Every one of those hotels will get exactly what they asked for and no one will ever want to stay until they are torn down and rebuilt from all the damage. These people are saying that they will support and defend these immigrants because this administration is dividing us? You people should be ashamed of yourselves, because if there’s someone really dividing this nation, it’s not the Trump administration; but you guys who choose to go against your own people, in favor of illegal immigrants. Not a very good person, I’m sure. I pray that we do find these missing children, and that all those that are trying to make it legally into this country; will be accepted.

Now after saying that I would say that you can see that in their action. Anyone who wants to debate what’s going on in New York City on the side of correcting the problem has a point of view. But the ones that wanna keep these loss in place cannot justify any of their actions in debate that makes sense. They are liars and are following the father of lies and that’s all there is to it. The problem will not be fixed in your city until you having a big turnaround of leadership. People who are accountable to this constituents. People who love this country, not hated. Only a satanic group could hate this country that gives them every opportunity they could ask for. If you asked them, would they want to live in any of the other countries in the world they won’t answer you they will get part from the question and they will call you a miss information White supremacist or if you’re black a uncle Tom. They have an answer for anything good because their father is no other than evil. They get their playbook from evil. They can’t stand to be around any success. And one last thought. Joe Biden was ruled by evil. He opened the border on purpose to destroy this country at the same time. He was making millions from our adversaries. His actions have proven it over and over, but yet he’s not persecuted for the crime he committed. After you have a president that has destroyed America in so many ways. And the people that hate America love him. I have a question if they’re coming from Canada into the USA then why is the USA border guards letting them in I don’t get it. You can’t enter the USA from Canada without showing a passport so why are they letting them in?

I mean that’s wrong to say everybody’s fit to serve. It’s just when you’re going through surgeries like that and you’re taking hormones that are injections that are not naturally produced in your body then yeah it makes a lot of sense. Why you shouldn’t be in the navy I mean you gotta see it this way testosterone is 100% pure anger OK naturally produce testosterone. It’s off to me that when things get bad in a country there is always a certain percentage of people that are just ready to give up and leave. Why would you not stay and fight for what you call your home? Stop blaming other countries… we need to find our own mistakes… then we have at least little hope to change our mindset….we have habit of blaming others for our own mistakes..if you are not fitting in the rule- regulations of visa process of- course it will get rejected… most people have fake paper work for visas. \n\nSimple example… if someone enter illegally in our country we will call them terrorist … some countries put them in jail according to illegal act… I appreciate that they are sending them back to their own country… actually we should thank them for saving these people future.\n\nMaharashtra took a step earlier when they send UP citizens out of Maharashtra… in their own country they cannot go to other state.. how you think other countries should let them enter illegally n not take any action… I think we should think before saying anything.\n\nIllegally enter people don’t pay tax… indirectly they put so much pressure on health n other systems…we the tax payer bear that cost.. is that fare ? \n\nThey don’t follow rules of country… they behave similar how they behave in India … they don’t follow health- hygiene , equality rules.\n\nOur country more diverse but no equality… still people get priority based on reach- poor or on caste basis.\n\nIn other country any Indian do something exceptional then we say they are Indian… but no one think that they got that opportunity to prove themself because they were in other country… in our country people doesn’t get opportunity based on their calibre… \n\nWe have habit that we go abroad… earn money… get ideas of business n going back to India we say that’s our own idea… no appreciation at all… so many new businesses has got ideas from other developed countries but no courtesy to appreciate others or thank them.\n\nEven our news channels… everything is happening first time in the world… even it happens so many year earlier in other countries….some people they really don’t know n they believe that…. For those here on the Chat that don’t own rental property I’m here to tell you that this is 150% REAL. I know I know I know I know I know I know everyone is saying if she owes how could she possibly still be living in the unit???? New laws, slow courts, uninterested judges, unfair policies have caused landlords to suffer at the will of deadbeat TENANT. 1year Before Covid hit, I had one tenant starting to slow pay, during Covid not one cent after Covid not one cent! TENANT works a job, but still doesn’t pay the rent back-and-forth to court, continuous legal fees on my end. We just got her out the beginning of 2025!!!! ? trust we were ready to set the building on fire if we didn’t get that eviction letter this year!! Rather lose the entire property than to allow a person living inside it to live freely, and here’s the kicker she totally destroyed everything \nhoarding and intentionally damaging the floors and walls. Now we have to gut the entire unit to make it presentable for another tenant however, just not excited about renting to anyone else anymore. This experience has completely taken the wind out of being a landlord. And yes, this person was properly vetted, credit check and everything.

