As you can tell from my name I am an immigrant from India. Been in this part of the world for almost 40 years. Educated from kindergarten with English as medium of instruction, a post graduate degree, in IT - one of the first things I did was watch, listen and learn how things are done here. Quickly acquired accent neutrality. Please and thank you . Not litter every where. I came here on my own. Nobody requested me to come here. I considered it a privilege and I took it as my obligation to integrate, not import my values or culture here. I worked, paid my taxes and never expected a handout from anybody or from the government. I loved to be the brown dot in a sea of white. I loved my new country. After the pandemic years, things have changed. There has been a sudden browning of Canada. I didn't leave India 40 odd years ago for India to come to me. NO, I am not being racist and it is not just the visual browning either. The loud, non English speaking, profusely littering, rude, entitlement-minded, anti-social, riffraff that seem to have found their way here displacing the native, white Canadians. I so miss the "eh". I miss the polite society. Wherever I go, I see a sea of immigrants speaking their own tongue. Rude, misbehaved. Cutting you off in line. Discarding the shopping cart any where they please. I am getting older every year and I do not want to die in a country that is suddenly so foreign to me. I would love my old Canada back, please. I want my "eh"s back please. I did my part in the last elections, but lost out to "them". Are we at a point, where we can never get the old Canada back??????

1. Almost 2.5 million Indians are currently living there. The total population is 41.6 million, so about 6% are Indians. The total number of Pakistanis is around 500K, and Bangladeshis about 100K. 2. Out of all these, an estimated 1.5 million people are either overstaying or have entered illegally. 3. Pakistanis and Bangladeshis are also involved in illegal activities (I’m not defending Indians—they are also involved, I’ll come to that). If you ask them, many will claim to be Indians. You can see the same trend in the UK as well. The reason I’m mentioning them is because they have a similar appearance to Indians. 4. Almost half of the Indians in Canada are living there illegally. Why do I say this? Because here in India I personally know many people from Punjab and Haryana who go there. In both states, you can easily find many agents who reassure people that they can send them to Canada or the USA without much difficulty. You can also see the trend among Punjabis—many aspire to drive trucks and cars in Canada. In India, people often see Punjabis as if their only purpose in life is to go to Canada. I love Punjabi people, but I don’t like this mindset. 5. So, the people you see doing disgusting things are most likely illegal immigrants. Why? Because genuine people go there to educate themselves and contribute something meaningful to the culture—not to behave like those individuals. 6. I really hope Canada can recover from this. I have a friend who went there in 2015, and he once told me to visit the country. Canadians are truly amazing, and the natural beauty (except the winter!) is so nice. Please, Canadian government, take some steps for the well-being of your people.❤

I think due to the prosperity and stability Canada has enjoyed for so long Canadians have developed a certain standard of living and expectations in regards to that. So no, we don't want to have to work 2-3 minimum wage paying jobs to get by, no we don't want to live 4 or more to a 400 sqft studio apartment, yes we want to be able to afford our own homes, yes we want to be able to achieve a stable middle class lifestyle. That doesn't work for the crony capitalists who's greed and lust for power always needs satiating. So we have the Liberal government bringing in more immigrants than we have infrastructure to accommodate in an effort to keep wages down so profits can always be up. Immigrants who are willing to accept a lower quality of life than what most Canadians expect/accustom to because it's still superior to where they came from. So the quality of life for all Canadians is exponentially reduced. We are to accept a lower quality of life and if we resist then we are branded with all kinds of derogatory names; racist, xenophobe, fascist, unacceptable fringe, far-right extremists, et al. What's undeniable is that before the Liberals took power in 2015 we had an immigration system in Canada that worked quite well and that since the Liberals took power our immigration system is a destructive mess. This isn't by accident or incompetence, it's intentional, by design. Unfortunately Canada has a problem with so much of our population being ideologically blind, willingly ignorant, easily manipulated, cowardly staying in an abusive relation with our current oppressive government. Question is can the country be saved before too much damage is done?

