High taxes, high energy prices, low wages, too much government, crony capitalism, real estate being treated as a speculative investment, too much immigration and nowhere to house them, regulations that deter entrepreneurship, poor health care, refusal to invest in our resource industry, refusal to invest in core infrastructure, declining civil liberties. Lot of these problems have been festering for a while, but things have really gone off a cliff since Trudeau was first elected. Even if you get some wise and saintly philosopher king to replace his corrupt arse, these problems will take years, probably decades to fix. I'm in my late 30s, and basically if I want to get out of this rut, I think I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and figure out a way to move to the States. I'm getting real tired of grinding my butt working and having nothing to show for it.

Immigration levels are causing the housing market boom. Colleges are paying the government of the day to keep immigration laws lenient as this would encourage more international students. The result- the quality of people coming in this country has dramatically declined. The healthcare has been hit badly as the wait times can be months. Everyone wants to come to Ontario causing unemployment as immigrants work for less pay and ordinary Canadian can’t afford to work for that less. People keep on buying houses and renting it out and millennial can’t buy houses anymore. I doubt Canada is a stable government, freely elected and least corrupt countries is the world. There is supposedly an agreement between Canada and the US called the Safe Third Country Agreement which means illegal immigrants are supposed to apply for asylum in the first country they come to. Unfortunately, because of Trump, the Canadian government doesn't trust any US government to give these asylum seekers a fair hearing. Second, this agreement only applies to official border crossings, not unofficial ones like Roxham Road. Trudeau is absolutely right in wanting to renegotiate the Safe Third Country Agreement.

F CANADA, im in BC canada on disability for life due to immune system problems. past 10 years ive tride getting healthy and started feeling good, i found a good job last summer, making 29$ hr full time! i was very excited and ready to move on in life from the system, 3 months into it, i start doing the math... im losing 22% off each check for taxes twice per month + union dues, + they charging me for cleaning service for my uniform 5$ per check THEN i pay 12% tax on all good i buy.. SO im losing almost 40% of my monthly income after fees and taxes... NOW im working so i need a car to be at work on taime daily.... this is another 15-20% monthly expense.. YEAHHH RIGHT i am not working myself to the bone to work just to be as POOR as i was on Disability. i quit the job as soon as i paid off the car, sold the car now im my own boss again , i have no need for a clock, i sleep until i want, eat when i want, and go where i want 7 days a week.
