You said it all. Totally agree. I have been here for almost 30yrs. It has changed so much. You said it all. I specifically see newer Indian immigrants rushing to catch trains or buses disrespecting the discipline of respecting lineups, elbowing people, being rude, wrong side bike riding makes it feel especially in Toronto as if we are in Delhi Gurugram traffic. No rules folliwed. No respect for personal space. Loud music in neighborhoods. Ofcourse immigrants from other nations too, the super rich have bought so many assets and houses in Canada, that they just own, keep them not used, creating nonavailability of living spaces for regular Canadians.

They act like canada belongs to the.the have no respect for other people's country.

Indians just steam roll over other cultures with their arrogance and poor hygene- they have no respect for others and have destroyed my home town entirely

I am from India and been living in Canada for 18 years. I am living here with my family and I am so grateful to this country and respect the country and the freedom I have. The thing is homelessness is a fact that is coming from the most broken families. And here cannabis legal. I could see most white peoples don’t want to go to work, even there is enough work for them. And as a country to grow, they need youngsters for the workforce, but unfortunately Canadians people don’t have enough kids to support the country. And the kids are grown from the broken families maybe ending up in the streets. Indians are most of them only marry once and keep their marriage life till the end. So many divorce can ruin the life too. So the students coming here in Canada, how they get visa, Government don’t know that. We can’t blame them, because this is the offer they get from here. \nBut even though I am from India, I have enough from Indian people here in Canada. I always questioned the people from India either you guys respect the culture here or please go back. The reason I love Canada is Canadians are so pleasant and so helpful. I don’t like not only Indians but anyone who is coming to Canada, if you love the country that the country you are not living please leave and don’t mess up this country. Leave your Culture back home. Your festival do it inside of your house don’t block the streets. Keep your Gods inside your home, everyone is not enjoying that what you doing. The worst thing I felt, no respect nowadays and nuisance, late night parties no respect for neighbours and no cleanliness. Because of some people we all are get treated same. Hindus wanted to bring their religion here, Muslims wanted to bring their religion, buddhists wanted their religion here. Can’t blame Christians because Canada is a Christian based country and I never saw them blocking the Road or streets. So anyone so obsessed please leave and enjoy your religion at home where you born.

I am a Serbian and Canadian living in Canada for the last 24 years. I love \nthis country I respect this country but my God is so much different than it used to be or it is me. This summer I went with my kids and wife to 6 different countries in Europe Eastern Europe and Central and have seen 2 alcoholic then I come to Canada I see thousands of drug addicts on the street. everything is overpriced ppl do not enjoy in here. When I came in 2000 Serbian economy was low due to the war now it is better and Canadian economy is worse so the gap is very small. you need to make 6000$ to live just ok and I do live well but there is always but. I call it a pressure cooker, I wish all Canadian travel abroad a bit just to realize that they were lied too and that there's a lot of bs. I can give you an example: Condo in Belgrade same size property tax is 200$ per year condo in Qc Gatineau 2500$ plus condo fees 400$ per month basically 7000$ wasted for what? no dr wholes on the street broken system. It will be for sale. I agree paying taxes on my house where I live but for rental property when you deduct all the expenses you invested so much money without any profit. the one that works and the one that scams the system make the same amount of money and we live approx the same. something is wrong there. I will live for many years to come but definitely not spending my whole life here due to many circumstances and expenses. Family values are getting killed and I have issues with that. The more I was pushed to change the more I went to church and believed in old fashioned traditional values. As you said I will always be grateful for what I made but working hard for two jobs in the last 20 years I would make that somewhere else too. Canada has changed too much since I came that's for sure. What triggers me the most fake approach when ppl say I make 100k wow then you didn't get that, that is only on the pay stub. how much did you get 50k that is the real money then you need to add deductions house tax this tax, sewage, water it comes less and less and then you realize that in reality you make more but you spend so much more with less quality of life. who cares how much you make the question is how do you live with the amount that you make.?

I fully agree with you. The International Students, most of them have no manners and are rude. I use public transport. Some don't pay fares, talk loudly in their language either on the phones or in a group. They push to get in or out of the buses. They have taken away jobs from our youth, who are citizens of Canada. They signed on the documents that they would go back to their country after studies, but NO, they want PR. That was their intention in the first place. They are inconsiderate of others. They have no respect for others. It's just them. How can we say they are the future generation of this country, who also cheat the system. There are also some Indians, Muslims who have recently, I would say 10-12 years moved to Canada, do the same as above, including loud music in their cars, noisy cars, litter and spit, also spit red liquid on the grounds, etc., it is annoying. They come here thinking they can do whatever they want to do it's their freedom in a free country. We also see that there are scammers from Call Centres in India who have scammed so many innocent Canadians, including some Seniors. Then don't blame Canadians who have been here for long, who speak up about this issue. Thanks.

