I don't want Islam in my country, not because I hate them but because religions have their own set of moral principles and beliefs, Islam is clearly not compatible to our secular system. I'm not religious myself and I live in the west coast where there are few muslims, but just based from the discussions I've had with transfer students that come to my university I already don't like what I hear. They were nice, kind of, but all of them had backwards ideas. If you need a better reason to be against it, simply read the first few pages from the Quran, it is deplorable, more so then the bible. \n\nIf they want to integrate, their beliefs need to be reformed like Christians have centuries ago.

I feel we don't let the KKK run around with their head coverings why should you be allowed to. both such axe promotes a certain kind of violence. you promote your type of religion which is disgusting and repulsive and just a reason to abused life. so wearing stuff like that means you're supporting your religion which has issues or you actually really do have issues because there is no reason to have to want to wear something like that unless there's something wrong with you you have something to hide. and yes it may be something you want to do but the rest of the world sees it as repulsive so if you keep doing something that just isn't necessary in life and just for your wants and the world doesn't want you doing it you should stop. for that just means you have mental issues. we don't promote ski mask or any type of head gear in a bank because we don't know who's under their.

it's not the religion.... it's the mac's convenience and the corner stores selling tropicana juice for 6 bucks a liter. It's the family oriented hiring policies and the rural area stores being bought and not offering fishing bait, ice or firewood but instead offering dollar store fishing lures for 20 bucks. it's the electronic stores that sell tape decks and old CD players. The stuff that really makes a bad impression is when a muslim family buys a Pizza Pizza or a subway and then changes the restaurant so that there is no where to be seated and the food is processed by someone who won't look me in the eye once and speaks a language that I can't understand to an employer about my sandwich and i will never know what the problem was. I feel like my spanish and native friends treat me the same as them. I feel like the scottish guy who hates me for not waking up at 5 in the morning is only mad because i'm not working as hard as him. I'm saying that maybe a lot of muslims don't want to be our friends and maybe some do... but it seems like they don't want to be my friend but will message a pretty white girl on every single facebook post with paragraphs of physical praise. i probably get a lot of facts wrong... but that world may be too far away for us to acclimate into each others societies. I'd like it though if we could all live in such a manner where we could feel like we aren't all gunning for a chunk of the world.

our fear is what they want, thats why they blow up innocents and cut off heads, they have no respect for life so killing their radicals does nothing....we need to start bombing mosques , they chop off a canadians head we bomb a random mosque, they kill ten with a suicide vest then we bomb 10 mosques, they do a major attack against us or kill our children the good fucking bye mecca,combine that strategy with a propaganda campaign explaining why their mosques keep exploding and i am willing to bet they start acting like the religion of peace they claim to be

They come here and then get angry that we didn't really want them here, so go home then for fuck sakes. Their country is the one ravaged by war and bullshit, and that's their own faults because their religion is so fucking archaic and they're so consumed with annihilating anything that's not in line with Sharia. This isn't just about being Anti anything, it's about appreciating the freedoms and rights I do have, and not wishing to relinquish them to make others who aren't at home feel that way.\n\nIf someone comes over to your house uninvited do you invite them with open arms? Fuck no, you send them home or begrudgingly accept the circumstances forced upon you , and they have no right to be angry with you because of it.

I'd like to address this to the woman who went to one of Trump's rallies dressed as a Moslem with her head covered with a scarf and having a sign that reads, 'I come in peace'. I don't know why she was asked to be escorted out, but by her own words the people in the crowd were throwing questions at her as to whether she had a bomb under her cloak. Well, whether she knew it or not, she provoked the crowd by wearing the mark of a Moslem - her cloak. Also, by going to the rally dressed the way she was, she knew before hand that she'd be treated that way. On her part, I see that as provocation. Had she gone plainly dressed or attired like everybody else, there would have been no adverse reaction toward her. I don't know what she could have said why she was asked to be escorted out, but she fully knows that the whole of America had been given the real and true picture of Islam - one of terror, murder, beheading, bombs, war, and blood. How do Moslems expect the most compassionate, kind, benevolent people in the world to act? So, please, use your common sense and do not see America as the enemy, the aggressor, or the provocateurs. They're not. They are just being vigilant knowing that the enemy could be so sly, cunning and untrustworthy. Islamic people,we welcomed you to our country. Don't think that we are not watching you. We have given you a new start for a happy life compared to the life you have had in your native lands, but we are guarding against an invasion that your evil governments have designed for our beloved country. The truth of the matter is that you are our guests in our country, and you don't have he right to demand of us what you like, especially when you want us to change our laws just to accommodate or please you. The more attacks you perpetrate against Americans, the more we will be true to our resolve to deport you. Good Moslems, show your rage against the radicals amongst you. If you don't, you'll be sorry, because willy nilly, you'll be affected too. You cannot be in America and refuse to live by the laws we live by.