NONE OF THESE "PEOPLE" ARE IMMIGRANTS. THEY ARE NOT IMMIGRATING, THEY ARE RELOCATING, SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING HERE, AND WE NEED TO CLOSE BORDERS, AND WE NEED TO START RELOCATING, INVADERS IN OUR COUNTRY. THESE "PEOPLE" DON'T LIKE CANADA, THEY HATE CANADIANS, WTF ARE THEY DOING HERE, AND WHY AREN'T THEY BEING SHOWN THE DOOR....

start deporting thats the only option and if they have citizenship or visa's and have committed a crime, get rid of them. They are out to dominate us and our country! Wake up Canada our country is being ruined.

Why are people dancing around the issue? So it like it is - indians have invaded Canada. You give them an inch and they take the whole yard. Then they accuse you of being rascist, the easiest excuse for deflecting responsibility and accountability. They don't have to adapt to your country, you have to adapt to them. If a guest comes into my home and start acting entitled, I would kick them right out.

All this BS please, if you want to know why the racist immigrants are here taking over the country they escaped, for being poor and raped and beheaded, Islam is the worse kind of people they have let in, they aren't looking for peace they are looking for power EVEIL power, please ask the LIBERALS Why they are here, and when getting a job WHAT HAPPENED to CANADIANS FIRST, Canada I doomed, doomed if you are in your 20's 30's you may still experience the hate, they already speak their own language, refusing to speak English, refusing to serve people who are different from them, Canada is letting in selfish ignorant people, everything we Canadians say or ask them to is discrimination, they dress their way they run businesses their way, just like in their country, AND WHY ? because the Canadian government is weak, they can't defend the country or it's people shame on this Liberal government, they totally suck.

Welp, about a half an hour ago when I got home, I realized that someone broke into my apartment building and stole my shoes that were infront of my door. SHOES. last year someone broke in and stole my bike. The thing is, this area was NEVER like this. It was safe and people trusted each other. Guess what has changed? The amount of immigration in my city and in this area. I am terrified during the night that someone will break into my apartment since theyve been able to get into the building. My entire life I have always stuck up for minorities and all different groups that have been apparently marginalized. Now, after everything happening in my city, in the world, to the people I love and myself, I have had ENOUGH. I want these people out of my country. Go back to your shitty countries with your shitty ideas and shitty ideologies and shitty everything because you do not belong here. If you do not properly become a Canadian citizen, such as assimilating to our culture, language and so on and leaving your shitty ideas behind, then you are not wanted and you do not belong here. Canada is being destroyed because of YOU and our communist "liberal" leaders. As a former SJW, feminist, leftist, member of the alphabet Mafia, I see the destruction and the deception of these ideologies and they are the opposite of what is real and true and free. Bring Canada back.

This is the scary truth. We Canadians are being purposefully victimized and our rights as citizens has been eroded since the last 5 years. Trudeau, and now Carney, is bringing in more immigrants than the country can handle. They are illegally driving transports causing more accidents on the roads ever. Our restaurants are primarily from India and Pakistan. Some Indian people are here on school visas or work permits and are wonderful people and speak perfect English. They are welcome. They are Christians and nice and courteous. But there seems to be a disconnect between immigrants who come here thinking bc they are moslem they are superior and do not need to follow Cdn laws language and culture. We don't want them praying in the streets on their rugs disrupting the city. We have churches and they have mosques. They will NOT takeover our country in spite of Carney. Carney and the Liberals needs to be kicked out of office. Deport the illegals and stop immigration NOW!

they should've deported all these visa student immigrants...over 5million of them and 0 went to school!!! then on top of it people are making the same money from 10 years ago while the cost of living goes up and up and up they mock us because we don't want to have children because we simply cannot afford 2-3k childcare while making 3.5k/month after taxes and rent at 3k/month while they come here have a free house, free money, pop out kids like crazy because the government will pay for the extra kids shit...highschool kids cant even get a job these days...the jobs that used to be for kids like tim hortons mcdonalds etc...are literally taken by immigrants as full blown jobs then there's not even enough jobs for the people here and employers are paying less and less and if you don't like it move along there's 100 illegal immigrants on student visas behind you waiting for that job when they should've been out of this country already!! Vancouver full of crackheads on fentanyl...Toronto full of heroin addicts walking around like zombies truck drivers buying cdl's from vending machines... icing on the cake was a crackhead doing heroin on a bench in broad daylight right on king st w. we're talking about a main street not a slow street or a side street where nobody sees shit...its fucking KING AND PETER!! I got so pissed off I tried to confront the dude but he was so out of it he couldn't even function... now we're talking about a crackhead that if he opens his eyes and he's flipping out and sees you as the cookie monster he'll fucking stab you with a needle what if it has hiv? or some other messed up disease? what if its a kid? WHAT IF IT'S YOU? what will it take for people to finally care about the issues in the community?!? crackhead immigrant? deported... cdl's? 10mil government trust fund to either run your own truck or to open a company...this would end all of these bankruptcy runaways whenever shit happens... student WORK visas? revoke them all...if they can't afford to pay for their international studies they have no business being an international student... first you study...get your degree once COMPLETED if you want to come back because you liked Canada apply from OUTSIDE Canada for a visa/pr. we don't need people working 10 years saving up to study living in a condo bedroom like 6 people in there driving up the cost of living for everyone else then fucking off when shit gets tough...

