Hello, can I apply for a PR while on a work permit? If yes, when would you suggest I start applying? Immediately after I receive my work permit or some months after I start working? Also, can all these steps you explained in the video be done from within Canada or will I have to leave Canada at some point, whether during application or after receiving the COPR and being asked to visit a VFS for visa stamping?
