It's much like during COVID-19 when you were there for Canadians at every step, every turn with initiatives and concrete help. Too bad we cannot procure masks and vaccines to ward off Trump-25. You, your Ministers and Premiers are working so hard trying to reason with a lunatic addicted to power and chaos and inform Americans of the facts. With prorogation, there have been no Poilièvre shenanigans to waste time on and your complete focus has been, as always, on protecting Canadians. For this I thank you again and tell you how much you will be missed in our household. Forgive a personal note: I hope you and Mme Grégoire will find your way back to each other when you can be a family without the heavy burden of this job, a job I know you love. And very personally - I shall miss the handsome, capable, well-spoken man of stature and intellect who also happens to be my Prime Minister. Vraiment!

A lot of us Americans remember learning about the tariff wars in history class that ended up in deciding fair trade was the better route. I fear we’re about to learn the same lesson again…\n\nAs far as the drug trade goes apparently the GOV doesn’t spend enough time on the internet because the cartels are no longer just in Mexico they’re in the USA and in Canada. They have learned the Canadian border is a lot easier to cross and they can get into BC pretty easily due to relaxed immigration policies In Canada.. they probably don’t actually know where the drugs are coming from or where they’re being manufactured entirely. The cartels are probably a step ahead of them at the moment. \n\nI can’t believe the auto industry lobbyists were not instructed to go full send on the detriment of the opposite position taken from the NAFTA. The only thing I can see is auto sales are slumping and maybe they can blame this on the tariff policy for massive restructuring. \n\nI kind of understand wanting to negotiate with Mexico because they probably buy less American goods than Americans buy Mexican goods (drugs excluding) but I’m guessing Canada is a better customer of American goods than Americans are of Canadian goods. Why would you want to upset a good partner, customer, and ally!? It’s Beyond my comprehension…. If Trump was really smart he’d convince some factories to actually invest in Mexico with cooperation from the Mexican government investing in efficient transportation from the manufacturing sectors to the American border and the coasts for distribution. This would likely really help their economy and change the whole dynamic of all the things Trump has issues with. Fix it at the source not try to treat the symptoms.

Many immigrants I know are now realizing that you just can’t come here and live a life while sending money back home. Most of us are living paycheck to paycheck and they are finding out that this is not the land of milk and honey they thought it was. It needs to be understood across the globe that the United States is not the country you want to be in if you are trying to help your family back home. There cost of living vs the pay for most immigrants is proving that it’s not worth coming here anymore.

We’ll soon find out if convicted felon Trump and his supporters need Canada when that electricity gets turned off. If Trump can rip our mutually-negotiated agreements so can Canada. We did not ask for this economic war nor did we start it. Trump did. \n \nIt's also time to super-tax every pound of US coal being exported through Roberts Bank Super-port in Delta, British Columbia, Canada. The American coal exported through Roberts Bank does not even pay a provincial carbon tax like all BC residents pay. Canadians are about to show Trump what happens when you consistently lie and stab your best customer and neighbour in the back. We are not afraid of Trump. Canada is the second-largest country in the world by land area and we have the longest coastline in the world, with over 243,000 kilometers of shoreline. We will continue expanding our trade with Pacific Rim countries, Europe, Mexico and beyond. They all need and want our lumber, minerals, oil and gas, grass fed beef, and the dependable, respectful trading partner that we are.

Since I was a kid and i saw people moving abroad and starting the new life, I only saw them going there in a better country to learn, adapt , and respect the laws and locals. We still do things or festival with our community or shared our cultures to create a multi-cultural events. We don’t lose who we are and our ethnic but we don’t bring them and force into new country. We can do our thing with families, in the house, or our embassy. We are welcoming people who wants to know our cultures but not like Indians. Indians are force and likes hey looks at me. This is how we are Indians. I found it’s so disgusting and disrespectful. When you go to live in another country because there are opportunities, you have to give back to them too. Entering with your willing, respect, and learn their cultures and then blend in. Because if your country is so great, then don’t leave. Stay in your country and do your thing there. 15:20

Remember, Trump promised he would lower the cost of groceries. He also said he was going to impose tariffs on imported goods from other countries. You should know that tariffs will RAISE the cost of living not lower it. When Trump was asked about it by a reporter, he said tariff costs are passed along to consumers which may cause short term disruption. But then said he wasn’t concerned about disruption because we should understand. We can’t afford food and gas now. This POTUS has no brain!

Here in California I have met many wonderful Indian nationals; however, many assist and support the concept of illegally immigrating to the US. One woman I know, from Delhi, married one guy then divorced him, and then within a year married and divorced another man. Does anyone care about the trauma and fact this is called grifting, basically criminal fraud for a green card. She was on her thrid target when I had to stop knowing her. There are allot of Indian nationals here involved with many shady businesses, doing crime here is acting as a parasite - something easy to do as people genuinely like Indian people. Pease freeze on spending on Meals on Wheels for 2.2M seniors. They/ seniors throw food a way. Meals are not healthy and cheap. I guarantee most people have met a transgender and didn't even know it. I took a course at work and both instructors had transition from female to male. You would never know unless they told you. Thank you for advocating for our community. I’m 71, transgender, and this administration’s rhetoric is deeply troubling to me. I can only imagine how a young transgender person or those who are serving our nation must be feeling. I have a YouTube channel, and up to now I receive very little attention about who I am. I’ve been growing my channel and enjoy making videos about “what’s next” None of them have to do with my gender. My subscribers /viewers seem to like my content despite my being transgender my comments are very respectful and supportive of my content. I hope that trend continues. People fear what they don’t know.

This fits Trump's narrative too well. CNN coverage has changed since ownership switched hands. We knew it would be gradual perceptive switch but it has indeed fallen from the standards of the past.
