Hey. It all about choice. So let’s get it straight. The people who worked hard to build and develop Canada over the last 200 Years and paid their taxes, that’s ok. You however, feel you shouldn’t have to pay your way like Canadians. If you love your Country and the lifestyle, why did you leave it? No one twisted your arm to leave your fantastic Country and and move to this awful nasty boring and expensive Country with such uninteresting people unfriendly people. Gee, perhaps Canadians should move to your Country and not need to work, no medical expenses, no tax, and everything free. No need to work, Fantastic! What country are you people from? Hey, move to the USA by all means please and take your friends with you, so you will be one big happy group. Gee the Americans shall welcome you with open arms. As the saying goes, if you don’t appreciate what Canada has given you, that fine, just leave ASAP and be happy wherever you want to go! Actually, I have never heard such garbage from two thankless persons in my life. Again it’s a case of the minority spoiling it for the many Immigrants from all over the world who LOVE CANADA AND APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY CANADA HAS GIVEN THEM. They worked hard to build a life for themselves and their Family. Many of them became wealthy financially and in a personal sense and never expected the Government or anyone to give them a free hand. These people make Canada what it is in spite of people like you. So, leave now and make room for someone else who what’s the opportunity to live in Canada and shall appreciate it. Ho by the way, just remember to leave your Passport here and renounce your Canadian Citizenship, which you obviously do not respect or value. We Canadians shall wish you every success wherever you decide to live. I promise you that I shall never move to your Country and expect a free cup of coffee, never mind a free lunch. One of the top issues is being black. Seen as black and identified as black when you leave a predominantly Black Country. \nWhen I watch the various Realestate shows of white people buying property abroad as second home or just packing up and moving. I always say it must be nice! Because the reality is they can see them self almost everywhere unless they choose to go into a remote area then that’s the only exception but even then as long they learn the language and respect the culture they are good they are liked welcomed and even seen as fascinating. Not saying they don’t have to struggle but the colour of their skin is the least! \nAmerica is great if your trying to be self made, be your own business owner, and other random ventures you want to dabble in. But to just go there and be a regular teacher, doctor, lawyer, engineer to the low and middle class you’ll end up with the same financial issues and struggles as a result. You gotta now cater to the rich and famous wealthy people but then it’s back to never being home and not enough time for family. \nThe reality is if we could make the money we make here in North America and Uk back home in in the Caribbean and specific countries in Africa it would be a dream come true and that goes for other communist countries too. You truly have to know what makes you happy. Make money but enjoy life it might mean living below your means even though you can can afford a bit better life style. People do it all the time back home (not because they want to I know) but for some reason when you move abroad a one bedroom for your single self is to small, the car under $24k isn’t good enough, you don’t want your kids to share a room so you need a bigger house and the list goes on and on. \nCanada is boring if your not in a major city with money to spend you know why? Because people forget the population of the entire country of Canada is only a 3rd, 4th, 10th of the population of certain countries that immigrants came from and in the case of the US population it’s 100x more than Canada. So of course there’s more opportunities there. \nAnd finally imagine if more countries didn’t need visas to travel? They really would just come to make money and go back home or live bicoastal. Even just the freedom of travel half of the immigrants would of settled elsewhere before the year was up or go back home.

I listened to your chat. I did not appreciate some of your reasons for why people leave Canada. First of all life is what you make it. There are lots of things to do if you are interested in being active. Canada is a very beautiful country and there are lots of places to visit and enjoy. \nYou need to educate yourself about what people are paid in the US and Canada. The minimum wage is a lot higher in Canada. I suggest that you leave Canada and then you will appreciate what a wonderful country we live in. Go to Trinidad for example and buy groceries ...pay over a thousand dollars a week for food, then tell me that food is too expensive in Canada. (25.00 for a box of cereal)!Go to a hospital there and you will wait for a whole day just to be seen. Yes, we have a shortage of medical doctors and nurses here, but they are trying to fix that. Sure we pay taxes, but if you or someone in your family needs a heart transplant, a knee replacement or whatever, you will get it FREE in the hospital, and while you are in the hospital, your bed will have sheets and pillow cases. Drive your car on the roads in Trinidad and the potholes will ruin your tires, not to mention the frame of the car. Your taxes also maintains parks, roads and bridges for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. The government has no control over the weather, so complaining that it is too cold or rainy is up to mother nature. During the lockdown I am sure you received money from the government to help you, everyone did. Do you think other countries paid their people money to help them get through this crisis?? NO!\nI love Canada, it has been good to me and I never regretted emigrating here 42 years ago. I go traveling to other countries and I see how other people live and I am happy to come home. Appreciate what you have or if you are so unhappy, use the passport that you said is so powerful.

