Im Canadian and would prefer to be in America only if the political climate wasnt so crazy. Id miss our free health care but alot of our doctors are poor quality. The gun violence in the States sxares me too. Im sick of Canadian weather and the price of everything here, abd the low selection. I love our beautiful landscape...but the rain ruins it fir me. I prefer sunny skies, blue seas and palm trees. Ultimately theres stuff I like and dislike in both countries..but America seems better when it comes to getting ahead if you can get a good paying job...and...THE SUNSHINE ? It would be great to have dual citizenship..Im not sure if thats a thing anymore.

Love it here in Toronto, Im lucky though i dont pay crazy high rent even though im itching to move for some odd reason. Maybe because I know I cant be here forever, I live in an old building that wont last, isnt mine and will be forced to move out when soemoen else buys it, like I was at my previouse apartment, which is my only problem, all he condo development, basically kicking out poorer people, thats why rent is high, but they're going to have to live with no sun in the city when all those towers block it. That being said the areas is just so bueatiful, it feels like its nestled in a forest, then the lake, its a great spot. Got 4 the seasons, i hear ist the most diverse city in the world racially and its climate is just as diverse going from -30 some winters to well above +30 some summers and everything in between. That being said I am getting tired of the city life and looking for a change although i think Toronto has a lot more potential and is actually underrated right now and will just get better. Maybe not more cheaper, but hopefully politicians will wise up and stop selling out for short term profits for long term problems.

Im Canadian from Northern Alberta. I travel often to the balkans often. Every time I come home i see how bad it is here. People work so hard for very little. And the extras people have is wasted away. Then there is the nanny state aspect, it is not just from the government but the citizens as well. Which creates a atmosphere that makes community building seem impossible. \n We hit the apex 10 years ago. And it really is time to leave. \n Health care?\n My friend had a botched back surgery, he nearly lost everything. Waited over 6 months for mri and other tests, treated like garbage. Now in Belgrade Serbia. You call for a mri you get it the next day for 100 dollars. \n Things aren't as good as the people believe they are. \n Modernity is killing the human connection, but other places still have it. And it is refreshing to see it.

I was today speaking with the eligibility process to Canada. Was perfect scoring and super high scoring in everything, from being great great granddaughter of an ingenious individual they forced into re-educational school, speak fluent English and some basic French, to would be moving as a social work graduate with prior HND in Accounting, under 30 etc. Got moved onto process until I mentioned I was autistic, a, guy had adactiy to ask if it is severe or mild (my replay was oh im a spicy garlic herb which he did not like before correcting there is not such a thing), and b) inform me I am not permitted in spite being high functional applying unless I get a government job and they sponser me.... I was applying after being informed Canada got rid of this discriminatory policy because my dream was always Canada or New Zealand

As a Canadian I'd just like to say, she's so wrong. Africans love Canada, and we love them. Now, African Americans, thats a tricky one. Its not about the colour of ur skin, its about attitudes. 90% of the time when dealing with African Americans, u can tell their waiting and looking for racism, get upset when they dont find it. The victim mentality is a real turn off. Again, go ask some Africans about life in Canada, i bet u get more positive than negative. The American black culture is the problem for most people, in most places, including America itself. My people bn here 400 plus years cant get medical care or affordable housing but we got these immigrants flooding over here and having there babies free of charge and getting low income housing, amongst other things and there not even citizens and cant even speak English, im not for it because theres no way someone could go to there country and go to the front of the line. Shameful and i dont support it at all. I went to my post office recently and they had the nerve to employ a woman who couldnt even speak english at the post office counter, wtf is goin on.

Not once have i lived off the government. I work my girl works. We’re having a kid. And things are getting really tight. Inflation is kicking our butts bills increased pay is the same. Were not married yet. We decided to try to seek some government help for at least food right. Shit is tough rn so if we can at least get some food we’ll be fine. We can’t get it technically my girl makes too much money. Why is that even a thing? You’re telling us no because we have too much money? Well we also have alot of bills. Regardless if we’re “middle class” that shit dont feel like it. Im broke af. I got 150 in the bank last me till the 15th. I deserve no help because i choose to help myself? That makes no sense. Yet you got ppl not trying to do a thing for themselves living off of us. Thats insane.

I can understand it. I must say, if i was them and dont get legal in, but feel it is necessary, then i would also try to come illegal in. Im not in their Position, im born in a rich country and have a good peaceful life. But when i would born in Afghanistan or some countries in Afrika i would definatly try to go to a rich free peaceful country. Really.

