IF THEY ARE ILEGAL THEY HAVE TO BE DEPORTED BECAUSE THEY ARE ILEGAL, THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS

This is idiotic, Undocumented Immigrants paid $96 million in taxes in 2022. 50% of our agriculture workers are undocumented immigrants. Who is going to replace that workforce? Something needs to be done but this is not it. They have no plan to collect and hold the immigrants. Local Police and Sheriff departments are not equipped to nor allowed to (in some states)go chase illegals. Similar bills have been attempted before as an effort to have Police arrest illegals but it was messy and got put on hold for several reasons. No discussion of potential civil rights violations or the question of it being unconstitutional also opens the door for racial profiling. Any person of color would targeted. Most of the immigrants are not from Mexico why would any country accept them? This is the dumbest plan for immigration ever and it won't work.

The current government increased immigration to have them beholding to them and so they get votes. At the same time they are leaving people that were born here, homeless and living in tent while the immigrants are taking up the shelter spaces and the Canadian tax payers footing the bill for them to live in motels and Ontario housings. I can tell you that if the homeless people in our community were voting, this would never of happened and they would not be living in our parks, in tents. As for me, I would give my address for them to have an address to vote from. All homed Canadians should be doing this to help these people have a voice in the country that they were born in. VOTING IN POWER FOR THESE PEOPLE! Make no doubt the the large portion of our homeless community have mental health issues and our society (GOVERNMENT) is not helping them. We are loosing generations of our Canadians. The Mental Health Act trumps The Rights of Freedom. Under The Mental Health Act if a person is a danger to their self or others, they are to be formed and get the help they need....SHAME ON THE GOVERNMENT

Real international students brings resources to Canada. Government needs to look into students that actually come not for study but to work (making money back home). Besides, why entrepreneurs and start up programs that will benefits our society gets so hard to proceed (taking over years to complete)? Why nanny home support worker can come to Canada as permanent resident so fast and easy? The people of Canada need to be aware of these strange policies that were made. The policy makers do not use their brains measuring the actual needs of Canada. They make no efforts to look into how their policies will affect the lives of the people, the system of Canada including medical systems, our infrastructure or housing. They do not care if our society can have enough to support these low skilled workers and families, and also the new refugees and families. Can our economy support all these new families? Nowadays the economy of the world is so challenging, but would these policies makers care about this? They are not stupid then there must be some reasons behind. How can the normal citizens protect their rights? BUT wait…, all these new families are growing, these new comers will protect their rights too….

International students have no rights to protest other than study, which is why they come in the first place. Canada or US didn’t go to india and say please come. I think Canada should stop taking students through consultants in India. It is in India that people are selling false info and the students are blaming Canadian government. Even India has immigration rules and they are also strict in enforcing. Plus international students have to pay 10x more in Indian top colleges than local Indian. Rules are rules and should be followed or don’t come.

YGood day. For from context I'll reveal a little about me. I am around 27% Indian, 34% northern African people which is around 61% combined. My other ancestry includes Wales, Sweden, Norway Scottish and Irish, Hebrew/ jew as in from 12 tribes of Israel, However, the world calls me black Jamaican born. I live in small town with population under 41,000 people in northern Ontario Canada for past 21 years. I remember when I came here with company contracted to build and say very few black people mostly French African and some mixed black with some Chinese probably total under 20 people other than white or indigenous peoples. Over the years was steady increase of black, Chinese, Philippino, and my Indian doctor and his family to maybe total around 50 none white none indigenous peoples. Just before pandemic we had a large number of Indian students which was awesome to see considering my heritage as my grandmother on dad side was Indian. But a year before pandemic we noticed many started working in convenient stores and fast food places like most high school students do to save for college/university which was becoming a problem for Canadian students as some employers got incentives or cheaper labour to maximize profits. As pandemic rolled in so it seems more Indian students from other regions in Canada. So, Canada, Ontario, and small town I reside already had huge housing problems as some homes we even to be condemned and indigenous homeless from north increased crime rates and now we had students living beyond building code occupancy with shared living causing rentals to shoot up in prices as landlords became greedy and selfish. This small town of under 41,000 is by some estimates over 55,000 by increasing Indian students who for past 5 years fighting to get permanent residents even though they came as students which proves the goal was always invasion and coming as students was the ticket. If you and rest of new immigrants don't see the problem yet, I'll continue. 95% of taxis have Indian drivers, 98% food and other delivery Indian, 90%+ convenience and groceries, clothing and all stores 90%+ , vehicles on roads 70% Indian, my son barely got into college with 90%+ Indian population in college and his class is 2 white students, himself only mixed , and 2 Africans and 22 Indian students who cheats on a regular basis but professor afraid to confront as they are quick to call racism. But even bigger for me is these Indian students/new immigrants have no respect for the history of Canada and USA not knowing how indigenous peoples were raped tortured and murdered to take over this country and then enslaved African people to build this country while they raped tortured treat less than animals and still suffering with fighting for equal rights for over 400yrs while still being racially profiled and beaten and murdered by police officers because of this colonizers system. Now you come here and benefits from black and indigenous peoples struggles and claiming rights when you have not been fighting the battles with us or for us. Also, the criminal aspects of your community is not being taked about as well which includes extortion to businesses owned by Indians, car thefts, drug trafficking, human trafficking and other criminal activities. There's so much more than just saying you feel unloved by the people you're taking things from for their children and grandchildren and generations without showing any respect as that is defined as selfish. I work in two trucking companies and many drivers are Indians and are always very nice to me. I don't have a problem with them coming here to Canada to live and earn a good living . BUT please obey the same laws as we have here in CANADA this is OUR COUNTRY not yours. If you cant obey by our laws than you have no rights to our country.\nThis is suppose to be a peaceful country BUT now its becoming a war zone for everybody from different countries entering here and thinking they can come and change our country good looks and laws to fit them.\nWell I say you don't like our laws than go back to your country and stay there. While legally they have no rights to protest, this government was complicit in selling the dream to the international student. They were told this is a pathway for pr and many did receive PR following that process.\nFunny thing is that I know international students continue to arrive. That’s because the government probably promised these colleges more victims to pay high tuition fees.\nEveryone is scamming everyone.\n\nRightfully or wrongly this government decided we need more people in the country. This is for economic reasons. Consider the child care, school, afterschool programs, post secondary funding , etc.\nWhen you bring an adult from India, it cost government nothing and you have a tax paying individual from the day they land here .\nLet’s look at the full picture before blaming international students.\n\nGoing forward you can make a rule that international students cannot ever work here or apply for PR, nor apply for refugee .Then they will stop coming

