He suspended parliament and refuses to call an election. No decision / agreement can be made re. Tariffs, etc. because technically we have no leadership right now. Trudeau has had his up and downs in Canadian politics over the years, with the ever present divide between Conservatives and Liberals here in Canada, but one thing is for sure, he's a true statesman, who speaks with wisdom from the heart, and for that is respected around the world. Trump would be smart to take notes from Trudeau, a man with considerably more skill, etiquette and experience in the field of political leadership, both hear at home, and on the world stage.

I am Canadian and I am glad Trudeau is actually hard on fentanyl. Surprise. If so, I would like to know if Trudeau, and his successor whoever that may be, and the Liberals of course, will be just as hard if not harder on fentanyl dealers, users, and criminals.
