is as big as a country

I think my favourite province has to be Alberta and second place is Ontario and third place is nova Scotia

0:50 Jokes on you we use provinces instead of states in Canada. So, the joke doesn't really work.

I'm a native English speaker who moved from another province to Quebec 20 years ago... my French is still not perfect but my family and I are quite happy here :-)

Yes lets give all our money to the province that does not produce or really do anything for the country

I agree with most of your video. I grew up in Quebec and its the best province in Canada. I think British Colombia deserve a better spot like number two. I lived two months there and Vancouver Island is an incredible place for vacation.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia. Let's just be Honest Nova Scotia and B.C are the top 2 provinces

Nova Scotia. My birthplace and my favorite province. Someday I hope to move back there. (I live in Alberta right now... But have lived in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta throughout my life)

Any province being ran/ruined by a Liberal/NDP communist regime is a province in trouble!

Thoroughly enjoyed watching this, I’ve been to 5 of our provinces and plan on visiting the rest. We live in such a beautiful and diverse country.

I found the video interesting not the order I would have expected. Especially since I have considered moving to another province it has given me some good choices. I was curious if climate change had factored in since it wasn't mentioned, I worry about living in places like BC where my oldest best friend moved to recently, since past few years there has seen forest fires and last years floods I hesitate moving there myself. It was my first pick prior. Hmmm

I have a doubt, my wife is doing her masters from nova Scotia but she has to study online for her first semester from India, now because of this she will not be able to fulfill the condition of 16 months in Canadabefore graduation. Though ircc has announced that any study done online from outside canada will be considered in Canada but not sure if that time will be considered in Atlantic province. If you have any idea about this, it would be great help

Quebec is a very interesting province. I would have to say that the rents in Montreal have increased and the political situation is almost dictator like.

The Best is definitely debatable. Every province and territory has its best and worst points depending on what your point of view is. Canada is a pretty phenomenal place to live but we can still complain because it’s what we do. ????

Even the worst province in Canada is still better than most other countries in the world. Love being Canadian and from Quebec!

I currently live in Quebec city area and have been for six years, HOWEVER, I have lived in NB and Ontario for a while and as far as Quebec being one of the best province in your video, I respectfully disagree! I hate this province so much and rather live in NB, Ontario, Alberta, BC or NS before living here. This province has horrible health care, they are also the most TAXED ppl in the country by far!! They also do not allow you to put your children in the school you want, they dictate that they must go to a french school unless you did most of your education in english, in another province yourself as a parent. Lastly, it probably ranked first because the ppl here think it's the greatest province in the world and have never left it, therefore nothing to compare it to....kind of like an american who will yell out USA is the best country in the world without even travelling outside his country to compare it to lol

BCer here. I've lived in Victoria BC on Vancouver island most of my life. Personally I do not like flat landscapes. I feel happier living near the ocean and the mountains. I have never lived in any other province but I have lived in Dublin and London UK. This is home for me and I feel extremely lucky. The cost of living here is EXTREMELY expensive and that is by far the biggest problem because we just keep getting overrun with wealthy people from other places who generally suck.

HELLO SIR\n\nPLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND REPLY BACK \n\nI HAVE DONE 2 years police foundations program in Ontario passed out April 2021. Now I’m on work permit and have 6 months of work experience as a security supervisor in my Ontario. Am I eligible for PR under AIP ???\nOr\n\nDo I need to work for at least one year in AIP four provinces to become eligible???\n\nIs my supervisor experience from Ontario will be counted for this program??

I am genuinely surprised that Quebec ranked so high, because I'm from there and I've always had plenty of empirical evidence telling me otherwise. The income is meh, the education system is meh, health care is super meh, taxes are mega-meh to the point that they cause brain-drain, and the nightlife is incredibly meh (unless you're in downtown Montreal). I'm glad the province looks good on paper, but it really doesn't reflect my 40-plus years living here (or near).

My Dude, you're seriously underestimating what qualifies best or worst....NWT is/are majestic and really deserve more than an honorable mention. SAD isn't as much an issues in NL than it is in AB/SK/Territories. Each province is so special, you didn't do them justice

I don't mind which province I go to, all I need is to come there. I shall remain optimistic that wherever I shall find myself, I shall make it with, its way far much better than my country Kenya.

How quickly we can move from ATLANTIC PROVINCES TO REST OF THE CANADA ONCE WE HAVE GOT PR ?
|
| 2022-04-02 | 0 |
Is there any minimum period we have to stay in these provinces post getting PR ?

Hi, I have 8 years of work experience in business development in India in an online travel company. My entire education is from India. To apply for this program do I need to first secure a job in the province? And is it possible to get a job in Canada from India?.

Every province is beautiful, I’d say best country in the world But currently we have an authoritarian dictator for a prime minister and the worst economic crisis in a very long time! Just saying!

