I'm not American. I grew up hearing lots of hate bout USA cuz the US doesn't exactly have a good rep in foreign policies - always bullying other nations, starting wars for oil etc. but I've always preferred USA not just for the world order it brings, it allows different voices, criticism & scolding towards its leaders compared to China, Russia & North Korea. \n\nin the US, you can talk bad bout politicians in power, or probably make movies bout these kind of things like US invading other countries for oil, or testing out some cruel AI military robots on humans (movie name: Monsters of Man), & you won't be persecuted. but after looking at a bunch of executive orders Trump has signed, the way he (& JD Vance) treated Zelenski & Canada, I don't know if I still feel the same bout USA anymore.\n\nif USA doesn't wanna continue spending on Ukraine, perhaps USA shouldn't have sweet talked Ukraine into denuclearization thru the 1994 Budapest Memorandum. that's what you get for mendling with other countries' affairs. by stopping US aid & wanting a new mineral deal, Trump's refusing to follow the Memorandum (I added this sentence thru edit as I can't reply to the comment below).\n\nunderstandably, US & UK don't need to deploy troops in Ukraine as the security assurance in the memorandum wasn't clearly defined, but it also didn't mention that Ukraine should pay the US back financially, nor any mineral concessions. \n\nTrump always wanting a purely 1 sided deal will only isolate USA from more allies.

I feel bad for the American people, I have friends there and they have a hard enough time as it is. This just makes me sad. I also have friends who have died due to fentanyl, fix our border on both sides, damnit. And catch these assholes who are killing both our countries citizens.

You know who I feel bad for? For the unaccounted children, that don’t know any better; and were sent alone by their parents or family members. What kind of parent will do this to a kid? Not a very good person, I’m sure. I pray that we do find these missing children, and that all those that are trying to make it legally into this country; will be accepted.

Well hell New York just keep voting the way you always do and the rest of the country will continue to laugh at you and say stuff like “Hell I feel bad for those people up in New York” even though we really don’t- just being nice!

New York went from Bad to Worse with Cuomo to Hochul. They had the chance to elect Lee Zeldin, but they chose Horseface Hochul. It's hard for me to feel sorry for them, even though I know it was mostly the city and not the state.

I'm sorry, I have no sympathy for individuals who want to break our laws and then demand that we take care of them. Why should we feel bad how about criminals who are breaking our laws? We have individuals who are living in the streets, we have veterans who are not being taken care of, and a host of other things let the government has failed to do. You can have your own freedoms by working within your own country to fix the situation. Thank you to the brave men and women of the Border Patrol for holding the line I'm protecting your country. I feel bad for these people truly but we cannot take half the world into America, the main reason for me is that it changes our country because most immigrants today only come for what they can get not to be American therefore they will vote etc and change our country . We are entitled to stay American just as Germany or Mexico or Greece etc are entitled to be their country .example . Muslims are changing Europe . Imo

These people are desperate, can you imagine things being so bad in your own country that you travel thousands of miles to try to get into another one that promises a better life? It truly is sad for those who have empathy. Perhaps the United States should tackle the immigration problem by trying to make things better in other countries so those folks don't feel in need to cross over into America. Instead of stopping us aid helping other countries, and waging and supporting wars in other countries, the USA could take a different approach and actually help the world become a better place. It's crazy I know, but it just might help.

If anyone knew how bad and unsafe life is in Juarez Mexico you wouldn't blame people from trying to run out of there. With the drug violence it's normal to just see dead bodies hanging from the side of a freeway together or laying on the streets. It's normal for young women to be kidnapped and killed. Normal for even the reporters reporting on the cartels to be killed. Many people don't even feel safe leaving their homes. Given half a chance I would try to run in there too but I understand the concern that we just can't let so many people in our country. I see both sides.

The mental gymnastic is quite impressive. Imagine my shock when crime is treated with enforcement. It would be one thing if Americans could reciprocate invading other countries, however, unfortunately that is not allowed. I do feel bad for illegal immigrants because they got away with breaking the law for so long and now the law is being enforced at once.

