I happen to be one American that has fallen on hard times. Got injured, am now unemployed, and no place to live. I applied for assistance as I have paid my taxes for 40+ years now and found out I am at the bottom of a huge waiting list. I have a problem with illegals getting money and housing thrown at them and I am on the streets. Please pray for my fiancée and me.

America… for the love of God please start protecting OUR OWN borders instead of worrying so much about other country’s borders around the world!! The left is so worried about being woke instead of taking care of the Americans who pay for all of it. I’ve busted my A$& all my life to work hard and am tired of spending billions of dollars on foreigners who just abuse our systems and get free money, phones, places to live, medical care, food, etc. and act like we owe them. It’s bad enough we have enough actual citizens who abuse the system because they are too lazy to work and care for themselves. If we keep letting in every person from every other country we will lose everything we value and hold dear to our lives. We have homeless Americans with drug addiction so they can numb out the fact that they have lost everything. We have families in mass living in their car's, veterans ignored and tossed aside like garbage. Empty house's in every state that the government can buy and section8 them we look to China and other countries for electronics ect; Detroit shut down for Toyota to ship in their vehicles. Yet the news shows us this crap, can the government please fix the USA and make it America the great again!!!!?

Why isn't our military lined up, completely armed and ready to shoot in situations like this? Plus less people could sneak in if we were lined up. I'm actually surprised the people who live here haven't decided to do the same since this administration won't do anything. Americans are having a hard time. We cannot take these people. How date they think they can do as they please and just barge their way in. This is ruining our economy n national security!!!!!!!!?‍♀️

More immigrants mean taco shops, taco shops make hot tacos and more tacos in the supply chain is all we need to bring Taco prices down. which means we can eat more tacos. Immigrant = Taco shop = Cheap Tacos = happy tummy \n \n2. Your precious time! \nWhy clean your own Cars, or your pets which take hours and hours. Your time is precious. You can save so much time for so little money and with that time you can work for even more money or go have a great time. Let’s all live like KING! Be a Great person without doing anything! \nWe want to be good neighbors, but my room is just too comfy. I know that feeling but you don't get many chances in life to help someone, this is our chance! Also, they are doing all the work. Let us all pretend that we did something and let them in. After this we can go back to playing video games or watching our favorite shows. \n \nYes. In the beginning They will need help since they came here so poor. But don’t you lift a finger. There are Church groups and Organization and if they are lucky, they might have family member. Our government could also pitch in if they really want as they can think of them as a small investment. A seed for the bigger picture, and we think big. We have abandoned neighborhoods and empty buildings and I would rather have hard-working people take over instead of all these crack-up druggies calling themselves homeless. This will build and strengthen our neighborhoods and trickle into a stronger country. \n \n4.Can’t own Slaves anymore, but we got the next best thing. \nCheap labor. We need to have our own Giant Factories and more Labor force and Health care worker relief. Let them in but they must work hard and cheaply and take Jobs most Americans don't want as they are starting from the bottom. Until they master English, they are not a threat to any jobs that you might want, and most don't even bother to learn which is good for us. \n \nHealthcare workers are working too hard. Let’s use migrants and help them out, immigrants can do all the labor-intensive and poop work so our healthcare workers can focus more on the health of the patients. This will reduce hospital bills since labor is a major cost to any business. We will also all receive better care at the hospital. \n \nUS companies and foreign companies are building factories in India or in Mexico when the same workers are at our doors. Let's build them here in the USA and we English speakers will have to manage them unfortunately since that’s the language of the Country. If you speak Spanish and English, you are going to have many jobs. \nEverything important should be made in America with all these workers. We can all have our own factories and business and exploit cheap labor flocking to our Great Country. We must use this to our advantage while it lasts. \nCheap labor we can Build houses that are affordable. Fix all the infrastructure we have been crying about. \n \n5. If War we're ready! \nIf we ever have another World War first one to go are minorities and poor people so, not only does it provide us with a bigger army, but you might not be first to get drafted. Not only that but because we have immigrants we would have stronger ties to those immigrant countries which can come in handy later. You never know which country will become the next global leader and we can always use military support. \n \nIf there are other legal exploitation, we can benefit from having immigrants into our Great nation please share! You're not correct about the Quebec government banning the hijab - actually they ban all forms of religious expression in clothes worn at work by public servants - so don't criticize us unless you get the facts straight. All countries are facing public health crisis especially in the aftermath of a global pandemic, you mention how long it could take to get an MRI - weeks/months, but it's no worse than in the UK, or other western countries. I do agree with you about limited competition in banking and tech - but we're still a young and growing country, however, look at the global recession that took place in 2007 - Canada was least affected by mortgage default, the US was hit the worst and hundreds of thousands had their homes foreclosed by the Banks, yet in Canada because of our strict banking policies we were saved and the Banks worked with defaulters to try to keep their homes. Taxes, well most countries require you to file your own taxes at the end of the year - what's so strange about that? Yes sales tax is added onto the sales price depending on what province and what you are purchasing, same as US, just because it's not the same in Europe doesn't mean it's worse! Listen, when you're a newcomer to any country you need to fit in when looking for a job, put in the effort, take the time, do the work, any country is going to expect you to be able to speak the language and know the lingo, so I don't agree with your analysis that Canadians are risk adverse! You are 100% correct about the housing crisis, listen it's been going on everywhere for decades, and international investors in the past 10 years or so woke up and noticed that Canada was a great bet for investment, so the problem got really bad. The government just passed a 2 year moratorium on non Canadians buying real estate - as have many other countries, so fingers crossed no more new foreign landlords just regular Canadians buying their first homes, let's hope so!! I've lived many years in Europe - and I loved it! But the quality of life in Canada is better. If you don't live in the crowded city you can have a nice property with lots of space, good roads, not bad school system, very friendly and helpful people. Quebec has some of the best food on the North American continent, we have clean air and lots of water in Canada - I'm very happy here, so don't be so negative please!

