Anyone reading this that is planning on crossing the border. I'm gonna be frank with ya. Aside from the fact that you probably shouldn't be trying to circumvent our laws just to avoid a situation you don't like in the USA right now... you also shouldn't be trying to cross our border in what is becoming our winter season. \n\nThere are plenty who try, and many do meet a grim fate due to the elements they are just not prepared for. And even if you think you can do it, or prepare enough to do it, you still shouldn't. There isn't much you can do when you have fallen into one of the many sloughs that hide beneath the snow and ice during winter, waiting to make you a popsicle. And if you get out of that, you still have to somehow get warm again. But let's say you avoid that, what then? Well, we have these really cold biting winds that make the -30 temps feel like -40 or worse. But you came prepared, so let's say you can handle that for a bit. Well, you sweat. You will get damp, then wet, over time. Then your fancy clothing doesn't do much for you anymore. Ya dig?\n\nOh but wait, there's more. So we have this wildlife eh', and it likes to do this thing that wild life does... and it eats you. Coyotes are one such kind of wildlife. Bears are another. Both are prolific in certain areas, all the way down to the border in some cases. \n\nGranted, coyotes usually aren't a huge problem for us up here, but that's cause we know how to deal with them usually. Bears are another issue, that even we have problems with at times. You'll probably run into a black bear if you run into one. Grizzlies tend to be further north and to the west. You're gone too far somehow if you find Polar bears. \n\nThere are other critters to mention, but they're more active in the summer, like rattle snakes. (Yes, we have them)\n\nOkay, so you got past the border, and you actually somehow managed to survive the winter temps in your trek to some sort of civilization. Now you have to somehow find a place to live. This is of course assuming you decided to try to bypass all our border security of course. You could go to an embassy and declare asylum I guess. But right now, you're more likely to be given a ticket back to where you came from initially. So that's not something in the game plan for you. What then?\n\nWelcome to being homeless. Oh, and you're still having to deal with our winter temperatures. \n\nSuffice to say, right now is not a good time to be trying to ignore our laws just to do whatever you want. Consider this a fair warning, as this about all the F's I have to give over it all in regards to your safety. I just am dismayed that some of you mouth breathers are going to get your kids harmed because of it all as well.

There are about 800,000 police in the ENTIRE Country... If there are 16,000,000 illegals in the country, Each Police person would have to stop whatever they are doing and, on average, capture 20 illegals... Given that each of these captured people are entitled to plead their case before a judge, How many people will actually be deported before Trump exits??? How much will that cost??? and What happens to the USA while all the Police are engaged in doing Trump's wishes??? What they don't tell us about The Wall is that it's been breached more than 3,000 times and the climate in that area is already degrading the metal and concrete... Trump tried this before in his first term and could not get it done... What makes this Senator think it's going to work this time???

Its not as simple as deporting all illegals, All those who complain about inflation, now get ready for for the unseen/ unsaid issues th at come along with this way of doing things, it is tied into the economy and will have enormous impacts of pricing and manufacturing. Etc has all gone over seas to make the easy money out of greed and now puts blame on china as they knew making pennies on the dollar is profitable, but not realizing the consequences of doing so as you lose control of what American made product and now in the hands of foreign countries to do whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it, as its happening right now in china with companies as Apple, etc are finding out it may be profitable but comes at a price when you do business on foreign soil and you have just lost control. Those who dont know why the border must have a swinging door which swings both ways, as All companies take advantage of south of the border because of vheap labor and laxed regulation so they can get away with what they can get away on us soil. Now you get someone like chump who has zero tolerance and no political experience run it like a business with out understanding of the consequences that comes with actions done with out beabke to compromise. You all complain about inflation, now get ready in your everyday lives, from manufacturing, to groceries, to dining out, and be prepared to pay alot more because now, no one is going to do thise jobs as the so called americans didnt want to do those jobs, as its always gone unspoken that hey they are doing it, and reeps the fruits of the laborors and could care less until it got out of hand as of today. Look what happen when chump when to tax steel and pork for china, its get s aunforseen blow black that you dont see right away. Same now with border. Now you have a Grossly unfit, Unqualified, W'reckless and dangerous individual who has zero clue/experience about politics on a path of ignorant destruction under the cloat of misguided senses it will fix a major problem that has gone on for decades. Is there a . Is chump qualifed to doa and fix it, absolutely not. It has bees just 4 years, as serious as pandemic, look at how he grossly mishandled the situation. Now get ready for more of the same and worst. Its not about politics, its also about right and wrong, good and bad and be able to compromise those complicated issues for a decent medium. Now it will be a total fuck up and get ready for all sensless nonsenses to take place and be ready for the once great United States to fall into despair. This is what all the voting who'ha was about. Now you get to live it and hope in the 4 years the damage wont be soo extreme that we cant go back and unfuck it. Some very dark times are ahead for this country at the helm of a lunatic. After the 4 years, chump will be 82 and could careless the carnage he left behind, as that the way he is a a person who has been taught to have no empathy and to win at all cost despite the consequences. Now, on the world stage where all look to the US, it will be a sad gloomy time with all madness we are about to enbark. This country needs to1st get off its ass and do the work and stop sitting on their asses to complain about it as they do that so well, so now get ready to lie in the bed youve made. The inflatiin you all complain about is now going to be far worst..and every and anything which is mostly will be affected substantially. You are mad about pricing now, people will now have to worry even more...and it will get out of hand. The crime and thieving will now be even more pronounced. When was the last time you had an American pick and facilitate your groceries, or do the cheap paid jobs?. Now you all have to do this youselves. So if you thought it was bad before you are sure in for a rude awakening...as now you have a sitting president who is not a convicted felon, but one who has been given immunity to consequences and no compromise which is a recipe for disaster

