Yes I understand his point but at the end of the day they’re still not taking any in and they should you can always return them and you can still push for them to have their lands but I don’t think they have to stay the sacrificed to do that. If they’re helping them and truly fighting for their land you should be able to remove people for safety reasons leave the fighters behind when it’s safe you can return the people and they probably should make systems in the neighbourhood areas and yeah other countries in Europe and whatever yes we all should help out each other like that I think for sure . Also if people want to leave in peace and harmony , When they return because yeah you should take in the vulnerable people while they’re in wall countries neighbour called country should do that and yeah you should return them properly after and create systems for that , then work on having peace , can’t keep both fighting and throwing rockets so equally needs to be responsibility and obviously people are always going to fight and always have war so I do think yeah we should start creating humanitarian systems where we do take people in and then just yeah fight for their land do the right thing try to get peace when it’s over return the people I just create better systems like that because obviously we think it’s going to be over and then years later people are at war and all these innocent people have to suffer and it isn’t fair and they shouldn’t have to all the sacrifices to fight for their land anyway that’s what I think I think we should be trying to avoid more death you know let the fighters fight that’s bad enough that soldiers have to die and be sacrificed but protect the people as best as we can if people want to volunteer and they want to fight okay but I think you should try to protect the people

These probably happened but your vid is creating fear and not informative. Canada is a welcoming country, and visa officers are trained to be friendly and not aggressive. As soon as you land in Canada, get your information straight. Know why you are here, where you will be staying and for how long. Do not approach the border officers with fear or panic as this video is trying to make you feel.Canada doesn’t just set people aside for deportation at the airport. Once you land in Canada you are protected by Canadian law and international law on immigrants . A visa officer will not warn you of overstaying your visa (if you overstay you won’t be granted visa next time) no officer will tell you that. That’s not their job. People can be set aside for proper screening or scrutiny but that doesn’t mean they are being set aside for deportation. Deportation has a procedure and it’s a costly process even for the Canadian government.These are assumptions. You are exaggerating! Don’t be afraid people, Canada is a beautiful and welcoming country. Information on your application has to match information you give in your questioning. If they don’t match then suspicion is aroused.Even if it doesn’t , they are so many explanations you can give as to why ( stress, airsick,tired, confused ,hungry cus of the long flight) officers will give you time to cool off and come to you later. If it gets to the worst, invoke your rights as an international immigrant and ask for entry to Canada being a safe country as a refugee claimant . Officers can’t deport you if you claim asylum at the border, they have to follow due process and your case must be heard by a judge. Create information, not fear!

I’m a little late to this video but have a lot to say. As a Canadian of Indian descent, I have always avoided Brampton. There is a stark difference between Indians from Brampton and those of us that are from other cities. This situation is out of control mainly due to JT but also colleges that have setup feeder international schools that cater just to Indian students. I’d imagine Chinese students have something similar to this as well, they’re just more quiet. \n\nA lot of the comments come off as offensive but it is what it is, There are too many of my ethnic people here and they’re not assimilating let alone intending to do so. Chain migration is another problem as it brings in an older generation that has no desire to learn English. Crime is having a runaway effect because of the environment they come from, fights break out at intersections, parking lots, backyards, front yards, etc. This is reckless and embarrassing for all Indians, especially us Punjabis. This goes unreported because of how vindictive these people are because of whichever town/city they came from. There are also rumours that these female students are home wreckers so there’s another layer. \n\nMy solution: \n1) Stop immigration, these people are giving our entire community a bad rep when we’ve worked so hard to get to where we are in this country. Return to skills based immigration, not WEF-based. \n2) Cap the international student populations tied to the census - this opens up opportunities for international students from ALL countries and walks of life. \n3) International students cannot be allowed to work - Canadian students First, Canada First. \n4) After graduation, give students 1 year to find a job in their field of study. If they can’t find one, send them back and learn skills and then that’s their only back to Canada. \n5) if they do make it to immigration, we need a better system than just a simple memorization test - have them demonstrate their command of the English language, look at their value added and potential for the future. \n6) Conservatives need to be a part of the solution. A lot of the comments are just complaints and complaining will get these folks voting red vs voting blue each and every time. That guy commenting about no temples in Timmins will just push these people to the liberals and this is what JT is