The Trump administrations immigration policy is actually less strict than Australia's. Who are not having to do mass deportations because their President did not encourage millions of people to just walk into the country. Blame Joe Biden and his corrupt media for these deportations, not the people having to do them. It should have never come to this.

I have questions maybe some of you could answer 1. How is he going to locate these people? is it stopping people in the street? Is it going to be a national tip line? Is it door knocking? Is busting doors? 2. What organization is he going to use? Ice? Police? Military? National guard? All of the above? 3. Are they going to be issued a u must leave notice or arrested in handcuffs? 4. Which country are you going to send them to? Mexico? Their original country? 5. If it’s their original country are you gonna fly them there? On a boat? 6. If these illegals have family member who are legal is he gonna deport the whole family or just the illegal? Is he gonna separate legal children from illegal parents? Or illegal children from legal parents? 7. What is going to qualify as proof of citizenship or here legally ? Birth certificate, passport? Social security number? Green card? (Because we know he doesn’t trust birth certificates ?) if you believe in deportation or not these are the questions you should be asking

They have legally asked for asylum and they are awaiting their asylum hearings in immigration court. TRUMP can’t touch those. In Texas, many of these people have their 1st immigration court hearings in 2027 & 2028!! It usually takes at least 2 years to get to “trial,” then if you lose, you have 2 appeals and each appeal can take 2-3 years.\n\nEven the criminal aliens they pick up will be entitled to have their day in immigration court. This is nothing new. Bush and Obama deported millions of criminal aliens!! Criminal aliens have always been deported. This has never stopped, regardless of who’s the president. Look up ICE detention facilities. You have 2 big ones in California, Otay Mesa & Calexico; in Arizona it’s Florence & Eloy; in Texas it’s Harlingen. They’ve been operating before & during the Biden administration.\n\nAnd wait till businesses & employers start complaining. ?. Stephen Miller could’ve gone after the slaughterhouse meatpacking industry illegals during the pandemic. Mass deportation means there will not be anyone to harvest our produce, so we will have massive food shortages and dramatic increases in inflation. As a Black woman, I’m going to sit back eat my popcorn and laugh as they start this mass deportation. Latinos asked for this. But I’m also going to sit back and laugh at White people when groceries and other things start going up. These people do jobs most Americans don’t want to do. I wish she had asked him do this mass deportation include White immigrants who over stayed their time or Black and Brown are the only ones they are going after.

When there are up to 15 million illegal ones. Why weren't they arrested and deported in the last few decades of Republican governments? The answer: Because American society thrives on the exploitation of these people and the people who benefit from it do not want deportation at all.

This woman is right. We need people who are willing to sacrifice their time and their old citizenship to become Americans. She sacrificed a great deal to become a true American citizen. I do not want to be a citizen of another country although I have spent time as a guest worker LEGALLYin other countries. I was not allowed to take jobs in those countries (Japan and Germany) that native workers had the right to take. I was not given benefits or a right to vote. I had a passport which I was required to carry at all times because as a foreign worker I could be stopped and questioned about my legal status. My passport showed my working status in country with the appropriate stamp. I accepted these restrictions as part of my working conditions. I wanted to keep my own citizenship as an American although I could have worked to obtain the fluency level required and the citizenship understanding of law and legal procedures to become a citizen. It would have taken time and waiting for an application to clear. That is what it would have required but I wanted to be an American. I did not renounce my citizenship lightly…nor should anyone without work and thoughtful consideration of what it is to BE a member of that country.

What about the immigrants that have been working and contributing and trying to get citizenship for decades and the spouses of American citizens still fighting for their right after paying taxes for many years - are we raiding all families homes and splitting up kids from parents? Did we ever find the families for the 800+ kids that had no details taken still unable to contact families that trump split them from the first time? Or does that not matter cause it’s not YOUR kids? When they come and create the detention camps and ship people back to places they haven’t been in decades who cares right they have been paying American taxes and have no rights while their years of waiting for their citizenship - fix that maybe so those who are working, contributing can stay and work in the jobs they have and keep families together. Immigration is a privilege, not a right. Legal immigrants have earned that privilege. Genuine refugees deserve a fair chance at getting that privilege too. Illegal immigrants switching between countries pretending to be refugees don't qualify. These are the same people who went to the US illegally in the first place, then hope to come to Canada illegally when it's bad in the US, and then will return to the US illegally when things will get better there.

Deporting undocumented immigrants will cause many small businesses to struggle. Who will do the work that most people don’t want to do—like agricultural jobs, dishwashing, and lawn care? Undocumented immigrants contribute more to this country than many realize, and they also pay taxes through their purchases. Food prices will rise if we deport them because most Americans won’t take these jobs for low wages. If Americans take on these roles, they are likely to demand higher pay, which would increase costs across the board. In the end, we would be hurting ourselves and our finances. It’s already challenging enough, with many Americans living paycheck to paycheck. I believe that a mass deportation of undocumented immigrants would be a serious mistake.

how will they identify the illegals? what happens to the businesses who lose employees? employment rates are high in the US. we have high employment in australia with many businesses who cannot find people to work in their businesses how will they identify the violent criminals? will they increase the police forces/army? will the costs of doing this outweigh the benefits? what are the benefits of getting rid of these people beyond some 'trumped up' idea they are somehow a threat??

