There are over 1,000,000 Indians here in America who came here on a tourist or student visa who never went back home once their visa expired. They are living here illegally. Thousands of Indians are flooding across our Southern border into the U.S. They then claim they are persecuted back home in the world’s biggest democracy and apply for political asylum. This is all very dishonest! Indians are coming here for economic reasons. And they have no interest in our American way of life here of freedom and equality. Proof of this is that we are having to pass new laws to prevent Indians from discriminating against their own fellow Indians! Higher caste Indians here are discriminating against the Dalits or so called ‘Untouchables’ who are also here. \n\nStay home! Make India a better place instead of flocking over to the USA and bringing all of your bad habits over here with you! Over 700,000,000 Indians don’t even have access to a toilet! I’ve been to India many times so I know all about the real India! Remain there in India and tackle this huge problem. Demand your government stop spending $Billions on new aircraft carriers and other military equipment and build new toilets for your own citizens instead so women and girls feel safe when they need to relieve themselves and so India won’t be so filthy and smelly! Open defacation is very unsanitary! Unhealthy!

The issue of economic hardship is inflation not immigration. Immigrates brought skill and resource and pay tax when living in Canada. Sad about leaving Canada? You get taxed up the….., it’s frozen for half of the year, the people are also frozen and they try to stab you in the back (especially in Quebec). A childhood classmate of mine visited Canada and these are her impressions: people are fat, disgusting, it’s boring, depressing, cold, gloomy; every second person is in a wheelchair but they don’t have to be, pretending to be disabled because the government pays them for disabilities, etc. After going back home every person that she saw on the street was extremely gorgeous in her eyes after the horror that she saw in Canada…. This is obviously a little exagerated and coming from someone whose expectations were high but you get the point.\n\nWe don’t need to be driving brand new cars all the time, live in brand new homes and spend thousands of dollars for the services that we don’t really need… life is all about simplicity and being able to enjoy every single moment: so many countries in the world offer that: not Canada.

For me a Québécois, we missed the boat in 1995. Too bad if you don’t like it but we got screwed by newly arrived immigrants back then and we are being drowned by immigrants now. Since for me this place is where I feel the most a part of and have understood long ago that the ROC had done everything to negate us as a people a nation and the dream of an independent country with close ties to the ROC is and probably never was in the cards, I have started hoping for some kind of political union with mother France since it has become painfully clear that Canada as a strong bicultural self respecting truly independent country is a bygone notion. Just look at our military, it’s a monumental farce. Look at the insane levels of immigration, we cannot support this!! PERIOD!!! Look at way we genuflect to the US’s economic visions without questioning anymore. The Quebec people are a nation, Canada unfortunately is only a notion. For me getting out of Canada is also a reality except since this place never was one of a cash cow there only to send funds to some family elsewhere I believe we Québécois and Québécoise, with the respect for the First Nations that we have always owed them, need to go our way. I’m Dutch and I worked in Berlin in 2012/2013. I remember being really surprised by the bureaucracy and lack of digitization in government and services. For example I needed a tax number, from the tax office in the area within Berlin, where I lived. Meaning there were about 19 of these offices around Berlin, handing out tax numbers. If you moved within the city to a different region, you needed to get a new different tax number. Comparing this to the Netherlands at the time, we don’t even have this number, as it is directly linked to your Social security number. Also tax statements are prefilled by our government, you only need to check them on a digitally secured portal.