counting on. We need to show these folks what being Canadian is about so that they leave Brampton and assimilate. I’ve introduced countless folks to Pierre and have changed their outlooks, y’all need to do the same. Indian - Punjabi - Sikh — I don’t know which genius makes such categorization. Either use nationality or ethnicity or religion - why mix them all. This data is spurious. And superfluous. One walk along the street should be enough to see things as it is. Is there a smart they won’t come to Canada because even right now Canadians are on the street. It’s just not a good time. Canadians are good people it’s not their fault. And then no one‘s offering the immigrants jobs because there is no jobs but that’s not again the Canadians fault they can’t afford to put food on their own table. Canadians are hard-working and I know lotta immigrants are hard-working in regards to the students don’t come here maybe the United States will be best for you they offer lotta countries. At the start of the video there were statements made that the immigration: foreign workers and international students - is putting a strain on the Canadian safety net. When the narrator was talking about homeless population there was a video piece showing opinions of some of the homeless people. Are those homeless people immigrants? If not how can you use that video piece to support your point?\n\nThere was also a chart showing how shelter occupancy grew in Toronto and how expensive it is to buy a house in Toronto. Toronto is not the whole country, you can’t make it seem like the whole country can’t “afford immigrants” because housing in Toronto is expensive.\n\nI view this report as an opinion piece: there were some statements made at the beginning but as the video progressed no evidence was provided to support those statements.\n\nI agree that there are problems that are tied to immigration in Canada but you can’t just state something without providing a factual evidence showing how immigration is linked to the problems covered in the video. This looks like cherry picking, not journalism.

Canada is just a modern terrible version of what the USA was in slave days. It sucks because the symbols in the coat of arms represent nations that flow through my blood ie. Fleur de lis, The Lionheart and even the Iron Cross. None of which are represented on a political stage as it would be regarded as “racist” or “white nationalist” simply for embracing what we are and where we come from because we don’t make good wageys. I’m starting to understand Quebec separatism as your identity is your family and family is everything. You can’t even walk into the local armoury and choose a life of valour because you could be working at Tim Hortons instead or a gas station instead, that’s how quelled of ambition or morality this shithole has become. This lack of access to health care is a new thing. I agree with your assessment. It now seems lonelier in Toronto. \n\nCanada used to be different because anyone with a good job could afford at least a condo, but life became unaffordable not just for immigrants, but for everyone unless you are in your 50s-60s and own a home. \n\nI have friends working double jobs supporting family back home in other countries, but for some of them the family back home sound like they are doing better than them and own a home. It’s like they are sacrificing their life to be in poverty or full of hardships and their families get to go out for dinners and drinks with friends. Not them. Not true for everyone, but for some yes and I worry about their own retirement because retirement in Canada without lots of savings means you might be homeless or forced to live with family even if it’s not your preference. \n\n without investments and savings, it will be hard to beat inflation. Getting into debt and getting bad credit can mean not getting an apartment. \n\nThe birth rate is going down because it is expensive to have kids and income isn’t enough to match with living costs. Getting help from government is really not something everyone gets access too. One person might get housing support, 10 others may get nothing. Different governments offer different things. Programs end and change often. \n\nIn Canada definitely bargain and shop around for good phone plans. one idea is to get a pay as you go until “Black Friday” then every year or two when your good offer expires there will be many others. It’s the time with the best deals saving almost half. For instance, I have 50 gigs for $25 for two years from a large provider. Telephone companies are the one place where people must bargain and even ask for better deals as a must.\n\nThe people you see living in big houses, will have kids that can’t afford the same. This is because prices keep rising. The system protects the very rich, but will also drain the middle class often within 1-2 generations. Do not link your business to your personal finance, or creditors can take your home. Some not knowing this lose everything and rich people know better. \n\nPeople live until they are very old, so inheritance is pretty much meaningless to rely on, so no matter what your parents have you must hustle in life. \n\nI do think Canada can become what we want over time. Citizens need to fight the trend of great community spaces, restaurants and bars going out of business and dumb corporations move in with bad boring restaurants. Like a McDonald’s where maybe a popular cultural hang out was. \n\nPart of the problem is a lack of mixed income housing areas, so it’s hard to stay living where you grew up. Artists and musicians help make a city great, but many cannot afford to live here.