Trudeau will stand up for Canadians. Too bad trump wont stand up for Americans

Everyone thinks that this is Canada standing up, but what this means is that the Canadians with our economy that is 1/10 that of the US will be taxed at 25% on our imports, this is going to hurt canadians way more than the retaliatory terrifs will hurt the americans. This may also lead to an escalated response from the US exacerbating the effect. Trudeau and others can't seem to grasp that there may be a long term strategy from Trump and this is playing into it. \n\nThe truth of all of it is that Trump does not like Justin Trudeau or the Liberal government.

Trudeau you really don’t care about Canadians. Please spare all of us. Please stop representing us. Go away. You have been taxing Canadians to the maximum. You have treated us exactly like Trump. You both care about ONLY YOURSELF

Everyone who talked nonsense about Trudeau, the Carbon Tax and jumped on the Pollievre bandwagon please open yourselves and your hearts to your fellow Canadians and fellow human beings by seeing the danger, heartache and awful consequences that have resulted from MAGA rhetoric, Trump's election and recognize the need for Canada to come together and stand behind leaders that will keep Canada's (and the world's) best interests in mind, and not stand behind a wannabe leader like Pollievre that will sell out Canada and worsen this situation beyond repair ❤?????

Trudeau is a liar and does not speak for most Canadians, he has porogued our parliament to prevent an election and have a new government in place to deal with tariffs. Trumph is not our enemy the liberals have sunk our economy the last 9 years. On April 1st we have a government imposed tarriff called a carbon tax of 18 percent which will hurt Canadians even more.

As soon as Trudeau or any other Canadian Liberal MP says, “Let me be crystal clear,” or refer to clarity, you can be sure that there is dishonesty happening! This guy has been working on Canada’s destruction for 9 years. He has given away Billions of taxpayers hard earned dollars to those of his choosing, as though it were his to give. He has been financially running Canada into the ground with the help of his financial advisor, Mark Carney. He has let The Canadian Armed Forces disintegrate for lack of funding, while choosing to refuse payment to NATO and those who help to defend Canada. He and his Government have been involved with billion dollar scandals and have become a major force of “Legalized Crime!” Now he wants to lay the blame for his poor leadership on the US. Unfortunately, many Canadians don’t see the truth! The Canadian News Media support the Government and suppress the truth by backing the Government Propaganda and by twisting the truth into untruth! It’s a childish game being played by an entitled child who doesn’t care about the people he was supposed to be leading. I would imagine, that if their Conservative Party Leader Poilievre wins the upcoming election, he will be able to straighten out many of the troubles that have been caused by the World Economic Forum Puppets and their agenda. I doubt that the Canadian People are in favor of the agenda of having nothing and being happy. What foolishness the elites expect people to believe. I’m sure that our Government will be able to get it all ironed out when Canada gets a leader that really cares about their people and not about those fake Carbon Taxes. It’s very interesting to watch what’s going on up in Canada! Interesting but sad, because they don’t have the ability to impeach a bad, unethical leader…

I am so proud of Mr. TRUDEAU, I am an American and retired veteran and so sick of our Administration doing this to Canada and Mexico. I served with some great Canadians from NATO BACK IN 1998-2000. IT’s so sad to see this happening today.

These tariffs had initially been deferred to April. The reason Trump decided to put them in so abruptly is in retaliation to Trudeau doubling down on support fir Ukraine. This is so annoying. Most Canadians don't want our tax dollars going to Ukraine either.

As a Canadian, I didn’t vote for Trudeau but I have to hand it to him, he has expressed the thoughts and feelings of the majority of Canadians very well. Canadians are generally pretty laid back and easy going, often too polite for our own good. However, as the Americans in 1812, the Germans in WW1 and WW2, the Chinese and North Koreans in the Korean War and the Taliban in Afghanistan found out we don’t shy away from a fight when we are provoked.
