MY HUSBAND'S SCORE IS 5.5. DOES IT MATTER? OUR CRS SCORE IS 480. SO I'M NOT SURE IF HE SHOULD GIVE THE IELTS AGAIN.\n\n\n2. I AM A LAWYER AND MY WES SAYS THAT THE CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY IS : FIRST PROFESSIONAL DEGREE IN LAW (JURIS DOCTOR). SO WHAT SHOULD I FILL IN MY QUALIFICATION SECTION?\n\n3. SINCE MY HUSBAND WILL BE A DEPENDENT IN MY PROFILE FOR THE EXPRESS ENTRY, DOES HE NEED A WES QUALIFICATION AS WELL? HE HAS DONE BCOM FROM DU. I'M NOT SURE IF HE NEEDS TO SUBMIT HIS WES EVALUATION SEPARATELY.\n\nDO HELP ME WITH THESE. THANKS!

This is very sad but sorry, we’re all accountable for our own decisions and following actions. He should have done a little research on Canadian immigration or at least on the likelihood of winning a case like that. Could’ve saved all that money

As mine husband have less then one year experience. Pls dun suggest student visa . We are looking for IMMIGRATION stream only . \nPls guide us .

He should have been smart and applied for a visa and done it the more secure way than go as a refugee

Okay. A lot of people here have no clue how the immigration system works both in the US and in Canada. “He should just have come here legally”. Well, most of the time a legal path to emigrating to the US/Canada just does not exist, and its getting more and more impossible to be granted asylum. In the US you can’t just apply for a work visa, you can’t just apply for a green card. You got to be eligible to apply for it. For a work visa you need a job offer first, you need proof of income and most of the time the employer will have to prove they couldn’t find an American to take the position. To get a green card you either have to get married to an American, invest at least $500,000 or try applying for asylum (which is almost impossible to get nowadays). ALSO to apply for asylum you need to be either inside the US or at a US port of entry. Try to be less “patriotic” and more empathetic. People flee their countries because of war, violence, cartels, gangs, terrorism, etc. They are desperate and want to protect their families and have a better life. If you were in their shoes and staying in your home country put your family in great harm you would have done the same thing. People need to stop judging, stop being selfish and start leading with empathy.

Wow! A undercover security person for Walmart did the same thing to me...racially profiled me! Claimed he saw me put something in my purse, just lying! I wish I had known I could sue them. I filed a complaint instead and they settled with me for $1000. I should have known I could have done more when they were so quick and willing to settle! I bet a lot of people just let it go...smh

This guy does not have a slightest shame for what he has done. He should have been deprived of his Canadian citizenship and deported back to China. He forged CBSA stamps and charged tens of thousands of dollars for each “client” and made millions of dollars in profits, and I doubt this sneaky and greedy guy had paid his taxes to the government \n\nno shame, no fear, no respect for Canada and Canadian citizenship

He should have done it the right way, but Trudeau is also at fault by the things he said.

This is another example of white collar crime getting a slap on the wrist. Dude makes $10 million dollars illegally and is only fined $900,000 (9 percent of his proceeds of crime) then is sentenced to 7 years in jail and serves only 2. Somebody passes a bogus $300 bank cheque and gets more time than that. It's nice to see that something was actually done but this guy should have been deported with all his assets seized. If he did this in China he would be spending the rest of his life in a prison labour camp.

I feel for the guy and i hate to see those kids without dad around. But he should have done it the right way. It's his fault and the kids suffer because of it.

I feel bad for his innocent children to have to go through this. You want to live in another country, you need to follow the law like every else. You learn the language, get the same I.D. We all have to have , and be treated the same as if any American were to illegally cross boarders! What we have to go through just to have identification here should be no different for anyone else! You can’t just live off our tax dollars and government ins., food stamps etc.. While we pay for you to live here!! I don’t reap those benefits, yet I’m paying yours!! I can’t feel bad! When I go to a dr. Or dentist and an immigrant or a lazy able bodied parent gets everything done free and I’m struggling to pay with full ins.. I literally walk out so pissed off! These are straight facts!! He had fifteen years to make it right. Instead he took a shot doing it his way to reap the American benefits and the feel bad for me card!If they ever let him come back and he collected any kind of help in those last fifteen years, “if” , he should have to get proper I.D., citizenship, and pay back anything he was given! It’s only fair! He was able to save all that money tax free, hmmm must be nice! I don’t feel bad he had to spend it. That’s real life!I’m tired of watching my citizens no matter race or color, work hard paying taxes and giving their hard earned money away!!If we just let anyone walk right through our boarder than what’s the point of any American needing any I.D.??? Don’t people get why it’s so important to keep track for so many obvious different reasons!! I believe certain citizens with outrageous offenses should be chipped!In every race!I don’t care who the president is any president that doesn’t believe this is the right thing to do sucks! I didn’t vote for a Trump! I think he’s smart and a moron at the same time!

Living in Latin America is not that bad, well there are parts where you should avoid at all cost but there are places where you can have a safe decent life, most of you just say what comes out of your small little brains without ever even leaving your city your whole life. Its just that this people have lived and been so dependent from your system and in stretching their hands( beg) all this time that they not know what to do now. \n\nHe said that he wasted 15 thousand dollars in lawyer, if it would have been me I could have perfectly moved to lets say Costa Rica or Peru and still have money to buy land. But they really are addicted to this kind of life. I agree that the people in El salvador have made violence to sky rocket because they have not done nothing about it, they left gangs and violence to proliferate and now its just too late for them. But there is still hope in other places in Latin America.