\n\nFamilies and communities staying together means more support for those with young kids and older relatives when they need help. Yet how is this possible in a city that is always pushing out lower income people when wealthier people desire the area. \n\nIn Toronto, every time you move you have to take what is available and that might mean moving an hour away from everyone you know. This weakens communities. Plus, if you live too far from your work you will have no time to socialize for most the week due to travel time. \n\nI think those who grew up in Toronto do have a certain culture of acceptance with others from many cultures, because your friends at school were from all over. But with new migrants sometimes it isn’t until the second generation that their social circles get diverse. This can be isolating and it’s even isolating as those from Toronto eventually leave dreaming of staying in one spot and not forced to move constantly when a landlord investor sells every house you move into. \n\n\nToronto really needs to protect affordability of housing for at least some housing in every section so that people can save money if they live in the city, and not have to leave their communities and be far from their friends and family. \n\notherwise eventually people get sick of the hustle and it’s too tiring to travel 1+ hrs each way to visit someone during Monday to Friday. \n\n20 years ago any professional could at least buy a condo. Not today. There is too much competition now and investors are allowed to buy up all the most affordable housing that once was a pathway to owning a home. \n\nRich policy makers got greedy and destroyed canada and hopefully diversity in leadership will help make Canada better. But they perhaps people knew to Canada can reject this lonely structure and help us rebuild Toronto into an amazing place. \n\nWe need to make sure everyone can afford housing with 30% of their income. I think that will help

I have some questions:\n\n1. Why is this video only showing African immigration when they represent the smaller immigration group. This is disingenuous. Why don’t you show the real immigration stats. \n\n2. The gentleman that spoke about his suffering and not having a stable place, living in his car etc, what is the reason? Why can’t he find employment or can he find employment but it’s not enough to pay for rent? \n\n3. Using the same man as an example, why is he Canadian born suffering (assuming no drugs or mental illness) but there are people who come on student visas, get a job, a house and then bring their 90 yrs old grandma over. Put a $1m insurance policy one her head and then buy an esso.\n\nCanadian is becoming very costly. I am experiencing this too, but while watching this documentary I got the impression it was solely to exploit an narrative. It would be better to make a documentary showing people working, blah blah and still having to go to the food bank because of the rising cost. Not gonna lie. But Canadian teenagers feel entitled . They don’t want to work which is a shame. That might be a problem with the parents. But a good portion of 20-35 year old living with there parents are white Canadians. Let me be clear before you all slam me. But it is fucking true. Look at the line ups and tell me how many Canadians do you see. None. The problem is they want a job to pay them big money right off the start. We all started somewhere. I worked for 5.35 an hour that was only 20 years ago. That was minimum wage. Ridiculous right!!! But it actually hasn’t moved up much sense then. Saskatchewan is still the lowest minimum wage in all of Canada ( thanks Scott Moe?). I get it. Even right now with the Trudeau government you really can’t make enough money to survive but you have to try.

Moved to Canada 6 years ago and can’t make it work, despite having a good job. The housing costs are staggering, 60% of your income, if you can find a place. And the taxes are out of control, 40% of your income, plus you pay 12% tax on every dollar you spend! People are miserable here too, slaves to the housing bubble.

No surprise there, \n\nCanada is NOT attractive to migrants anymore due to multiple reasons.\n\nSoon a 1 bedroom apartment will probably cost 5000$/month for rent in the Major Cities making it impossible to settle here for newcomers.\n\nThe healthcare system has serious problems due to a lack of Doctors and Nurses who left for better paying jobs in US or Europe.\n\nIf you need immediate Specialist care you will probably have to pay hundreds of dollars just to see someone in the Private sector because the Public Health System has huge waiting lists and is understaffed.\n\nYou won’t be able to get a Government Family Doctor because the remaining ones have thousands of patients already so they’re swamped.\n\nYou can wait even 10 years for a Family Doctor and still won’t get one.\n\nYou can’t be bumped up on waiting lists for Doctors or Specialists even if you are in a critical condition because you aren’t a Celebrity / Politician / Millionaire.\n\nOnly those with a lot of money, status, power get immediate medical attention in case of an emergency.\n\nMost of the traditional medical costs like and eye exam, treating an ingrown toe nail, Physiatrie treatment are NOT covered by the Provinces anymore so you will have to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars again.\n\nSome Provinces are already copying the US healthcare system which is 100% Private and for profit so don’t be surprised if you you’re gonna have to pay even for an infusion.\n\nThe minimum wage is only 15$/hour in most provinces when in reality you need at least 40$/hour to survive the ridiculous cost of living.\n\nYour typical salary will go 45% to taxes and 45% to rent leaving almost nothing for food / bills / gas / insurance etc. \n\nYou will struggle to make ends meet and possibly starve a week or two every month just to say that you’re “Canadian” \n\nThat is the sad reality but Canada is in a deep hole right now.\n\nUK is in a similar situation too.

