Deportation can't come fast enough!! Buhbye...sick of the disruption and high tax cost to have police attend. Goodbye and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

It's not a deportation. Student visa means, finish your study and go back.

Facing deportation?\nWhat is the delay for?

I wish it were the case they were banned. They are not. They are utilizing so many scams and loophole exploitation to get in and not leave. Canada needs mass deportation of Indians NOW.

Those that came here under false pretenses need to be deported. Immigration is slow for a reason. If too many people come illegally, they wipe out the existing culture. Canadians are against terrible management, illegal immigration and scammers. If someone came here under a student visa and didn't spend any time in school in order to by pass immigration, sorry deportation, Canada owes you nothing.

Improving Canada's Immigration System: A Clear and Practical Approach\n\nCanada has always been a welcoming country for immigrants, but recent trends have highlighted the need for a more careful and balanced approach. \n\nBelow are key suggestions to improve the immigration system and ensure it benefits the country and its residents:\n\n1.Strengthening Immigration Rules\nCanada should adopt stricter immigration rules to ensure that only those who meet certain standards are allowed to enter. This includes thorough background checks and making sure immigrants have the skills and education needed to contribute positively.\n\n2.Pausing Immigration to Address Issues\nTemporarily slowing down or pausing immigration could help the government address current challenges. This pause would allow for a review and improvement of policies to ensure future immigration is better managed.\n\n3.Making the System More Selective\nThe immigration process should be more selective, ensuring that only those who are truly qualified and capable of contributing to Canadian society are accepted. This could include tougher language tests and more rigorous checks on educational and professional qualifications.\n\n4.Focusing on Skilled and Intellectual Talent\nWhile labor is important, Canada should also focus on attracting immigrants with advanced skills, education, and innovation potential. These individuals can help drive the economy and bring new ideas to the country.\n\n5.Balancing the Focus Beyond Labor\nCanada should not only focus on bringing in laborers but also aim to attract people with diverse skills, including those in technology, healthcare, and other specialized fields. This balance can help strengthen the economy and reduce dependency on low-wage jobs.\n\n\n6.Enforcing Laws with Immediate Consequences\nIt's important that all immigrants follow Canadian laws. Those who break the law should face immediate consequences, including possible deportation. This approach will help maintain order and ensure that everyone respects the country’s rules.\n\n*€—Promoting Responsibility Among Immigrants\nImmigrants should be aware that they are expected to contribute positively and act responsibly while in Canada. Strict enforcement of rules will encourage responsible behavior.\n\n\n7.Prioritizing Canadians for Jobs\nWhile immigration is necessary, Canadians should have the first opportunity for available jobs. The government should focus on training and supporting its own citizens to fill roles before turning to immigrant labor.\n\n\n8.Regulating Educational Institutions\nEducational institutions should not be allowed to exploit immigrants by making false promises about opportunities in Canada. The government must regulate these institutions to ensure they provide real value and not just profit from vulnerable individuals.\n\n\n9.Reevaluating the Cost and Value of Education\nThe cost of education in Canada should reflect its true value. Immigrants should not be misled into paying high fees for education that does not lead to meaningful job opportunities. The government should ensure that education aligns with market demands.\n\n\n10.Reforming the Healthcare System\nCanada’s healthcare system needs improvement to provide timely and effective care for all residents. This is especially important as the population grows due to immigration.\n\n\n11. Reviewing and Improving Immigration Policies\nCanada needs to review and improve its immigration policies to address current challenges and ensure that immigration continues to benefit the country. This involves making thoughtful reforms to support both immigrants and the existing population.\nBy focusing on these practical steps, Canada can continue to be a thriving nation that balances growth with maintaining a high quality of life for all its residents.

New immigration laws in Canada targeting deportation of temporary resident status for Indians has led to cross into the US. 70,000 of them will be deported from Canada by years end to start so a lot of them will try to go to the US

One thing should be made sure that Indian students don't go to Canada or US bcoz they can't find jobs here but to earn in dollars and portray an image of themselves as well settled or rich in eyes of society. I know many people who left their high paying jobs which would provide them with more than decent lifestyle here. They took masters just to get a pr there and settle down for any job bcoz living in foreign is a sign of pride in many regions, that is why people spend lakhs of money just to go to US or Canada. If US and Canada govts make strict laws such as immediate deportation after master's degree, 99% of students won't opt your education universities for sure

How about voluntary deportation
2024-09-02 0
I feel the pain, I agree they have spent so much money to come here, but if they have lied in their documents with fake schools or falsifying documents (if that's the reason of deportation) they truly don't deserve be here. Sorry to say so plain but laws are laws, I respected and respect Canadian laws. That goes for anyone not just indians

Mass immigration is responsible for this situation. The governments huge lack of any sense of what the country wants or sense what so ever. Deportation and a slow down of immigration to match the housing market is needed.

Individuals like these tarnish the image of India on the global stage. They often lack a proper understanding of laws and policies. To begin with, the Indian education system is superior to that of Canada, so there's little justification for going to Canada and contributing to their economy for an education that is often subpar. Secondly, no country is obligated to grant citizenship simply because someone has studied there—that’s a fundamental principle. Taking a loan to study abroad is a personal choice, not a guarantee of future residency. Many of these individuals are students who couldn't secure admission to top Indian institutions. Deportation is a reasonable consequence in such cases.