You started the video with an opinion not a fact. You can In fact gain wealth here. You have access to RRSPs and tax Free Savings accounts to help with Taxea for people earning over 6 figures. No one has tries to take your money, the policies are clear as day. You also have access to the Canadian stock market where they will allow you to keep 50% of your excess and tax the other 50%. Your statement needs way more context and a broader discussion. Stil love the video but we need to state all the facts. Also the mentality of me paying taxes and taking care of people is what causes my home country on Jamaica to be in trouble. Your little tax money ain't taking care of anyone. There are over 23 million people here trust me we are giving cents to initiatives in Canada. Quality of life, Security, Health Care, Children Support, Old Age Pension, access to great jobs if you are will to put in the work and start over. Again we can't come here and expect to just fall in. You just joined a line of thousands of people in your career field who have been fighting to get great job opportunities. You have to fight and you will be okay. Or do what many people did and change your career and you can have a special life here. Obviously nothing is better than home

All Canada not only Vancouver it’s very isolated.\nPeople can’t afford to buy a house because the house marketing is 3 times the price compared to USA. The houses have shitty materials compared to my original country, and you simply can’t built by your own and that’s why every price rises.\nAnother issue you didn’t mention it’s there is no scholarships, it’s incredible expensive to get a proper education like university, and even so, they no offered scholarships. In Mexico almost everyone can reach the opportunity to study to be anything (lawyers, doctors) AND there is why you can get professional services everywhere. Here in Canada the business never have profesional services (like a real Human Resources, who studies for 5 years to be the best influence in a company, or a real engineering taking care of the machines in a plant. Canada only hire the cheap hand to avoid paying and I can understand it, but if more people could study more money moves in the country.\nAnother issue is there is not any public transportation into the cities or provinces, so if you don’t have a car, a driver license (it’s not easy to get one) and pay the super expensive insurance (it’s incredible 10 times more expensive than in Mexico) your can’t move from the place you are. Because of the weather you simply can’t move in a bike.\nPeople live just for pay rent, buy some groceries and buy some pre owned cloths in the thrift store.\nAnother problem it’s many rules to open a small bussines (like selling some food) \nHealth care it’s not exactly free: you need to pay for your prescriptions out of the hospital or if you never been hospitalized. And it’s very expensive to pay for them. You have to wait (to be true emergencies are different, they are good on that) you have to wait like 12-24 months to get an appointment with a specialist (gynecologist, etc) dental is not covered. \n\nExcuse my English I know it’s not very good but I love your video and I had to left my comments

I agree that it is boring, cold, expensive, high tax high services, I mean people didn’t work for a year and got paid plenty for nothing. Taxes are incremental based on income as they should be. Coming from a major Latin American city, you have no idea what it is to live under fear of assault or harm at any moment, having corrupt politicians, police, and people in general. You are privileged having been born here because it is much easier to make a living, with good laws, you should go to places where people drink on the streets and pee and shit everywhere. I’m sure there are better places in the world but you will never feel like at home, and each place will have it’s own difficulties. I don’t think we all need to live in the same place but don’t believe that you are able to move to any place in the world if you weren’t Canadian.

The U.S. is very large, and there are many different types of people and many different types of neighborhoods, cities, and communities. I have lived where neighbors knew one another very well, and their kids would play ball in the street or play baseball at the local park or playground. I have lived where there are walking trails where you would see the same familar faces time and again. I have lived where there were many community activities. There are places where you can find farmer's markets and where churches are large and hold events. Our town has many groups that you can join, and there is a local theater. There are cities of course, where you can find all sorts of things to do. People do have a tendency in many places to have their spaces, and as most people do have what they need within those spaces...and many are spending more and more time on computers and watching televisions, we are becoming more estranged than we once were. We have come to value privacy. But, again, there are many many people with many different lifestyles. Today I went to shop at two different stores and ended up in conversations with several people. One man invited me to visit his farm. One woman told me all about her home and garden. Another lady told me about her daughter and what was going on with their family. I did not feel like a stranger, and the people I saw working in different businesses today were talkative and interacting with many other people, including friends and neighbors and other familiar faces. it just takes a little effort to smile and to speak. That being done, I was very happy to return to my home and have my own space again, where I knew I could take a nap without anyone knocking unexpectedly on my door. So....it depends on what you want. I would hesitate to paint the U.S. with a very broad brush. \nThat being said, it is very difficult to leave your home behind. It can be very difficult to stop seeing differences because you did love so many things about where you grew up, though you might not realize how much you will miss them until you've gone. I feel that in myself, and I have to be very careful not to miss the potential and possibilities where I am, because I am always thinking about how I miss where I once was.

