Lived in same Canadian province my whole life, here’s a solution to immigrants complaining go home to your country. Canada has been ruined by immigration but to be more specific Indians, they are everywhere, in PEI every single service industry job has been taken over by them and so a stigma is created working in fast food, gas stations, ect. No other race works there but Indians, it’s easy to spot an Indian on the road too, if not a massive dumb Punjabi sticker on their door just look at the license plate, you will see their surname every time. It’s a joke. It’s worse when you go to the gym and are surrounded by 80% Indians as some smell Soooo bad. So please, just go home. Trust me nobody wanted you to come, it was a political thing and you are the one race that filed in like rats. You over stayed your welcome, you had your entire youth of a generation flood our community and leave their community behind, they don’t come to be Canadian,they come to be Indian and hang with other Indians and do Indian shit, eat Indian food, wave Indian flags, it’s honestly such an embarrassment for Canada but also an embarrassment for India, must be a pretty shit country when a generation flees to live abroad and then they have the nerve to complain about that country that let them in. ?

Canada is a country that is built on middle class where a large part of the population are within the same earning range. There are positives to this, less crime, there is not a huge disparity between rich and poor which makes for a more sane environment don’t get me wrong, we still have our crime rate. Now you can see that the professional programs are limited compared to other countries in the universities and highly competitive so that you don’t have so many professionals with high earning power thereby creating a huge disparity. On the other hand, these high earners don’t get a tax return, get any govt cheque, their kids don’t get huge amounts for OSAP instead, they get billed to pay back the govt and that’s how those of you complaining now where able to get govt cheques when you just relocated, support low income homes and newly landed immigrants. There’s free health, good Ammenities, snow is cleared, the roads are salted and de iced, free Education, govt loans and school loans that’s where your tax money goes to. Everyone has an accent that’s your identity why will you feel somehow or intimidated when you are told you have an accent that’s being timid say yes I have an accent it’s African or Caribbean etc. About racism it’s rare never experienced it that’s not saying it doesn’t happen but am gonna call you out if it’s obvious I have been profiled. Yes the weather is harsh did you not look at your map before relocating ?? In all most of these complaints are individual experiences so I won’t invalidate it but don’t trash what you gained from. Retraining and certification is a must especially when you are coming from a certain country and it’s not a bad idea. Am in healthcare and retraining is a must if you didn’t school here cos it’s entirely different talk about work ethics, equipments, software, differentiation in policies, health laws and malpractice laws.\nLook at the brighter side of life and stop complaining migration has its pros and cons position yourself in a place to have a good life, go back to school, get certified, keep retraining and adding value to your certificate.

It is ironic that these immigrants are complaining about the high cost of living, including high rent. Well, if they had not come in droves into Canada, the rental price would be half what it is now. If they had not come into the country and bought up every detached home, the prices of these detached homes would be one third what they are. Well, now they are leaving. That would be the solution for the high cost of living. Thank God they are complaining and leaving.

The irony of you immigrants complaining about Canada... The cost of living is what it is because of YOU. The rent and real estate prices are where they are because of YOU. The job prospects are what they are because of YOU. The fractured social landscape and destruction of traditional Canada happened because of YOU. Canada was doing just fine until everyone starting treating it like a life raft for all the countries of the world that can't take care of themselves.

The person complaining here is just talking about Ontario. There are 8 other provinces that are much better for immigrants.