People complain about doctors leaving to the States for more money. But reality is, there is no job opening for new specialists finishing up fellowship. So they are pushed around diff hospital as part timer and they end up leaving. Family doctors are also pushed to become a hospitalists or to just become surgery assistant to avoid paperworks and fees that follow being family doctors. Our healthcare is becoming useless because our government is not grasping the reality.\n\nWe need more highways, a real metro system for to support its growing population with integrated infrastructure. If we need to construct more housing, make it possible for architects to build faster and make it easier to become an architect here too. What is wrong with our roads? I bealive new immigrants needs to adopt Canadian Values and way of living. They see Canadá as we are so nice and stupid, taking advantage of public services. When you immigrate to a country you are curios and open to learn a new culture you are leaving your country because there is things that you don’t like and you see your self with the same values of other culture. Once you are in Canada you are evolving and adapting to new ideas, and methods of living, most important you are here to contribute to society and the economy by taking care of your self by working hard upgrading your skills, help others follow the rules. Not the opposite you don’t move to be taken care off by taking advantage of government programs, if you honestly and truly need the government help the program is there for you if not you have a moral responsibility to contribute to this country/ planet.

Its crappy, I'm at the point in my life where me and my fiancée are making more money then we ever have, but its going no where. We need immigrants, we do not need this much. I go on tiktok and there are tutorials for people coming into this country on how to obtain free food, like from food banks and what not, spite the fact we have minimum funding requirements for students coming here. It sucks, because the minimum isn't high enough for somebody to actually live off, and its taking food away from desperate Canadians who really need it. Some of my best friends are immigrants, and it sucks to try to speak up about it, only to be bashed as a bigot or xenophobic. I'm not either of those things, we just have a HUGE issue caused by a massive influx of people. Its not the people's fault, its the failure of our government. I have no issues with anybody who wants to live a better life, I have massive issues with a government letting new immigrants experience a mediocre, and overpriced, life at the cost of everybody else's life getting WAY more expensive and difficult. My rent for a 2bd apartment in 2014 was $770 all included, Grocery bill was about 170 every two weeks. That has all tripled in the last 10 years, Legit tripled. *Only mentioning those two, because they have gone up the most, but EVERYTHING has gone up. (about 2-3x) Its crazy to think when I was making 8-10 dollars less an hour, I had more money, it went MUCH further.

Banks in India will lend them money to come to Canada, they buy their IELTS results. 99.9% of all the students I dealt with who got caught cheating on their exams were from India.\n\n- The people we are receiving in Canada are members of a separatist movement. They have often blocked roads to protest against India, because they want Punjab to be separated from India, and turned into a new country called Khalistan. I highly doubt they would all move there if that actually happened.\n\n- Going back to the entitlement: They often abuse the human rights nature of Canada. They sued the government for the right to ride bikes without helmets, or to not be forced to used safety equipment in construction sites, and for the right to walk around carrying a dagger, because it’s a “religious item”. Canada also for some dumb reason accepts their arranged marriages as a real one. Any person from anywhere in the world has to undergo an invasive scrutiny of their relationship, being forced to provide private conversations, and witness. Punjab people need none of it, and Punjab fathers are selling their daughters to strange men, so the family can move to Canada together.\n\n- Statistics Canada often talk about how our population is aging: However, they do not disclose how many of these aging population is due to Indian nationals bringing their parents and grandparents with them. If we got a million Indian people in the past years, that would mean around extra 4 million people over 50 years old. That’s 10% of the entire population. \n\n- They are scammers. You said yourself: To be eligible for a mortgage , you need to make at least $250k per year. They are landing in Canada with no money, and buying houses right away, because they have a network of people forging financial documents, and the also have people infiltrated in banks to approve these processes. Not me saying, that was national news. \n\n- They are extremely racist. They will openly tell you they only rent/hire/do business with Punjab people. Now, even the buses are driven by Punjab people, is insane. And you can tell they are new comers, because some of them can barely speak English. But is a well-known fact: Once one of them is in, they will make sure to bring in as many of their countrymen as possible, and only them. The DEI department of my company approved a Punjab manager, and now more than half of the staff is Punjab. English is no longer spoken in the hallways. \n\nSo these are just few of the complaints I have about them. I moved to Canada for a better life, and I have fully adapted to this country, and I’m resentful that this government allowed these people to slowly turn Canada into India. Alright. The median age in Canada is 41years. That means in 20 years, majority of the population would be close to retirement, which also means that if a younger population is not 'brought in' it would be disastrous for the economy. That being said, the government can limit the number for people immigrating from certain countries. If you need more Europeans, you need to create a social support net better than Europe. Its purely logical. \nIf you do not want more Indians, you limit the number of Indians coming to Canada. Its simple. Hating them for who they are doesn't help. It's a myth that Canada needs massive immigration, especially when Canada doesn't have enough affordable housing for everyone. The average Canadians aren't benefiting from immigration, only the corporations, fake colleges and immigration consultants are. It's disgusting the politicians are using desperate immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers for votes.\nThe future are robots and AI for most labour and manufacturing jobs. For example: Even the trucking industry will become self driving.\nIf the federal government stop taxing Canadians too death, and married couples will more children. Go ahead lobby the federal government to bring in 10 million migrants from Pakistan and Afghanistan and put 2 million foreigners in each of the 10 provinces, right now. Then don't be shocked when civil war happens. Enough is enough. Canadians need to be like Denmark and Netherlands, who are saying no to massive immigration! Remember refugees and asylum seekers aren't supposed to work until their claims are approved. How many businesses are paying the migrants in cash? It's one thing if the immigration process was well organized and all the immigrates were working and paying taxes. But now the provinces are begging for funding to deal with all the new comers and only Quebec is getting support from the federal government. Most mirgants just come here to try to have a better life but in reality the politicians don't care if they end up on welfare. It's super sad Canadians are dying of drug addictions on the streets and the federal government is still insisting massive immigration is going to keep them in power or solve Canada's failing economy or prop up Canada's pension plan.

