Dont bother coming to Canada, its freezing for 6 months, and getting a job is virtually impossible, its very expensive to live and the taxes are more than 50%. Stay away. Healthcare is pathetic, slow and you can even die before being seen by a specialist. \nWe have a drama teacher for president, who now is separated and gave canadians nothing more than drama for the convoys in Ottawa.\nSecondly the finance minister hasn't even done accounting 101, nothing more than a pathetic state of finances in Canada, don't waste your money, choose another country.

I wonder if the reason so many in so many places believe that medical care is a problem is actually a matter of expectations. I know that in the 90s, my little town in Kansas had as many imaging machines as the entire country of Canada, but Canadians were certain they had superior medical care, as did the English. Expectations.\nEven then, if something was so bad that only a silver bullet treatment would possibly help, they still send patients to the USA because they are not equipped to help. Quiet management.\nBut basic medical, especially if you don't have much money, was traditionally better in England. I don't think Canadians had choices, but the functional reality was similarly better than in the States. Expectations.\nFor some time, Americans have had a sense that miracles are practical things that happen all the time, just pull out all the stops to keep grandma in agony another week. This has been reinforced by the civil courts. It is dangerous to be a doctor who does not recommend EVERYTHING be done to prolong life, even miserable life. Insane expectations that waste a lot of money. \nBut basic medical? Just shut up and go to work. Expectations.\nA century ago, there were no significant differences in expectations amongst developed countries because the expectations, based on the technologies of the day, were the same. Plus, there was only so much that could be done, so the total costs of everything were predictable and could be paid for publicly or privately less angst or disappointment. Im over this planet. As soon as my kids get old enough to live on their own, I'll be ready to leave this earth. I lived long enough to learn the important things that have value and truth. Everything else about this life is a waste of time and energy.

Most of the money that is suposed to go to the homeless is wasted on bureaucracy and fraud/corruption. The people handling that money does not want homelessness to end since it would end their cash cow.

Nice and well thought out video. Even though I don't agree with everything, you said it in a considerate way and shared your honest experience. It was just unfortunate that you did not get enough time to settle down. Moving to any new place is extremely tough and especially when you are moving to a completely new city. I live in Germany and I love it here. My wife and I came here to study, but my wife came first and she had a really bad first 6 months in winter. Things got much better later. We Indians miss house help so much in early days, but the fact is you have so much free time here and things are well organized. You don't waste time in traffic, you don't have to go 10 times to a government office to get work done, you don't have to sit with kids everyday to do homework, kids can come and go to school on their own, there is little dust so houses don't get dirty every day, everything is planned and no one is visiting your house suddenly. So in reality, doing the house chores aren't such a big deal because you have a lot of time.

Furthermore, i can take in a mother with children because women and children are our most vulnerable people. If rampant drug use, homelessness and a high cost of living is what you’re looking for then Canada is your answer. I moved to Vancouver in 2016 from Australia. What a monumental waste of time it has been. If you’re not already wealthy, don’t bother moving here and even if you are there are better options than Canada. Ps the government is useless.

Its interesting that as soon as the US government decided that monopolies where great, things started to fall apart here too. Housing prices are out of control, and homelessness is increasing - along with laws victimizing homeless people. Its like the people who run these companies are mentally ill. They want customers and employees, but they do everything they can to destroy or drive away everyone who could become a customer or employee.\n\nI was lucky to buy something before housing prices went insane. But now there's no way to move anymore because renting is too expensive, and investors just out bid everyone and drive up the prices. I really prefer renting, and I used to always move to be near my current job. But for my next job I would have to waste 15 hours a week to drive to a job I could do just as well at home. If I didn't have family here, I would leave.

Taxes and Prices are too high to live here.\nHealth care system is fked up along with housing. \n5 of my friends left country for better salary and life to other countries. Find good job is getting harder and harder every year. Low pay job does not even pay your rent. It becomes joke now what they did to this country.\nI have to fly out of country for full medical check up spend 2 hours and 800$ cad but i went thru test which you have to wait in canada 1 year or not permitted. Full CTI Scan MRI , endoscopy and full blood test, etc cost me 800$ and just spend couple hours without waiting so i got my result. In Canada it is not possible even you approve to go.thru test waiting time min 6.month. to visit family doctor 4 weeks waiting time. \nDo not waste your time.and money moving here there is only modern slavery here