This is mostly the marginal explanation. What is actually causing the problems in Canada is PRECISELY the expectations of a high standard of living absolutely everyone has, including brand new immigrants. Who as if they were owed a palace immediately begin complaining about the work they have to do and the fact they're not immediately appointed the king of Canada. To put simply, we have an incredibly spoiled population, a population that expects low prices for everything and has a terrible productivity overall and does not wish to work in the kinds of jobs that every economy needs in order to fuel everything else. Food production is the so-called inceptive value. The more food you produce, the more people can consume it, and this in turn flows through the economy to enable all the other kinds of economic activity. We have to bring in hundreds of thousands of temporary foreign workers from Mexico just to be able to harvest. In the past, Canada allowed immigration from all over the world of people who were mostly poor, refugees, and those desperate for a new life. They worked all the time doing every kind of imaginable job in every kind of condition. They built this country with their perseverance and hard work. The immigrants today, are selected on a points-based system, and the idea behind this is that someone with two university degrees, or trained in a profession, even if they don't work in their field in Canada because they're all sorts of barriers to transferring your education, are not very likely to be criminals or antisocial types. Criminals or antisocial types. In other words, Canada has chosen to attract high quality candidates on the assumption that they would be less likely to become criminals, while they in turn, having been picked from the best in their society, arrive in Canada with very high expectations, and discover that actually they're going to have to work in all sorts of other kinds of jobs and will probably not work in their field, even though that's what got them the points to come to the country. The country. This is the brilliant system brought in by Stephen Harper's conservatives, which brings in people with high education, and allegedly high skills, especially high language skills, so the government doesn't have to pay for their language training, but it doesn't consider the fact that these are very often people with other choices, who are not willing to work in construction or farming or service or retail or all those kinds of things that we desperately need workers in. The reason why we can't build enough housing has nothing to do with local governments and property values. It has to do with lack of labor. This education system, for some unbeknowned reason, is absolutely terrible, and provides basically no skills, training or education for the vast majority of high school students such that when they graduate high school, their forced to go to university or college. Since they have absolutely no training. In most parts of the world you finish high school and you have a trade, or you have some skill to begin working, the kids here know nothing. Nothing. Other than emotional safety, intersectional language, and wokeism. On top of that, the government has brought in every kind of environmental restriction and regulation on account of incredibly loud, but actually small minority of enviro lunatics, who most of the time use these environmentalism as a cover precisely for protecting their high property values in very luxurious and special places around the country, and they oppose logging and all sorts of resource extraction under the guise of environmentalism. But it's actually to preserve their special privileged position often in some wilderness or island, where they might be the only one or a handful of families who got lucky to somehow own a property. Property and so they oppose everything on account of environmental reasons. But it's just to keep people out and preserve their own privileged place. This country also as most others suffers from the illness of dishonesty and lack of integrity brought about by a culture of marketers where nothing is the way it is said to be. Everything is a fine print. And we have gotten used to this as normal. We've gotten used to having credit cards, charges, 25% interest, we've gotten used to being ripped off constantly by all the corporations for everything, and nobody complains and they just borrow more and they just bottle it in and now it's finally coming out. Out. People are fed up of the enviral lunatics. They're fed up of people who complain and bitch one moment about the pipeline and then complain and bitch the next moment about the high cost of gasoline when the pipeline is temporarily shut down for servicing. The problem with Canada is Canadians.

Ok hold on a second. Im an offshore person who wants to immigarte to Canada. Ive spent a huge chunk of money for IELTS and Evaluation of my education solely for thst purpose. How the greedy landlords manipulate the market is not being talked about enough. Your government decides to increase immigration because you guys have been complaining about labor shortage. And when people actuallt went, you started blaming them for driving the housing price? The majority of immigrants are living off basic salasy at an entry level job, are you sure they are the major driver?

I was never an immigrant. Born in Canada probably 6th or 7th generation Canadian. And I'm sure I am not alone when you here the struggles we had. Do those immigrants think they should have everything just given to them. Well it seems that way and Canadians are starting feel that this is enough of the whining and complaining about their struggles. Shouldn't have come here thinking that everything is free.

i see these types of videos all the time, i'm sure there are a lot of videos similar saying something about why ppl are leaving that country (Italy, Japan, Bulgaria, Greece etc ...) \ni think the title is correct, there are a lot of delusional ppl in the world who want \na) amazing 6 figure salary \nb) affordable housing \nc) perfect weather\nd) safety with zero violence \ne) perfect infrastructure (health care, transportation, police etc ...)\nf) easy immigration process\nseriously? try getting a Citizenship in the Scandinavian countries and see how that goes!\nthere is NO country that checks all those boxes and in the it's always these immigrants who talk trash about a country they are TRYING to immigrate to while their country is rapidly declining\ni'm grateful for this country and i'm not ignorant, i've travelled to more than 60 countries so i've seen how ppl live around the world and Canada is in the top 5 countries to live in the world maybe top 3 honestly (i'm not being biased, i wasn't even born here) \nppl need to realize that \na) not many countries have open doors where you can just pick where you wanna immigrate to\nb) immigration process is painfully long and expensive, especially to countries where many ppl wanna immigrate to\nc) quality of life is RELEVANT to cost of living so stop thinking that you can get this AMAZING quality of life for a cheap cost\nd) your College Degree from some school nobody has heard of is pretty much useless wherever you immigrate to so don't think you'll be flooded with jobs and that you'll be making 6 figures in a matter of months\ne) you're not that special and the country will not revolve around you, what you want and what you need\nf) there are probably millions of ppl at this very moment who live in much worse conditions than you do so stop complaining about it and be grateful

I saw a TV commercial where a female immigrant was crying and complaining about her terrible life here in Canada. She stated that she can't find a job because she doesn't have the training to do the jobs. WELL, GET THE TRAINING BEFORE YOU COME OVER HERE TO TAKE AWAY THE CLASS SEAT FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS GONE THROUGH THE EDUCATIONAL PATHWAY IN THEIR LIFE AND DREAMED OF BECOMING A DOCTOR OR WHATEVER AND WANTING TO STUDY AND BE EDUCATED TO MAKE THAT LIFE DREAM COME THRUE. Why do these immigrants think that they are entitled to take what they have not worked their lives to accomplish in our country. Why should they get special privileges just because they voted in a bad government. WE DO IT ALL THE TIME. WE VOTE IN JERKS LIKE TRUDEAU AND THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR GOVERNMENT. HOW CAN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMEONE YOU VOTED IN? IMMIGRANTS - - - GO BACK AND FIX YOUR OWN COUNTRY!

