Trudeu has done what Merkel did. Saying one thing for show, making people believe that they can go, then once the people get there, it's shown that thse words where just hot air. Merkel even backed everyone up in Hungary (see the Eastern Railway incident) and put the blame on the Eastern European countries for not being humane. ?\nCanada's darling dear did the same thing here and everyday people hoping for a new life get the sharp end of the deal. \nI don't see why this moma's boy is so idealised. He's just spouting popular rot, then backing out. A nation leader should take care what he/she says, otherwise you're just another style of Trump to me.

What, did he think he would be given a free ride? Does he actually think immigrating to a new country wasn't going to cost him anything? How many years did he live in the US? And now, in Canada for the last 10+ months, yet he can't speak a fucking word of English? \n\nNow he complains that the process is taking too long, yet, had he immigrated legally (as he should have), it would have taken FAR longer and would have to spend that time inside his home country...\n\nI really don't get his attitude, he feels as though he's entitled to immigrate to the US, even though he made absolutely no effort in doing so legally, made absolutely no effort into learning the most widely spoken language on Earth, so he became a criminal by illegally crossing the border and living in the US for years... Then, when he's about to get busted and deported back to his home country, he pulls the exact same thing, illegally crosses the border into Canada, taking the money he's stolen from the US with him, while STILL unable to speak either official languages in Canada where speaking Spanish is about as useful as a condom in a lesbian orgy, nor making any effort into actually learning said languages, and tries to claim refugee status? Refugee status for what? He's not fleeing any war or conflict, the only thing he's fleeing is deportation to his home country from the US because he crossed the border into the US and lived there ILLEGALLY, he's a fucking criminal... And yet, he STILL feels he's entitled to cross the border into Canada and thinks they'll welcome him with open arms...\n\nWhere do these people get the idea that they have the RIGHT to just enter whatever country they wish without having to go through the immigration process? These processes are there for a reason, we don't allow just anyone to immigrate here...\n\nImmigrating to the US is a PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT... Immigrating to Canada is a PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT... \n\nThe fact that this guy and his family have entered 2 countries ILLEGALLY and stayed within its borders ILLEGALLY for all this time, and in both cases, REFUSED to learn the language, and when he was about to be deported back, he fled and kept hiding from immigration officers... That makes him and his family CRIMINALS, and rightfully so... They should be found immediately, arrested and subsequently deported back to the US to face whatever charges, and then deported back to his home country... Period...

This is a sad story for this poor guy and I feel sorry for him.But how can anyone live in a country for more than 15 years and not speak the country's language fluently?.It really boggles my mind.C'mon.If I were to live in Germany then I'd make sure that I could speak German before moving over there.That's a crying shame.Shame on him for not speaking English while living all this time in America.I reckon that many of these illegal immigrants from Hispanic communities just don't seem to care to learn the language or to assimilate to our culture and traditions.They give us the impression that all that they want is the benefits that the country has to offer them.I guess immigration on both countries should deport the ones who've been living in the country illegally for many years and can't speak the language or don't wanna assimilate.There's just no excuse for not learning the language during all this time that he had lived in America.\nOn the other hand these people are morons for trying to go to Canada.Canada's immigration laws are pretty restricted and even tougher than in the United States.Canada will never give them a heart felt warm welcome and they should know better.They should know that Canada is a POINT OF NO RETURN.

Why don't they just go home .......

So you're accepted into the USA under a protection program, when it starts looking like your program is ending, you jump ship and start trying to ignore your program that your in that states you have to go home...\n\nThe mere fact that you're escaping to Canada shows you don't care about you immigration program and agreement, so why would we want to accept you? You'll just take as much as you can from our resources and economy and then jump ship the first chance you get, when you think there's a better oppurtunity.

Understand wanting a better life but this is what you put your family thru when you go into a country that you do not have citizenship and just expect to stay. You should try to do things ahead of time or enter the country legally and go from there. You wouldn't have had to flee to Canada if you hadn't snuck into the United States. Most of these people don't even try to enter the country legally and go about it the right way. They just come on in and then cry when shit doesn't go their way down the road.

It's a high honor to wear the hijab? Then why do you take it off at home? If women are respected so highly in your religion than why are your mosques segregated? If it is a choice than why are women stoned to death if they don't wear it in countries like Saudi Arabia and why does it say you will go to hell on the Quran of you don't wear it? Why are men in charge of the women and why can they beat you when you are suppose to be treated respectfully when wearing the hijoob?? There is no light on Islam. It is just darkness and oppression. People that are unable to assimilate the culture of the country where they are immigrating, better just stay at their home country. Live the way you like respecting your religion, but don't go to a new country and try to impose on others  your own values.

The Wahhabi Saudi Islam ,,,this niqab is forbidden in schools and government building in secular Muslim countries,,,the problem this Wahhabi Saudi orthodox Islam is corrupting the Muslim communities,,,this guys bring Arabs tradition and it's not in religion,,,and most of this Wahhabi Muslims are teaching hate against any other religions or even against the other Muslim sects like Sufi ,Shia ,ahmadiya,,,,,all secular Muslims hate when they see this long bear religious and women with burka ,,,it's like in middle age century ,just one world to this fanatic Wahhabi ,if you don't like the Canadian values why you are here ,you can go to Saudi Arabia or Pakistan ,and you can live like salve .