It’s many fold, but I can some it up rather concisely.\n\nYour entire mantra was “Vote for us so we can have our way and do what I want or democracy dies”\n\nWhich is so ironic that the thing you think will happen is what that statement represents. \n\nAdd on that, you attacked your political opponent for 8 years with lies, rhetoric (which included degrading remarks about the general populace) and a weak economy and weak foreign policy with a severe influx of illegal immigration. \n\nYou did this to yourselves

I can tell all the comments on this panel were made by President Trump's haters. Love all God's Creation, but, please, watch out for your neighbor. Help everybody you can, including the animals. All these people don't have to be in this Country. They have their own, why can't they make their country a much better place for them and their families to live. Look at the way they are acting. They came as guest, now they are acting like they are the owners. Are you so blinded by hate for this man who loves his Country so much, that you can't see the danger we are in with this illegals in our Country? What are you going to do when you won't have a place to live with your families or can't pay for your needs, because there are no housing or jobs, because everything that belong to you were given to them? Lets go beyond the immigration status of these workers. That has been talked about endlessly. The US economy would take a hit if this deportation plan goes through. These workers are critical in many sectors: construction, agriculture, service, tourism etc etc. When people call for deportng workers on this scale, it really is a case of careful what you wish for

You do realize it’s not just Latinos that would be getting deported. Mass deportation also includes Africans, Haitians, Arabs, Egyptians, etc. Do you think an ICE officer will cares enough to differentiate between a Black American born in the US and say a Black Honduran ?? What about families who are mixed race and one parent is US born while the other isn’t? Then what? I’m immensely disappointed by Latinos voting for this man, but mass deportation isn’t “cut and dry” where it’s only going to effect one group. It’s going to impact TONSSS of people across the board.

Sice Biden has taken office the housing crisis has gotten out of the control. Why? Simple math, you move in billions of people, equal population what you already have, but can't increase housing, they have to go somewhere. With the government helping migraints, more is going to them than our own. What is happening is they are pushing out people in migraint held cities and displacing existing residents. So those disbled , elderly, veterans and drug addicted people who are being displaced are being forced to smaller communities that don't have the infrastructure in place to cope with so many displaced people. Then you end up with a huge issue of Homeless people trying to live in Tents in the middle of winter. j You have a vast number of elderly women taking to van life because they can't afford to live any other way. Would you like to your Grandma living in Van, constantly on the go? YOu are being UNAmerican in your news reporting, when you fail to give fair reporting and do equal amount of investigating into who this actually affects amount the American people. Far as I am concerned you need to be shut down, because you are enemy of the US.

The kind of deportation Trump has been talking about has gone beyond people that are here illegally. Trump has expanded it to include what he calls 'undocumented' migrants. That group includes people waiting for their asylum hearings, DACA recipients and protected status migrants/refugees, and people that have already had their asylum hearings, but are awaiting their citizenship hearings. \nAs for the narrative about 'murderers' and 'violent/horrible' criminals being in our country, it's like....wait...what??? Now, if you KNOW a person is a convicted murderer or horrible criminal, WHY would you allow them into or allow them to stay in this country to begin with? And, you'd kind of have to allow them to stay, otherwise, how the hell would you know how many of them are here?? Or who they are?? You can bet your butt that Pres. Biden didn't allow any people like this, that weren't in our prison system, yet 'known' to remain on US soil. That's not how it works! Not to mention, a large portion of the 13 to 15,000 number that Trump and the Right keep tossing out there, are from when Trump was in office! NOT during Pres. Biden's administration! \nIt's all been a lie manufactured for one purpose: to scare monger Trump's base. And it worked. Now Trump 'has a mandate' to put on an insane, cruel, probably hugely illegal 'show', of him rounding up large numbers of people and shipping them off to who the hell knows where..... whether they were here illegally or not. (he's already vowed to deport the 20,000 Haitians in Springfield, even tho they entered the country, LEGALLY, while TRUMP was president! HE is the one that signed their protected status into law!) Trump's deportation extravaganza is going to be ugly, brutal, bloody, grim and senselessly cruel, to a great many people that more likely than not, have no reason to be deported.

