Is Trump’s performance in the Oval Office really what the GOP equates to strength? Kicking our ally while they’re down, who’s been fighting one of our supposedly greatest adversaries who invaded their country? Berating him for not wearing a suit, or not being grateful enough, or being too hateful to the man who invaded his country and kidnapped Ukraine’s children? If this is strength, why doesn’t he treat Putin this way? It’s only weaker allies where he pounds his chest. Bully. Coward.

As an American, I don’t watch CNN clips and believe what politicians say on either side to get my news. However, it’s absolutely true that EU, and China places tariffs on the US. It is also true that United States provide most of the security for all the free nations. At what point do we say enough? I do not know if Mexico or Canada has tariffs on US goods before this. But if they did, they have become quite entitled, haven’t they.

You and your country are admirable! I am an American and I completely oppose what the Trump administration is doing with these tariffs. I will be buying Canadian and Mexican whenever possible, and have changed my European vacation plans to spend my vacation dollars in Canada this spring and in Mexico this fall.\n\nI am impressed with the alternative trade agreements Canada is developing. As a US citizen, who voted for Trump three times, i never thought id agree with Trudeau. \nThe US cannot win a trade war, the US versus the world. I was planning to go to a U.S. National Park, but I guess I will go to Canada and visit theirs while also giving them my money. I love our national parks, but waiting in line to get in or going to one to find it littered because we can't be proud enough to pay for care of our parks? So pathetic.
