Canada had a 20% tariff already imposed before trump for a very long time, we just matched it. Now hes upset, and throwing a fit bc we're not going to be sending subsides on top of the tariff. He will not be able to sustain this tantrum. Just this speech alone is so fake and scripted. Hes a puppet.

The title is misleading. I thought he actually went to the USA and confronted Trump in person, but apparently not. This doesn’t really count. Come on, Trudeau! Go face Trump! The best thing is how Trudeau dumbed down his speech when he addressed Trump. Shorter sentences and much simpler words. Like he was talking to elderly man with severe dementia.

Australia??here, great speech Prime Minister Trudeau. America has a strong history with its allies UK, Canada, Japan and Australia but these tariffs undermine these relationships and call into question America's trustworthiness going forward. America will become increasingly isolated which plays directly into China's and Russia's interests.
