Sorry but I disagree with Trudeau. The word Smart is never associated with Trump. Only words like stupid, dumb, bully, racist and narcissistic described him.

European here (Swedish/Germn born in Austria) Cudos to Canada! Even if Trump should row back Canada will not forget this and has once and for all realized that their dependance on the US is not sain. So this was really dumb - Canada is already negotiating with other markets, amongst others Europe. And on the long run this will be worse for the US than for Canada!

What I dont get is, why do Canada put up tarifs too??????? This will make life in Canada more expensive. I dont get it..... as he says, there are no winnes in a tarif war.