We need a new government in Canada.

The government has welcomed in 1.2 million people from January 2023-2024. We cannot sustain those numbers, and even more disturbing, our new immigrants are from Asia and East Asia, and Africa, not from other countries off the world. We don’t need people like you encouraging more immigrants to come here, when we can’t afford the average 600,000 new immigrants per year that has been forced on us since 2015.

The immigration problem is very real and im glad you brought it up. I'm tired of being called a bigot for simply recognizing that the we dont have enough homes to sustain our citizens, let alone new migrants. I think we need to severely cut down immigration until we can build the required infrastructure to support them.\n\nWhat the trudeau government has done to this country has made me utterly hopeless. To the point where sheets of plywood were you couldn't find them and they went up 100 times and price. Solo's hundreds of billions of dollars that the government's going to take back and taxes from us all draw the cost of housing through the roof. Instead of at the time redirecting half of those two it was 500 billion take a half of that investment in putting it into infrastructure technology innovation for industries. Our education systems from kindergarten through to postsecondary education and spending it on the Canadians that were here. We've turned our post-secondary institutions in Canada into diploma Mills where you know your VA and your you know postgraduate degrees or you know they're worthless. However the government and the education system grew into a very profitable industry grinding out worthless degree after worthless degree for foreign students who thought when they got these degrees with 50% of Canadians have. People have to realize that post-secondary education is a big business so they're going to sell you a dream that's going to cost you a lot of money what I suggest is when YouTubers want to do something on Canada do some proper research let people know that we really do have quality post-secondary education system but you have to look at when you graduate those jobs going to be there to pay that large salary does White collar jobs are disappearing almost gone I purchase an app for my company with small company about 10 employees this inexpensive app alone has taken my office staff from 7: to 2: I have a 10 Red seal tradesman tradeswomen these 10 highly skilled trades people earn between 125 and 145,000 a year in gross salary and I need five more of these highly skilled people and I can't find them cuz everybody's running in to get a useless postgraduate degree. I do find it slightly offensive that a lot of new immigrants new Canadians immigrate to Canada to purely exploit it for its wealth Canada should be looked at as a place to come put your hard work in the struggles the ups and downs? and look at it as your home instead of you know a piggy bank but people are going to leave and there's a long line up to get in I've seen in my 40 year career you know three major reps and three major downs. What's happening in Canada's economy and the economies around the world it's all the same the US economy's doing quite well and talked to last couple of weeks friends that have invested their and families have been there long-term at present the United States is building a war economy so there's money pouring into that effort it does have a booming you know Hi-Tech boom as well however the tech boom is offshore with American companies and it's taking place in a part of the world that no one would think it would take place so if your graduate in the tech industry go online do a little research you'll find out where it is the USA is building a huge chip factories I think they just poured in 70 or 80 billion dollars we're in a transitioning economy don't get discouraged put your head into it do your homework find out where these new jobs are coming from which jobs are not going to be here. Traditional White collar you know middle management upper management jobs they've been gone for years everyone's think of themselves as an independent contractor. Also if you're a millennial or was a gen z person there's going to be a massive transfer of wealth over the next 20 to 30 