As an Pakistani American, Indians in the US do very well. The ones coming to the US are professionals mostly. The Indian community does not always mingle though. The population of Indian immigrants has skyrocketed in my native California since 2000. There are many lovely Indian people living here. But many are arrogant Tesla drivers that dont drive safely and act like they own the world. I slammed my breaks on once because a dog ran into the street and I didn’t want to hit it. And the Indian man behind me rear-ended me (which is completely his fault because he was riding too close behind.) He was furious and his response was “you should’ve hit the dog.” He kept saying it was my fault for stopping in the road and wouldn’t give me his insurance. I almost hit him, but instead I called the cops so they’d force him to give me his insurance.
