Trump is doing all these crazy things but he is forgetting one HUGE thing. Canada & many other countries are Allies of America & while he's talking about tariffs & goodness knows what (I did watch his talk in Congress), at least respect your Allies. Trump is sleeping with the enemy & in all my years, I've never seen an American President turn on their Allies like this. He is a dangerous man for all the wrong reasons. I feel badly for the American people whom will be stuck between a rock & a hard place. I feel for the Canadian's whom don't deserve this. Trudeau speaks so genuinely & politely where Trump yells 'this is the way things will be'. \nI don't look forward to the next 4 years & many in my country (Australia) have said they won't even go to America while Trump is in Office. Every country around the world absolutely must stand their ground against Trump and the USA. After all, he’s the perfect poster child for what happens when a bully gets handed the keys to the global playground. The power that the world once entrusted to the U.S. to uphold democracy and freedom is now being wielded by him for the sole purpose of advancing his own interests and those of his country, at the expense of the entire planet. Brilliant, right? Who needs global unity when you can have one man-child undermining everything for a little personal gain? If this continues, we’re all looking at a descent into a dark age of tyranny. And, let’s be clear—the free world can no longer afford to sit back and tolerate tyrannical regimes. It’s like we haven’t learned anything from history. Maybe we should all take a little refresher course on the rise of Nazi Germany during World War II. Why not try sit-down and have a rational and pragmatic talk and negotiate new trade relations first, instead trying to cause more up-evil and resentment.

While increasing trade import and export with another country we already do business with, making them very happy in the process and still making huge savings in the process. When 80% and 60% of your exports and imports respectively. Consists of literally sharing its only common border with the united states would mean a complete scrap of the total infrastructure since they would hace then compensate through sea and air through the arctic and distances of 10x of what they are used to. Then it starts to make sense as to why trump wants Greenland. I am an American and Canadian. I live in America. It is INSANE to me that (from what I hear) people dislike Trudeau enough for him to resign, yet I see him here acting respectfully, intelligently, honorably.