Quebec (montreal): Medical care, any public services rude, irresponsive and bureaucracy sucks n complicated (example: people wait for uncertainty just to renew their driving license), THE CRUELEST THING IN QUEBEC INCLUDING MONTREAL IS MEDICAL SERVICES (my god reminds me of third world countries i have ever been in), they will just ignore you heartlessly even if you have RAMQ (quebec heath care coverage), u have to have family doctor n u have to sign up to get one IN UNCERTAIN TIME, some they get family doctor within 3 years, others 5,7 years so on so forth so uncertain, so if u dont have family doctor u wont get treated, and if u have family doctor u will hve to stick to where your family doctor works at only, and to get appointment at some clinic they will put you on wait for some days or even weeks if u get the availability slots for u, if u got emergency u will wait 8,10,12 or 14 hours in pain. I feel bad for montreal citizen i swear, they r so patient with all of this while the tax is one of highest in canada. \n\nNow for rental (apartment in general), the check is crazy long it takes around 2 weeks just to rent, if u r lucky u will get taken if u r not then the landlord will take others, the 1 year lease means 1 year, so far to my experience in alberta like for example, 1 year lease but minimum period u have to stay usually around 3-6 months n after that u can leave with notice to the landlord to vacate the unit. \n\nBut in montreal, u have to find other person to transfer the lease, n if u found the person like i told u earlier, the landlord will check the person n the approval/ disapproval is by the landlord. I had to stay for one year living like hell cause the neighbors freaking so loud n partying every week end night till dawn. Couldn’t even have good sleep for work, so I called 911 two times, the police couldn’t do anything, yet the landlord n the building management kept on saying that they gave warning etc to that tenant, but they didn’t take any further action toward that, n i know they dont care, they care only for money. When i started to file complaint to the TAL(quebec rental board, they r irresponsive, complicated procedures, n in the end they dont solve any problem, on their site said that renter or landlord has to retain lawyer, the hell they r there for then? \n\nThe apartment building is tiny, tight old, the wall is thin, u can hear everything from your neighbour upstair, downstair n on your side too.. \n\nMONTREAL IS ALSO SO DENSED AND TIGHT, the main road so tight with cars parked on both sides of the road to ways only one lane on each way, cos mostly apartment building they dont provide parking spot, so they have to park on the road side, i feel bad for the bus driver i swear, with snow mounting on both side of the road makes driving bus is just so stressful, almost every neighbourhood looks dirty, trashes, people littering every where. Im Not complaining but that’s what it is, im living in montreal currently for more than one year but im just gonna move out of here lol

I’m French, Irish, and Ukrainian. If that’s not enough to hate me, I look native (I’m not native but look is enough), and hung like a black dude. In the military, I had a boss who tried to kill me on six occasions and tried to destroy me on four others (by destroy I mean jail, kicked out, and never get a government job). I have many examples throughout my career of systematic racism. Then there’s institutional racism. Incredible stories there. Im looking for the best avenue to bring it to light but believe most stories that you hear. Now that I’m retired, in the public, it’s about 60% incidences every time I go out.

OK OK Im from NY but I have been all over the world. Best women = Turkey !00% even the grandmothers can get it. Canada has it going on the women are fire great looks and personality less cheating bone but not much diversity of fine women. mostly native and white.and a mix of the 2. NY is a melting pot has some of the best women in the world from all races .Yo will see some FAT in usa but there is perfection too. im from newfoundland. i can say that the weather is quite bad,but the people here are real nice and our accents are hillarious to other provinces,we have strength but not so much intelligence. we also have one of the few viking settlements in north america,lanse aux meadows. aswell as a supposed viking location known as point rosee. also i should mention that newfoundland is incredibly historical just to list a few things we have:beothuks,viking settlements,4 different anscestors being france england scotland and ireland hints the hillarious accent,we also have lots of prehistoric fossils dating all the way back to 570 million bc,we also were the place that started and was one of the main reasons the french and indian/seven year war was formed,oh and dont even get me started on how much resources we have. in total we have 60 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and so much wind you could probably power all of america using windmills from newfoundland. but i dont advise you live here,its more of a historian/paleontologists dream to visit this place overall on a scale without any biasty i rate nefoundland and labrador a solid 7/10 for its amount of good jobs but its high gas prices,bad premier,bad weather,freezing tempatures,sparse and rugged land,no biodiversity and a it being a good spot for a country to invade if going to war.its not looking good for newfoundland and labrador,ESPECIALLY NEWFOUNDLAND

There's an old say from my country that goes: the cat whose belly is full, always find the tail of the mouse taste bitter. So the immigrant, like a hungry cat, comes to Canada for food( opportunities) and once his belly is full, he then starts complaining of the taste of the food. You ladies just named every single reason why an opportunist can't stay in one place. I live, as an immigrant in the US, and Im a physician, and I can tell you while the Canadian health system is flawed it is far better than the US. Your 8 hrs+ waiting in the ER is literally a standard waiting time...so please be PATIENT! ( just getting a little sarcastic here, i know it sucks!) 35 to 40% of my money go the government ( although i feel they take 50%) and life is not that cheap ( a lot of Physicians leave expensive places like NY because they can't afford them anymore! ) have you heard of HOMELESS workers in LA? ( some have 2 jobs but still can't afford an apartment and live in their cars ) things are hard everywhere, especially if you are an immigrant living in one of the coldest place in the world (btw nobody called you, that was your choice, so suck it up!) I hope one day, while Im still young, I can go back home to work for my people, and not when I retire and tired to have my people work for me, how selfish and opportunistic is that mentality! The Nomad life most of you like, is killing a country spirit and Culture and it's no longer feasible in modern society, since the lands have borders and names and inhabited by people that value a sedentary life. The idea of people going to the foreign countries to get their passport so they can travel the world, sounds so individualistic...which Nation can develop with that kind of thinking of their citizens?....definitely not yours.

