Someone needs to ask American government why we need visa or passport to leave America if our borders are wide open
2024-02-02 0
I don’t know. This guy was super angry for no reason? There is no context in this video at all. “You can’t just leave” is a pretty American way. Anyone can reject their service to a customer. \n\nBut we had a very good experience with renewing our passports. It was done with in a week. During covid too.\n\nEdit:\nlol everybody is commenting on how there is no context here. That is amazing in a good way.

Try doing that in American embassy. People think they are privileged after having American passport. If you have any problems channel those concerns by correct means. In no situation you are allowed to argue with the visa officer.

Cheap if your buying passports for your whole family!\nBecause Greenwashing from countries that have little or no labor or environmental laws.\nIf your wealthy its easy to get super wealthy. Sending your kids to get residency opens a door to buying properties STEALING from original Canadians, Australians New Zealanders, Americans.

Give all those Palestinians American passports and see how long their love for their land last...

This isn't meant to be racist or anti immigrant, but i must point out that this entire situation you're describing is worse for Canadian born Canadians that don't have roots anywhere else. About 50 years ago, the recently deceased Henry Kissinger went to China at the behest of David Rockefeller to open up manufacturing in the country and to use US construction firms to build China into a modern society with modern infrastructure. They also took all of the manufacturing sectors that were created, perfected and relied upon by the North Americans and handed them over to foreign countries they were developing into the modern economic powerhouses they are now. \nNow that we're poor and have no manufacturing sectors to sustain a healthy middle class anymore, we welcome people from the countries who received our manufacturing sectors and have prospered greatly from it to our countries where they continue to make things here economically worse by making us compete with nouveau rich foreigners for our limited housing and infrastructure. Again, im not blaming the average citizen, North American or not. I am strictly blaming billionaires who think they have the right to control the world for their own benefit. But at least you have an economically rising country that is affordable to live in that you can retreat to at anytime. People with only a Canadian passport do not have that option.

I’m a Kenyan American and this is my two cents….Moving abroad for better opportunities is actually not a bad idea but people need to understand that you need the right papers and an actual skill to make it….I’ve lived in Europe, America and the Middle East over the years, the hard pill to swallow is all this places will give you a job depending on the kind of passport you carry. I’ve had the same skill and the minute I got my naturalization and finally carry an American passport…there are job offers all over. My African peeps get yourself a good skill and become very good at it….that will get your foot through the door

The reason they pay higher for European/ American passports is because , they pay as per the currency of their citizenship .

Uspar Jo Sana ne study kar k 2 jobs kiye ....Uffff....yeh aaj sun ne mei ya bolne mei asaan lag raha hoga but i cannot even think about how you managed and of course Ashar bhai ka support Jo podcast mei bhi aap ki tuning se clearly samajh aa rahi hai. \n\nHonestly mai yeh pod cast nahi dekhna chahta tha looking at Australia se Canada, aise laga pehle k kya big deal, ek acchi jagah se doosri acchi jagah, 1.5X par dekha ? but I am glad I watched this video.\n\nBas ek cheez jisse mei sehmat nahi hu, woh hai Dubai ki life, Mai waha reh chuka hu aur 2005-2008 tak aur Mai us k baad bhi 2-3 times waha ghumne gaya hu and job search liye 3 months raha bhi hu, but guys agar aap k pass Canadian ya American Passport hai aur agar aapko waha 20-25 AED ki job ya accha business hai toh woh jagah se behtar jagah nhai hai to enjoy life and also most of the countries close hai waha se to travel. And mujhe ek din bhi waha aise garmi mei ghumna nahi pada, unless we have some work, like Canada mei snow hai but you don't go out unnecessarily....Right ? It took me 17years and a small forest worth of reams of paper to get from F1 to US passport through the H1B route, but I'm glad I'm done with that Kafkaesque mess that is the US immigration system.\nThere is so much ignorance in the US population of what is needed to immigrate to the US. A lot of the accusations that are leveled at employment based immigrants are just plain wrong: \nAnti-immigration hawks claim we lower the wages in the field: Wrong because the company has to prove they pay you at least the average prevailing wage for your position. An average cannot lower the prevailing wage.\nIt also costs the company many tens of thousands to file for a foreigner, so the company would very much prefer to higher an American. There's just not enough talent out there to fill ALL the positions needed to stay competitive. The company literally needs to advertise your position for 90s during the certification process and prove no locals are qualified. Companies meet this by always having positions available.

