That figure reflects the people who were already AT the border, and then detained/sent back. The figures Trump's Admin released are the number of illegals that ICE actually rounded up within the US... and the reason there were so many illegals AT the border under Biden is because under his pathetic Administration the border was wide-open. That's NOT the case under Trump, who immediately shut down the border. CNN is pure GARBAGE. They, like all the illegals, should be deported as well!!

You don t come to USA if you don t know where to leave period .It has been like that for years.Normally from the airport you have to fill the adress of who will host you or the person who sponsored you.\nAnd by immigration standard you should not come here to be a charge and take advantage of the welfare system .From the USA ambassy where you postule for a USA visa everything is designed to avoid those kinds of situations .If you dont have a place to stay then ICE has to send you back to where you came .USA has been almost like that for years???.\nIf you cross the border illigaly you have to be detain and expulse automatically.\nSeeking asylum don t mean it as to be in USA only .There are so many countries crossed by those migrants that could and should take them as asylum seekers unless those countries did not sign the asylum seekers international treaty.

The ICE agents will be accompanied by at least one Customs agent who does not need a warrant to enter and search . Once inside the ICE agents have the arrest warrants . It will stand up in court .

State and local governments cannot be forced to help with deportations HOWEVER they cannot interfere with ICE and Border Control. That is a federal law. Laken Riley Act does require any illegal immigrant to be immediately turned over to ICE if they have been previously arrested even for a misdemeanor.

Canada has a weird system where the border is guarded by CBSA but patrolling it done by RCMP, that's like saying CBP guards the border but the federal police (FBI) patrols them (in real life it's ICE that does this). So why couldn't/wouldn't the government allow CBSA to patrol the borders? the 1.3 billion budget that was promised is mostly going to RCMP for choppers/drones and more personel to patrol the areas.. no wonder CBSA is pissed