What they should do is hit pause on immigration. I believe they should grandfather in those who arrived prior to a specified year.\n\nI’m sure the majority is ok with immigration. JUST DO IT LEGALLY and for the gov to stop over extending our taxes and money. \n\nAmerica should come first. Americans have been put on the back burner while illegal immigrants get way more help which in turn hurts the very people who were born and raised here. We got people and children starving in this very country yet have a helping hand for those who don’t live here, came illegally or even like us. \n\nSo put the pause on and help Americans then help others. Other countries have stricter policies than we do and they’re thriving. and I believe don’t have as many issues as we do. \n\nAmerica leaders need to look into how other successful countries are running things and see how they can implement or improve on those.

What I do as an Indian born and raised in the US is tell these people the only people with any right to tell me to get off this land are the people who are native to this land. You think you have the right to tell me not to be here because your ancestors committed genocide so you could be here? We both should not be here if we're being honest. This is an everyday reality: even the comments under this video prove that racism is being normalized. Everyone has an opinion about this, but the only fact that really matters is what people actually do. Currently about 10X as many Canadians per capita move to the US as Americans move to Canada. There really isn't much else to say. Canadians will always imagine themselves to be better, but the reality is people prefer to live in the US, including a lot of Canadians. Other than marriage, there's little to entice an American to move to Canada and the statistics bear this out.

Dear Hind Hassan why I never seen any of your videos on topics like criminality in Europe caused by immigrants? Drugs, rapes, religion based assaults, homophobic or xenophobic attacks, violence and sexism against females?! Hm ? You always just advocates for this poor immigrants who try to flee war zones!! In Canada, there is not enough housing and jobs are scarce, especially for anyone at the entry level or basic wage. We've been absolutely swamped. This is not the fault of the immigrants or the students, it's the fault of our extremely stupid and short sighted government. Most of those immigrants I encounter are good people, polite and considerate. But some, well I understand where the complaints about rude and inconsiderate behaviour come from, because it only takes a few bad experiences to get people angry. I've experienced it myself, but most of it (from my experience) seems to be from students who are very loud and impolite on public transit. The housing situation here is INSANE, prices are sky high and very little to choose from. A lot of seniors now can only afford to rent a room (after having worked all their lives and very little to show for it), and prices are up about 50% from only 5 years ago. The government says inflation is a fraction of what it is in real life, and living expenses have exploded. As I understand it, some people made a lot of money offering services to bring students and low wage workers in, with no consideration to the damage they were doing to all of us who were born and raised here - they wanted to make their million dollars. Another problem is that once someone arrives here, what they find is NOT what they were led to believe. What students and immigrants are told they need to live here is an absolute lie, living here in Canada has become very expensive. Many workers are severely under paid, and never even see the legal minimum wage, and the problem with that is, almost no Canadian will be hired on to those jobs - the reasons are that imported foreign workers will work below minimum wage because they are trapped here, and the Canadians already know that they will only struggle if they take jobs that pay so poorly. So yes, a lot of Canadians are VERY angry, and you really can't blame them. Once again, the Canadian government is responsible for much of this, and crooked employers who are willing to take advantage of low wage labour. It's an absolute mess.

Someone can have my spot; I'm leaving. Earned more money in both China and US than in Canada, plus cost of living was a tiny fraction in China vs Canada. Could eat out every day, never cooked, comfortably traveled abroad once a month, saved more than 50% my net income each month. In Canada can't even cover basics with my Canadian income, have to tap into savings I earned abroad for basic monthly expenses. I don't know what kind of life and jobs and living conditions these people who like Canada had before coming but for me this is a gigantic downgrade in quality of life and purchasing power.

Imagine how the Native Americans felt when they were invaded. History tends to repeat itself. I know things are different nowadays and yes they should go about it the legal way but if you think about it, what the Europeans did to the Native Americans is similar to what is happening to us now. Minus the mass genocide and forced culture conversion. We're all descendants of immigrants. This nation was built and formed by immigrants. Back then though there was no legal precedent to worry about. Our ancestors came here and just took over everything. Maybe we're paying for the sins of our ancestors. Karma's a bich. Just so no one thinks otherwise, I firmly support the legal way to become a citizen.