Sir I have shifted to UK ..around 5 months ago...I spent around 12 years in Saudi arabia before.\nThe main difference between our country and this country is the PEOPLE.\nIts not the prices..the money etc that makes you feel better. I was earning good in saudia as well but here...its the people..that make you feel better.\nWe booked a hotel here for quarantine and the Pakistani agent who paid for us by a credit card used a fake card number or what. We received a letter from the govt about 2285 pounds due to be paid. Of course thats alot of money for new comers...and as you said there was no payment plan or anything discussed in the letter.I called them back and the first thing they asked me was Are you alright right now? Do you need anything from us? And that was...an experience I never had before in my life. Then they discussed the way outs for the dues.\nSame goes for the jobs..the positions..the hiring...not the SAUDI/AJNABI shit going on at all ! Or the bribes we have to pay in Pakistan to get a basic job !\nThe difference in HUMANITY is big sir...among our countries and these. This is just un doable now. Because the people of Pakistan...alot of them..many in my own family...are still fighting over people like Imran Khan. It takes me 3 months to get a doctor appointment in the US here in Seattle and I was just told several months to see my eye doctor. Depending on medical plan the insurance means you do not go to the specialist without a referral. So Canadians may not have as much to complain about. My parents were immigrants to Canada because it was easier (my father was in Danish Merchant Marine and was in China Sea when his appointment would come up in New York). They did not have it easy because they did not speak the language and worked hard to learn. Working as a housekeeper was the norm for females and my mother's education meant nothing when she expected to work in a bank. Danes stuck together and helped each other to get jobs, with carpentry (most had apprenticeships like brick laying), to socialize, etc. and this is normal for immigrants. Working multiple jobs was normal and having a great home was their American dream instead of a government apartment. It is true for all immigrants that their kids will do better than the parents. The kids will have no accent if they learn English by age 12. There are age cutoffs on learning a language in child development. During the hiring process the jobs are given to people the interviewer perceives as being like themselves. This is proven by psychologists (I am one). This puts immigrants at a disadvantage unless they have a rare skill without competition. Dad got his house and Mom took my sister and went back to Denmark because of health issues and the US has garbage medical care and social services for the elderly (poor sister didn't speak Danish because it wasn't allowed in case it impacted our English skill). As a daughter of immigrants I worked 20 hours days and weekends almost all my life. I put myself through school and have been successful despite being female and making much less than men. Immigrants need to realize that it will be their kids who make the big bucks and succeed while the parents who immigrated will struggle. As a cultural mix (US, Canadian and Danish citizen because of wacky sexist rules) I have had a lot of confusion over the years trying to fit in and figure out what my values are. I have had to ask my US husband is that behavior normal? Of course different states in the US or going 200 miles north to Canada means a different language to speak (Canadian or Spanish in the South) and different values, ways of dress, etc. so being an immigrant can mean just traveling 200 miles north or to an insane state like Texas or New York. Culture shock is everywhere but most of us move for the money. I am thinking of going back to Canada but my home was Vancouver and that now looks like a hell hole. My husband had over a million dollars in medical care and I really do not wish to lose all my assets to medical costs in the US. So now I am trying to choose between death by earthquake in BC somewhere or death by tornado or perhaps fire storm in Calgary due to climate change.

Oops, a little politics won't hurt anyone) Getting back on maths, on this date there are 196,685 profiles in the CRS pool, which equates to around CAD 590,065,500 in ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING FEE alone. 2 years later it's gonna be another, and another, and another........you get the idea right?\n\nCanada welcomes you to spend some money, but there's no guarantees.