This shouldn't be necessary, I agree people should fight to make their own country better, and people do need to think about the socioeconomic reality of their own country when hosting immigrants as well.\n\nBut at the same time, it's kind of sad to see so many people not just worrying about it but literally hating people as if they were all dangerous criminals who come to kill you and steal your job, and not just loving fathers and mothers doing the same that a lot of your parents and grandparents did hundreds of years ago. Well Canada is a great country, my grand parents were able to get here in 1957 with their 3 kids, after going through and surviving WWII, work in Europe was scarce and employers were abusing their workers everywhere. My dad was one of those 3 children's, he met my mother here, they had me and my sister. Today i have 3 boys of my own and my sister has 2 girls. Canada has any country as their plusses and minuses, but i wouldn't live anywhere else. I've lived my whole life on the south shore of Montréal, worked in and around Montréal for 35 years. Never ran out of work as long as i was willing and able to work. I've worked in all my life, 65% immigrants and 35% Québecer's. There both are kinda racists in some way and they have there own reasons as well. I was bullied in school till i was 11 years old, i had an accent and dressed differently since my dad made our clothing. Being ridiculed, pushed, punched etc, and then one day the bully of the school approached me and wanted to fight me. I was scared, everyone else were laughing, so i clenched my fist and punched that kid right on the nose. Everyone got quiet and the principal came out, we went to his office and then he asked me straight away : Are you gonna do this again or was it a one time thing ?? I said it will be one time thing unless someone else wants to fight me again, then i will have to defend myself again. He said ok and now go back to class, and that was that. But in the 1970's with the augmentation of people moving here after WWII, people in Canada were scared immigrants would steal their jobs etc. My grand father worked all his life till he died at 82 years old. Worked 6 days a week, 12 to 16 hours a day. My dad had worked all his life 70 hours a week and sometimes 85 hours a week. People complaining about doctors or hospitals, a lot are going in for a cold, the flu, headaches etc, for sure take 2 aspirin or tylenol and stay home, no need to see a doctor for that. If you have a broken limb or were in an accident, you go right in and get fixed up without issue really. Any country as it's inconveniences in the end ?

I agree with everything you are saying but why are so many immigrants moving to Vancouver and Toronto!? There are many other beautiful cities with lots of jobs and great universities. Most expensive cities to live in between Canada and USA - 1.New York City,USA 2.Mississauga, Canada 3.Vancouver, Canada 4. Hamilton, Canada 5.Toronto, Canada. Now tell me how many cities are in these two countries, thousands.Sorry but this drives me crazy, so many new immigrants to Canada complaining about the cost of housing on Toronto and area and Vancouver, don't move there!!!!! The USA also has taxes not listed on purchases and their salaries are listed before taxes. Canada has a higher tax rate because there are more social services than the USA.

I disagree with both of you. You care complaining about Canada, yet you come here from another country where you don't have opportunities. I'm guessing you live in Toronto and yes it is expensive, and you haven't experienced other provinces. Toronto has a big city attitude. You are really only speaking about one city. As far as the cold weather? Don't complain about it when you're here. You should've done your research and consider how climate change is changing weather all over the world. Immigrants come to Canada and expect to get everything handed to them. Please move to another country.