Omgaaaahhhh get over it! Life isn’t fair! You can’t serve if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, if you’re obese, have vision or hearing loss, so many things that people can’t change and ya don’t hear people whining about it! If you’re selfless and smart you say “ya know, it sucks but I understand why the decision was made”.

What I don’t get is America isn’t against immigrants coming to America (the legal way) but people want to protest coming here illegally and are upset people are getting deported because they didn’t come the legal way. I work with a ton of guys that came to America the legal way and are all for deporting the illegals back to where they came from. The legal immigrants work hard and pay taxes and illegals don’t pay taxes they get benefits and haven’t paid their dues like the legal immigrants had to do to get in. Taking care of illegals takes away from Americans getting the help they need and we have to pay taxes. They protest and wave the Mexico flag holding signs saying “Immigrants built America” and $hit on the things America has done for them. If they built America and are so proud to be from Mexico then why don’t you build Mexico up like you say you did in America. If it’s so great why are you coming to America illegally and running from your country. Do you think protesting and blocking streets and highways is going to get you anywhere with Trump and do you think your going to win the American people over by pissing them off doing stupid things like blocking highways and Streets. You don’t win people over by pissing them off and you don’t win Americans over Shitting on America waving your flag when this country has done more for you then your own country. If you came here illegally and broke the law then you should’ve thought about that before doing it and being put on the ICE list.Go back and by all means come back when your legally allowed and while you wait for that to happen and the papers to go through build up your own Country!

A lot of us Americans remember learning about the tariff wars in history class that ended up in deciding fair trade was the better route. I fear we’re about to learn the same lesson again…\n\nAs far as the drug trade goes apparently the GOV doesn’t spend enough time on the internet because the cartels are no longer just in Mexico they’re in the USA and in Canada. They have learned the Canadian border is a lot easier to cross and they can get into BC pretty easily due to relaxed immigration policies In Canada.. they probably don’t actually know where the drugs are coming from or where they’re being manufactured entirely. The cartels are probably a step ahead of them at the moment. \n\nI can’t believe the auto industry lobbyists were not instructed to go full send on the detriment of the opposite position taken from the NAFTA. The only thing I can see is auto sales are slumping and maybe they can blame this on the tariff policy for massive restructuring. \n\nI kind of understand wanting to negotiate with Mexico because they probably buy less American goods than Americans buy Mexican goods (drugs excluding) but I’m guessing Canada is a better customer of American goods than Americans are of Canadian goods. Why would you want to upset a good partner, customer, and ally!? It’s Beyond my comprehension…. If Trump was really smart he’d convince some factories to actually invest in Mexico with cooperation from the Mexican government investing in efficient transportation from the manufacturing sectors to the American border and the coasts for distribution. This would likely really help their economy and change the whole dynamic of all the things Trump has issues with. Fix it at the source not try to treat the symptoms.

Yeap I buy absolutely nothing from Canada I can’t get from somewhere else. It’s about time we stop adhering to unbalanced trade agreements with our so called friends and if they rather take advantage of us rather than make a more fair deal then let’s do it. Let’s see if we really need Canadian goods to survive so bad we need to trade and a deficit. But no being mad if we find out we don’t need you at all.