To me, the problem is threefold. a) Toronto and Ontario in general - and perhaps the whole of Canada - are accepting way more immigrants than they have quality jobs for. If you need taxi drivers and plumbers, maybe this experience should be valued way higher than education as part of the existing immigration programs (which is not the case). At least then potential immigrants know this before they come and get stuck in low-paying or relatively OK-paying but repetitive and demoralizing jobs with debts and mortgages that become a trap preventing them from leaving. It's also partially on immigrants themselves who come to Toronto to only find out there's 100 people competing for one spot and that you need to be exceptional - or connected through your ethnic network - to work regular white-collar jobs. b) The official bipartisan policy of non-integration. The naive expectation that having people live in ethnic enclaves will somehow make the overall culture richer is not what happens: instead, people tend to stick to their own communities and the common culture thus gets eroded and limited to economic and financial matters. This makes some cities feel like one large business with everyone networking 24/7 instead of socializing normally. And arguably, having the right culture / social life is what motivates already successful people move in the first place. So when they come and they find out there's nothing but money talk and hustling, they leave (if they're smart). Quebec is doing better in that regard, but then Quebec is not really Canada and it's been pressured to cave in to the same money-centred, uncultured and disconnected society by the feds for decades now. The States is smarter in that it actually makes sure to integrate its immigrants (and let's be honest, many immigrants like being part of a new culture if it fits them) c) Treating real estate as an investment and not as a basic necessity (as Japan or some Nordic countries do, for example). That coupled with a lot of Asian money being laundered in Canada through immigration channels and private equity firms buying whole apartment blocks for rental purposes has led to the highest housing price increase in all of the developed world in the past 20 years or so. The median price of a condo in Toronto is higher than in New York despite the massive gap in salaries and the fact that New York is one of the most expensive cities in the world to begin with. Some draconian measures are needed here to prevent foreign - or even out-of-province ownership -, second property ownership and corporate ownership for renting purposes.

Many leave their own country, and come to Canada BECAUSE of their dislikes; extremism, culture, religion, laws, identity and in some cases backwards thinking; attempt to turn what we in society would consider as sexist, and discriminatory in some examples….\n\n…however when those same individuals finally achieve citizenship, or in some cases this starts (attempt to change Canadian law(s)) before obtaining citizenship, making moves to force the above, everything they despised, hated or disliked about their own country, into this new country ? Its like, the expectation is that we assimilate to them, not that they assimilate to their new chosen country??\n\nIt appears in some cases, going as far as attempting to rationalize why the the very thing they left their own country for, should now be a part of or have a place in Canadian society….where in any place in the World does this happen? Can you imagine, if I were a guest in someone else’s home, being invited over for dinner, but they had rules…like taking off your shoes when entering their home…or demanded they change their menu that they worked hard making for me to eat..or that I do not put my feet up in the coffee table or furniture…but I said, screw that, I don’t agree with their rules..I’m just going to do what I want! What would be the outcome do you think if I were to disrespect their rules?\n\nWhen Canadians have the audacity to say NO, we’re not interested in adopting …the rules/laws of the country they just abandoned…we’re now somehow insulted, or angered the guest? …the same Canada that has welcomed, provided safety, roof over their heads, food on the table, an education for their children, and provided access to our medical (albeit far from perfect) infrastructure.\n\nTo stomp their feet, bang their fist on the table when discovered that it’s expected to take four years of your life to become a doctor (which btw if you’re smart enough to become a doctor, you should be smart enough to of researched the expectations, PRIOR to coming to Canada) in the Country that YOU have chosen to spend the rest of their lives in, to have to work in a job to help support you and your families transitions,…imho, is NOT an unreasonable ask….that 4-5 years of their next 40-50+ ? Well, if that is considered a hardship, then maybe they need to rethink their intent. This is all bullshit, which these two nice ladies are saying. The core of the matter is - Canada wants taxpayers. Government and society do not give a damn about your background. Of course they accept people with higher education - these people provide way less trouble, as opposed to importing warring Afgan highlanders, who are barely literate but will not hesitate to pull a dagger. An engineer will not do that. But our qualifications, education, experience means nothing - they have enough of their own. All they need is extra human material to be occupied in all kinds of disgusting jobs, which born citizens will not take. On top of that - job is not easy to find, wages are low, taxes are high. Cost of real estate is unapproachable, unless you have stolen a million back at home. Car insurance ridiculously high. The only thing we are not paying for in Canada is fresh air. Yet...