To all the Muslims of the west, if you don't like secular societies and you can't tolerate the essence of freedom of speech, just go to any country with sharia law and enjoy your life there...It is that simple, no fuss....But if you demand from secular societies to change in order for you to practice your religion unreformed, than it is simple again........FUCK OFF!!

The thing I don't understand is that when people come to our country to live and enjoy our way of living, why can't they just follow our beliefs and not try to change them... I will never change my culture to make any immigrant feel more like home, if they don't like it then they can go back to where ever they came from... I personally don't mind immigrants, but they have to start excepting our culture and not try to change...

I don't feel angry or upset, because I've experience being followed in a store and I've worked in clothing retail and seen the actual types of people that do steal and to be honest, it doesn't matter the color of the skin or the amount of money a person have, thieves come in all different background. I've seen white women steal, I've seen black women steal, I've seen Hispanic women steal. I've seen a group of people steal, I've seen toddlers steal. What they taught me in retail is just like best buy, you have to make your presence known, but there is a difference between harassment and actually helping the customer. The sad thing is this will never go away as long as people continue to steal. and when you have minorities that do steal, it makes it hard for the other hard working minorities to catch a break.

What i'm hearing is 1 muslims are peaceful 2 women are brainwashed (easily done ) 3 don't hate muslims because of jihadists ......All lies muslims do not simulate in society , muslim women have a lot of freedoms now but when sharia law takes over they can kiss a lot freedom goodbye (idiots) , all jihadists are muslim . think of it this way there are no other religions in saudia arabia , go there and try to open a christian church . Muslims need to understand that we don't like them it's simple really yes the liberal media and some left wing people think otherwise but the vast vast majority would rather they all just leave it's not racists it's just we want to enjoy life they seem to want to make everything about religion just go away

Tolerance is not a one way street. Canadians (and other westerners) should wake up and realize that, and also form a basic understanding about the evils of islam, that muslims stand for.\nMany douchebags and pseudo-liberals of the Ben Affleck kind, will go to great lengths to defend islam and muslims while knowing absolutely nothing about that religion or its followers, with the only purpose being to selfishly display how PC they are. A true liberal person will value their acquired freedoms and privileges, and not be tolerant of the intolerant. Furthermore, real leaders should not be afraid to bring these points up, backing them up with hard evidence (not just hear-say or opinions), for the purpose of protecting civilised society: so that muslims and non-muslims all can understand why islam is incompatible with western civilisation. If muslims are offended by any of that, then that offence is brought on by themselves. PC has no place here.\n\nHere are some reasons why islam is incompatible with civilised society:\n1. Muslims consider the quran to be the perfect book and their prophet to be the perfect man, who's behaviour is to be aspired to, so perfect that any imagery of him does him great injustice and is forbidden. Other than being plain stupid, this in itself doesn't affect civilised society much (except free speech when drawing cartoons), but this does becomes a critical point in combination with the next points:\n2. A perfect man does not marry a 6 year old girl and then f*ck her when she's 9. But that's what their perfect prophet did and they know it, often justifying it as being in a different time. Well no time ever has been ok for a 50+ year old man to f*ck a 9 year old. \n3. In this religion that muslims consider perfect, apostasy is to be punished by death (quran 4:89). This combined with the fact that muslims consider their religious doctrines more important than man-made (western) law is something that makes them incompatible with civilised society. Of course they benefit from the civilised society, but not vice versa. \n4. Then there are the many verses in the quran that order muslims to fight non-muslims (and specifically jews), order death for adultery and homosexual behaviour, etc. Just search and you'll find as there are way too many to list here. Islam is an extremely controlling religion, it intervenes in everything aspect of human life, even as far as with which hand is to be used for eating and which for wiping off after taking a dump. It also declares itself to be the only true and last religion leaving no space for other religions or atheism. This is what makes it such a totalitarian and fascist religion.\n\nMuslims won't deny these points I listed, but they often will try to evade addressing them. \nToo keep a long story short: if you are really a tolerant/liberal person, then you stand your ground and stand for civilised principles, and don't tolerate or defend islam like some traitorous PC pseudo-liberal Ben Aslick sort of character.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. In Saudi Arabia, non-muslims have to wear the hijab. So if Muslims plan to stay in Western countries, they have to unveil just like every other Western woman. Besides, you don't know if it is a man or a woman in burquah and it's frightening. They talk about women in Islam wearing the hijab, but how many of them really pracitise true Islam. Why are not wanting to go to Saudi Arabia. Double standards - they want the Western lifestyle and money and not the Saudi Arabian lifestyle. No other religious group flaunt their religion like the Muslims.

This Muslim are really lazy. they run away from their country and come to another man country to cry for food. go back to your Islamic country and fight for your land . we don't need your bulshit preaching . take all your women and if you like cover their entire body we don't care. just don't bring it to London\n.

Im muslim and i dont know whats he deal with the niqab, just eove the niqab, this is 21st century, you can't walk into a supermarket, mall, airport or any other locations with the niqab, it's lile your hoding your identity. If you disagree with theae laws , then go back to your own great 'Islamic ' countries....Canada gives you a better quality of life and you beat the hand that feeds you . If you want to live under Sharia Law there are plenty of countries that already practice it. Don't try and impose S,L on the free world. Go live in Saudi, Pakistan, Iran where it exists in all its misogynistic glory. However, I would remind you it's forbidden for a man to speak to a woman who is not a member of their family. So you are breaking your own laws by doing what you are doing justify that if you can. I have no truck with folk following a religeon, just folk foisting it on me