What’s wrong with them, can’t they be aggressive with their own government. They would probably get a better outcome than what they’re doing now. \nWhy can’t they stand up and do this to their on country instead of over populating our country. 32% of the U.S. military are minorities. 17% are female. Transgender, .7%. (2022 numbers. Best I could find.) Math says that is half of our forces. Including Puerto Ricans & Indigenous. I live north of El Paso, due north in New Mexico. Don’t kid yourself, this crowd will get much worse. I live in a big town and you used to stop at a traffic light and they tried busting your window to grab your purse. Then, it was under Biden, they finally moved them into shelters, hotels, churches and paid them money (on debit cards) and gave them free medical care along with their free housing.\nEven then one young guy took his revolver in to rob the waitresses of their tips as a pizza place was closing. The owner came out to see what was happening. The guy shot him point blank 9 times. He was arrested but we never knew what happened. In this blue state, I doubt he is even in jail now. Do you really think that those coming in don’t expect all the hand outs? We can’t just keep being so nice, there is going to have to be physical consequences.

No offense, since I don’t know if you guys drink coffee or not, but You do realize other countries export to the US. Have never heard of Guatemalan, Brazil, Peru, Marrocan, Ethiopia, Belgium, Costa Rican coffee? Arab countries etc. They all make great coffee. Coffee is not only from Colombia. There’s so various countries producing great coffee .\n\nThey all export coffee to the US. Unless you ONLY like Colombian coffee this shouldn’t be a problem. I’m sure this benefits other countries to expand. Each with distinct flavors and aromas. \n\nStarbucks imports coffee from over 30 different countries from Latin America, Africa, Middle East. \n\nIt’s like if Trump puts a 25% tariff on French wine. I love my French wine and it would suck. But I still love my Italian and Washington State wine.\n\nBananas like mention also come from other countries as well like Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras etc. \nBasically other countries exist that benefit from this. The only problem I could see is they can’t produce enough . Which I doubt. And I’m sure African countries or other countries can under cut prices if others try to inflate prices just to get market share in the US. \n\nAlthough, coffee prices are not only determined by supply and demand. Country of origin and brand also plays a role. Like I said it’s like wine. I love my cheap Washington State Merlots and my Italian Chianti, but people still buy over price California and French wine .

don’t judge too much. I’m not saying this is good for anyone that is living in ????. we already have a very bad housing crisis etc happening . but i definitely understand why they come.i have great empathy for them .. i feel horrible for them. these people aren’t lining up for black Friday deals or Taylor Swift tickets. these human beings are living in poverty, in danger in their own home countries. They want better for their children!! i’d actually question why they didn’t try for better (not actually, i have no right to judge them ..the lack of $ and danger would make most adults question if it’s the right thing to do). \nwe really need to remember...we aren’t special as human beings. we don’t deserve to live here more then they do. Our families just happen to cross the ocean(we weren’t even from the same land, like most of them, they want to cross a boarder that WE created) in the right decade, right century!! \nwe all came here and took from others. when we bought our land, built our homes, etc if you think back really it didn’t belong to them to sell it to us. It was stollen lands from the Native Americans. A lot of Indians treat white people really badly. Especially when there is money involved. It’s now extremely common that people here hate dealing with Indians as customers of their business and will go as far as avoid it altogether. They will often relentlessly try to negotiate services, lie and say anything to get get their way, pester businesses until they cave to their demands and even leave bad reviews which they say they will change if you give them a good deal. None of this is the way things are done in Canada and that needs to be respected. Something kind of funny, I’ve heard many people say that Indians will often say they will refer tons of friends and family to a business if you give them an unreasonable discount (which they never do once they’ve gotten what they want), but what they don’t realize is that referring a bunch more Indians to them is the last thing that business wants. And really, some of the discounts they want on things are just ridiculous. When I was selling my car a few years ago, I had it listed for $55,000 and I got bombarded by Indians offering $20,000-$25,000 and every lie under the sun of why that’s all it was worth, other people are saying yes to offers like that for the same car, dealerships are selling them for that much and so on. Like come on. And I guess while I’m at it, I hate to say but it’s a common thing here to walk into a gas station and the smell of body odour just hits you like a brick. I’ve stopped going to 3 different stations because of it. I’m sure there’s some pungent white people out there but damn. This is on a whole other level. It literally fills the entire building.

