Meritocracy, if one is able and the most qualified, they are deserving. Rid race, age or gender it all about being the best most capable. If there are things that get in the way of this, it should be considered, weather it is medical, mental or physical. After ALL things considered Meritocracy wins.

Where is the proof that this guys did exceptional work when in service? All we have storytellers narrating wild stories all to stir public sympathy and support. Lets please have facts with evidence. Not wild stories of fictional peole that do not even exist.

There is in fact no actual housing shortage in the USA whatsoever. The problem is that that wealthy individuals have strong incentives to park excess capital in real estate and landlords have strong incentives to maintain asset values through cash flow potential (appraised through $/sq.ft rent revenues). What ends up happening in both cases is that you end up with lots of empty houses sitting collecting dust artificially gaining value due to scarcity, and with rentals, you end up with perpetually inflated rents and vacancy rates that are as high as a landlord can tolerate just to maintain the appearance of value to the lenders. Often these owners will borrow more money and use an apartment that might be 40% vacant as the collateral for the lender and go buy another building and so on. What people don't penalize is the fact that that 40% vacant building with 60% rented out at above fair value gets treated on the balance sheet to the bank as if its 90% rented out from an asset value perspective thereby setting the asset price artificially high. Simple legislation of the tax code can fix this issue and unlock lots of sidelined housing. All we have to do is progressively tax 2nd 3rd 4th ect. homes higher and higher rates that essentially cancel out the asset gains, and do something similar for vacant units in a apartment building. \nIts just at the core a case of the rich hoarding something that has been made artificially rare. On top of all of this, because of how valuable properties have become, there are now many interests that capitalize on the entire process of building new housing that make it ever more expensive. Our taxes are funding numerous regulators that stymie new development, while the developers have to then hire numerous attorneys and planners to pitch a project and litigate it through the cities to get approvals. This can take over 10 years in a major city. All this contributes to the ridiculous costs of building these days.

I have seen no evidence that a person who is delsional is not suffering a mental illness. I have seen it expressed legally but not medically. And in this type of case it requires a review of the medical side of things before issuing any legal determination. Testimony to Congress proved that the studies did not include all the relevant data to support their cause. So the previous court ruling could be overturned and will be at some point. I would not serve under a transgender person in the military. I would exit the military. I do not think delusional people should be allowed to handle firearms.

so let's pose a question to all those who seem to just hate the LGBTQIA+ community for whatever their reasons are....if someone who happens to be transgender saves your life, saves the life of one of their team members or perhaps leads an OP to a successful outcome, would you say that they were unqualified after the fact ? would you say that now as the regulations are being changed that they were never qualified to have performed those duties in the past ?? I've said this before, when you're downrange you don't give a damn if someone has a taco or a hotdog in their lunchbox, all that matters is that they've got your six and are willing to complete the directive as ordered. Every single one of you haters needs to realize that so many LGBTQIA+ service members have dedicated their efforts to keeping your asses safe in this country since the inception of the uniformed services were established. Should they not have done so ? Main side point is once you’re in the active duty military, the Government pays all your medical expenses 100% through TRICARE. It is not the tax payers financial responsibility or the governments to continuously take on this private elected debt of one’s choosing. Trans have always found a way to get their gender changed in the private medical sector without adding to the already multi trillion dollar debt we are in. The United States has full surveillance commercialism. That means that Canada Customs could theoretically pay to find the answers to questions like: Does this person have a tendency to criminality or violence? Does this person pose a threat to children, law enforcement, or Canadian society? Is this person likely to be a burden on Canada's health care system?.... All of that information is available on every single American for a price. In fact, because Facebook/Meta and Google etc store their information in the United States, they could likely also give that information about every single Canadian.

This is the Military, a lethal fighting force to protect your country and for war. There is no place in the military for these types of people and or behaviors. Never heard of Vets for American and I have been a vet since 78. We do not need a social experiment in the military. I have seen so many people leave the military because of DEI programs and the embarrassment of trans people and the demands they make, their words. All I hear from this person is me and I, words that indicate an individual and not a team member. Who will follow a leader that they have no respect for ruins the team and fails the mission.

Where were all of the interviews of the men and women who got kicked out of our military for not wanting the vaccine? This channel is a joke. They only report the stories that promote their insane agendas.

I hate Trump and everything he stands for but transgenders serving openly are contrary to the principle of good order and discipline. No matter what people think transgenders are not respected by their subordinates and there has to be respect to be an effective leader. In this man's case he flies as a crew of 1 and possibly 2 so he doesn't require respect from his subordinates but a frontline combat officer leading a company would get zero respect and would probably get fragged. The standards have to be the same across all branches and all jobs and that's not possible. The military is mostly populated with southern and mid western men and they will never accept this so as a veteran I support this move to ban them. I would also like to see the standards restored in regards to fat heterosexuals too. There's nothing that says lack of discipline like a fat soldier whose buttons on his BDU shirt are about to pop and they can't see their toes.