So many people disconnected with the fact that while not all illegal citizens commit crimes, some of the ones who do aren't being held accountable. Many of them are residing in Sanctuary cities which protects them. In these sanctuary cities, when they commit a crime, sure they get arrested because that's a police officer's job, but then these criminals are immediately released. They can't be taken to court and they don't go to jail. Law enforcement need our help. They're getting discouraged because nothing is happening with these individuals.

The only people in the United States who are not immigrants or descendants of immigrants are Native American Indians. So it's the height of hypocrisy and arrogance for these people to whine against immigrants. We also have a law that justly provides safe harbor for immigrants seeking refugee protection because they are fleeing their country of origin due to persecution, violence, victimization, etc. It is morally correct to receive them here without any mistreatment or demonization. It is prejudicial, inhumane, and unlawful to turn them away or deport them. Is the administrative system and process inefficient or faulty? YES, obviously. That's not an excuse to be derelict in our duty. Our obligation is to fix whatever is lacking or broken in our system, so that it functions properly, fairly, and rapidly, for anyone seeking either asylum, or ordinary immigration processing and approval.

Trump may have won the 2024 election, will be sworn in on Jan 20, 2025 to become the 47th U.S. President, but Trump isn’t my president. Allow me to explain. There are certain attributes that define a U.S. president. A U.S. president places the citizens of this country ahead of his own personal interests. Trump doesn’t do that (hasn’t done that). Trump is self serving. On Jan ’21, Trump became an insurrectionist. Many citizens and police officers were injured and one police officers lost his life. According to the Constitution (the Supreme Court disagrees with me), Trump incited citizens to overthrown the certification of the 2020 election. Insurrection is one of the lowest acts any American can do, let alone a U.S. President. Trump states that the “insurrection” falls under immunity for “official acts”. Since when is “insurrection” an “official presidential duty”? Trump is a known Master Liar. This is beyond a moment when a president estimates, guesses and exaggerate numbers, figures and facts. Trump just lies – over 2k+ lies. Trump cannot be trusted in telling Americans the truth. Every time Trump opens his mouth, a lie flies out! Trump doesn’t appear to be able to help himself. One lie after another. Spreading the lie that the 2020 election was “stolen” and not providing legal evidence is an unforgivable act that Americans should #NEVER forget. MAGA, selected GOP, Christian Nationalists don’t appear to be troubled that Trump cannot tell the truth. To me, the truth strengthens the bond of trust – I have NO Trust for Trump! MAGA, Christian Nationalists and some selected GOP – I may use big words that you don’t comprehend such as: Liar, Convicted Felon, sexual misconduct, Insurrection, Fraud, election interference, Unauthorized Possession of classified documents. These are some, not ALL, of the words that defines Trump and his actions. These things do NOT appear to cause any concerns with the 71.2m people who cast their vote in the Nov 5th ’24 presidential election. Trump had unauthorized possession of classified material. (I am not certain what Classified Material Trump possessed, but if these documents would put my friends, my family and I in harm’s way – it’s a problem.) Again, those who voted for Trump, the 71.2m people, #NEVER thought about this. If they had, Trump would #NEVER have received their vote. America has a short attention span. How quickly have we forgotten that Trump’s inaction of Covid-19 could have prevented many from becoming ill and millions losing their lives. (If one of your loved ones have passed due to Covid-19, you will remember Trump’s inability to deal and handle the situation. It is something you will #NEVER forget.) I will not write a book here, but the listed reasons above is why Trump may be the 47th President of the United States, but he isn’t my president. My president would have #NEVER done these things to an American.

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT but do note that these Indians are not coming for free, on average close to 90,000 Indian Students come to Canada to study with an average 2 year program, and each one of them spends at least CAD 40,000 for each year! Now if you do the math they inject about 3.6 Billion dollars every year! Which makes International student one of the top 10 source of revenue for Canada! How many part-time jobs do they expect these people to work to pay for rent? Finding a full-time job is almost impossible. Coming to Canada exspecting the country to look after them? The companies take hours away from their employees and create another part-time position, then gets a bonus from the government as part of the new employee wages are paid. Same hours for the company but paying less wages and keeping the profits. Who is does this benefit? Not the workers that then need another part-time job to feed their kids. Filling up schools with people who do not met the education requirements with bogus paperwork. Who are then forced to attend a strip mall schools. Are their diplomas even valid? No proper place to live and using foodbanks. Anyone with this paperwork should be refused at airport not supported. Most are coming from counties that have schools. Because really would you want them managing your money, running the country or are they going to work at Tim Hortons? No wait their fellow countrymen will then use them in scams. Wake up they are making a cast system here.

People who only blame immigrants have no idea how low the birth rate is in Canada. Just think how many families with children there are. Without these immigrants the country's population would be in decline, like in Korea and Japan. Immigration cannot be zero simply because the country needs it. But it is true that everything has gotten out of control. Policies must be reviewed to avoid fraud and saturation of services.

On my LinkedIn I get people from all over the world who want to come, from Europeans to Brazilians and all these people contact me looking for opportunities. Our gov't prioritized low wage workers who they can practically enslave with minimum wage short term then turn around and kick them out.\n\nThis is the most egregious thing I've ever seen and they do it the most Canadian way too, with a smile and popish attitude. \n\nAll these Walmart, Tim Hortons, basically all these service jobs should be going to locals and locals ONLY! I've never seen an indian eating from Tim Hortons but 100% of the people who work there are indian. Why? because they're working in slave labor.

This is a total failure of the Trudeau government. It shows their interests in Canadian safety and interests. \nThe people who took advantage of Liberal Government stupidity are the Indians and especially Indian Punjabis.