As an American I feel bad for Canada and Mexico... Prices will increase in the US, but people dont realize the US is the least dependent on trade of any country in the world. Trade makes up 17% of American GDP.

I’m not Indian National however I feel proud that this nation has build ‘herself’ as the 5th largest global economy and if some of the following ways are adapted by Indian Gov, the Indian passport will be saluted.\n1) Make your currency strong as in Raja Ranjeet Singh’s time 1 Indian puree was ten (£10) British Pounds, today it’s 100 Rupee to £1.\n2) Need to hold educational tests for everyone going abroad with a minimum level of English language.\n3) Emphasis on etiquettes and local Knowledge of the country where the traveller wants to visit.\n4) Stop all of illegal immigration via people smuggling agents as this gives a bad name to the country.\n5) Set a minimum benchmark amount of funds required before applying for an overseas visa.\n6) Make it mandatory for all travellers to have a full fare return ticket (12 months validity) on them at all times to show strong ties to return back home after trip.\n7) Create strong religious tolerance and harmony within the country so the world can see no religious discrimination being reported on international media worldwide.\n8) The Indian embassies all around the world should be aware and weary of each Indian national traveling abroad in real time so they f any help is require they can assist 24/7 without failure.\nThese are some of my points and opinions for a better India.\nI hope the people who read above will not be offended by any of my opinions as this is not my intention and I am well wisher and want to see this nation thrive, always.\nGood luck and all the best…

Starting to feel Palki is biased towards India than being an honest journalist. Did you even bother to check why Indian visas are getting rejected in these countries? What the rejection reasons were? \n\nAs many have already commented, I will put across a list for Palki -\n\n1. Indians are Indians even outside India, well, what good are you if you do not wish to be integrated and become part of the society? \n2. Do not like to research, and instead ask questions to save time which is bad manners.\n3. Complaining is in our blood about everything.\n4. Be respectful and be considerate of others.\n5. If you are applying for a tourist visa, be a tourist and should return when the visa expires. Get a good insurance which most of the time people are not un-aware.\n6. If you apply for student visa, be a student and do not exploit the visa or violate any rules and extend your visa stay.\n7. If you are hired for work, honour the work permit rules.\n8. Last but not the least, be a good citizena and don't do anything which may spoil your countries' image.

I don't care what anyone says, but Indian people, particularly (Punjabs) don't like to mixed with other cultures at all. They don't integrate with the Canadian lifestyle. They don't worked very hard, they are rude, they have no respect for other nationalities, racist as fuck, and the list goes on. I have been living in Canada for 34 years and I have never once felt isolated. Now, I feel like Canada has become India. I'm sorry, Trudeau have turned this Canada into a 3rd world Country. I missed Canadians! I don't have an issue with immigrants at all; as I am an immigrant myself from the Carribean. However, I have always respected Canadian culture and their laws. As an Alaskan, I have a lot of relationships with my Canadian brethren to my south, both personal and business. While supply chain problems, housing crisis, poor wages, cost of living, and immigration, are all huge issues in Canada, but in my experience, by far, the absolute worst problem I have both witnessed and been a victim of, is the extreme level of crime. Especially organied crime. \n\nIn many rural areas the RCMP is literally run by organized crime, and it caused the justice system to resemble something you'd expect from a third world military dictatorship. I never hear western media discuss it, but the crime in Canada is probably some of the worst on the planet. I saw with my own eyes in New Brunswick for example, is completely controlled by organized crime. This has a very significant impact on the overall functionality of the system. \n\nIf you travel around the world, you will see just how aweful Canada is. I feel really bad for the people there.

I have been living in Germany for 6 years and I never felt I could settle. Now that I have a German partner and I’m reconsidering things, but even with that it doesn’t feel like home. What most people here say is totally true: absurd bureaucracy, bad weather, angry people everywhere. Germany is not a country for everybody. You should know very well what you want to get out of the country before considering coming here.