For me a Québécois, we missed the boat in 1995. Too bad if you don’t like it but we got screwed by newly arrived immigrants back then and we are being drowned by immigrants now. The difference is that you too in the ROC are being drowned. I am a Quebec nationalist, it’s in my guts. My family has roots going back to New France. Canada has always been an imposition for us just as we to the First Nations I guess. That’s unfortunately neither here nor there at this point in history and I apologize for it. I could blame the Trudeau government but any government in Canada would do the same for neoliberal/conservative ideological reasons. We have a neoconservative government right now in Quebec. They have practically killed our nation from the inside in order to discredit the social democratic and socialist tendencies that did so much to develop this nation. These are the ones who would literally step on their grandmothers neck to attain higher status in life. Since for me this place is where I feel the most a part of and have understood long ago that the ROC had done everything to negate us as a people a nation and the dream of an independent country with close ties to the ROC is and probably never was in the cards, I have started hoping for some kind of political union with mother France since it has become painfully clear that Canada as a strong bicultural self respecting truly independent country is a bygone notion. Just look at our military, it’s a monumental farce. Look at the insane levels of immigration, we cannot support this!! PERIOD!!! Look at way we genuflect to the US’s economic visions without questioning anymore. The Quebec people are a nation, Canada unfortunately is only a notion. For me getting out of Canada is also a reality except since this place never was one of a cash cow there only to send funds to some family elsewhere I believe we Québécois and Québécoise, with the respect for the First Nations that we have always owed them, need to go our way. So leave Canada, in fact there are too many of you already. We are not the US, we cannot afford the social chaos of savage predatory capitalism. What is bringing this confederation down is exactly that. Wanting to cram Canada, all its constituent parts into an Merican hole. No matter the price. Goodbye Canada you hardly wanted to know us.

Only big landlords with staff can really run rentals. Mom and pop landlords have no respect and are targeted. Well, Millennials need to pay higher rents. Everybody ends up paying for theft. So many homeless in southwestern Ontario right now. Bad tenant culture right now. They ride high on abuse but then no one wants them.

This has got to stop I live in San Diego and we are getting swamped it's affecting every neighborhood and the amount of garbage and illegal activity is off the hook. No respect for anything we have. Crazy the amount of homeless in all the parks that where for children are now being use as camp sites. Children or seniors can't enjoy a nice time now.\nUnemployment refusing to help residents n new people that are student or don't got documents get full financial support but those that live here can't. This is really sad! Ideally, this should never have happened. But Canadian natives are very frustrated with the sheer number of Indians overpopulating the country and degrading their quality of life. Trudeau has completely messed up Canada with his terrible policies. And the problem is that they are welcoming only Indians/South Asians, no other ethnicity. When you invite low skilled population from a specific country in MILLIONS, it's a recipe for ethnic resentment! We also know that a lot of Indians are not the best representatives globally because of the lack of respect for people and their surroundings. This results in the natives lashing out on innocent people who are just trying to get by. It's just a messed-up situation from all the sides. Don't go to Canada guys, it's not worth it. Especially if you go there to participate in gig economy and achieve nothing of value.

A lot of my friends are immigrants and are way more mad about the mass immigration than even most Canadians are. My one good friend from Delhi is always going off how most Punjabs just act so entitled all the time especially here in Canada like they own the place and have no respect for all the citizens that were originally living here.

I’m a Canadian and my wife is an immigrant for Punjab and even she thinks this is all getting out of control. She came here to start a new life with me after we met and to get away from Indian culture which she thinks is now seeping into everything. In India it’s survival of the fittest, one must do everything they do and take advantage of everything in order to scrap by. Canada and the Canadian mindset isn’t equipped to handle that, so it’s no surprise you’re suddenly seeing Indians everywhere who are telling Indians back home how to exploit the systems to get more money fast. Hijacking what systems Canadians have to gain the social mobility that they can’t have in India but in doing so they’re making it like India. They don’t respect any other culture than their own my wife won’t even step foot in Brampton because it looks, sounds, and even starting to smell like India. And the problem is being exasperated because these people who are from very tight families are trying to bring their whole families too people who are elderly with no literacy or language skills to integrate into Canadian society to work and contribute to the economy so they just live off of their children who came first. I’m not racist all of my friends are international and are of one ethnicity or another and I’ve been to India and love the country it’s beautiful with amazing food lol, but this is getting too much out of hand and we’re letting in the most cut throat Indians in who will exploit everything and step on anyone to get on top. They won’t even respect Canadian laws and customs. We’re not equipped to deal with them

Will the so-called international students be returning to India? What was Trudeau thinking allowing so MANY of them here. They are very arrogant and they have no respect for anyone. There are too many of them in Ontario. Send them to Saskatchewan, Alberta or way up north.