I secured a job before moving to Canada. \nDespite everything was organised, I struggled a bit to settled in Canada, ended back in Australia.\n\nI’m happy to have one foot in india & another in Australia.\n\nSome of the issues i faced in in Canada:\n\nExtreme harsh Weather for someone with back pain etc, which I have. \n\nAgain, weather not suitable for both of our parents.\n\nWages are very low compare to Australia even after adjusting the currency difference.\nThis was my imperative requirement to support my family back in India. \n\nTax rate is higher than Australia.\n\nTechnically, pay rate is low, tax is high. \n\nAustralian universities offer better quality education than that of Canada. My neighborhood had a big influx of immigrants moving in and I can see the difference they brought, they never cut grass, leave garbage out on lawn, they use the creeks as their own waste dump they give off looks at you like you're a problem in your own country, they stare in a very creepy manor at women, I had one stand at the end of my driveway and film my house, like just weird shit all the time. Not to mention there always seems to be like 12 of them living in a basment apartment, half probably cant speak english or even have a legit reason to be in Canada, then you see them bagging for money and its like why are they even here if you cant afford to live here? \nImmigration at this point is an insult to Canadians and to the ones who legally immigrated and wanted to be apart of canadian culture.

Alhamdulillah I left Canada. \nWe did not like the lifestyle and the unsafe surroundings. \nI had a driver's license and had everything but not nice. \nMy family had student visas but except for climate, we had nothing else to like. \nDon't waste time or money going to Canada, not worth it.

i'm watching this while booking overtime because I can't make it on 40 hours a week. Its a real problem. Government waste abounds, Aboriginals just got a 23 billion payout this year. I'm leaving because I want to start a family and Canadian women are giant zeros for starting families. I have dated too many women in this country, it's crazy, I never thought I'd be that guy but I cannot find a decent woman I'd marry here. 50% of the women are infertile or have uterus problems. 35% are on SSRI's or psyche meds. I'm only dating fit decent looking women, and the pool here isn't that big because so many women are obese and refuse to exercise or eat properly. The weather is terrible too. The politics are awful too. It's become so expensive. The tax money is wasted, you get very little value for your taxes. Canada feels like a slave colony that they stuff gullible immigrants into, and hope they can trap them.

There is NO DREAM in Canada. The doctors, electrical engineers, and financial professionals have Big waste of time here. A very well experienced Doctor from say India has got way more practical experience and surgery. What all they need time is to get some system training. A Dentist, ophthalmologist, heart surgeons, orthopedic and so on with small training they can be easily absorb in the system after thorough check on skills.

I've lived in Dubai (traveled to many other countries).. this is nowhere near being considered as developed anymore (GDP criteria is outdated)..Canada got developed and they forgot to update and even upgrade..!! The drug situation is so bad that I really hope that you didn't come across crackheads/homeless who are under the influence of drugs at all times.. No doubt there are way more homeless people in India, but they are working or at least trying in some way to make their life better and they never hurt you at least, here, it's the opposite, as they literally can do anything.. you can find them roaming all over on the streets of Old Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa.. You can literally find them everywhere.. someone commented earlier that you should give 2 years.. Bro or sis.. it's a complete waste as I am at the same point.. and on top of it when you invested 2 years, it even becomes tougher as it becomes even harder to go back as you have spent so much on furniture, house, car, tools, n all and most importantly - 2 YEARS of life. I've a lot at stake currently and that's the only reason I am stuck otherwise leaving this place seems to be inevitable.. \n\nI travel extensively all throughout and forget about expressways anywhere in Canada (Except 407 which has an insane toll rate) it's a 4-lane highway just 80 km from Toronto to the rest of 450+ kms to Montreal which are 2 major cities of this so-called developed country.. same is for Ottawa, the same hold true from Calgary to Edmonton, and any other major town/city!! on top of it, they are struggling to even maintain those (always under construction - even construction is a wrong word to use as they aren't adding anything new.... it is just being repaired in true words) Same is true with adding new infra in terms of hospitals or any other facility... Banking sucks.. Still dealing through the mail (Postal mail).. (Mails not e-mails). I simply can't get that.. the tax agency - CRA sends communications through the mail, and the same with any other agency.. Comon.. grow up is what I feel at times..!! People are literally not willing to work (Except hard-working immigrants), Govt. doesn't have any plans for the future regarding the economy and development... just bringing in immigrants.. that's it..\n\nYou've made a very smart decision and really at a very good time.. wish you, and your family all the best..!!

Over sabi have you heard of the IRC refusing a nurse who came into Canada with Tourist visa; and then successfully passed his/her NClex while there regularization before? When making analysis; better get your facts right and if you are intending to remind IRC of the weakness in the tourist Visa; You are a failure because no matter how you complain ; they won't change it because this alone has sourced them over 5000Nurses and doctors to fill their workforce shortage. You that as a Nurse or a Doctor got to Canada and refuse to take the appropriate exams to practice; is that person not a bigger fool for wasting his/her life savings for sight seeing?