Spent a fair amount of time in America, in many area's. \nOptically, when well positioned in the US, life can be lived at the highest standards available.\nMy American friends are congenial, courtley, generous and caring, excellent neighbour material.\nWould I consider it, as a seasonal choice....perhaps?\nMoving there full time, nearly came up professionally a few years ago, and I was willing to explore it.\nThe gun culture, the health care, the cultural divides, and its insulation from world awareness, make it a no for me.\n\nCorporate America clearly dislikes, and is disengaged from the American people, do anything to not pay them resonably, or outsource their positions.\nThe homeless, the substance issues and the crime are all core related to outsourcing the livelihoods of mainstream American's.\nFinally, I have a Canadian passport, which anywhere in the world is access to at least a neutral welcome, but more often a genuinely receptive one !

Now you see how we Germans feel but you can be lucky you Americans do not come close to the % of immigrants in germany. It’s over 25% and at least +15% got German passport but are foreigners.

Plot twist: they are actually American citizens that lost their passports and are just trying to get back home. I know for a fact I just saw my cousin Leroy in there ??

Now I r3ally understand why they got the border up. Yall Mexicans come in ILLEGALLY. if yall didn't force yourselves into our country without payin or any paper work yall trippen. Because us Americans have to pay lots of money too for passports which is the same thing for us to go to different countries. If yall followed the law and came into our country the correct way their wouldn't be any issues
2023-05-22 0
Oh there's no hope left for the US.... first ,you had the oros man makin everyone mad and takin their money rendering many homeless and corrupt...now the thousand year old man is giving a crippling injection that will make the American people choose a dictator in their '24 elections. ? and i just paid my passport to visit the US.... but, the American dream died...

We as American have to pay to get passports and so fourth to enter into other countries. It’s so unfair how they are literally forcing themselves into our country. It’s not right
2023-05-19 0
We Americans can’t go to their countries and not have a passport they would immediately including Mexico immediately deport Americans no chances what so ever. Everyday Americans are deported for living in these peoples countries or denied access. You can’t get a job in their countries unless you speak their language. These people don’t have respect for us no American. They are here for money to send it home. What does that do to our economy if the money is being sent out. They also think we got free money free house free car free free free free free. That’s why we have many homeless illegals.

IT IS TIME TO STOP THE EXPLOITATION OF OUR WELFARE SYSTEM\nIT IS TIME TO SHOW AMERICAN PASSPORT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR WELFARE ASSISTANCE. \nALSO WELFARE ASSISTANCE SHOULD NOT LAST MORE THAN 3 YEARS ( excluding exceptions with people with disabilities)\nSOME AMERICANS HAVE FALLEN INTO HARD TIMES AND THE SYSTEM HAVE DENIED THEM ASSISTANCE \nWHY IS THIS PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT ENTRENCHED IN THE SYSTEM AGAINST AMERICANS? \nBLACKS DONT STAND A CHANCE TO GET HELP . RIGHT NOW ITS SO HARD - THE SPANISH SPEAKERS HAVE I FILTRATED THE WELFARE SYSTEM AND GETTING ALL THE ADVANTAGE. IT LIKE BEFORE YOU CAN GET ANY ASSISTANCE YOU MUST BE - SPANISH -A-PLUS\nTHIS TREND IS A RECIPE FOR CONFLICT

Every since this has been allowed to occur we suddenly don’t have jobs in restaurants that allows people to work without citizenship or green card. They are taking those jobs speaking no English and being used and overworked. They are easier to deal with cause they barley complain. So people(americans) are being pushed out big time. They starting with the lowest pay . Lower than what Americans would accept. I completely understand that wall?? I can’t even take a vacation without a passport to the countries and I’m not planning on staying at all. We can’t go for a few days without documentation.. let alone pick up our whole lives and cross one of those borders without being rejected. So explain to me.. what gives them that right?