I have been in US for 20 years and can understand the experience that you are sharing. Frankly, countries like US and Canada are not for people who can’t do some basic things on their own. \nPeople leave their families and comfort of their home and come to these countries either to earn money, eventually have a good quality life or to provide a good quality education for their kids. If you don’t have a reason good enough to make that move and keep the option of running back home on facing little hardship then there is no way you can live in these countries. Forget about going and living in other countries you can’t even go and live in another state within India. Do you think it’s easy for a North Indian to go and live in South (or vice versa) where they encounter language and culture barriers? \nYou were in much much better situation as you already had PR and didn’t have to go through stress of handling uncertainty on your visa situation based on job.\nTrust me it takes few years for you to get adjusted to new environment, culture, people, food etc. But, as you spend more and more time in these countries you get more accustomed to way of living here and then you become so comfortable with it that you don’t want to go back at all.\nDon’t want to judge anyone but I guess in your case at your age with family already settled in India you didn’t have a solid enough reason to get out of your comfort zone and give time to get used to such big transition in your life

From this video. Let me\nClarify something. I has studied from Newzealand and done MBA. As per my experience they don’t interfere in your life. And that’s biggest advantage if you want to grow your children. Cus they need non judgemental environment rather than constant thought of competitive environment they have open minds to think independent cus it’s in their lifestyle (that which you have to do everything by self) it’s good thing for children cus they make them independent enough. If you are complaining cus you have habit of cheap labour here then can’t compare like that. If you want just benefit of their openness then it’s your fault. First of all you don’t create drama about it. If country is not suitable then you come back and don’t complaint cus you are not perfect to judge country. However from india, everyone thinks they know everything and it’s their right to complaint only. They will not do anything if someone is doing corruption or doing wrong in society. While they will directly not tolerate non sensible behaviour. And you will not be habitant for country which is not corrupt like india. So always go abroad with their mindset to live not your mindset of india. ?

Even though I became Muslim only since mid March, I’ve been considering making the Hijra to a Muslim country Insha’Allah. I can’t relate to living in cold weather conditions being in Southern California, but I can relate to everything else. \n\nI’m not married. Insha’Allah one day I will. But I think about the safety my wife will have going out in public in her hijab. Insha’Allah I’ll have kids and I wonder about the indoctrination going on in society. \n\nBut the biggest thing for me is living in the US and knowing that whoever is in charge will endorse genocide. And for a country that prides itself on free speech, yet we see that speech being limited when it comes to standing up for what’s right. I actually had a feeling that was going to be your number one reason before you got to it.\n\nI can’t make this happen right now but Insha’Allah in the next few years, be able to work on it so it can happen.

