Im so ashamed right now of the USA. The country i was born and live in. everyone who voted for this should have done your due diligence. It was dumb for you to shut down every project that Alberta had to work with other provinces and trade with other parts of the world. They have nothing left to be proud of, and I’m so thankful to be from this country instead. As a Marine Corps Veteran, a die hard patriot to the USA, and as a Trump Supporter; I do not support this. We shouldn't Impose tariffs on one of our closest allies. It should also be stated I'm not a fan of Trudeau at all, but I commend him for helping out with the fentanyl situation. Also I don't like how Trump is Siding with Russia. However I do understand his stance on not wanting to continue to send Money to Ukraine to keep the war going on longer, As we have sent them Billions of Dollars in the last three years. However as a US citizen I also have to state the the US has a history of supporting countries that were invaded in the past, which we have done up to this point in Ukraine. Review the facts and educate yourself on the current situation between CAN and the US. I will be the first to admit, Canada has not done enough in terms of its own security and military, but these failures should not be the decay in our friendship as nations. The US DOES NOT subsidize Canada, it DOES NOT give money to Canada. In simple terms- the larger country, with the largest economy in the world (USA) buys more from its Northern brother, which produces vast amounts of natural resources which the larger southern country requires. As for the booing seen at most recent sports events in Canada, that is directed at the President, not the average American. I myself would never boo a national anthem, an anthem that millions have sacrificed to protect and defend. But I understand the pain and anger that is coming from my country. We have always been allies, friends, and to most even family. Address the real problem and how tosrart working on it, The problem is over the last 40 years there has been a radical redistribution of wealth from the bottom and the middle to the top and the more. This is partly because we changed the tax laws. We relieved taxes from corporations and the rich and we switched them onto the middle and bottom. It was done by Republicans and by democrats And real wages have been flat for years while inflation is rocketing.. And so we have a declining economy and declining country. So we need to face this real problem and start demanding our representatives reverse the way this country taxes.

I wish they'd put those migrants in the politicians neighborhoods and stop dumping them in our overcrowded underserved communities. Maybe consider blaming the people who were given an easier way in (through the CBP1 app) to America who’ve committed heinous crimes in this country.\n\nThose who’ve committed crimes made the prospects of coming into America worse for those who want to come in quietly, live under the radar and make a better life for themselves. America is not supposed to be a place you can enter in and just break the law (especially taking lives. )The crimes committed by those not screened, who come into this country create an uptick in crime for America. As much as part of our country hates it, something has to be done about it. As with anything, your child does something they’re not supposed to you’re going to correct the situation by rules/laws. This is really sad becuase life after deportations is tough for somebody who was raised in USA. I was taken to the U.S. as a baby and grew up there, but at 19, I was sent back to Mexico—a country I had no memory of, no connections in, and barely spoke the language. My entire family had migrated when I was little, so I was left to figure everything out on my own.\n\nComing back felt like being thrown into an unfamiliar world. I wasn’t fluent in Spanish, had a weird accent, and my mindset was completely different from those who grew up in Mexico. I used to be outgoing and got along with everyone, but now I’ve become more introverted. I struggle to relate to people, have trouble socializing, and often feel like I don’t belong. I feel completely alone, with no one to talk to in person because everyone sees me as an outsider. Many even think I’m a terrible person for coming back after being raised in the very place they dream of moving to.\n\nMaking friends has been challenging too. Many assume that because I grew up in the U.S., I have more money, and friendships often come with the expectation that I’ll pay for everything.\n\nOn top of that, daily life is a struggle. Renting a place is extremely difficult because I don’t have a co-signer from Mexico, and they won’t accept one from the U.S. Getting legal documents like a passport is nearly impossible because my parents haven’t been in the Mexican system for over 19 years, and officials tell me they have no way to prove who I am. Unlike in the U.S., where there are laws against discrimination, I face rejection at every turn here.\n\nThis life is hard. I wish my family had never migrated—or at least had done so after I was old enough to understand the risks and what could happen in the future.

What I don’t get is America isn’t against immigrants coming to America (the legal way) but people want to protest coming here illegally and are upset people are getting deported because they didn’t come the legal way. I work with a ton of guys that came to America the legal way and are all for deporting the illegals back to where they came from. The legal immigrants work hard and pay taxes and illegals don’t pay taxes they get benefits and haven’t paid their dues like the legal immigrants had to do to get in. Taking care of illegals takes away from Americans getting the help they need and we have to pay taxes. They protest and wave the Mexico flag holding signs saying “Immigrants built America” and $hit on the things America has done for them. If they built America and are so proud to be from Mexico then why don’t you build Mexico up like you say you did in America. If it’s so great why are you coming to America illegally and running from your country. While I don’t agree with anyone entering the US illegally, those that are saying “fix your own country” is easier said than done, my response to that is “why don’t you fix the things you hate or complain about throughout your life”? Don’t worry I’ll wait ?\n\nA lot of these people are broke, have little to no education (partly because they were broke), and can barely make money to feed themselves. None of us get to write a wishlist as to where we are born or who our parents are. This is just part of an unfortunate circumstance. \n\nNow if you’re a criminal and want to commit crimes in the US, you don’t deserve anything in life.

so let's pose a question to all those who seem to just hate the LGBTQIA+ community for whatever their reasons are....if someone who happens to be transgender saves your life, saves the life of one of their team members or perhaps leads an OP to a successful outcome, would you say that they were unqualified after the fact ? would you say that now as the regulations are being changed that they were never qualified to have performed those duties in the past ?? I've said this before, when you're downrange you don't give a damn if someone has a taco or a hotdog in their lunchbox, all that matters is that they've got your six and are willing to complete the directive as ordered. Every single one of you haters needs to realize that so many LGBTQIA+ service members have dedicated their efforts to keeping your asses safe in this country since the inception of the uniformed services were established. Should they not have done so ? Why does who they love, have sex with or how they dress actually matter to you as long as you're still able to go out and feed your fat ass an all American Cheeseburger under the watchful eye of the American Flag ?! And at the end of the day, all they ask is to be able to serve their country with dignity. Knee surgery comparison is a poor comparison. You chose self inflicted medical down time. The individual requiring knee surgery did not. You took down time because changing your gender identity was something you felt you needed, which isn't putting the service of your country first. I don't choose myself over my people - period. I don't believe that is the merit of a good leader. I don't believe the excellence in your skill set comes from an inability to establish personally what gender you want to be. Results in combat and protecting what's right in the air and on the battlefield have little to do with wanting to be a woman or a man. Get the job done, be a silent operator.