The issue is islam, not all muslims. Unfortunately those two often go hand in hand, making it hard to criticizes islam without people thinking you are criticizing all muslims, which isn’ the case. \n\nThe issue with the religion of islam is that it is inherently not peaceful (If you want to discuss why that is more so the case than other religions we can do that). In fact in many situations you will hear Islamic muslins part of a western country use the free speech given to them, under the laws and constitution of that society, in order to impose the suggestion of sharia law. This would mean no more free speech (and far more dire consequences) for others not of islamic belief under sharia law. Sharia law is a set of religious political laws used in the majority of middle eastern Islamic countries and cultures. It is truly a backward and barbaric set of laws, incompatible with democracy and I encourage you to investigate that claim. \n\nSo essentially decreasing islam in any scenario will also decrease the political climate it wants to live in. And not only live in, but given to text in the Koran, effectively dominate. Religious assimilation and toleration is not part of the religion. And in the small case that it is, those religious peoples are second class citizens. \n\nSo you can see how it may sound harsh to say “get rid of islam/muslims” if you are ignorant to the fact of both their possible separation and islam’s eventual political goals. \n\nNot all muslims want sharia law or are as fundamental/radical as others, but that distinction can be hard to make for many people, when a lot of them are silent. All you see are the riots and bombings across the globe by radical islamists, with little or no condemnation by the former. However once again I state, the issue is islam, not all muslims.\n\nIf you think I myself am ignorant of any of this information please attempt to convince me otherwise and I will thoroughly read your argument.

So I can walk around in a full faced motorcycle helmet with just my eyes showing and be able to function in society within its laws and policies. Look at Europe , refugees not accepting help but then wanting to sue the governments who took them in . Riots rapings and violence hostility , no jobs or plans for jobs . So many men that think woman are the lesser. preaching hate and racism , death threats . Damm they are getting more rights and support than our own citizens receive and do activities that if we citizens done, we would be incarcerated . I certainly dont want large groups of men running rampant looking proud to create chaos running around with bats and swords. I also see the authorities having little effect on resolving the chaos. Some on open source media have claimed to demand money or they will rape. GTFO no thanks

Anyone who follows Islam is a week minded person that cant take care of them self. Be a real human. Stand up and make your own choices. Stop following a Child molesting/ Murderer Named Muhammad. I don't mean to be rude but how is burqa a choice? Why would anyone want to dress up in a black robe covering from head to toe, except eyes and sometimes eyes too? I know it's religious thing but how can one make it a personal choice to wear it? That too women? It's ok for men, they only have so many colours in their attire to choose, but women? Seriously? I think burqa should be for Muslim men who are ok with wearing the same colour everyday (in general). I like hijab, the head scarf, it comes in so many colours and it's so pretty, hijab makes you beautiful. Not burqa or niqab.

for security and safety they should make it mandatory so that every person can be identified. suppose someone wearing a mask or someone who covers there identity wants to do some evil like stab or robbery or steal etc... now they can go in a store and take what they want or stab anyone etc.... its best to implement laws that provides security for people. also its not required for muslims to wear such cloths so why dont just try to obey for purpose of security and safety. i am a hindu and i love canada. why, its because we have an allstar groups of people that try to live in peace. we should keep this way of thought. also making some comprimises like this will go a long way for muslims with other communities as well. they should try to look at the fact that canada is not an islamic country.