Many people think that because they think that they are cleaver enough to circumvent visa interviews, falsify documents required to impress foreign embassy staff, get visa on false pretenses because they have money, connections in domestic government or someone overseas to curry favor them, then no wonder your visa application would be rejected and fees forfeited or you would be turned down entry to your dream country on arrival and deported back to your home country. People even dare to charter a flight to Maxico with a plan to cross the border and into USA, like a flash mob, without a visa. Well you don’t have entitlement for that, just like you don’t like Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Rohingya crossing your borders by any means.\nHow many Indian agents have befooled fellow Indians who want to go and work in UAE, Behrin, Muscat, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and Saudi Arabia but landed on one of the beaches of India or have their Passport taken away to make them work like a slave in servitude by their fellow Indian contractors? Let us talk about that.\nLet us talk about how many Indian parents and students so foolish to see admission in universities or unaccredited fake colleges in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Russia and Russian federation countries but no serious intention to study but intention not to return but figure out magic trick to PR and citizenship without really caring to understand how immigration works and what would actually qualify to deserve immigration visa? Sham marriages is one of many tricks that people pursue despite knowing that chances of success are really very remote. Let us talk about that.\n\nLet us talk about fake colleges that “donations” to admit “students” who failed to perform because their parents have money to justify entitlement to buy degrees and fake colleges print it out in return to “donations”?\n\nIt doesn’t end here. You get to these destinations by hook or crook, you eventually get busted, yet you have nerves to be cocky, pretend to be robbed, discriminated, cheated, victimized instead and gather nerve to seek PR, green card, white card as compensation and even a job? I mean how far you would go thinking world is stupid and you can prove it.\n\nSORRY, there are hard working, intelligent and qualified Indians that get visa and there are people who get visa on family migration quota for example but many others, give me a break.

Hell no! It’s a fun place to visit, I love Florida California. I’m looking forward to going to the Carolinas, but I would never move there permanently. As a woman in Canada with children, what I do with my uterus is nobody’s business. I like my option of 18 month parental leave. I like my option not to do overtime and not have affect my job. I like my vacation and I like my sick leave. We have a safety net up here for mother‘s allowance child tax credit unemployment insurance. It is a safety net for hand up, not a handout .You guys like to pick your presidents and what your comedians will make for a living for the next 4 to 8 years. Up here we pick our Prime Minister‘s based on what they do up until they are seeking election and vote accordingly. We’re not allowed to carry weapons and use them for protection up here we look out for each other. I would prefer my children to live in a multicultural society where they are just used to other traditions and culture and Orientationchoices. That is not based on the colour of your skin. I like to have a conversation about a political opponent without it getting dangerous you’re allowed to have an opinion up here and that’s how we view it, but quite frankly after half an hour 15 minutes we we get bored of political views and just walk away from you.There’s no such a thing as you don’t want to live in that area and you have to be careful about where your kid goes to school. What does that do to the people that you’ve left behind? How does that make that better for them? I had a friend that worked down in the United States and every time I talk to her, she always uttered. I have to be aware of my white privilege. What the hell is that and I have never seen anything in your news down there about your native society we try to acknowledge and integrate them quite frankly, you guys are just worried about yourselves and not about anybody else