years as baby boomers simply die off and then you guys are going to inherit their money I live in any one of the g7 economies I just got to find your niece with your qualifications and get in there and innovate because there's not one g7 country that significantly doing better than anyone else another interesting part of the world is East Africa I'm retiring there in 5 years I've already done my homework I've already got partners I've already started to train up people there in East Africa Canada and those parts of the world they have East Africa's great basic infrastructure so now that they've got their first level base of infrastructure a second economy is built off at the service that basic infrastructure that basic infrastructure allows for that second layer a bigger layer of investment you know and that's where the real money is for mid-level investors and you know highly educated Young westerners have got 10 years into their respective careers and these are also very beautiful countries you know so you can if you got family in Canada family in Europe India Asia you know you can start building networks collaborate on projects you know in these you know emerging economies you know mid-level economies but that's you know a good 20-year grind to get good at your career and build your confidence to go into these places and get these things done also you know it's a great life adventure but never expect just because you have an advanced degree that the door even come knocking down your door to employ you if you're going to wait for the opportunity to come to you you're going to be waiting forever you got to take your advanced degrees get out there and hustle and work hard man Canada's doing fine about four or five years it's you know it's going to take off next level and it's going to boom for 40 years and it's never going to get any cheaper in g7 countries Amy's emerging economies his pockets around the world they're starting to come up to in the window to get into these emerging economies with your advanced degrees it's closing if you don't make it if you don't start looking at it in the next 5 years your degrees are going to be gone useless and if you do decide to put your career in these emerging economies like Asia South America Central America Africa do it for the right reasons not just for money we don't want to make the same mistakes as like the industrial Revolution where a few people get rich and the people in that country you know don't get anything have respect for these countries employ their people and you have to get into these places before all the big corporations get set up there cuz they're they're going there Canada's a great place as a great time free medical system and I urge anybody that's feeling down or depressed in Canada you know to go get some therapy join some clubs talk to people don't get down and mostly don't you know don't give up on yourself you guys made it through you know Elite post-secondary education system and if you can if you can do that I mean you can you can do anything a lot of hard work ahead truly best of luck to all you guys

Welcome to the Communist country of Canada. We have a mentally deranged dictator called Trudeau. Our Prime Minister is a laughing joke among the world leaders. The government of Canada is a joke. The unbelievable lack of any common sense is non-existent. I live in rural Alberta. The hatred for Trudeau is very evident. I was once a proud Canadian. I am now ashamed of what Trudeau has done to this country. He has bankrupted the country which is close to collapsing. He has opened the floodgates to all immigrants mostly Eastern Asians from India and elsewhere. They have brought with them in fighting from their country. There's not enough infrastructure to house or feed these people. The prices of groceries are out of this world. We often see a lack of grocery items in the stores. I have to purchase products online like Amazon. In the province of Alberta, there are no family Drs. to be had. The city of Edmonton has about 6 or 7 Drs. taking new patients. I would not recommend anyone to move to Canada. I would wait until the PC government gets into power and starts to rebuild this country. We need a government that has their feet firmly on the ground.