NO!\n\n3- Did the Canadian government provide the newly arrived immigrants with a sufficient monthly payment, including the rent of a house befitting human dignity, balanced and sufficient nutrition expenses, summer and winter clothing, daily transportation costs within the city, monthly house bills, communication and correspondence expenses, equal and sufficient education payment, cultural activities and a daily pocket money so that they can live humanely?...... NO!\n\n4- Did the Canadian government provide the newly arrived immigrants with a solid, safe and clean social structure where they can live freely without any risk to themselves and their families, where they feel completely safe and without any fear, anxiety and concern in terms of attack and crime?....... NO!\n\n5- Did the Canadian government provide the newly arrived immigrants with a democratic state and a fair social society structure where there is no racism, discrimination, inequality of opportunity, favoritism, incompetence and harassment, whether covert or overt?........ NO!\n\n6- Did the Canadian government grant any right to vote or be elected to immigrants who came to the country legally during their stay in Canada until they became citizens, did they give them the right to vote for the party or people who would govern them, did they give them the right to vote at least in local elections other than general elections? ....... NO!\n\n-So, do you think that the Canadian government, which does not fulfill any of these, is a country ready to accept immigrants? ....... OF COURSE NO!\n\nTHEN, the Canadian State and its government do not have the right to say a single word about immigrants, and the Canadian State should now prepare the trillions of dollars that the immigrants themselves will pay as a result of the compensation lawsuits they will file against all these human rights violations that the state has implemented against immigrants for years, in a planned and systematic manner, unfairly and mercilessly. The Canadian government has deliberately left the immigrants it has accepted into the country, whether they are illegal or legal, hungry, helpless, unemployed and poor, has implemented all kinds of racism, discrimination and harassment against immigrants, has torn families apart, has never allowed them to feel safe in Canada, has not taken any timely, appropriate, necessary and primary duty measures to ensure this, and has done all these within the scope of its fully conscious and previously established anti-immigrant policies and the plans and programs to which those policies belong, because otherwise it could not use and exploit immigrants to their core, in this sense, it is the Canadian State itself that is carrying out human smuggling and immigrant trafficking.

This is a rat race , not everyone one is educated, not everyone has basic etiquettes and work dedication to explore the professional world, not everyone knows how to speak english properly or to express themselves clearly and they just come here as they hear or see that PEOPLE LIVING IN CANADA ARE EARLING HELL AMOUNT OF MONEY. Student visa is to study not to stay permanently these people have no shame to protest what rights do they have to to do that they should be arrested, deport and banned from entering Canada even again.