I am an American expat now living in a Latin American country and have been for more than 10 years. My quality of life has greatly improved since the move. I think the 'untold truths' apply to all of the Western world. 'They' have a system in place that was established 'by them, for them'. Born & raised in les Cantons de l'Est, I was pleasantly surprised that you got #1 right! Just one drive along the St Lawrence River (not on the highway please) demonstrates the cheer beauty and charm of Québec, and you'd be hard pressed to find a more world-class city than Montréal (it is also impossible to find an older & more beautiful North American city than la Ville de Québec.)\n\nLife brought me to Toronto, but my heart will always belong to Brome-Missisquoi.

Justin Trudeau seriously caused a huge immigration issue of Mexicans and south americans coming to our country. Like dude I was born in Canada and my parents are immigrints who came legally so I can tell you my side. A non biast side. Since I live and work here I can tell u most people of colour r welcoming, however most people who are here and have trouble finding work dont wanna see more people come and make it harder like texas and arizonia. A despot has decided to ethnically cleanse his country ... for seven years that i, and as such human beings by nature are of the mindset they'd prefer to live and try to seek a better life for themselves and their families. But you don't focus on that fact. You focus on the nickels and dimes being spent on accommodation. We get it, you don't like people putting a burden on your system. The USA... wealthiest nation on the earth would prefer to not allow migrants into their county. You could afford to open up your country but are fearful of the financial burden and I have seen some Americans question why these illegals are getting free food and education on our dime. Consider an investment in your future. In 50 years the amount of money spent on these migrants fleeing from desperate situations is a paltry sum Mr Scrooge. BUT if one of those people makes a dramatic difference to your country then think how far ahead you will be. \nThe alternative is to send back the refugees or illegals and wish them well. Can you show the professor to Belgium please. I prefer a Canadian over an American or a German because our racism exceeds all borders. On a daily basis I experience black racism on an unheard scale. People come to me and explain they feel totally excluded from our society even when they contribute to it by (mostly manual) hard labor and social or political engagement. Maybe a Canadian profile could get some acceptance in Belgium. Same thing goes for Hindi, Asian and Muslim people. I'd like to address this to the woman who went to one of Trump's rallies dressed as a Moslem with her head covered with a scarf and having a sign that reads, 'I come in peace'. I don't know why she was asked to be escorted out, but by her own words the people in the crowd were throwing questions at her as to whether she had a bomb under her cloak. Well, whether she knew it or not, she provoked the crowd by wearing the mark of a Moslem - her cloak. Also, by going to the rally dressed the way she was, she knew before hand that she'd be treated that way. On her part, I see that as provocation. Had she gone plainly dressed or attired like everybody else, there would have been no adverse reaction toward her. I don't know what she could have said why she was asked to be escorted out, but she fully knows that the whole of America had been given the real and true picture of Islam - one of terror, murder, beheading, bombs, war, and blood. How do Moslems expect the most compassionate, kind, benevolent people in the world to act? So, please, use your common sense and do not see America as the enemy, the aggressor, or the provocateurs. They're not. They are just being vigilant knowing that the enemy could be so sly, cunning and untrustworthy. Islamic people,we welcomed you to our country. Don't think that we are not watching you. We have given you a new start for a happy life compared to the life you have had in your native lands, but we are guarding against an invasion that your evil governments have designed for our beloved country. The truth of the matter is that you are our guests in our country, and you don't have he right to demand of us what you like, especially when you want us to change our laws just to accommodate or please you. The more attacks you perpetrate against Americans, the more we will be true to our resolve to deport you. Good Moslems, show your rage against the radicals amongst you.