The crazy thing is that some Canadians still have faith in Trudeau's party or just have too much trust in the government that they can turn this around. I want to see this country prosper but every few months I just keep on seeing new policies that the current government makes that just doesn't make sense.\n\nFew things to mention\n- No more investment in more roads by the federal government (I understand they want essentially to have citizens use cars less but they haven't provided a plan on how that money would be invested? I have yet to see trains being invested to connect cities such as High speed rail?)\n- Increased carbon taxes (most premiers were against this but they negged it on)\n- proposal and voting for Increasing taxes on capital gains (impact business that invest in Canada)\n- This is a positive thing but also happened because they polls went to the dump (increased investment in housing) and then decrease foreign student admission for future years ( I think this is where liberals say they have hope, but it's at a point where they messed it up and now are trying to fix it to make it look like they are fixing someone else's mess\n- The government is also just adding more policies we can't afford such as Dental plans for certain incomes, food in schools while the free health care doesn't really feel worth the taxes when the quality is not there. ( This is how they want to be the good guys when the conservatives need to cut costs to help resolve this mess)\n\nThe liberals are kind of like that guy in the family that takes a loan, pockets some money for corruption, then gives money away to charities saying I'm the good guy, and then doesn't know how to pay the loan back so asks for their family to help fund the debt.

Stop bringing in immigrants then and then watch your economy crumble. Canada has no problem bringing in immigrants who work hard, do all the long haul trucking and work all the jobs etc people born in Canada don’t want to do. Blaming immigrants for problems is as old white supremacy and racism in this country. The story of Building this country off of the back of new immigrants is as old as the railroad that built this country all done by Asian labour.\n\nPeople born in Canada also don’t want to have kids. Our birth rate is much lower than the US and other western countries. If there’s anything this video highlights it’s the low housing issue and the targets set by the government. \n\nThis country will always need immigrants to support it. The key is to make sure we have the infrastructure in place to support everyone and that’s not the fault of people aka immigrants who come to this country and are told life is good here. So I had an accident last week, I got a a fair amount of metal shavings in my eye and I lacerated my eyelid, it took 5 hours to see a doctor. A friend of mine has property with a lot of wood on it , he was behind on property taxes by $200 and the provincial government (basically owned by J.D Irving here in New Brunswick ) are trying to seize his property. Our government is owned by large corporations and our leader is a stuttering idiot who wants to tax us more on every single thing we need to survive.

Why not have a government program that pays new immigrants to build housing? Denmark has a program of simple, affordable housing for single parents where there is a shared large kitchen and everyone participates in making dinner 2 X a month and doing clean up 2 X a month, but you get dinner as a group every night. It's great for working parents, plus there are built in friends for the kids. We need more cohousing options.