I don’t blame them at all. Democrat voters that make at least $50,000.00 annually should have to house at least 2 migrants at their own cost. I could house, support and employ 3. It’s been 5 years for me here and I honestly can say I have achieved nothing in my life yet. It scares me when I think I can’t return whatever my parents had invested in me. The fact is you’ll never have a good paying job in Canada being an immigrant. When I say this trust me I mean it. Most you’ll get is a minimum wage job which can make you survive the life here. Taxes are high definitely and what I feel is you’re working to make someone else’s life easier. \n(P.S: people who’ve stayed in Canada will understand who I’m implying to)\nNo one wants to be your freind, scope of socializing is zero coz mostly it’s cold round the year so everyone hardly come out, especially in Northern provinces like Yukon, Saskatchewan, Manitoba.\nHealthcare is a joke. If you feel sick and not well and you wanna see a doctor be prepared to wait for hours and hours. I once had stomach infection and I had to wait 5 hours till someone could see me. I asked for painkiller at-least so I could bear the pain but they refused that as well. You might well see someone you love dearly and with whole heart die in-front of you and you could do nothing. (I’ve experienced it myself hence saying)\nYou’re a lone survivor who’ll always keep fighting. \nThe only person who can make money here is businesses and high paid jobs which are reserved to Canadians. That’s how Canada’s job market is. Canadians’ first and if there’s something left they’ll look at you. By the amount of money people invest here they can establish a nice business back in their country itself and earn accordingly on own terms. \nMost importantly you’ll cut yourself from all emotional supports like family, freinds etc.\nI was social person back in India who liked making new freinds and memories but it’s nothing like that here. \nAnd it’s the same life, no different.\nYou wake up, dress, eat, go to work, come back, eat, sleep. No different.\nNo fun and nothing. You actually don’t live in present, you live in an expectation of a better tommorow.\nYou’ll always have a smile when you greet someone but I guarantee you no one’s gonna check on you to if you don’t start a conversation even with a simple “Hi”. Mostly Canadians are nice but again some will systematically judge you and say nothing but you’ll see in their actions, the way they’ll talk in a twisted way etc.\nYes I’m not saying that Canada’s bad or it’s no good but trust me it will take forever to build a life here especially with the number of people moving here from round the world. \nIf you’re well off financially from back home Canada’s a paradise for you. Indeed it’s a beautiful country with lots of beauty and lots to explore but remember everything comes with a cost here. Everything comes with a cost. People need to stop believing in this fake illusion and come only if they got a purpose here. The only reason why they’ll let you in the country is for money and once you’re in you’ll have to keep spending, doesn’t matter if you’re broke or whatever you have to.\nOnce I earn I’ll happily give up my PR status and go back to India as i very well know what the situation is how it’s gonna be in future.\nSo just one piece of advise to every middle class person like me, guys please invest and spend your money wisely coz we know how hard it is to earn and it’s high time Canadians start appreciating what immigrants like us do for them by burning ourselves day and night and start realizing that their past generation once came from some other part of the world as well and settled here. Being white doesn’t make you a nice Canadian, you’re actions defines you more than your words. \n90% of this country is built by immigrants and that’s how it’s gonna develop in future, so if they keep treating us the same way good luck to them ?.\nAlso a plus note to anyone thinking that Asians are stealing your jobs, go get outside and have the balls to face them and take it away from them. Been in Canada for approximately 25 years. I can say that the effect that Canada has on a legal immigrant is neither here nor there. If you can make lemonade out of any lemon you’re dealt, you will thrive in Canada (and anywhere else where your efforts are not overwhelmingly quashed by corruption, blatant racism or other forms of segregation). \n \nLynn, I was a lecturer in Kenya, went back to school here in Canada after wallowing in culture shock the first year, then circled back to teaching in college again after an arduous journey in school, but this time in a different field. \n \nAfter becoming a single mother of four kids, I had to also hustle on the side to build a small business empire along my life’s ladder. Partnership with God, goal clarity, the get-up-and-go, and relentlessness truly work. It isn’t the size of the dog but the fight in the dog that does it, regardless of where you live. \n \nThe starting point for a new immigrant can be very low due to the weather, unpreparedness and culture shock, but if you know that the only way is up, and are self-motivated, those challenges are soon behind you as the tests become testimonies. \n \nBy comparison people have more human rights here regardless of their status. The wheels of justice grind slow but they do grind fine. Women and children have equal rights with men. Politicians are mostly there to serve not necessarily to exploit. \n \nOpportunities for self-development galore - including being trained to become employable and going to school at any age (sometimes for free while you are still at the bottom of the ladder). There are food banks so you never go hungry if it came to that. The disabled are better treated with dignity. \n \nThere are prolonged parental leaves for both moms and dads for up to 18 months. Commensurate with earnings, parents under certain thresholds are given Canada child tax benefits and other supplements for each child under 18 years of age. \n \nDepending on the number of kids and their ages, the money can add up handsomely. Not to mention that there’s no tuition to pay for primary and high school students. Tuition fees start at post-secondary level. \n \nTo see a doctor is free as it is paid for by taxes. It the meds that you and/or your insurance pays for. Some medical equipments may be paid for by either or both the individual/insurance and the government depending on eligibility. \n \nBy and large, there’s cleanliness of common spaces. There’s also safety and relative peace. At least wherever I have lived, I can’t tell you how many times I forgot to lock my door with impunity. \n \nThere’s a lot more stressful work here in my opinion, but like you said Lynn, systems work a lot more efficiently and effectively. \n \nThe elephant in the room is the extra hard work that those living abroad must put in to fulfil expectations back home. Also known as black tax, the overwhelming financial dependency of relatives on their diasporan loved ones places undue stress on many here, especially because there are no short cuts to getting money here. \n \nAnyway, Lynn, thanks for such a great topical issue you’ve shared. Foreign countries are good if you have the right paperwork to work and support yourself. If you don’t have, trust me you will suffer and end up in shelters or streets. One thing with these countries is time is money which means the more hours you spend working the more you make although there is higher taxing you still ok. So that means you can’t make it if you are a lazy person.