Υοu must be joking ..Quebec the best province ? Anglophones in persecution , high income taxes , high sales taxes , old crappy hospitals , Montreal roads by far the worst in Canada , unwelcoming immigration policies and many more . Don't make stupid videos man .

I’m an American from the West Coast of the US and I think y’all live in a beautiful country. All of your ten provinces and three territories have a beauty that is specific to each area.
|
| 2022-03-27 | 0 |
I have been in every province. I love Saskatchewan because I've lived here all my life. Every other province has much to see and do. I have been in about 20 US states, but at 71 I've decided not to cross that border again.

I am assuming you did this documentary for Caucasians, now you need to do another one for all non-Caucasians, detailing the high-roof racism that abound in the who of Canada's provinces. The flavor of the racism is bad because it is systemic and endemic.

I’m sad to see Manitoba here spoken of so sadly. I love living here. Yes there are mosquitos in the summer, and extreme weather. The home values make the province very very livable. Those working in trades make more and spend less than those in many provinces (and states). Winnipeg has a great art scene, lots of sports, etc. yes, we do have a high homeless & jobless rate. We also have a very high Native American rate, which has its own historical struggles.

Amazing that you rated the largest WELFARE province in Canada, wholly supported by Alberta...as your #1 choice. When someone else is paying all your bills, you can live the life of Reilly

I love my beautiful country. ?? I would love to visit all the provinces. Ontario and Québec I'm familiar with. But I'd love to visit Newfoundland and Labrador.
|
| 2022-03-25 | 0 |
i am from Quebec and i am going to assume that the top 3 is subjective preference, the cost of life is slightly going up and with the shutdown and curfew by this government!!! it is far from being the best province in canada.

Quebec is the best province in Canada but they do have the highest divorce rate in Canada for some reason
|
| 2022-03-24 | 0 |
Quebec is the best province ? Why did you spend such a small amount of time explaining information about it ? [Don't forget the Stanley Cups ;) ]
|
| 2022-03-24 | 0 |
I think every Canadian would expect the top 5 to be some combination of Québec, Nova Scotia, Alberta, BC, and Ontario but I’m kinda surprised by the order lol. I’ve lived in Ontario, Manitoba, and Alberta but have travelled to every province except Newfoundland and Labrador. Only 22 so that probably has some effect but I kinda expected \n1. Ontario \n2. Alberta \n3. British Columbia \n4. Québec \n5. Nova Scotia \nCost of living definitely screws BC and Ontario over though. Pretty solid list, the 5 are pretty much interchangeable depending on what you’re after.

well with COVID and restriction starting sooner and easing later that everywhere else in Canada, Québec is not the best province anymore that is for sure \nanyway all of Canada is going down so it doesn't really matter
|
| 2022-03-23 | 0 |
I would dispute the cost of living argument putting Quebec at #1. I'm from there, and in Quebec, you have extremely high tax rates, almost no social services (since the health care system started imploding in the 90s and has the only such system in Canada that is almost completely non-transportable across provinces as Quebec refuses to pay anyone else or delays payment for so long, other provinces give up). Daycare workers don't even make minimum wage, the education system is heavily politicized and extremely poor (far too many teachers who couldn't care less about their students and do little work), rents are quite high in most cities, especially when you couple them with the high tax rates and the infrastructure is among the worst in North America. There are good points about Quebec, but I put it about on par with Montana or Alabama for what it offers the population, compared to costs. And then there's the wonderfully racist and nationalist government that feels it's a crime to wear a scarf.
|

Are you kidding me. Quebec is the one province that you feel you're not in Canada. If you don't speak french they don't want to bother with you. Let's not forget how the covid numbers went at the beginning. There's a reason for that. The drivers are crazy.
|
| 2022-03-23 | 0 |
I'd move Ontario to the number one spot while putting Quebec at number 3. Income taxes in Quebec are way higher, weather is colder. Even with cheaper power, child care and car insurance the amount of income tax you pay looks like robbery compared to all the other provinces.

I live in Waterville Quebec, I have visited from one end to the other and I still prefer Quebec. I loved visiting every province & as a Carnival worker I got to know a lot of people. Canada is One big family.
|
| 2022-03-23 | 0 |
Great list except your number 1. The most racist, nationalistic part of Canada. As someone front two prominent Quebec family (the Lemieux’s and Chabots) it’s sad what’.s happened to that province
|
| 2022-03-23 | 0 |
Just a note, if you’re going to these provinces for any reason, try to stay in the bigger areas as much as possible if you’re any kind of minority. As someone who has lived in small towns in Ontario (one of the better provinces for bigotry, which isn’t saying much) it’s still pretty fucking bad
|

It's hard to know where to start with this incredibly shallow, low information drivel ... clearly, the narrator has no personal experience with the places he speaks about - it's just a bunch of generalizations and trivia that in no way do justice to Canada's provinces ot to the country as a whole
