Even if there are a fair few efficient trans people with their head in their job. There are still going to be an inordinate amount of issues with these people, especially medically if they are going through transitioning whilst serving. In general they are going to be more of a logistical headache compared to bog standard boring normal people.

You're coming over here because they want something better for their lives. They have struggled most other lives. I'm sure they have seen death. Canada has been recruiting for the armed forces here trying to entice more woman to its ranks. This includes air force. I have had 2 children in Canada, both being a cesarean birth, one head injury where I was in a coma for 3 months, total stay in hospital, 6 months, and had cancer treatment in hospital lasting 2 years, all while being a single father, raising my 2 girls, and I only paid my $58.00 healthcare premium paid 4 times a year, and nothing else.