While affordability is def an issue there are a number of facts thrown around on this video that are making me question the data points being used. $3k rent sure, if you're downtown Vancouver and live on your own in a newer building with amenities which is what a friend of mine pays in Yaletown. But then I have a friends in KITS paying $1600, Main St $1500, Surrey $1100. There is not 7% of the population emigrating to the US. The rent can't be increased by $7000 as stated by the two girls, it's capped at around 3% annually, so not sure what the real context around that clip is. Having said that red tape has made building in Vancouver difficult and population growth has put huge pressure on the housing and rental market. Foreign investment purchases of housing has probably driven up the prices more than anything in Vancouver and as stated it has been linked to money laundering from drug money. I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. YGood day. For from context I'll reveal a little about me. I am around 27% Indian, 34% northern African people which is around 61% combined. My other ancestry includes Wales, Sweden, Norway Scottish and Irish, Hebrew/ jew as in from 12 tribes of Israel, However, the world calls me black Jamaican born. I live in small town with population under 41,000 people in northern Ontario Canada for past 21 years. I remember when I came here with company contracted to build and say very few black people mostly French African and some mixed black with some Chinese probably total under 20 people other than white or indigenous peoples. Over the years was steady increase of black, Chinese, Philippino, and my Indian doctor and his family to maybe total around 50 none white none indigenous peoples. Just before pandemic we had a large number of Indian students which was awesome to see considering my heritage as my grandmother on dad side was Indian. But a year before pandemic we noticed many started working in convenient stores and fast food places like most high school students do to save for college/university which was becoming a problem for Canadian students as some employers got incentives or cheaper labour to maximize profits. As pandemic rolled in so it seems more Indian students from other regions in Canada. So, Canada, Ontario, and small town I reside already had huge housing problems as some homes we even to be condemned and indigenous homeless from north increased crime rates and now we had students living beyond building code occupancy with shared living causing rentals to shoot up in prices as landlords became greedy and selfish. This small town of under 41,000 is by some estimates over 55,000 by increasing Indian students who for past 5 years fighting to get permanent residents even though they came as students which proves the goal was always invasion and coming as students was the ticket. If you and rest of new immigrants don't see the problem yet, I'll continue. 95% of taxis have Indian drivers, 98% food and other delivery Indian, 90%+ convenience and groceries, clothing and all stores 90%+ , vehicles on roads 70% Indian, my son barely got into college with 90%+ Indian population in college and his class is 2 white students, himself only mixed , and 2 Africans and 22 Indian students who cheats on a regular basis but professor afraid to confront as they are quick to call racism. But even bigger for me is these Indian students/new immigrants have no respect for the history of Canada and USA not knowing how indigenous peoples were raped tortured and murdered to take over this country and then enslaved African people to build this country while they raped tortured treat less than animals and still suffering with fighting for equal rights for over 400yrs while still being racially profiled and beaten and murdered by police officers because of this colonizers system. You asked us to share what we think, so here is what l think... \n\nThe immigration target for 2024 was around 500,000 people true, this includes everyone given a PR in 2024 (spouse, children) but the larger portion of this 500k is via economic migration which only issued a total of 110,000 invitations to apply for 2023 for example. this means that only 110k people were invited to apply for PR. These people have family members (spouse and kids) that accompany them there by increasing the total PR migrants to that +500k figure. \nSo now to your point....\n\nif only 110k people are invited to apply for PR each year, and these people bring family members this means they stay in one house (main applicant, spouse and three kids will stay in 1 house for example)....\n\nif 250k houses are being built each year.... \n\nthis means there are 250k house built each year versus 110 people that came in...\n\nin my view, more than enough houses will be built in the next couple of years to take care of the migrants coming in\n\n\n\nthis is what l think.

My family came from Canada from India over 100 years ago we came over here legally we tried to assimilate I think what really bothers me now is that these new international students are giving all of us a bad name most of them cheat on their English exams back in India, and this is a known fact most of them can’t speak English and hence why they fail the colleges here expecting to be passed automatically. they work over 40 hours a week illegally and lie about it The government is subsidizing international students but they are taking jobs away from our students. We paid taxes my entire life and my son applied for over 100 jobs and got nothing because every single job is taken over by international students they are they are abrasive. They are entitled, they cannot seem to understand how assimilation works. They are so entitled and they feel they can protest out in the streets when they dont get PR. They came on a student visa and were expected to go home. They are now complaining and protesting at this point they all need to be sent home because this is ridiculous, PR should be handed out as needed not automatically and right now there are so many Canadians without jobs so we don’t need more workers. I also work in healthcare most of the students or their families come in don’t have appropriate healthcare and we end up paying millions of dollars in healthcare bills because of them, we have had families come visit their international students with no healthcare having strokes costing us healthcare workers and the government over $1 million.