I hate this so much. I know it’s not these peoples fault that their countries aren’t helping them but America isn’t even helping its own people. Imagine how it feels to be from the US struggling and then these people come and somehow our country has the means to help them when they won’t not can’t won’t help their own. What other country do you know of where you can just decide to cross their boarder demand help and say you know what I’m just going to live here illegally now. It wasn’t because he was being mean it was because if people started holding onto the boat and trying to get on the boat they would panic, and eventually everybody would swarm the boat. The boat would not have been able to hold the weight of everyone holding onto it. Well the same here there’s people who are already drowning, and other people from other countries want to come here, but all they’re gonna do is sink the ship, and then there will be no help for anybody and everyone will be doomed. No I have nothing against people coming here but not this way. I welcome anybody that wants to be here to work but not this way. America has its our own problems and the citizens pay taxes that are never used to help them. Instead the government gives money away to other countries like it’s nothing. I’m with my fellow Canadians, I’ll visit the US (although even then, it’s beginning to look less and less ideal) but over my dead body would I live there. \nThe fact you have become desensitized and don’t discuss school shootings is baffling. 4 or 5 years ago, there was a shooting where I live in Canada. The whole city was on lock down. I believe one elderly woman died, and 3 were injured. The person was caught, arrested, and is rotting away in jail. It hasn’t happened since. People still remember it. My little sister and I were scared, so we hid in my bedrooms closet. (It was on the second floor, and there was no way anybody could break in and get up there easily.)\n\nHealthcare is a huge issue. My family has a long line of health issues, and with that in mind, the risk is just to obscene.\n\nI am a woman. The fact that laws are being stripped away from us by old white men who have no idea what it is like to be a woman in the states is horrifying. \n\nGun culture. It’s near-on impossible or at least it’s incredibly difficult to get guns here. Owning guns isn’t respected. When people die from being shot, it’s remembered and spoken about, even years later. At least to me, it seems you care more for your Guns and the rights to own and use them, then Women who want to have bodily autonomy.\n\nYour political issues. I don’t even know what to say at this point beyond. The entire senate is rich old straight white men who like to make laws about groups they aren’t part of, and strip laws away from others. You basically have two polar opposite sides of the political spectrum and that alone, divides people so deep they can’t even be in the same room for more then 10 seconds.\n\n\nI’m Part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Enough said. \n\nI’m well aware that not everyone in the US is like this. But in my eyes, that’s more then enough to deter me. I considered Europe several times (went for exchanges in England and Russia a decade ago). Moving to US… for myself, I can’t see a good reason. There is a second category of people, that I don’t think they use Reddit ;) Retired people over a certain age, they go live in Florida half the year and some decide to stay. There are also a small number of neoconservatives who think we live under a liberal dictature (yes, I’m looking at you Alberta), might be more interested, as well as our evangelicals too, since they want to insist on imposing their religion on everyone else. \nSo, mostly : climate for elders, ambitions (career or financial) for youth, ideology for some others. I was once asked by a American colleague why did I not immigrated to the USA, the answer is: it was not even in the list of possible countries. In fact it is on my top list of places not to move to. \n\nYou have a good insurance through your job? That only means you have one more reason to fear losing it or stay on a particularly bad one if you don’t have anything lined up, if you have a chronic health condition, then you are straight out hostage to your employer. Even if you do have good insurance your bills may one day go beyond the maximum and you still risk bankruptcy. \n\nIf you do go bankrupt, in any civilized country you can’t go to jail for debt, in the USA you can, the country with the highest incarcerated population in the world in absolute numbers and relative too. To add salt to the injury it is a country that did not completely make slave work illegal, it is still legal if you are not a free citizen and your prison system exploit that.\n\nSo it is a country that you can become slave because you got sick.