I think if you were a doctor or a nurse in your old country and you immigrate to Canada you should be able to continue on in your medical field here in Canada without going through all the BS of exams. This is why we have a shortness of doctor's and nurses here in Canada because the frigging Government won't do anything about it. Except bring more and more refugees in to Canada and illegal migrants using up Canada's healthcare system that the Canadian taxpayers in Canada are force to pay for even though they have family members who are in dire need of medical attention, but the line up and wait time to see a specialist takes a lot of time. If a immigrant is coming to Canada and he or she is a doctor or a nurse and English is not their first language, well then put that immigrant person in an ESL class to learn English or a French learning class if that person is moving to Montreal or anywhere else in Quebec.

I moved to Canada about 17 years ago and yes it is an absolute pain to jump through all the hoops they want you to go through. I was only here a few days and I came from Ireland as a brick and stone mason they recruited me from Ireland and wanted me to come out. Within three days on the job I learned I would be getting less wages than the other bricklayers. I packed up my tools and walked off the job I notified the employer and the union by emails and told him I’d be flying back home in a few days. Well the union and the employers came running straight away to get me to stay. Trying to explain that after a couple of months I’d be on the same money as the rest of the guys. This is where I explain to them that taking home C$1100 was already a pay cut a massive pay cut as are used to take home 2500 to 2200 Euros living in Ireland. I moved to Canada for a change of lifestyle but that doesn’t mean I was going to be taken advantage of. And that’s when they said they would pay me the same as everybody else. Sometimes you just have to stand up for yourself and be willing to follow through. They even reimbursed me for the airline ticket I bought to go back. Some skill sets they really need in this country in addition Canadians population growth is absolutely dependent upon immigration as the family sizes and birth rates are critically to lol to sustained a country. As I’ve said I’ve been living here 17 years now and I am a Canadian citizen I guess that makes me an Irish Canadian now.

Oh this is how every Indian official gov workers behaves, at least 90% of them. While we don't know the full version here, I'll share mine.\nI've waited for hour outside the entrance door along with others where we don't have waiting chairs so had to sit on steps where people pass by even though we all came at the right time that was written on our papers. Then I had to wait about 3 more hours for my appointment chance and then they checked my docs and decided that I don't have two particular doc which isn't even that important these days, but he didn't say that at once, we got first doc and then he said I need another doc. so I had to wait for 3 more hours to get mine as (we had to go to school and get that doc) while all other people like those grandparents, job applicants and farmers got their passports and visas. *sighing*\nI still remember the attitude of that officer, It's like he was just there and I was just waiting his time, and he was just reminding me that his work time was about to be done and that he needs to go. \nI don't understand how the gov offices works, we have tons of population and of course tons of applications that needs to be done for work, yet the gov office working hours just 6-6.5 hours? And they work at sloth speed as well. Software workers have it way hard *taking deep breaths*\nNo use in ranting about how it works in our country

Pretty good Adam I'd just mention a few of those things are...I don't want to say inaccurate but way more diverse. For instance French. Yes Quebec is the only French province BUT New Brunswick is the only Bilingual province and basically half and half. This is good for things like federal of provincial services because by law they must provide service in both languages but not so basically everywhere else. The problem with this is you can have an almost completely English town almost nobody speaks French and drive 15 minutes and be in a town where nobody speaks English. Research on this might be hard because a town with a French name may not have any French people in and vise versa. Also this problem is multiplied in the fact that if you Do want a French area we don't speak standard French or Quebecois but instead Le Chiac which is a difficult and confusing mix of old French and english (almost exactly like the Cajun dialect). Second part of this is that Montreal is easy to live in if you don't speak French and is so multicultural you are just apt to hear Swahili as French in public. Last part is be very careful where you move on the prairies as they have may isolated towns some that speak French also. My aunt and uncle are trying to move back to Haiti. Google Haiti and our safety issues. Yet my uncle and aunt are trying to go back. Honestly that tells me all I need to know. Not bashing Canada in any way. But my uncle was a qualified engineer and my aunt a nurse. They're native french speakers, good English speakers. They went back to school and did everything right, passing all the exams, only to be offered part time employment and no career progression whatsoever. They got passed on for promotions and raises. They're happy they offered a better life to their children, but as they age, they're trying to go back home to Haiti.