You know what too...If Canadians was too go to India I wouldn't be able to bring my Canadian/Caribbean Culture there..I look at it like this his your moving to another Country I'm gonna adapt to The Culture and Lifestyle..Im not gonna bring my Old Ways that I wanted to leave to a New Country and Life...I feel like its not Canadians being Racist it's that they came here and The Government and Businesses are Catering to them From Adding Specific Food Items to cater to them most Jobs are by passing others to hire them...And on top of that Canadians are dealing with Food Cost being High still and Working a Job and still not making else to live a decent Life...Seems like most people are Working to Survive and Pay Bill and don't even have enough to atlest go out and have a peace of mind and have a Social Life...There brought in all these Immigrants to The Country while The Country was basically under a Recession...And this Problem is not getting Fixed now and it seems like it's getting worst..To the point I feel like a Civil War could even break out I this don't get Fixed somehow and someway... Ohhhh Canada,  plus a corrupt illegal migrant scam that runs deep into the government,  5 million recently unaccounted for in the country illegally. If they were of my  genetic home of France I'd be even more pissed because I could say something without being called a fucking racist. Adding an average if 70'000 to the 1.5 million city we live in 5 YEARS IN A ROW IS SIMPLE FUCKING ECONOMICS. In my neighborhood in 9 months 7 houses have burnt down, the same workers with different shell names come in and built the same 8 plex where a SINGLE HOME STOOD, they ONLY move in people from THEIR home country, they buy up business and ONLY hire people from their country. And THOSE ARE THE ONES WHO COME HERE LEGALLY from the same country that make up 90% the unaccounted 5 million in the education visas scam and other scams. I have evidence of so much, so so much.

They tariff us double or triple what we charge them but that’s supposed to be fine. Canada is a government that doesn’t give af about this country or the clueless people in this thread. Don’t believe me just do the research and see what they’ve been charging us all over Europe. Do some research and stop being ignorant about this topic. Canada is 1,3 % of our gdp. If Canada is such a great friend of the US, then why have they not paid their NATO bill or manned their borders? Also, if Canada feels that the US is being unfair or not great friends and allies, then wy the public temper tantrum. Go find new friends build new alliances. Dear Canadians you are a sovereign nation. JT says you will fight? Why? The US is also a sovereign nation and has a right to be friends with any country. Yes, including Russia. Isnt that what you claimed when Russia invaded the Ukraine? Ukraine could be friends with anyone and did not give Russia the rigt to invade.