This is also the reason why i dont want to move to Australia however; my Australian fiance doesnt want to live here in Philippines its just that lifestyle here in Philippines is not what he wants so I will be moving to Australia and get married there..I have visited Australia many times already and I have seen the very same lifestyle of Australians and i dont want it..but im having a hard time makinh decision.many Filipinos want to go to live to another country but not me..

ive met more rasist people that wernt just white and honestly im starting to dislike utube because alot of videos push this theory, its wrong...not once in a day do i bat an eye at anyone but than on my computer it seems like it just ridiculous out there, get a life people, u dont live a hard life in north america.....(saying this to people who complain only) remember, u only have avg life span of 65 years, use it wisely ...but being a prick is wrong im not siding with people like that

Racism has always been in Canada, dont be fooled. It may not be as prevalent as in other countries but racism is in fact here in Canada, I grew up here, Im a black born Canadian and dealt with it all my life. Mostly just taunting and name calling but one thing is certain, wherever you find white people you will find a lot of ignorance and even the good ones seem to always be a step or 2 away from a racist rant when they agitated. As long as they don't get violent with non whites then I guess we can deal with the slander and name calling. As a person with a darker hue, you will always be looked at like you are an Alien to them.

That computer test proves nothing...people relate to people who are most similar to them. Period. \n\nLets pull the data on how many black people discriminate against black people. For example, do black landlords who own and rent expensive apartments treat every applicant the same? Will they accept more whites or more blacks? Will they show preference to people with higher incomes? What about single moms? The disabled? Obviously business people are going to make decisions which they believe will produce the best outcome. \n\nOur behavior is based largely on past experience and knowledge. If I get burned 80% of the time I touch the stove, then I will learn to be cautious 100% of the time I go to touch it. But Im NOT going to be cautious when I touch the refrigerator or washing machine. \n\nI will add that it is 100% unacceptable to mistreat others based on outward appearances. Every person, no matter their race, dress, age, etc., deserves dignity and a certain amount of respect.

I believe thats B.S.  I believe every country on earth the people expect more out of there own people is what it is... i also think its like something people do subconiously they dont even know there doing it probably . I bet if a white guy went to africa and marketplace did the exact same thing there with a white guy and a black guy the black guy would get the better deals.. I think all races connect with there own kinds in some kinda way .. im not sure but they do it without thinking.. of course there are rasict people out there but that doesnt mean exactly everyone is..

part two so now i have my first black friends and they call me bum blaster and blood clout with that thick accent and laugh and never explain . well time goes by and nigei invites me to his house to hang . so im getting a little drunk and tell a story about going to my first black bar --------------- you said what , all conversation stops . i say i went to a black bar and my buddys girlfriend starts at me about it not being a black bar but a ---- i cant understand her the accent again. so i start my story again , iwas the only white person in the bar and kind of stood out , felt like everone was staring at me . i asked if this is how blacks feel. well everone start freaking and my buddy who i work shoulder to shoulder with every day and eat three meals a day with and ride the bus home with. his girlfriend starts yelling im racist and to get out of her house. is my buddy walks me to the elevator i say to him you know im not racist and he answers i know but what can i do. i get it its always ok to be racist as long as your not white . we worked together as a team salt and pepper as he use to call us for an other year and he came to my house .

im puerto rican in america and i get this alot of times but i dont get offended because i feel im paying for what others have done , get over it .... they are not talking to you but the asholes before you that paved the way

Im not a racist so don't brand me one, what I want is true equality which means that I'm not going to pander to minorities for the sole reason that they are minorities. The incessant complaining about stereotypes towards blacks is ridiculous, all races have their own stereotypes. If someone saw a well dressed black person heading into an office building they wouldnt think twice but if someone saw a young black kid dressed like a gangster,smoking dope and acting shady theyre going to think suspiciously of you and there is nothing wrong with that. stop making it about race when it has a lot more to do with how you behave and act. The drive to get more black people in positions over authority for the sake of diversity is itself racist, the best person for the job is the person who should be in office if 8/10 judges are white and they are in fact the best people for the job then their should be no desire to change such things, we need to evaluate the character of a person and not their race. So much bullshit in this video it would take me hours to pick it apart.