Thank God for our Us Border patrol and thank God for Trump. I don’t understand why these people don’t fight this hard to change their own government. Everyone wants to come here and get a free ride off of the taxes that we pay. What about our homeless and hungry,they should be taken care of first!!!!! I have a heart, but do it the right now. I went through this twice during COVID. Two tenants stopped paying one after the other and lost over 50k. Sadly, the only option is to take her to small claims court but in order to do that you need an eviction order and sheriff documents. Even if he does get to that point, they can o lay garnish her wages and at that point, she can avoid paying and jump from place to place changing addresses info and job details. Professional renters know the system and they work it to screw the landlords. One tenant I had actually believed that if they rent the house they “own the home”. Even if you call the police they won’t do anything. If the government just allowed the police to arrest and charge these people I think it would help but they don’t. It’s horrible. I’m actually thinking of selling my home because of the financial burden it’s been post COVID. I have good tenants now but only after using most of the equity to pay off the damage and missed rent from the last 3 tenants….

Idk i think you need to realize that we also have our bias in addition to you having yours. Meaning, to most of us , excepting the most left leaning socially progressive pockets and contexts , which even then wouldn’t be viewed that way to us just acceptable lol ?\n\nOur baseline/political middle in Canada is A LOT more left leaning than the baseline normal/political middle in the states. So while people tend to equate your democrats to our liberals or our NDP , and equate your republicans to our conservatives. It’s just not accurate. If you throw our span of parties and American span of parties on the SAME spectrum /polarity line. You might be surprised to realize how shifted left our systems range politically is from the American one. \n\nThis hugely impacts the average normal expectation , what we clutch our pearls at hearing coming out of the mouths of the general public , and our range of what we expect to not hear or see ranted about unless they’re to our view , extremely right leaning politically /social values. \n\nFor us this means that actually genuinely , a lot of America does get experiences by us as bat shit crazy racist homophobic immigrant intolerant culturally and religiously ignorant , and somewhat backwards in larger or smaller amounts ? I know that’s not fun to hear but. Being the most diverse country based so much on immigration means. What is normal and known /familiar and normal so we aren’t ignorant to , is completely different. \n\nFor us we have our pockets usually in more rural less populated areas further away from larger cities where there is more diversity but that’s the same often in many countries that you will find some of the louder racist homophobic intolerant voices typically in places that truly are unfamiliar and ignorant to the experience of growing up with and around much of any diversity of varying kinds. So it’s not to say we don’t have racism and intolerance of course like anywhere we do. It’s just contained and the range and frequency and intensity is MUCH different. We distinguish nuances of diff cultures and religions more easily and in larger numbers we’re more familiar with diff ways of life , language , food, dress , holidays , values and used to a much less segregated way of existing even when we are differnt from each other as the NORM. My parents were both born in the states and my older brother was born there but they moved up here when he was a baby. So nearly all my extended family lives down there and I’m a duelly. And my experiences discussing things with my cousins or visiting absolutely could be described as culture shock at times. The insane things that came out of my own cousins mouths when they hear our friends or partners of various cultures , our not understanding how big a deal and incredibly insulting apparently it is to have assumed someone American was lgbt lol the list goes on. Like I don’t think our most intolerant Pockets can hold a flame to even ur closet to middle a bit intolerant places and contexts in America. Quite honestly. \n\nI think the absolute undying favourable passionate upholding and support of nationalistic, capitalist, hyper individualistic mentality about society as a whole (from my Canadian born and bred perspective lol) makes the differences even more glaring blaring and hard to swallow for us lol. I think more Canadians would feel exactly how that comment stated , that you felt was not fair for us to experience America as. I think the truth is a lot of Canadians are being too polite to let you know that’s exactly how a lot of America comes off to a lot of Canada ?

The interviewer asked this Mexican American woman her opinion and she’s entitled to her opinion. There are a lot of Hispanic people who agree with Trump. I don’t think she’s turning her back on her family by saying “it’s okay” if they get deported. I think she’s respecting and supporting the rules of Immigration laws to have legal documentation to live in the United States. Rather than disrespecting and ignoring Immigration laws the way her family did. I think in a way she’s saying “it’s okay” her family gets deported because they deserve to be penalized for breaking Immigration laws for entering and staying in America for 20 or 30 years illegally which is valid and understandable. It comes down to the phrase “You commit the crime you do the time” whether it’s family or not. I believe she has a leg to stand on because she followed Immigration laws, received her Green Card and is living in the United States legally. If a family member of mine committed a crime and were put in jail or deported back to their country I would say “it’s okay” too. You reap what you sow.

