For those here on the Chat that don’t own rental property I’m here to tell you that this is 150% REAL. I know I know I know I know I know I know everyone is saying if she owes how could she possibly still be living in the unit???? New laws, slow courts, uninterested judges, unfair policies have caused landlords to suffer at the will of deadbeat TENANT. 1year Before Covid hit, I had one tenant starting to slow pay, during Covid not one cent after Covid not one cent! TENANT works a job, but still doesn’t pay the rent back-and-forth to court, continuous legal fees on my end. We just got her out the beginning of 2025!!!! ? trust we were ready to set the building on fire if we didn’t get that eviction letter this year!! Rather lose the entire property than to allow a person living inside it to live freely, and here’s the kicker she totally destroyed everything \nhoarding and intentionally damaging the floors and walls. Now we have to gut the entire unit to make it presentable for another tenant however, just not excited about renting to anyone else anymore. This experience has completely taken the wind out of being a landlord. And yes, this person was properly vetted, credit check and everything.

Why can't Canada put a double % on the US tariffs which makes from the US imported goods like cars so expensive that nobody will buy it. Yes it's a problem. Just buy those cars from Europe or Japan. There are also very great goods from Europe like the orange juice mentioned in the video. This is available in Europe and Northern Africa as well. Canada eh! Just switch the trading origins. Half of the information is not true. I spent 12 years and Indians are good at customer service. Yes there are some who are not but many are good at it. I was in USA and many people dont greet and start scanning the products and that doesn't make them not being good at customers.

Yes I was, after Trump got elected no. Disabled human rights are horrible here and as compensation for lawsuits can be capped in cases that is unlikely to change. I should state the government had to pay me $25,000 dollars for violating my rights (this cost me $35,000+ in legal fees!) so I know of what I speak. It was the same when I moved provinces. In terms of mobility my fate was better in the 4 third world countries I visited after my stroke, there are no busses in loads of places here as we can’t “afford” them. Also I should state the government tried to make me site an NDA that would not allow me to state their behaviour, this should be illegal where government money is concerned! On to health care…. Why do disabled people struggle to get a family doctor when they move provinces? Also why did the mother of a Ukrainian disabled kid have to go back to a country that had been invaded to get help for her child that was having convulsions? She got no help here and her child was in our system by then and her husband has been paying taxes since I got him a job here 3 day a after landing. The rightwingers/conservatives/republicans/trumpers are making the case that the border patrols need to be stepped up and funding/spending increased and they're hinting at pogroms to chase down migrants and refugees. Canada wants immigrants so they can pay them cheap for meanial jobs that nobody wants to do. Period. All your efforts spent getting a degree in something will be worth nothing here. Period. Even if you consider yourself super smart with an IQ above average and think you can defy the system, think better: yes you can go to school here and get your degree recognized, but is gonna take a lot of time and money, you'll probably have to work two jobs under shitty weather and pay the rent for an apartment not bigger than a shoebox, not to mention the college fees. Is it worth it? After 15 years spent here first as an immigrant and now as a citizen, I still have to understand what makes Canada so appealing to people. But then I came from Europe, where life is easy and relaxed, so I guess my point of view is biased.