My partner have been in Canada since 2021 and he came there on study visa. While applying for the permit, every student promise to IRCC that they will leave Canada once they finish the study though everyone who comes on study visa aims to be permanent residents later. However both me and my partner think and accept that *PR is not a right that we could fight or protest for.* The Candian govt does not owe a PR promise to any international students. If we are lucky enough to get the PR, well, we are blessed and it's a favour offered by the Govt. of Canada. Anybody applying for any forms of temporary residence in the country are obliged to accept the rules and regulations and policies associated with their stay. If we will not get PR in the future, we will leave the country with All due respect to every opportunities and fortunes that this country has given us. No offense. Also when you move and settle in another country respect their culture and don't ever try to showcase the culture and practices of your home country if it will not be welcomed by the native people.

So many towns that were once beautiful have been ruined by immigration. The way the government has poorly planned immigration is the problem. It's not a cross section of culture's coming in - it's too many people from countries that have no plan whatsoever to assimilate or even treat Canadians with respect or gratitude. The real feeling, essence, the once awesome cultural mix is gone. We have so many coming here now who literally act and speak as though they are here to just take over and that will backfire for them. By the way, multiculturalism doesn't mean multiple laws. In Afghanistan, it's culture for 9 year old girls to be sold to 55 year old men but in Canada that's illegal. Canada is not founded on Islamic laws, Hinduism caste system, or any other foreign religion that goes against tradition Christianity or progressive values such as having basic human rights. Of course non whites can be Christians or at least respect traditional Canada values but the federal government is making no effort to assimilate the new economic migrants recently coming to Canada. Denmark is enforcing immigrants to learn Danish to help stop the ghettos of mirgants who don't respect Danish culture. The federal government has no standards for who immigrates to Canada and they should be voted out!

They have flooded the plains with these people. In no time at all, our entire social landscape has changed. From the ground up. Its a bit of a soft coup. All jobs, everywhere. All voices, language and accents have emtirly changed. Our civil laws. How they ate applied and respected. Business conduct changed. Communal quality completely diminished. Local government bias. Civil enforcement open corruption. Common exchanges, xut in half. Social behaviors completely transformed. Okay the lady is saying government should give them the opportunity. These guys already here too many and they don't respect laws which you can see when you go to Brampton. And they want more and more of their people here so they can feel like their back home. But there is problem which is people from other cultures don't like more Punjabis here. And the lady is saying government should give them jobs. There are no jobs and they don't get it. It is like this there is one pizza and that is for four people and now ten people are waiting to eat that pizza. There are no jobs here because Canada is not like US industrialized and tons of companies. So what will happen when tons of you won't get job then you will go and put a camp to live and the expenses would come on tax payers if you become PR because you will claim social assistance and then hospital have to treat you. Means the resources would be limited. So let that pizza for four people. India is very good country good weather everything just build your country and have less kids so they don't have to worry in future for jobs.

I live in a high rise tower in Dubai and Indian national move in the building and White people moved out. Because of the cooking smell,non respect of the rules ( people mess up the gym,have no boundaries ( they will take over your training machine without asking) will train right in the middle of the space where people have to walk by to use an other machine) do not say thank you when you hold doors for them or will walk right pass you when you open the door for yourself or your child. Now that the rent went up, Indiens are moving out and I like my tower more because most non Indiens resident have more similar culture.

I live in a residential area in midtown Toronto. For some unknown reason, Fleming College decided to open 2 different offices next to houses, an apartment and a condo building. 100% of the students are Indian. What can I say...they have ZERO respect for the neighbour's. They have more breaks than actual class time and when they are outside they yell loudly (while standing beside each other), non-stop hysterical laughing, smoke in front of the 'no smoking' sign at the adjacent convenience store, block the handicapped ramp, block the sidewalk and blast music from their cars. This is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Mon-Sat. Rude, disrespectful and a downright nuisance to a once quiet area.

Send them all back. Where are the protesters against this? They have no respect or love for us. If the stupid government would stop bringing this amount of people here, you wouldn't need all this ridiculous housing. Hire local people born here.