\n\nThen there are the guns… the fact you think you are exempt of school shootings says it all, if you live in a small city it would not affect you? Are you really saying mass shootings never occur in small cities?! First I feel for these people. They want to live in the greatest country in the world. All of these points are subjective. I think the point system you used and the subjects you talked about are biased. I would have given the USA a point for innovation and job opportunity. There is more opportunities, because more companies choose the USA. We have a higher population so even thought there is more job opportunities in the USA, it is also very competitive. Your video gave a point to Canada for vacation and maternity leave rather than innovation and job opportunities. A lawyer in the USA has a better chance of practicing law than a Canadian lawyer. You gave a point to Canada for healthcare because of life expectancy. However I’d still give a point to the USA for healthcare. The life expectancy is a separate subject. The life expectancy is lower in the USA because of what we eat here. I would give a point to Canada for healthier food. In the USA fatty diet with sugary sweets is common here.\n\nThe video was really pros and cons for liberals. As an American, I could make a list that is biased towards the USA. Sadly with this type of chaos you need to do something impactful to make people fear coming over illegally. Make an example of a few and it will deter this from happening. Over 300,000 homeless veterans wander the streets searching for food and shelter currently. Dying at an estimated rate of 22 a day due to self inflicted harm….the system in place to take care of them and provide comprehensive medical care is crippled and broken….every SINGLE ONE of these men and women has a head full of bad memories and experiences from defending their country in war (some missing limbs)….can’t hold a job and have trouble finding a job….NOONE is making substantial and reinforced efforts to care for these brave men and women. Yet, if you cross that border illegally you’re given shelter (free stay at 5star hotels in NYC sound nice)…comprehensive medical care…food stamps and even job placement for some. And in some cases, we’re providing that help to individuals who are simply making a pit stop between Mexico and Canada because it’s better for them there according to some. Frankly, we have enough issues that are swallowing us whole and need to focus on building up and caring for our own citizens and force stop mass migration, strongly enforce deportation as well as employing more case workers to help with legal immigration process. We spend all this money sending to Ukraine and yet here we are, cutting our own throats to save someone else’s hand. I have no issue with legal immigration and asylum but you need to go through the process like those before you. I know this is asking a lot but it IS possibly to make it work

Can we advocate for the rights of people over giant real estate companies like Blackstone gobbling up houses and apartments, making them unaffordable before we scream that there aren’t houses for these people?!\n\nThe complete lack of effort around finding a solution is mind blowing to me! Everyone just resorts to basically saying they should all be kicked out!! Why can’t we find a solution? I just don’t get why this is such a controversial issue! More immigrants mean taco shops, taco shops make hot tacos and more tacos in the supply chain is all we need to bring Taco prices down. which means we can eat more tacos. Immigrant = Taco shop = Cheap Tacos = happy tummy \n \n2. Your precious time! \nWhy clean your own Cars, or your pets which take hours and hours. Your time is precious. You can save so much time for so little money and with that time you can work for even more money or go have a great time. Let’s all live like KING! Be a Great person without doing anything! \nWe want to be good neighbors, but my room is just too comfy. We need to have our own Giant Factories and more Labor force and Health care worker relief. Let them in but they must work hard and cheaply and take Jobs most Americans don't want as they are starting from the bottom. Until they master English, they are not a threat to any jobs that you might want, and most don't even bother to learn which is good for us. \n \nHealthcare workers are working too hard. Let’s use migrants and help them out, immigrants can do all the labor-intensive and poop work so our healthcare workers can focus more on the health of the patients. This will reduce hospital bills since labor is a major cost to any business. We will also all receive better care at the hospital. \n \nUS companies and foreign companies are building factories in India or in Mexico when the same workers are at our doors. Let's build them here in the USA and we English speakers will have to manage them unfortunately since that’s the language of the Country. If you speak Spanish and English, you are going to have many jobs. \nEverything important should be made in America with all these workers. We can all have our own factories and business and exploit cheap labor flocking to our Great Country. We must use this to our advantage while it lasts. \nCheap labor we can Build houses that are affordable. Fix all the infrastructure we have been crying about. \n \n5. If War we're ready! \nIf we ever have another World War first one to go are minorities and poor people so, not only does it provide us with a bigger army, but you might not be first to get drafted. Not only that but because we have immigrants we would have stronger ties to those immigrant countries which can come in handy later.