This is not being deportation. It’s just simply they failed to grab the opportunity in here.

Also from what I hear they’ve misplaced 1, million immigrants in this country apparently and considering United States is 10 times bigger that would be equal to like 10 million. Maybe they were ready for deportation who knows but they never went. They just kind of disappeared. Also there a month away from deporting 70,000 international students that think that just because they went to school here means that they have the right to permanently stay but regardless of that just letting you know that those people are probably gonna try to head south for the border.

Canada is open to inmigrant but not from one nation like India taken over by numbers , even in distance places in Canada need immigrants of diverse backgrounds that can interact with native born Canadians , India is the largest inmigrantes in Canada \nFollowing by china and the Philippines , we don’t want one group of immigrants become a political force and displace in numbers\nLike what happen in India one group want to dominate the other, \nFor once I am in favour of massive deportation to bring back the job rightfully to Canadian and permanent residents

WELCOME TO CANINDIA. WE NEED MASS DEPORTATION !!! NOW !!! We Canadians have been by nature the Kindest of people and have always welcomed refugees with open arms. But this recent mass immigration by a people who are very racist and arrogant even when they come to our country for a better life. The arrogance and lack of customer respect at most places staffed by Indo immigrants. Just look at the Khalistan issue, The fact that there was a referendum held on OUR SOIL is an affront to our sensibilities. If you come here to live then leave your issues back home. The Indian population has brought assassination to our land ie: Nijjar. The Indian issue is mostly due to the Sikh population. Here another afront to Canadians is the event that was held in Vancouver where approx. 1000 of Chinese descent were celebrating 70 years of communism in Beijing. Those 1000 should have been all deported as they were obviously not ready to live in Canada. There are many more examples of how immigrants are ruining our budding culture.

No Offence to anyone but when you applied to come here as a student or tfw you had to prove and swear that you will go back home once your studies or work permit is done , its a part of the cbsa and irrc questioning if your protesting you are breaking the rules and laws of your visa and you are subject to deportation because you lied to immigration and the cbsa , i lived in another country for 3 years during covid i could stay up to 3 years with my visa , my last renewal the officer told me sir this is the last renewal you will have to leave so that is what i did i respected the laws of the host country and went home , i feel sorry the students were lied to by the schools the government and THEIR own People telling them they will get pr give us 20k-30k cdn $ but thats not our problem .... vet the agencies yourself before applying , come here legally and there is no issue , but don't think our country has to give you pr or CITIZONSHIP just because you spent allot of money or worked here pr and CITIZONSHIP is a privilege NOT A RIGHT , when you had the interview with immigration and the cbsa what did you Promise i will leave didn't you ? time to start packing like i did go home and better your country with the knowledge you go from here if you dont break the rules you can always come back Legally god bless and good luck

The deportation process should prioritize individuals who entered Canada first. lol

Dont worry. Modiji is a viswaguru. He will stop any deportation. Modiji has stopped the war between Russia and Ukraine. Canada is a nothing. We will deport Canadaian students in India.

Why is the government not talking about a deportation plan. The Canadian government has to start removing these entitled people asap winter is gonna be here soon and the homeless Canadian families need housing asap. These foreign workers know their permits are temporary. Now they think they are entitled to citizenship just because they they delivered food and poured coffee. Wow. Pierre poilievre has to fix this big mess Justin trudeau caused when he it elected.
2024-08-28 0
Only canadian citizens have the right to protest our laws... international students and workers are subject to our laws while here and they do not have the right to protest such laws, non citizens clogging our streets are breaking our laws and are subject to immediate deportation... thank you dont come again.
2024-08-28 3
hey face deportation because the lied on their student application. You have to show no intent of staying in the country when you arrive as an international student. They clearly wanted to stay and take advantage of our system. Send them back immediately.

The issue of illegal immigration is a complex and sensitive topic that affects many countries, including India. The presence of undocumented immigrants can put a strain on resources, infrastructure, and national security. In the case of India, the influx of Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants has raised concerns among citizens and policymakers alike.\n\nAccording to estimates, there are over 2.5 crore Bangladeshi infiltrators in India, in addition to some Pakistani intruders. This has led to calls for stricter border control and deportation of those who have entered the country illegally.\n\nHowever, it's important to approach this issue with nuance and consideration for human rights. Deportation can be a traumatic experience, especially for those who have built lives and families in their host country. Additionally, many immigrants are fleeing violence, persecution, or poverty in their home countries and deserve compassion and understanding.\n\nTo address this issue effectively, India can consider the following measures:\n\n1. Strengthen border security to prevent further infiltration.\n2. Implement a fair and efficient process for identifying and deporting undocumented immigrants.\n3. Provide support and resources for immigrants who are willing to integrate into Indian society.\n4. Engage in diplomatic efforts with neighboring countries to address the root causes of migration.\n5. Ensure that human rights are respected and protected throughout the process.\n\nBy taking a comprehensive and humane approach, India can address the challenges posed by illegal immigration while also upholding its values of compassion and inclusivity.