I effectively spent a chunk of my childhood in America with relatives. I treasured these memories, but now all the feelings of wonder and happiness when thinking of my visits to America have faded. Now I just think of how selfish it was to sabotage Canada. American private equities want to rock our system and buy up all they can and so I am happy we are watching for this. I think Donald did this to try and buy up Canadian companies. This should be made illegal. I am willing to suffer for up to pull the plug on all resources and energy going to America “suddenly” do they have no time to adapt and collectively suffer. We even produce the ingredient you need for your nuclear weapons and otherwise need to get this from Russia. Canada has the ability to help our allies get nuclear weapons to protect against “America as our #1 enemy now”. Will we share too secret info with you when Trump clearly seems to be working with Russia? Putin dream for NATO to break down and now Trump ours that I to action . Trump wants everyone to spend money on military to fuel the American military industrial complex, something each and every huge tech company you have participated. You have essentially been taken over by a global entity that doesn’t care about democracy. We are going to manufacture our own weapons to have zero dependency on America. That makes no sense to buy weapons from the country threatening to invade you. \n\nHow will America feel to be totally alone in the global stage all under the power of one unstable man with multiple personality disorders. Trump things Putin is Americas friend and meanwhile in Russian media America spoken of as enemy number one. Meanwhile, America is 30% full of people with such little education in politics that they do not even know what is considered red flags to democracy. People have the right idea of talking to trump directly and make it clear that he just took sides with Russia over his allies in democracy and freedom,something that no other president would do allow a dictator to invade a country and blackmail the country that is being invaded just for it mineral and don’t have a statement of giving help. I appreciate your every word. I wish you weee our president. Please know ‘We the people’ on both sides of the border are going to hurt from Trump’s stupid unfathomable decisions. I hope you can look through and see past the people here or not on the side of the decisions being made and know that once Trump is out Office, we can establish our ties with you and continue with the friendship we’ve had for so long and create agreements to profit both countries and caused the least of services in the most stability for each other. It’s a shame for what is happening and completely unnecessary.

I have lived in Canada for almost 50 years.. The United States of America has been our closest neighbour and friend ever since I came here.. \nLong before I came here Canada and the US were partners… \nWe relied on each other, we supported each other and we profited from each other..\nLet me make it perfectly clear I consider myself Canadian and I love the Americans like they were my own brothers and sisters.. \nAlso let it be known that our government does not speak for the citizens of this country… \nWe are being forced by the government to follow the rules. And now our government wants the American people to believe that all Canadians are against them. \nThat couldn’t be any further from the truth. \nI can’t say every single Canadian has respect for the Americans, but I myself respect America and honour Canada.. \nAs a true Canadian, we stand on guard for both countries.. Sad day for both sides. this incompetent man being in the office 30 days he’s creating all this chaos. He doesn’t know how to work with diplomacy and work with people who know what they are doing. Canada and Mexico have always been family, as well as UK and Europe close friends and allies. Trump is by far the daftest president in the history of our nation, he’s destroying our economy and the well-being of the American people. These rich people absolutely do not care about us regular people. Our forefathers would be livid to see what has become of our country. They are punishing President Zelensky for absolutely no reason by stalling aid to Ukraine his people are being slaughtered and they want Ukraine to give up territory and that's not acceptable under any circumstances Trump is trying to force President Zelensky ?? into a deal with Russia ?? by stalling aid. So let's punish people in a country that has been destroyed even more to force them into a deal with Russia ?? that would require Ukraine to give up territory absolutely not! Ukraine must remain in tact and return to its former glory ?? the United States of America ?? can no longer be trusted especially if they attacked their closest allies and insulted us continually did WW1 and WW2 mean absolutely nothing to the U.S.?? when Iran ?? took American hostages Canadians ?? worked tirelessly to devise a plan to get them back to the U.S. and succeeded in doing Just that the Canadians brought back the Americans safely. When 9/11 happened and Canada ?? took on thousands of passengers in Gander Newfoundland Canada ?? we opened our airspace and landed each and every one of them safely then when Americans couldn't get their medication, Gander gave it to them free of charge when Americans went shopping for clothes the stores gave it to them free of charge everything they needed was provided free of charge they were fed housed offered compassion and opened their homes so Americans could shower and clean up. So Canadians has always been there for the U.S.?? and this is how Canada ?? is repaid for its sacrifices made during both wars and other historical events that involved both countries ????? So if the world ? sees the U.S. attacking it closest allie for no reason and insulting Canada ?? at every turn and spreading complete lies about Canadians saying we want to be the 51 St State! No Canadians want that I can tell you, not for anything or any amount of Gold or currency would Canadians want to be part of the U.S.?? we'll the world ? has seen the 2 faces of the United States ?? now and you can bet the confidence in all aspects in that country will plummet! The ?? can't be trusted anymore.

Horrible leader! Fair trade does not equate to being fair in this case. If you charge 25% why is it not fair in return to charge 25%? \nWhy does the world expect the US to cover their butts when our country can't afford it any longer. Why don’t they get that we are 37 trillion in debt? We can no longer afford the world’s unfair trade. Trudeau doesn't like the taste of his own medicine. He could lift the tariffs on the US and then there would be no reciprocal tarriff. He's only hurting Canadians.