We don’t need Mexico we just use them cause there cheap. America can build and grow whatever they want. She should shut up and solve her own country’s crisis. There’s a reason her own people want to run to America. But the boot they will get if coming here illegally is their agenda. Ohhh if it was her own child I’m sure she wouldn’t be saying that’s ok.., there are many like her out there. They get those papers and they think they work for the White House. If she would’ve visited Mexico and had a kid while visiting and didn’t have the money for a green card it would have been a completely different situation. For those just because you got your papers do you not think that there are people that came here as infants or kids to immigrant parents that came to work to provide for their kids it’s not that easy to get your green card it cost thousands of dollars. Many immigrants that I know and worked with including myself, I came here as a refugee. Immigrants are the hardest working people I know. Unfortunately a lot of the ones that came here as kids grew up in some neighborhoods that are not so great and mainly are kids that were born here that are in gangs or doing drugs or violent so don’t blame immigrants saying they bring all this with them it was already here … drugs gangs violence was already here. Gangs started in the White House with their red and blues. Then they say they are taking all the jobs.. the jobs have always been here but people that are citizens are too lazy to go get jobs or keep jobs ( not all citizens) but the ones that are complaining immigrants usually come from villages without any media or drugs or gangs ect. They simply come here for better opportunities or for jobs. They come to work not to freakin take your jobs… this country everyone is a damn immigrant this country was taken from the natives taken with violence by killing them , rapi!’ Them. They keep talking about losing a huge part of the workforce with mass deportations. So Americans aren’t looking for work? I’ve worked for Amazon for 3 and a half years now. I transferred from Va back home to ny last October. In va Americans are being hired. In ny Amazon is literally hiring nothing but Haitians. We hire a hundred and twenty people every year between July and January for prime and peek. I promise you without any iota of exaggeration, every last new hire is Haitian. I know of plenty of ppl who have applied to no avail. They really need to say if you’re American don’t apply. They get tax credits for hiring them. And because of this they do little to no work because they know nothing will happen to them. So all of the work falls on us . Out of the 120 new hires this year and last year 115 are under 27. They try to alienate us , intimidate us,and are extremely rude to anyone who isn’t Haitian. These are young people who are on straight gang time. I’m a black man telling you this and I’m from the street. It took me 6 years to finally make 20 dollars an hr, they come right over making the same as me while I’m working harder to accommodate their lack of productivity and at the same time hope I don’t lose my job for standing up to their rudeness and intimidation tactics. But the media will have ppl convinced that these are hard working meek and humble ppl just trying to make a better life for them and their families. I’m 45 years old and every year of my life we have always had a block party every summers end . For the last three years none. Because my neighborhood has been inundated with migrants who don’t care to assimilate.

I don’t see nothing wrong when he said, we have to let them in legally, I live in Germany and the way it works here, if you don’t have documents, you don’t get jack.

