Im not defending but I didnt find anything 'racially' identifying the delivery boy.\nThats just a typical abusive, uncouth, idiotic and confused customer who is arguing and abusing because of some systemic error. That happens alot of times across the globe and judging by the class and manners of that customer he wouldve abused any caucasian, Asian or black person the same way. Playing devil's advocate here : maybe the customer had bad experiences before where the delivery guy says he doesn't have change so that he can keep the extra change... of course nothing warrants this behavior on the part of the customer though

Hey Brian illegals are coming into Canada daily at a little border crossing called Pt. Roberts. They are brought by boat, from the US side, to the USA side of Pt. Roberts, then driven to border and walk up to Canada customs, I've seen groups of up tp 5 people walk up. Imagine what is happening at our other border crossings.

How do we pay all these people 6-digits, when I could have told you that years ago...like, they had ONE job! Its not they have multiple customers to juggle, or any expectstions of expedience...so useless. And they want MORE taxes?? How about NO taxes until you can do ANYTHING right? Waiters, cashiers, delivery, customer service in general, they deserve love, their job us very stressful, a lot of jobs are stressful but these people are not being paid nearly enough for all that stress, the least you can do is being respectful.

That fact that he was calm and acted professionally in this situation though the customer was continuously abusing him speaks volumes. I hope he got justice and the customer faced the consequences.

But isnt it normal for delivery person to carry some change as the customer did press cash. Also if its outside india , the customer is already paying high delivery fee to deliver that item. Cant he demand even change from delivery person.