Because it comes off as like a bragging or a snobbery and I don't go for that. Traditional White collar you know middle management upper management jobs they've been gone for years everyone's think of themselves as an independent contractor. Since 2016, many International Students started coming to Canada and they moved to Brampton in particular so they wouldn't have to assimilate into Canadian way of life. I'm a Punjabi kid born and raised in Canada, who grew up in Brampton. Brampton has gone to the shits post 2017/2018 when all these International Students invaded Brampton. The older Punjabi families are moving out of Brampton and are moving to other towns, while some of them rent out their old homes in Brampton to International Students. Old Punjabis are suffering from this the most, maybe you should've interviewed Canadian born Punjabis or Punjabis who have been in Canada for dozens of years instead of interviewing some new comers and a couple crackheads. India is awful. If Canadians saw first hand what India is like, they would be absolutely horrified. I think everyone is missing the point here. I Don’t support Israel’s retaliation, but I wondered why the Arab world has not taken in a single refugee. Poland didn’t condone Russia’s attack by taking in hundreds of thousands Ukrainian refugees. If Egypt, jordan, Quatar, to name the immediate Arab Neighbors would rally together to get the women and children out of harms way, surely the outcome would be better for these poor people. \n\nSadly this is not the case and it appears as though this conflict will never find a solution, as long as both parties are not able to set aside their millennia aged quarrel, acknowledge each other’s deep roots and belonging to the same land, and accept that they both come from the exact same bloodline. Fortunately, our moms, the only adults in the our community, looking back, people would just pick a side and watch as go at each other, than pull us off each other, would come stomping out of the house grab each one of us by our ears, gives us a good smack in the back our heads and sit us down, look each one of us straight in the eye, and say something like, “cut it out, you two are family, more brothers than cousins” they would demand that we both go hug it out, have a bath, if we managed to do that peacefully then we were allowed to partake in dessert that evening or allowed to stay up a little later watching tv, or whatever . My point with this overtly personal analogy is that both the Palestinian and the Israeli sides should be dragged off each there by their figurative ears pulled, sat down, scolded and reminded of their ancestrial ties to each other and to the very same land. \n\nBe honest with yourselves, some how amongst all this hate, vitriol, unnecessary death of innocent lives, are you, and those you rally with be truly ok with your opposing side coexisting harmoniously beside each other? If the answer to this question is no, the other side can not have any claim to this land and needs to be removed to god knows where, if not off the earth all together then it’s your people, not mine, that are doomed. I was born and raised here. I am doing my exit plan as I cannot afford to live here as young-adult living on my own. The government knew exactly what they were doing when they allowed 9 million people to come here in a short amount of time. How can you provide billions for foreign aid but can't provide basic necessities to your own citizens? I have cut EVERYTHING extra out of my life and even while working a full-time job I cannot survive in my own country. A failed health care system that provides little to no services at which you pay out of pocket to get access with private health care providers. let's be honest as an international student I am in awe of how some internationals can study in Canada when they can't even speak English properly .. when I came here I needed to pass IELTS and get a band 7 for everything all my documents and transcripts were directly sent from the official email of my institution. I need to pass an exam before enrolling for my course, I have criminal, abuse registry, and child registry checks in my country and even when I am in Canada. Did all the immunizations needed and abide by their law i need to submit all these documents every 6 months access. to the policy of the program I am doing. And as an international remember you are coming to Canada they have their own culture so you need to respect and adjust to it, not Canada adjusting to you... even though Canada is diverse they have its own rules so yes adapt to the place where you are. And to them blaming the agency you the people who are using them knew exactly what they were getting into now you are complaining I did all my applications through DIY as IRCC is a direct applicant why need agents for application. Ircc should also question why a person needs an agent to process their applications. If they can't understand basic instruction and basic legal matters would you think those students will be able to survive the education system here in Canada? let's be real a lot of students are taking short-term courses, short like 8 months, and yes to get PR (I wouldn't lie cause that would be hypocrisy all international students have that aim, and if you say no just stay in your country). I left Canada in 2023 January because of One reason. In Schools they teach kids how to change the gender and how to take drugs which will not harm. \nCanadian values doesn’t aligned with my family, cultural values so I left Canada even I was earning good money. But money has no value if you are unable to raise the kids properly. \nI left Canada and it’s been 1 year I am living in my home country India and I have zero regret about leaving Canada. My sister and brother in law they also moved from Toronto to Dubai because they also think that there children will have no future in this country. \nMy brother in law told me Dubai is very good for raising kids, have moral and cultural values. In the end it all depends on both the kids AND the parents. If they genuinely bring the parents over for the parents own sake its WONDERFUL, BUT....the truth is, that the cost of living in these countries is so high AND, the kids want to attain and maintain a certain standard of living, that BOTH husband and wife NEEDS to go out to work..and what happens is that they end up USING the parents only for babysitting, cooking cleaning etc.... AND for their PENSIONS.... But they're given no respect. So its up to the parents also. BCZZ they're SO vital to the survival of the family unit...they have that power to stand up for themselves and get the respect they deserve. But the thing is, indian parents are martyrs.....they will suffer AND complain...but they will never abandon their kids and let them suffer....so that cycle of misery and disrespect never breaks.... and the situation never changes. The best thing is for the parents to get that pension and go back home every six mths, and at least enjoy some of their life. Sad but true.???