I can honestly tell you that I have spent the majority of my 47 years of life helping people, doing favors for people, helping the homeless, feeding and rescuing stray dogs, lending money I didn’t have, an in essence helping my fellow neighbor. It is in my nature to think of others before myself, but guess what? Guess where that got me? No favors returned, the money is never paid back, when I needed a favor, no one was available, and when I rescued the dog, no one can help me find a home. so I think the lesson here is help yourself as in the flight attendants say before you can help your fellow neighbor if you don’t believe me question yourself how many people have you helped in your life returned the favor? SLIM TO NONE. if you don’t believe me, go ahead and ask people around you to help you pay your rent next month and see the turnout you get. This is your responsibility. Honestly I think the real problem is a smooth path to residency/citizenship. \nIllegal immigrants want to do it right but the system sucks and takes way too long. I’m talking more than 5, 10, 15 years. \nPeople act like you can get it done like going to your local Starbucks. I know a lot of orchard owners that are going to be just as screwed as they were during Covid, when they didn’t have the labor to get the fruit picked!! You do know, that while Canada already been giving the Skilled Workers the preferential treatment fir decades, many of the Doctors, Engineers, Nurses, etc are unable to get a job of their training, bc they must write expensive, long exams! \n\nIf they had been out of the University for years, this is not easy to do! They need to support their families, study again and save Thousands of $$$ to pay for and write these exams! Canada makes it difficult for them to work in their field! \n\nThey receive many promises from the Canadian Immigration Department, which often does not deliver! A valid example, those with the Master’s Degrees, too often, receive only the Bachelor Degree equivalency in Canada, despite the promise of their degrees and experience in the field to be honoured! It’s an unjust and an unfair system! An Engineer driving a Taxi! I met a hospital Medical Lab Tech, who was a Doctor in his birth country!! Another immigrant was a Lab Tech working as a Lab Assistant! As FRENCH, I think it is more an issue with policies set by both governments!!! You know you bring students IN and why don’t you build houses and encourage construction???? In France, many students (mainly Africa, and French departments like Guadeloupe, Tahiti or Martinique) come to study there (for free and we are proud of it!!!) BUT - unlike Canada - we do NOT have the same issues as Canada (our healthcare is NOT under pressure and our housing prices haven’t really increased that much as compared to Canada for example!!!) to me, the students are NOT to blame!!! It is the fault of the deciders (at different level) who have FAILED to set the right policies!!!! The schools are also to blame as some (not all) are so obsessed with making profits out of the higher international fees, which by way, subsidize Canadian students!!! So in Canada (not in France or Germany), the money that allows schools to function come from international students who BRING LOTS OF MONEY for the Canadian economy!!!! in France, it is different as the universities are FREE and are fully subsidized by the French government… but yes;) you have to speak French fluently to attend them!!! \nSo dear Canadians, do not blame foreign students thanks to whom your universities thrive and remain existant!!! Hi there, I just need anyone out there who has a job can help me out. You still had a great job that I love my whole life and it was all about doing working for the city with the garbage district garbage man for eight years and I’ve been not working for the past three years and those past three years I’ve been looking for jobs and, my place, my place pretty much everything for no reason. I don’t think I deserve this at all. Anyone can help me. I lost my family too. And I not with children it sad to get to this point ???

The process is not the same as it was in the 80s when they did not require renewal every couple yrs w high $ and rules to return to home country for a set amount of time risking losing your home/job/business etc. Some renewal process for green cards have sped up but still takes 6-1yr and a new green card renewal and new one for Mexico can take 1-3yrs for approval. So someone that’s been here +20yrs will have to leave everything they have built here to go wait quite a long time. Its not if you agree how they got here, its what they have done in our country since being here. They add to our economy, +80% pay taxes to never get any of those benefits and they open businesses employing people etc. If they have been here committing a list of crimes then no i don’t agree but majority of immigrants don’t do that. I agree our border needs protection and security. Majority of the left do agree w that but gop don’t want solutions they want to just shut it down completely and thats not right. We have always been a country of opportunity and growth for everybody. I could honestly write an entire book about this—I’ve been living in Costa Rica for the past three years, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. My personal experience has been okay, because I was lucky enough to be contracted directly by the company, so I didn’t have to deal with any agencies (best-case scenario). BUT wow, the struggles are so real. Life abroad is insanely expensive! Sure, you might earn more, but all that money? It goes straight to bills, and don’t even get me started on the “black tax”—if you know, you know?. Plus Everyone back home just assumes you’re living the dream, lounging on the beach like a millionaire, when in reality, you’re just trying to stay afloat! NOT TO MENTION THE MENATL HEALTH, Premium tears!