So there's been an increase on Indian vs Indian crime. The reason being, that the Indian people who came here in the 1900s are established and for so long, hoodlums/Indian government couldn't access them and their wealth or opinions about India. But with the laxed immigration, the hoodlums, who otherwise would have no access to Canada, have been let into the country (think of all the recent intel issues between Canada and India). And they are carrying out random attacks against the former Indians, but now Canadian citizens (and their businesses) that have been citizens for well over 40 years. (apologies if this reads poorly)\n\nIt speaks volumes for me to say that as a Canadian (born and raised) whose parents are of Indian descent, that we feel unsafe because Canada has let in the low of the low, who cannot be trusted, and who have poor morals and no work ethic, hence why your order at Tim Horton's always gets messed up. Nobody can make sense that these people are telling the Canadian government to change its policies. Worst still they nail the government for taking the Indians land. What is the police going to do on this matter? They are temporary residents or students and have no rights to protest in the crown land!

We are caring and understand all human rights, but when people start taking advantage justin Trudeau should stand and dont give fuck about all rules, we should think, do we actually care about human rights? For example one needs only a visitor visa to get citizenship Just need to say im gay/lesbo family friends behind him/her to kill. Person will get free hotel until you won't find home. Then person will be paid per month to take care yourself. If you need to study? Of course you will get all free education. Thats why government running out of money for those who are retired, worked hard for years and earn those retirement cheques.Human rights and other rules are good on papers but in reality, people always find out loop holes to take advantage of rules. Selling LMIA owners of subway, gas stations, circle k, convince stores owners made millions till today. No wonder why asian have more homes than actual locals? Still, the roots are being deafness by the government as big pie cut was serving under table by thos sitty colleges. Everyone is responsible, but right now, everyone pretending they know the issue now and stopping this and that. That's the biggest joke i have ever seen. Every time someone say something about Indians they pull the racist cards. Going through Tim Hortons is like a struggle for them. They can’t multitask. What about our kids that are here. They can’t find work everywhere you go you’re in every store. You don’t see no other culture. You don’t see no other culture taking a dump on the beach, where people are enjoying it. They have made insurance so high because of their driving they U-turn when they feel like they run red lights they drive on sidewalks when they’re not supposed to they have cars coming out of residential parks and they’re driving on the sidewalk. There are many times I have thought of moving to Canada, because I'm so tired of the safety issues in this country. Landlords are taking advantage of supply and demand and over charge people. People I guess are saying F you! Were in a housing crisis and there are human rights laws . As a Filipino watching the economy of USA from afar, I think that no other politician has shown significant concern to help its economy except for Trump. If we talk about our own state, we are labelled as terrorists. Recently, a 21 year old protester(Google the name Shubhkarman) was shot at by the police and nobody was held accountable. Over 700 people died, in 2021, on the streets of Delhi while protesting for a year to stop corporate buyouts of our agriculture lands(these lands are not 100-200 acre like in West, average land holding by Punjabi farmers is 2.4 acre). Our parents want us to survive, so they send at least one kid to foreign land(Australia, NZ, Canada, US, Dubai, Malaysia, Italy, you name a country).\n\nIndians call us terrorists, westerners call us cheap unskilled labour and some even call us shit skinned, pajeets, diaperheads. \n\nI guess we are just sub-humans who have no rights.

By the way, multiculturalism doesn't mean multiple laws. In Afghanistan, it's culture for 9 year old girls to be sold to 55 year old men but in Canada that's illegal. In the Middle East, men can have 4 wives but that's not normal in Canadian culture. Qatar still has slaves but in Canada, that's illegal. So who is racist, if Canadians want a stop to massive easy immigration? And who murdered Hardeep Singh Nijjar? Please stop assuming it's okay to have 20 people living in 3 bedroom house! Stop assuming the caste system isn't in Canada. South East Asians are hurting Canada and their own families!\nThe federal government needs to start focusing on investing on Canadians couples who want to start having families. Let's be clear, the famous boxer Muhammed Ali stated he wanted his children to look like him and he is entitled to that. Stop discriminating against white people by not allowing white people from Germany, Ireland etc to immigrant to Canada. It's corporations who don't want to hire white people because desperate brown people are cheaper to hire and abuse. \n It was first indigenous who settled in this country. Then it was the British and French, who were Christians. Canadians laws, traditions culture & values are based on Christianity. Canada is not founded on Islamic laws, Hinduism caste system, or any other foreign religion that goes against tradition Christianity or progressive values such as having basic human rights. Of course non whites can be Christians or at least respect traditional Canada values but the federal government is making no effort to assimilate the new economic migrants recently coming to Canada. Denmark is enforcing immigrants to learn Danish to help stop the ghettos of mirgants who don't respect Danish culture. The federal government has no standards for who immigrates to Canada and they should be voted out!

How dare they demand anything. They have no rights to stay here.

They had their contracts and then they didn’t like them. That’s not the problem of this country but it doesn’t and shouldn’t change anything for the international students who made these contracts in the first place. They have no rights as citizens and that’s the bitter pill of reality they need to swallow now.