You’ve been in an English speaking country for awhile. So why do you need to communicate via Spanish? You should’ve learned the language by now. I know it won’t be easy but, Toronto has a lot of resources for immigrants and even undocumented immigrants. I worked for a shelter and although it was the only one that takes undocumented families, you learn there are resources out there. \nIt’s about aligning yourself with the right community support Center, finding the people who will fight for you. There are so many people here who welcome and want to help all types of immigrants. No matter your background.\nThe people who work helping these communities they are ruthless in their fight for citizenship, or at least finding you a job and home, they will guide you through the system. Social workers, ones in community resource centres, not government centres, will be your best friend. They know where the red tape is and the resources available to you. \nYou could even go to a specific shelter to t all out your options and where you could go to get help.\nI understand this is not ideal. \nBut, if you want to be here, your best friends are non-profits, finding a center that aligns with your story, your background, because they will fight for you. We have people here from every country and resource centres geared towards your own language, religion etc.\nAnother big way to set yourself up for success. Churches, rich churches to be specific. \nMy mom works in a very rich church and it helps them feel better about themselves helping people, you could be nice enough to alleviate their guilt through their wallets, and connections. Under the table work, shelter, space for your family, set you up, they might even have the lawyers you need pro Bono in those rich churches. Church shopping, do not be above it if you don’t have resources. You don’t just get help, you build a community and support system through a common bond, the church. \nI know these aren’t revolutionary tips, but without specifics of your background it’s hard (for me specifically) to give specific advice online as to what services could be provided for you.\nIt’s kind of like a doctors appointment. You need background info to diagnose the resources for you and how to access that help.

While with Canada you have fixed prices, which actually encourages stagnantion in development as anything that streamlines the hospital making it more efficient hurst the hospitals next year of available funding.. while being hurt in the USA can really set the individual back.\nIn Canada you get an overall lower quality of care as the talented doctors end up moving to the states where they can get paid what they are worth not stuck on a fixed income. And after all that rare illnesses in canada as stated don't have any coverage meaning that any one hit with hit rare illness finds out the hard way they can either pay for life saving medication or well pass on.. as most Canadian are taxed to high to have any substantial savings available for such an emergency as they fall into the trap that the government has me covered. \n\nSo each system has its positives and negatives and as far as I'm concerned it's not talked about enough honestly up hear.\n\nIf you have been to the dentist in canada thats basically the usa system, though the prices are fixed in some areas so some services won't be available.. as they don't update the payment schedule often enough so certain procedures pay well, other well can actually cost the dentist out of pocket. \nTherefore in some areas you can't get certain procedures done at all the dentist will refuse.

I've been 6 years here in Canada ... It's the first time I know that when I used to be asked if I need any help, they were actually checking if I am stealing ... I never took it that way .. I always took it positively and that people are being nice to customers ... I prefer to stay in my naivety ... it's easier ... in the other hand as a part time Uber/Lyft driver ... from the middle east ... white riders were generally the best and most polite (apart from very few drunk riders) ... they are miles better than all other races .. including people of my own country ...

A lot of corporate stores have greet rules. If a customer walks within x distance from you, then the rule says you're supposed to greet and ask them if they need assistance. The reason I'm saying this is because some employees follow the rule all the time, some forget. There could be some randomality to how often employees will ask you if you need any help finding anything.

The presenters seems to be a bit biased thinking that all Syrians are muslims, when in fact many Syrian Arabs are Christians, and they’re the true refugees! At one time Syria also had a thriving Jewish community as well! Arab Muslims are by and large a big issue as well as other Muslims, they need tougher scrutiny than non Muslim Arabs. My friend Mohammad a Christian who was raised Muslim in Syria would agree with me.

While racism is real, there are certain people from some religious dicatorships in Canada spying on the free people of this country and making people uncomfortable too. there are those who want to push their beliefs on all Canadians and there has to be a balance in terms of acceptance and inclusiveness. I find many times people also play the race or discrimination card to push their beliefs and ways of life on others while I have heard them for example swear at and judge Canadians for example who don't cover up their hair or wear mini skirts......that is also discrimination and judgement and is also 100% wrong, even though they may be doing it quietly or in their own language. There is sometimes (besides obvious cases of racism of course) that there are 2 sides to the story! People that come to Canada also need to respect its values of respect for all, not just ask for it for themselves. While a lot of wonderful people come here and have the utmost respect for Canada that is NOT the case with those pushing their beliefs and particularly religious views on the rest of Canadians making them feel like outsiders I have heard many stories about.
