Well, in case you didn't know, this action by Trump just shows you who and what he is. He is all about getting even, getting revenge, retribution, he is a man with no class, no grace, and absolutely no brains. He is a fraud and f..king blithering idiot.

This is what the Dems don't understand about tariffs -- they are a negotiating tool, Trump is using tariffs as a leverage. They're not meant to be permanent. They don't even have to go into effect at all. Just the threat of tariffs is often enough. Colombia can't survive without the US as a major trading partner. Tariffs would kill them. So, they quickly changed their tune. Which is why the Colombian President 'Gustavo Petro' has already folded to Trump and has reversed his decision to allow 2 military transport planes to land there after being threaten with tariffs, serious sanctions etc. Like him or not, Trump understands how to negotiate.

I disagree, he cannot allow these countries to take advantage of America. Columbia, Venezuela, quite a few of those countries open. No jails dumped the criminals in an American people. How is it possible that they are saying deportation numbers were higher during Biden administration, yet we have been faced with the worst immigration crisis in the history of our country? What this article FAILS to cover is that Columbia only refused these flights because of the flights that went to Brasil where ALL the migrants were put on the planes in handcuffs AND shackles! The Columbian President was simply asking for some assurance that Trump would not MISTREAT his people this way. All this means is that USA consumers pay more for whatever Colombia exports and what consumers will need ( supermarket food produce for example) ?? It does not help US farmers who cannot deliver to super markets their field produce because Trump is deporting workers who go into the fields whom primarily collect it !!!\nTrump is basically taxing the US consumers and pushing prices up !! The US importer pays the tariffs (US customs tax at port of entry) whom then passes it onto the consumer !!\nThe consumer can of course not purchase the product which would hurt Colombia exports; the importers would have to hurriedly find another source whom would probably also increase their price because of demand.\nTrump is a loser and always will be; his businesses are mostly failures; even casinos !!