You do realize Islam is extremely diverse ,there are so many schools of thoughts and sects . Most of them are peaceful people and all the attention is on a very small amount that are extreme in ideology. Generalizing Muslims into one group is laughable as for Niqab I dont believe it is Islamic , my school of thought doesnt even believe Hijab or headcover is obligatory but that doesnt mean they should be stripped of citizenship and deserve to die ...I think thats extreme too. I think if people in the west can walk outside in a thong and bra or completely naked at gay festivals then whats the problem with wearing too much clothes...honestly I think as human beings you should be free to wear whatever you want.\n.

Im not a racist so don't brand me one, what I want is true equality which means that I'm not going to pander to minorities for the sole reason that they are minorities. The incessant complaining about stereotypes towards blacks is ridiculous, all races have their own stereotypes. If someone saw a well dressed black person heading into an office building they wouldnt think twice but if someone saw a young black kid dressed like a gangster,smoking dope and acting shady theyre going to think suspiciously of you and there is nothing wrong with that. stop making it about race when it has a lot more to do with how you behave and act. The drive to get more black people in positions over authority for the sake of diversity is itself racist, the best person for the job is the person who should be in office if 8/10 judges are white and they are in fact the best people for the job then their should be no desire to change such things, we need to evaluate the character of a person and not their race. As a Muslim living in Canada, I don't see the harm in a woman wanting to cover herself, I wear the head scarf myself, but in my opinions I don't feel the need to cover myself to prove I am more modest or a better Muslim.  I believe everyone has free will and has the right in this Country to dress the way that the law has allowed them to.  No one has the right to tell someone how to dress, not even the Prime Minister himself.  Telling a woman what she can and cannot wear is oppression.  I truly believe that if Muslims want to live in Western civilization, then they should refrain from covering their faces because the face is our identity and People have the right to know who you are and what your face looks like.  You cannot vote with a covered face, you cannot cover your face in a passport photo, you cannot cover your face for your driver's licence etc... I am a Muslim woman and I say this.  It truly is a shame how the media is portraying Islam and the Muslim people as a whole, and it truly is a shame that Canadians have become so ignorant.  I see more ignorance and racism in Canada than I do in America and 9/11 took place in America.  If you want to know about Islam, learn about Islam from a Muslim, a Library, google Islam, or offer to spend a few days with a Muslim family for research to get a better understanding of Islam and Muslims.  As a Muslim myself I can understand the hatred and the ignorance because we act according to how we were taught and raised, and yes we have many extremists claiming to follow the Islamic faith.  These extremists are not only hurting Western civilization, but they are also hurting the peaceful moderate Muslims that value their rights and freedoms as Canadians.  I do not appreciate ISIS hijacking my religion, I do not appreciate Hamas or Hezballah hijacking my Religion because I am a very accepting person and a very open minded Muslim and to be defined by media as a problem or a terrorist is very hurtful and a shame.

I know a lot of muslims and they all say the same thing, The Hijab is worn because they believe that the Quran teaches women are not equal and that they must wear the head covering so they do not Tempt men.\n\n It's basically a way of men having control over women. All religions are bad, but Islam goes above and beyond bad.\n\nDon't be fooled my fellow Canadians Most muslims want Sharia Law and would pass the law if they could without hesistation, knowing most of us would have to pay the jtsia tax or be executed.

Enough is enough. America, wake up over 500,000 Muslim/Refugees being relocated to the United States. Did you vote for that? Of course not. I live less than a mile away from the main mosque in my city (US) and I'd love to see this. We'd be on the streets too flying the American flag reminding them where they are and their patrols would end very quickly. Muslims here aren't so eager to be aggressive like they are in Britain. We aren't exactly pacifists and more than willing to fight if they want to impose their filthy Sharia Law.\nThomas

I totally agree it was wrong to go to Afganistan and Iraq and it was disgusting to see the atrocities committed on innocent people by the soldiers out there and I know that not all muslims are bad, I don't hate muslims simply because they are muslims, I don't want anyone to die either, I wish there could be peace, but it's something in Islam that has to evolve to stop so many using their religion as an excuse to go out and kill because clearly there is a problem there

No I have the right to be here, it's my planet too! I have the right to want to change the law. I find it utterly disgusting so needs to be abolished ASAP..\n\nUK would be alot better (reduced crimes and all) if run under sharia law. I am for full sharia law, and I will fight for it.