Getting into debt and getting bad credit can mean not getting an apartment. \n\nThe birth rate is going down because it is expensive to have kids and income isn’t enough to match with living costs. Programs end and change often. \n\nIn Canada definitely bargain and shop around for good phone plans. one idea is to get a pay as you go until “Black Friday” then every year or two when your good offer expires there will be many others. Yet how is this possible in a city that is always pushing out lower income people when wealthier people desire the area. \n\nIn Toronto, every time you move you have to take what is available and that might mean moving an hour away from everyone you know. This weakens communities. Plus, if you live too far from your work you will have no time to socialize for most the week due to travel time. \n\nI think those who grew up in Toronto do have a certain culture of acceptance with others from many cultures, because your friends at school were from all over. But with new migrants sometimes it isn’t until the second generation that their social circles get diverse. This can be isolating and it’s even isolating as those from Toronto eventually leave dreaming of staying in one spot and not forced to move constantly when a landlord investor sells every house you move into. \n\n\nToronto really needs to protect affordability of housing for at least some housing in every section so that people can save money if they live in the city, and not have to leave their communities and be far from their friends and family. \n\notherwise eventually people get sick of the hustle and it’s too tiring to travel 1+ hrs each way to visit someone during Monday to Friday. \n\n20 years ago any professional could at least buy a condo. Not today. There is too much competition now and investors are allowed to buy up all the most affordable housing that once was a pathway to owning a home. \n\nRich policy makers got greedy and destroyed canada and hopefully diversity in leadership will help make Canada better. But they perhaps people knew to Canada can reject this lonely structure and help us rebuild Toronto into an amazing place. \n\nWe need to make sure everyone can afford housing with 30% of their income. They worked all the time doing every kind of imaginable job in every kind of condition. They built this country with their perseverance and hard work. The immigrants today, are selected on a points-based system, and the idea behind this is that someone with two university degrees, or trained in a profession, even if they don't work in their field in Canada because they're all sorts of barriers to transferring your education, are not very likely to be criminals or antisocial types. In other words, Canada has chosen to attract high quality candidates on the assumption that they would be less likely to become criminals, while they in turn, having been picked from the best in their society, arrive in Canada with very high expectations, and discover that actually they're going to have to work in all sorts of other kinds of jobs and will probably not work in their field, even though that's what got them the points to come to the country. This is the brilliant system brought in by Stephen Harper's conservatives, which brings in people with high education, and allegedly high skills, especially high language skills, so the government doesn't have to pay for their language training, but it doesn't consider the fact that these are very often people with other choices, who are not willing to work in construction or farming or service or retail or all those kinds of things that we desperately need workers in. The reason why we can't build enough housing has nothing to do with local governments and property values. It has to do with lack of labor. This education system, for some unbeknowned reason, is absolutely terrible, and provides basically no skills, training or education for the vast majority of high school students such that when they graduate high school, their forced to go to university or college. Since they have absolutely no training. In most parts of the world you finish high school and you have a trade, or you have some skill to begin working, the kids here know nothing. Nothing. Other than emotional safety, intersectional language, and wokeism. On top of that, the government has brought in every kind of environmental restriction and regulation on account of incredibly loud, but actually small minority of enviro lunatics, who most of the time use these environmentalism as a cover precisely for protecting their high property values in very luxurious and special places around the country, and they oppose logging and all sorts of resource extraction under the guise of environmentalism. But it's actually to preserve their special privileged position often in some wilderness or island, where they might be the only one or a handful of families who got lucky to somehow own a property. Property and so they oppose everything on account of environmental reasons. But it's just to keep people out and preserve their own privileged place. Everything is a fine print. And we have gotten used to this as normal. This is thanks to his carbon taxes BS initiative causing high cost in fuel and resulting in major inflations in high food prices, rentals, etc. How can you help refugees and immigrants while Canadians can't even afford to live in Toronto, etc. You need to take care of Canadian first and foremost. Taking in 500 thousands new immigrants and refugees each year isn't going to be help Canada to get this mess we are in. Lower number like 150-200 thousands of new immigrants | refugees is feasible but NOT 500 thousands new immigrants and refugees.

The federal government invites millions of new immigrants to Canada before the provinces build infrastructure to retain these immigrants. It's not that complicated. The federal and provincial governments need to get on the same page when it comes to balancing the volume of new immigrants against the volume of new infrastructure to house them so we can maintain an optimal balance.

It’s been 5 years for me here and I honestly can say I have achieved nothing in my life yet. It scares me when I think I can’t return whatever my parents had invested in me. The thing is, it's ALL priority based, so if you wait, it's because someone needs your resources even MORE than you do. Sometimes, it ends up in a tragedy, but MOST times, it allows for the neediest to get it first. \nAs far as having children here, we have a NEGATIVE birthrate, so our government PAYS us to have children. My son grew up in Quebec, and they have a double everything. Double taxes (not that bad after the tax deductions and credits), but they also Double the safety net and services, compared to the rest of Canada. Not only was childbirth free, so were the pre-natal courses and everything else, AND we got around 1000$/mo in childcare benefits, until he turned 18, with full of tax credits per kid. Plus, daycare was 5$/day back then, it's 7$/day almost 20 years later.. Pretty citizen friendly. \nThings MIGHT be changing though. Our conservatives are taking their talking points from the US GOP since COVID, and they are all-in to please their Oil lobby overlords and donators out in our prairies region.