It sounds to me he’s still in service. Where’s the problem here? Is this an assumption that he will no longer be able to serve? \n\nThe military counts are down because the prev administration wrongfully terminated these soldiers for refusing to take “the”vaccines. Citizens are not motivated to sign up because of all the crazy woke policies the military were enforcing. And many men and women with their beliefs are scrutinized, ignored and are forced to accommodate the entitlement granted to these group of people while everyone else’s are disregarded.

As a retired Marine, we do not need transgender's in the military. He is a NOT a she, regardless of what it says. Don't ask, Don't tell was bad enough, but it worked because this type of immoral behavior wasn't blatant as it is now in our military. There are 2 sexes or genders just as GOD made them. They join the military thinking they will get free surgery. If you believe you re something different, it is perversion and nothing else. There is no room in the military for this BS. I served 10 years and this BS is nothing more than a huge distraction. You have people who were going in just to get the operations. They spend 4 years in the military changing gender on tax payers dime. Out of the whole 4 years they may be deployable for about 6 months and that ain't all at the same time. When I was in this stuff was not an issue! They were not allowed to join and neither were gays.\n\n Think about it everyone is so bent out of shape over sexual assault well if you take a couple of gay guys and put them in an infantry unit they are going to look at all those men the same way a straight guy would look at all the girls if he was dropped off in an all girls collage. There's more important issues in the world than to be worried about confused humans. There are only two genders: males and females. It's already too much that I have to explain to my son why two men were holding hands and kissing. This malarkey needs to be banned. It's confusing to the younger generation. None of it is cool. It seems to me all the resistance and cruelty to transgender people comes from a lack of grit and ability to see and acknowledge difference. It's not strength to reject difference, it's weakness. My daughter went to WestPoint, got top grades in geophysics, did two tours of duty in Iraq. And she changed her gender to male . He isn’t interested in dating anyone, he just wants to do a good job in the reserves. He is a major now….was that all for nothing? Trumps hate and paranoia is ruining this country.

32% of the U.S. military are minorities. 17% are female. Transgender, .7%. (2022 numbers. Best I could find.) Math says that is half of our forces. Including Puerto Ricans & Indigenous. Was all 20 years of “her” service as a transgender, if not, then her case has no ground to stand on, because its even worse for the soldiers around “her” to have to deal with that shit. Deploy military and all necessary resources to stop ILLEGALS like this from invading the U.S. Legal immigration is perfectly fine - need to find out who we are letting into this country. As far as healthcare goes the US is a 3rd world country, where, only the rich can afford to see a doctor, or visit a hospital. You have thousands of people living on the streets, with NO help, or concern. America is no different than Bangladesh, or Ethiopia, for having a part of your society living on the street, begging for food, or money. When the US starts caring for ALL of it's people, regardless of skin color, race, or background, and give them a hand up, like most CIVILIZED societies do, you'll always be a 3rd world country. America had a chance to elect a president that would have turned America into a first world power with Kamala Harris, and Tim Waiz, but, you blew it, you re-elected the worst president, EVER with trump, who will finish the job of ruining America, and make it totally poverty-stricken. WOW, you'd think Americans are all millionaires, the way they turned out, for trump! Did NONE of you listen to what Kamala was offering? Because this half blind, mostly deaf old Canadian heard every word, her promise of a bottom-up building more opportunities for poor, and working class families, new taxes on the rich, and corporations to pay for it. Kamala offered a GREAT deal, a more secure future, more OPPORTUNITIES,,,,, And you all turned her down. My quandary is before Trump initiated this action for Ice, to start cracking down on immigration, why in the hell did we keep all these agents on the payroll. prior to this recent enacted legislation, all presidents to include Trump before and since Biden’s? administration never were tough on immigration, so what was this wasteful government organization doing all these years, while immigrants were having free reign? This is only one of many government agencies formed, that do nothing but cost taxpayers money from their paychecks?

This is the result of all the shit and chaos USA has spread across the world. Noone but USA itself to be blamed for this.

I believe that the relationship between a Country and its citizens is much the same as a parents duty to their child. Governments have a DUTY to care for the safety and well being of their citizens. I would like to see a UN declaration stating that governments must accept their citizens back into their borders. And that the home country must reimburse all those governments and organizations that fed, clothed, transported, sheltered and rendered medical aide to their citizens. NO COUNTRY must be allowed to dump their citizens like trash at the side of the road. These are THEIR CITIZENS..IT IS THE HOME COUNTRY'S DUTY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM up until the time they are LEGALLY granted citizenship elsewhere. This application process can be done while the person is still in residence in their own Country. It is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to take the illegal route. Thousands of people have died in the process. This must be stopped by every Country along their route. We have a humanitarian crisis of global significance here..child trafficking, drug trafficking, violent gangs and organized crime all abuse illegal immigrants. If it was your child....what would you do?

I am just listening to this and as a Canadian I have hundreds of US friends who cannot afford health insurance at all, for others they paying $600 per month plus for insurance with huge copays and very often can’t pay for meds. I think you are truly uninformed on the US healthcare availability. I would think the chances are of walking into an er and being seen in less than 30 mins unless they were in critical condition. The US is one of the unhealthiest nations in the developed world, with a shorter lifeline than most others. Take a look at GoFundMe medical needs and you will be devastated.
