The vast majority of these immigrants are not high skilled labour. People need to realise that the only reason Canada is doing this is because its birth rate is so low, they’ve said it many times. They are literally replacing their population and Canadian culture is dying along with it. Canada will be known more and more for being America’s hat if this continues and it will no longer survive as country. All at the cost of actual Canadians. The same thing is sadly happening in Australia. Oh yeah, not to mention 90% of these immigrants are settling in like 5 urban areas. You can tell this is a recipe for disaster.

Canadians are too kind and polite to tell you a straight N O... never in a million years would I move to the USA. There are too many reasons never to move there! What about medical? Ours is FREE and it doesn't matter if you have pre-existing conditions ever. We do not get the Hurricanes, tornadoes, major flooding, and extremely ugly ugly politics. I'm not saying we're perfect but we're a hell of a lot better than the u.s.a. there are many many more reasons but I have not mentioned.

Canadian tech salaries are laughable because our tech industry is laughable. No competition, barely any inventions and not as big of an industry as the US; hence lower salaries. Why tech industries don't flourish here is a million reasons and I wish for it to change one day. Our largest companies are all Banks, Monopolies or Oligopolies and its the one thing I dislike about Canada.\n\nOur largest and only (actual) tech company that isn't a consulting firm IS SHOPIFY. I want to augment your point about the healthcare thing: Not everything is free here. For example, you’re not charged for your 5 minute consultation with a medical professional - all too often eager to write you a prescription, tell you you’re fine, and get the next healthcare number in the door (after his piss/smoke/coffee/shit *[in that order]* break) - and for which you just waited 45 minutes past the appointment time, getting sneezed on by at least 6.48 different people in the waiting room. First time that I watched your channel - and I commend your candor and your openness. I lived in Canada in the Niagara peninsula and the Greater Toronto Area from 1953 to 1989. Then in 1990, I had a job opportunity to work for a Michigan base company that allowed me much global business travel. I could have moved to Michigan with my wife and two sons however I decided that my residence would still be in Canada on the Windsor side of the Detroit river. I commute every working day across the border and I am glad that I did in fact remain a resident of Canada. I do have a green card still to this day in 2023 as I continue to work for the same company. I can tell you that the for the first few months in 1990, every time that I would cross the border to go back home, I felt a sense of ease and contentment to be back in Canada. I do like the USA but I prefer living in Canada.

One phenomenon that's come up is how mean spirited people show up at retail stores, demand to speak to the managers, try to get the employees in trouble or fired. It's like they get entertainment or gratification from being cruel to people. It's as if people of little wealth are considered to be less than nothing. During COVID, there were cases of people coughing purposefully on immuno-compromised people, trying to give them COVID and kill them. There are some people like that in Canada, but to a far lesser extent. There are also reported cases in the U.S of people calling their cops on their black neighbor telling them that he's an intruder in his own house, trying to get him swatted.

Every time I go I feel insecure just knowing some people may carry a gun. That alone tells how those people feel in their own town. The need to be armed to feel being ready and able to protect yourself is in itself scary. \nI do not like being surrounded by scared people ready to shoot.

I live just outside of Montreal, pretty near the border. One of my good friends used to live in Vermont, right near the border and we would visit each other several times a year. This is the biggest load of crap I ever heard I live in Edmonton as well I am a nurse and I also have two half black children who both identify as black my daughter is 18 yrs old and has never once in her life received any kind of racism as well I have never received any racism having them. It's almost like they don't see how the effects of employers offering wages too low to support paying rent being mixed with large investment firms buying up all the Housing stock and enacting policies of constantly evicting current tenants to increase rental prices isn't a major component in the problem.\nThe reality is, the housing crises could be easily fixed by raising minimum wage to a living wage and restricting investment firms from using residential housing as investment stocks especially as one of their tactics seems to be to intentionally not rent out large portions of their housing stock to create a shortage in supply, this driving up demand along with rental prices.\nYou can't honestly complain about the homeless crisis while ignoring the fact that corporations are intentionally keeping rentals empty to drive up rental prices. The problem is the USA gets to tell other countries how to be. Latin here, I came here legally but I can tell you that it was difficult as hell for my mom to bring me here, it took money and years for that, but I want you as a fellow citizen to understand their situation first, in Latin America you could be graduation from college and even with that having a good job it’s difficult sometimes, unlike here education in Latin America is not always something that all people can get and every time they vote for someone it becomes more trashier, housing for the poor doesn’t even exist, half of the country is corrupt and going outside you don’t who you may find, my brother needs to wait 7 years to become a resident (not citizen) he will be 30 something at that point, what the government should do is make the residency easier and I can tell you something like this wouldn’t occur that easily, my mom is a lawyer in my country and I can tell you the situation wasn’t easy, every three times a week there would be shooting outside my house, drug dealer was my neighbor, and at the age of 15 there would parents of two kids the sad part all this is normal, stopping it is imposible because it gets you kill, the police will kill you for doing a peaceful protest just to stop feminicide, wanting your kid to go outside without being scare something would happen to them, this people want peace and a job that is it and when your own country doesn’t even give you the right for that how could you live? Latin America is like living in the worst state in U.S multiply by 1000 and happening the same thing every day, riots or protest are imposible there because you know the police will never go the peaceful way, what this people are doing is wrong but they just want to live, it even surprise how much people hate their president here when in Latin America there hasn’t been any good president in decades. Before someone tells me something, like I say what they are doing is wrong and it’s painful to watch, something should not be happening in the first place but it is happening and I hope the situation gets better but like I say before saying something disrespectful or out of place to these people, understand their situation first

This is what happens when you steal peoples lands, displace them, draw lines in their country, push them out, just because you told them this wasn’t their land, they remember, they have elders that speak of the old ways, you people kill me, you know these people stole America, and moved people against their will all around the world, yet you sit here like this land mass belongs to you. Our Creator didn’t creat these boundaries man did. Our Creator gave instruction for the lands, Ham-The Hot Lands, Japheth- The Cold Lands, Shem-The Seasonal Lands. You people are more Japheth lineage and shouldn’t be here, that’s what colonization will do, put you in a place you’re not suppose to be. You don’t get to cause famine, death, and all sorts of evils in other countries, and don’t expect them to eventually make their way to the only safe place, while you neglect to tell your citizens you told these people what you were doing in their country was to help them, and the entire time you stole their resources, kept them poor, and then you put them on TV to show how much better we have it in America, when you’re the one who caused the problem. I would never visit Europe, Canada, South America, or Asia because of anti-black racism. The only places I would visit are the African continent, Haiti, Jamaica and Barbados. I keep telling myself and others not to visit European and Asian countries because they don't like black people. And yes it's their culture: anti-black racism. I would never go where I'm not welcome or wanted.