They’re not asylum seekers, they are asylum breakers. If asylum is what they seek, send them to the insane asylums. You gotta be crazy for wanting to voluntarily move into Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York or Chicago. You know, the worse places in the USA to live. Unless you are well off to begin with.\n\nMy rant: I swear politicians use the illegal immigrant border crossings as media fodder or campaign debate ammunition. Why not set up a program financed by their home country and ours to get them physically and financially healthy to work or start businesses in their home country? Physically, because they are coming here with all kinds of old world curable diseases, due to being born into an inadequate healthcare system. Not really their fault. The cost of living is so low for them that they could afford a future of prosperity or middle class lifestyle in their country of origin. Force their governments to change economically to sustain themselves for their interests. Imposing themselves upon a nation no longer prospering as it did during and after the Industrial Revolution is senseless. There is hardly any upward mobility in blue collar jobs, ever more so in the labor market. If they are not making $40K/year (assuming the majority has not a college degree in something marketable, advanced skills, a tradesman or artisan) then they’re struggling like everyone else in the service industry. Jobs for teenagers, entry level workers, part time jobseekers like for students, people needing extra income cause it’s so expensive in CA, NY, Austin, TX, Chicago or SF living off work entry-level service jobs. Technology has created a shortage or labor gap between unskilled jobs. Jobs that Americans need while pursuing training or technical degrees for the new skilled jobs. \n\nImmigrants do not need to fit the stereotypes of working in the service industry or as farm workers. American citizens can fill these labor positions quite easily. No, immigrants, work visa or not, do not work any harder, smarter, slower or faster than anyone else wanting to work. If someone is motivated to work an unskilled labor job then they will be just as effective as the next person. The HR for these companies definitely virtue signal and satisfy diversity quotas every time they hire someone due to their work status or ethnicity. Everyone and anyone can be replaced and so the question is, who do you, as an employer, want to replace the job vacancy with? Gonna hire cause they are a good fit or because your helping some politicians cause? Gonna grant asylum cause their lives are in danger from a government firing squad or because Biden/Harris will pat you on the back? \n\nThere is reason to illegally enter this country and it is disrespectful, disgraceful, dishonorable, dishonest and disheartening to the ones who are here legally by going through the process like everyone else paying time and money. Even Christopher Columbus paid to be here, no one handed him a free ticket to ‘paradise.’ The Mayflower patrons weren’t met with resistance by the indigenous community, they were harmonious. If there was a border in Maryland at Plymouth Rock, I am sure the Puritans would stop there first to get their passports stamped. I mean hell, these ‘asylum seekers’ don’t have the courtesy to get passports, why not? Passports are not that expensive considering what they pay coyotes. It makes no sense and is suspect. They won’t get stopped at the border if they have a passport!!!

As an American living in the middle east for several years now. I’ve been robbed and held at gun-point 2 times in New York, had a break-in at an airbnb I rented while visiting family in Florida and got my passport stolen. In the 8 years I’ve been living in Oman, I’ve never seen or even heard of a break-in, most people don’t lock their cars in the neighborhood, people leave the cars running while grabbing something from the store. There is a sense of community here where I know most families around my neighborhood and I’ve been surprised where I get greeted by their kids that I’ve never met at the mall or store. I can’t even give u 3 names of my neighbors in my hometown where I lived for 22 years.

Hey. It all about choice. So let’s get it straight. The people who worked hard to build and develop Canada over the last 200 Years and paid their taxes, that’s ok. You however, feel you shouldn’t have to pay your way like Canadians. If you love your Country and the lifestyle, why did you leave it? No one twisted your arm to leave your fantastic Country and and move to this awful nasty boring and expensive Country with such uninteresting people unfriendly people. Gee, perhaps Canadians should move to your Country and not need to work, no medical expenses, no tax, and everything free. No need to work, Fantastic! What country are you people from? Hey, move to the USA by all means please and take your friends with you, so you will be one big happy group. Gee the Americans shall welcome you with open arms. As the saying goes, if you don’t appreciate what Canada has given you, that fine, just leave ASAP and be happy wherever you want to go! Actually, I have never heard such garbage from two thankless persons in my life. Again it’s a case of the minority spoiling it for the many Immigrants from all over the world who LOVE CANADA AND APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY CANADA HAS GIVEN THEM. They worked hard to build a life for themselves and their Family. Many of them became wealthy financially and in a personal sense and never expected the Government or anyone to give them a free hand. These people make Canada what it is in spite of people like you. So, leave now and make room for someone else who what’s the opportunity to live in Canada and shall appreciate it. Ho by the way, just remember to leave your Passport here and renounce your Canadian Citizenship, which you obviously do not respect or value. We Canadians shall wish you every success wherever you decide to live. I promise you that I shall never move to your Country and expect a free cup of coffee, never mind a free lunch. I’m sure I would be welcomed with open arms, given free food and a roof over my head and somewhere to sleep. HA! HA! Pigs are pink and fly!

Both require Malaysian passport to apply visa and interview with embassy to enter. But American and Canadian passports can enter Malaysia without visa and 6 months stay.