Trump is a horrible, horrible human. I am devastated over what he is doing. I've never once given Trump my vote and I'm not a lefty liberal. I knew if he was voted in he was going to cause world wide chaos. He has shown his character over and over and over...yet a large portion of American's just ignored it. This election wasn't about republicans or democrats or independents. This election was about humanity and global security. American's ignored the writing on the wall for their own singular wants/opinions. They stand with their Trump flags but only a few of them can actually explain any accurate information about his policy or legal issues and they condone his behavior. The majority of Trumpers claim to be 'Christians'. Christians voting for a man who is a bully, abuser, liar, predator, monger of power, impedes freedom of press and speech and aligns himself with a dictator. He pardoned violent offenders and called them patriotic, spouts false information, obstructs investigations, has numerous felony charges against him and has now made enemies with our allies. Shall I go on? That's not Christian. Even if you aren't Christian...that's not what America stands for. All for what...eggs? Guns? Cheaper groceries? Or because your need for hating a small group of people out weighs global peace. Or is it because you are so short sighted that you can't even see the valuable contribution that non American born people provide this country. Yes, Biden fell asleep at the wheel. Yet many of you still believed the better choice was a psychopath. This election was important. We failed as a country by putting this man in office. No matter what party you align with, we failed. Yes, I want cheaper eggs. Yes, I really need cheaper groceries. But not over the safety of the globe. Not over the lives of the people and children being killed in an unprovoked war. Not over the safety of Europe. Not over ripping off our closest and favorite country that borders us. Not over losing our democracy and our allies. I stand with Ukraine, Canada, Mexico and Europe and the Gulf of Mexico. You should ask yourself what you really stand for.

This is Insane! I am a American who is Cheering on Canada a Country that's not my own, because of how they are being treated! The behavior of Donald Trump makes me ASHAME to be a American!

Trump is good a being president in many ways because he is a business man, not a politician, but in business it's about dominating the market place and your competition, bending them to your will if you can, but when you are president, you need to keep alliances with other countries, not dominate over them, otherwise you weaken your position on the world stage. When you are at the top with the biggest economy, army, you don't need to beat down those with less, you need to keep them on your side so their strength adds to your own, which is why you are at the top. Trump did a good thing. All you woke, soft hearted liberals don't get the fact that the USA has been allowing these other countries to eat off of us for free. Well, that' stops today. All of our tax dollars have been donated around the world to other people's causes while we are made to suffer. We have a financial crisis right here in America that needs to be addressed. This is the start, and in the long term, we will prevail. Canada is like a little sister to the US. Trudeau is talking about fighting and they can't survive a war without our help. Those US citizens who did not vote for tRump and we support Canada. My husband is a retired Airborne Ranger who worked cooperatively with military personnel from the UK, Canada, Germany, France, and other democratic countries around the world. We are just sick about how tRump has treated our allies. He is a bully and a draft dodging coward. We don’t blame any of our NATO allies who apply pressure through tariffs, etc to give tRump the consequences he deserves for his bad behavior. He is hurting the US country and its citizens, being cruel to their people lower income US citizens. Middle and lower class US citizens are going to be suffering under his US as he is trying to get rid of every program that helps us live with dignity. He is hurting our farmers. We know that he is a narcissistic psychopath. Most of us can’t wait until he and JD Vance are out of office, and hopefully in prison. They don’t care how many US citizens they hurt with their greedy megalomaniac agenda. We are sorry that our administration is being so unreasonable and hope you can forgive the rest of the US citizens that never wanted this situation with you and our other NATO allies.

America…you’re getting taxed on all sides - Canada, China, and Mexico. These retaliatory tariffs are very strategic as well to hit you where it hurts the most. Your farms and food supplies are also going to get hit by lack of workers. I’m so worried for you. Fight back! This man is trying to destroy your country. Follow the money - where it’s being taken from (jobs, Medicaid, etc) and where it’s going TO (tax cuts for most wealthy, contracts for billionaires). The SAVE Act is trying to make it very difficult for minorities and WOMEN to vote. They are trying to basically take over so they can’t be put out of power, only the wealthy get educated properly, the poor go to military service, and they may even start looking at invading other countries.
