We gave them three months in advance because they didn’t pay for two months. We end up paying paralegal just to send them an eviction notice. It was the best 2,400$ we spent. Losers did so much damage in our house including water pipes. They dumped dried cement in the water drainage and we end up spending 5,000$ for repair. \nBe careful who you rent you property. I'm in Southern California. Several years ago our neighbor down the street got new renter,'s, they looked great on paper. As soon as the landlord handed over the keys, the nightmare began. Four adults who were not even on lease moved in, they had visitor's at all hours of the day, never paid a penny in rent, it took one year to get them out. House was totally thrashed. Owner lost rent money, in addition lost $30K to have repairs made. These scammers who play the system have no SOUL, zero morals. It's such a shame the laws are made to protect the SCUM of the earth who do this all their life to honest hard working people