A Ukrainian immigrant here. Absolutely in love with beautiful canadian nature, cute little houses, especially townhouses in toronto, just so wholesome. As for life, you gotta be some sort of specialist like a doctor, or a proper construction worker, or a truck driver to have a decent life that goes beyond just getting by and eking out an existence. On my own i can make enough money for food and rent, but thats about it, and im happy about it, really, i get to be alive thanks to canada, but i really hope i could move out of here as soon as it becomes safe, or just move to a cheaper country thats a decent distance away from russia. I ended up being unemployed and i do feel like im in quite a real danger on eventually becoming homeless if i dont manage to procure a job, and you know how the job market is now. As for health care, i simply dont have access to it, at least i dont have a family doctor and have been trying for a while to get one. I haven't tried walking ins yet since i prioritize food over health now but i might someday. I just hope that whatever sickness bugs me is minor, i cant do anything about it. My teeth hurt too, but i cant afford a dentist, and ive found one Clinique in toronto that helps immigrants fix their teeth for cheap, they can help you with three teeth in total, and i've used up one of it, and saving the rest for real emergencies. I cant eat anything except for real soft food, and i know im not gonna get any help i could afford any time soon.\nOnce i get a job i will be saving as much money as i can to leave Canada, i don't know where yet but i'm doing my research and hopefully will find a place, and if not well, sucks to suck. It's hard for everybody out there, i'm just one of the millions if not billions who go through that.\n\nAlso I don’t think ‘nobody wants to live in Canada’ is entirely accurate. It seems that the idea of canada, and the way its marketed, attracts a lot of new immigrants, and a lot of people would love a chance to live in Canada. It's simply not true. But after the fact , once they have , i could believe that some are not willing to stay and might regret the decision of moving in the first place.

I am a born and raised Canadian and have seen my country go downhill for at least the last couple of decades.\nHealth Care: doctors and nurses are moving Stateside in droves. No, the US doesn’t have universal health care but there are insurance plans and the care is enormously better. My girlfriend had 4th stage throat cancer. In Calgary the doctors at some point told her there was nothing more they could do for her and to get her affairs in order. Her father sent her to the Anderson Clinic in Houston - yes it was expensive but they treated her, saved her life and that was 24 years ago. \nIt’s common in our emergency rooms to wait up to 12 hours to be seen. \nOur system isn’t progressive and doctors and nurses don’t get paid near as well as in the States. That being said, I am happy that I don’t have to pay to see the doctor or have a stay in the hospital. \nCost of Living: Once upon a time it was good - housing was cheap and many companies had the full range of benefits and salaries were equal to the cost of living. Now these same companies have stripped the benefits by hiring people under contract so they don’t have to give them benefits. \nRents are through the roof and in Calgary there are no rent caps. Buying a decent house in a decent neighbourhood is impossible unless you inherit or make a six figure income. This, in no small part, has created a homelessness crisis that never had been seen in such numbers before. Crime also is getting worse by the day. Canada was once known as a safe country. This is no longer the case.\nEverything is very expensive and the tax very high. Plus, we have to suffer winter! Where I live, the joke is that we have two seasons - July and winter!\nI still like my city (not love) but I am retired and own two houses - one inherited and the other bought when it was affordable (32 years ago). Calgary would not be a place I would live if I was a newcomer. Vancouver is beautiful but you really pay for it. \nTrudeau has helped make a big mess of things with immigration and lax criminal laws. My beef is not with immigrants I must state - it is with the lack of jobs for them when they come, thereby forcing bad living conditions and an over reliance on the social systems. I add that the immigration population is much more willing to work in jobs they have to take (despite a high education) than our natural and bloated citizens.\nSo yes, Canada has increasingly gone downhill. On a positive note, hand guns at least are not legal and our country has beautiful natural land.