I’ve been living in Canada for 5 years now and I can surely say that Canada is loosing it’s beauty. It’s high time government filters the immigrants it’s taking in the country and it needs to focus more on quality rather than quantity ?\nI love Canada and I feel bad seeing it shaping itself in an ugly way. \nI came from India 5 years ago and I can say this was the best decision but at the same time I feel Canada needs to implement this things to new immigrants coming in:\n\n1) Blend in the local culture and enjoy it the way it is and not try to bring the same chaos and stupidity from back home country.\n\n2) More stricter laws against violators (rowdy immigrants)\n\n3) Once they land they should be given an etiquette lesson and good briefing about Canada whichever airport they are on.\n\n\n4) Better speak English at all times so that everyone can understand everything with clarity.\n(P.S: please don’t consider this racist as Canada has people from all round the world)\n\n5) Cultural festivals need to be celebrated in own space keeping in mind the privacy of others and be courteous to others making sure they’re not bothered.\n\n\n6) Not trying to force others to believe your way or follow certain religion etc and be respectful of others. \n\n\n7) Stop complaining and ranting about things they can’t control and not pollute the environment by being careless. \n\n\nI see a lot of my fellow people making mess of things his beautiful country and hence i hope Canada implements the above points so we can have a better and happy society. \n\nCanada is a land of opportunities and yes it has got some flaws in the system but that’s not what we can control. Hi ladies. These are exactly the same situation here in the UK. I have been living in London since 1986 and surviving over here especially for those just arriving can be so frustrating. I often wonder why so many of our people are still struggling to come and live in these countries. I know you speak about the USA being better however I have a numbers of family and friends living in America and they are complaining about how hard you have to work in order to make ends meet. The answer to that could be the fact that many immigrants especially from Africa don't feel safe in their own home countries and bad leaders who continually fail to provide any opportunities for their youths and citizens. Thanks for sharing this vital information as many people think these western countries are paradise until they arrive and face the bare realities.

If, you aren't a disciplined person then you won't succeed in western countries especially Canada imo. I see people constantly complaining about being bored, but I rarely see new african immigrants mix with groups outside of their home culture. That results in NO building, no reputation, little to no African districts or recognition at all throughout the provinces. It's a shame.\nThe carribbeans did it right in Toronto and it's why their culture has spread in that city. What's the point of moving to another country that is deemed diverse and not trying to gain a mixed friend group? They can learn from you and help you level up while you promote your culture. You are placing yourself in a box.

I know Canada is not perfect and I find you’re a bit hard on the red maple leaf... just because you don’t find the same things as your native country. It’s like\nfrench people coming from France, going to Quebec province an complaining about the food, the weather etc... well we’re not France, sorry to say! But I can\ntry to understand your situation; it’s probably inevitable that the comparison between your country and Canada would show up eventually. I see regularly \nimmigrants moving here and it’s true that it’s not easy. (Some people will have to be cab drivers because they can’t find work in their field). But you have\nopportunities if you work hard. I have the example of a Russian truck driver who move here with his family (wife, two kids). The man started by working for\na general transport company, then was able to buy his own truck. Now he’s able to work with whoever he wants. So I think every experience is different.\nOne other thing I noticed is that for families coming here it will always be easier for kids (even teens) to adapt quicker then their parents. I live in the east\n(the maritimes) and there is not very large cities. Some immigrants that come here will stay for a while but then they would move to a larger city (like\nToronto) because that city must have the most ethnic diversity in Canada. For cultural differences true that Canadians are like Americans in the «none»\nfashion trending. It’s a different mentality then Europe because over there fashion is a statement; you are judge on your appearance. Here, not as much.\nIt shows you don’t like winter and if you don’t your not a real Canadian! :-) Don’t generalize, a lot of people here like winter. And for taxes I don’t have a clear\nexplanation other then we have a huge empty country that needs roads, infrastructures, etc. and someone has to pay for it! (fun fact, all the population\nof Canada could fit in a country like Poland... it shows how empty it is here). Finally, and I heard this many times, maybe the people or the part of the\ngovernment to blame is Immigration Canada. Maybe they give to much of an idealistic image of Canada! Yea, but the immigrant ( all races) kids get far better grades in school, and that generation pays 30% tax every year of their 100k salary... They're the ones that gonna take this country into next century of technologically advanced world. Issue with economy starts with the family. If you have single parent family and social issues.. kids aren't gonna make it in this highly competitive world. Please go to Google, facebook, Microsoft. .. you'll see immigrants left right and centre. Lets face the facts, immigrant mentality is what builds a proper county. First generation immigrants are lost and weird and seems odd, second generation is the cream of the crop . Third slows down then 4th is basically are the ones complaining about the first generation. Solution is to use these people and figure out how they will help this county in the next 30 years, not tomorrow. Look at how Irish, Ukrainian, Chinese, Italian etc.. came as first gen immigrants (to this native land). Cold.. lost.. try to use their wits to survive in a colonial economy. That second generation built what we have now. Immigration is a god damn economical strategy man... Issue with homelessness, has nothing to do with immigration. Homelessness is related to addiction and mental health. Most immigrants don't suffer from homelessness because they have relatives that look after each other. 3rd generation+ Canadians (all races) lack that.. if you're 18 you are own your own, thats where that issue is with homelessness.

I don't see why Canadians must learn about slavery in that country. I mean, if 4% of the population is black and many of them are immigrants from the Caraïbe. What is the point? They live in Canada. Another thing, black Canadians are really sensitive for no reason. Compared to other countries in the Americas, they have it better. Maybe I can't understand what they are complaining about because I'm American but I see over sensitivity.
